She is a Founding Ambassador of #supportsaturday initiative which is institutionalized to help those who lost their jobs during the pandemic.

Anupam's experience spans a range of industry sectors that include Automotive, Manufacturing and Engineering Services. Throughout a career she managed all key HR functions from strategic to organizational restructuring. 

She is passionate about public speaking .She has been conferred with Women HR Professional Award (2020), Best Employee Engagement (2019), CSR Strategy Award (2019) and many more.

She has multiple years of experience in handling Manpower Budgeting, Talent Management, People Development, Employee Engagement and various other facets of HR.
