That means the dust has settled on who's in and who's out and with those changes come some Jersey number adjustments. A few guys have swapped their digits for the new season. Running back at Manuel Wilson is now rocking number 23, moving from 27. Safety DeAnthony Bell is taking over 23, previously worn by Wilson and he's switching from number 34. Cornerback Avery Smith is now number 27, which was Wilson's old number. Offensive lineman Boas Stevens has moved to 70 from 60. And wide receiver Julian Hicks is sporting number 82, a big change from number 1. There are a couple of other notable switches. Linebacker Drake Thomas is now number 32, a shift from 42.
