An InCo's job is pretty boring when nobody is sending fucked up cryptic messages through the radio, or so Hatov is rapidly learning.  After three days of absolutely nothing, Nova sends him to go complain somewhere else.

CW: Ableism

At the time of writing I was unaware that a common colloquialism (did I stutter?) is in fact ableist in nature...in retrospect this is fairly obvious...but I am learning and plan to do better in the future.  This is the only time the saying is used in the show.
