Drew Carballo is a mainstay and a legend within the Philadelphia restaurant hospitality industry and he's back on the show today to talk a little culture with The Culture Man.  Drew has puts his two decades in the business to good use as we're talking about enhancing and prioritizing the culture of an organization is only going to positively affect their bottom line whether it be in a restaurant or any other business.  Drew believes in buying in on your employees will lead them to buying in on your vision not being afraid to make mistakes as long as you don't repeat them.  Drew is a true Philly restaurant icon and we're always happy to have him on The Culture Matters Podcast!
