It's been a little while, but we're back with some more culture content today and our very own Jay Doran is exploring the topic of a company's "fun" culture being a killer of productivity.  This discussion is largely based on the concept of responsibility and people doing what they are meant to be doing for the betterment of the company.  Jay is looking into the mirroring of behaviors of the higher ups by the people they are overseeing, using fun to avoid having difficult conversations with people who are not holding up their end of the responsibility, and how engagement among management and employees will lead to productivity and fun without having to force the issue.  There is a lot to unpack in this episode, so make sure to listen closely and have some fun while you're doing it.
