We are very excited to be starting a brand new series today where our very own Jay Doran is pulling back the curtain back a little to share what it is that Culture Matters does, what Culture Matters means, and what Culture Matters is.  This podcast has served as a way for culture to take center stage in the worlds of contracting, real estate, finance, philanthropy, and a host of other businesses that deserved to have their stories heard.  And now we are taking a little time to share some our story.  This first episode serves as introduction in to what is to come in this series and we hope that our listeners will take it as an opportunity to get to know us better as we continue to seek out and elevate culture at every turn.  We look forward to bringing you this series and we hope you enjoy this episode of The Culture Matters Podcast.
