Personal trainer, author of the book Nutrition Finances, and founder of STRONGSIDE Fitness Mitchel Black has made his way back to The Culture Matters Podcast for his sophomore appearance and we are incredibly excited to have him back on the show.  Today is the start of a brand new series here on the show where Mitchel and Jay are going to be discussing the phenomenon that is CrossFit and the culture that it has bred among its millions of participants.  During this discussion, Mitchel and Jay are digging into the early days of CrossFit, the science that drives this incredibly unique workout regiment and the measurables that make it unlike any other fitness routine in existence, and some of the issues that CrossFit has faced both internally and externally.  This is going to be a very inspiring and intensive series and we're very glad to have someone spot us like Mitchel Black.
