Second Man Charged in Leicestershire Shooting

Police in Lestershire have charged in second 18-year-old man in connection with a shooting outside a home in Glen Parva. It happened on Friday, March 6, around 8.40 pm on Hughes Close. Luckily, no one was hurt when the gun went off. The suspect, Sam Comer, from Stanwood Gardens in Wiston, Prescott, faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm. With intent to endanger life, he's also accused of several drug-related crimes, like supplying and possessing heroin, crack cocaine, cannabis, and handling criminal cash. Comer is in custody and due in Lester magistrate's court, tomorrow March 21. He's the second person charged in this case. Earlier, 25-year-old Aaron Flusk, also from Wiston, Prescott, was hit with conspiracy to commit murder and firearm charges meant to cause. Fear. Flusk remains in custody for May hearing at Lester Crown Court.

1:02Eight others were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, including six men aged 21 to 44 and two women aged 21, armed 51. They're all out on police bail while inquiries continue.
