Shadow People, Sleep Paralysis, & The Hat Man

Fleeting glimpses of shadow people have been and continue to be experienced globally. They are described as being a black silhouettes of humans but without any defining features and move very fast. Some have reported shadow animals, insects, and a strange types of "smoke" apparitions. The unsettling thing is people most often feel threatened or extreme anxiety during these experiences. The most terrifying of these shadow beings seems to be "The Hat Man" - a negative shadow being who is always reported wearing a hat. We'll discuss if this phenomena is true or false and if true - what could these shadow people be? What do they want? I'll also discuss my experiences with this phenomena.
