America leads the world in medicine development. It matters. We get new medicines first nearly
three years faster. Five million Americans go to work because we make medicines here at home
and not relying on other countries keeps us safe. But China is racing to overtake us.
Will we let them or will we choose to stay ahead? When America leads, America cures.
Let's tell Washington to keep us in the lead.

Already folks, something that we are going to do at our next Vegas event is for teenagers.
And that has helped them create vision boards. We are actually going to take hopefully
50 teenagers off into their own little room. We're going to go through four separate sessions,
but we're going to start Saturday morning, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and we're going to help these
teenagers build a vision board. I personally think vision boards are very impressive and fun to
do. But my man Adrian Hernandez has been doing them for years. And we're actually going to ask him
to bring his vision board from when he was 18 years old and just show how powerful they are.
Adrian, I'm going to have you lead that discussion. But tell us what you think of vision boards first
and what they can look forward to doing. So good. I'm so excited for this concept. So good,
especially for the younger generation and just for everybody in general, right? I think vision
boards got really popular when the secret came out. There was a movie and a book called The Secret.
And when that came out, vision boards really took off, right? But I got turned on the vision boards
very early on. I do want to say there's like this negative mindset and or maybe make fun of
in regards to vision boards. And you guys, I want to say that all of those are from people that
haven't tried it and actually put it to work, right? Some of the most successful people I know
till this day still do vision boards. They're just not posted on social media. And for me,
right? For me, the vision boards changed my perspective and my life in the sense that,
remember, we have different senses, right? So we have seen, we have hearing, we have smelling,
we have tasting. And my point here is that when we write out a vision, that's one thing.
That's right. We're writing it. When we do pictures, that's another thing. So all we're doing
is just we're just really magnifying what we want to happen, what we want our future to look like.
Because what's on this vision board is also what's written in my vision letter, right? And so you
stack the two on top of you visualizing you actually accomplishing the stuff on your vision board.
You throw those together, the perfect little mix and magic things starts happening.
Yeah, again, the whole the whole first session of this, it's really a two part we'll do in both
with vision boards, but it's going to get these teenagers. And I think we're going to go up to like
21 or 22. So we'll call them college and below because I keep getting asked that we I can make
that happen. I do feel kind of funny paying for 20 year olds, but, you know, I guess I'll get over
that. Anyways, because I was married at 19. So it's just my own little hang up. But the whole
idea with the vision board is just to get them to think about what they want in the future. Because
the thing that I remember as a teenager is it just didn't it didn't dawn on me. It didn't really
dawn on me to think about the future. Like, what do I want in life? I was just I was coast. I was
trying to survive and not get beaten, right? So this is just a way to open the mindset. But really
where we're going to go from here, just so you know, Adrian is step two. So after lunch when they
come back for their second session is we're going to try to convert what they vision to what it costs.
Right. So like, well, like how big is your vision? Like, do you have a 10k a month vision? Do
you have a 20k a month vision? Do you have a 5k month vision? Because the thing that I think most
teenagers or young adults don't understand is what life costs. That is going to lead us to day three.
We're going to play the cash flow board game because the whole idea is if we can get them to
understand what their vision and their what their life costs, then we show them how to make passive
income via a board game. And then we close with step four afternoon day two of like, okay,
here's some challenges for you. Go home and do these things. So it's really going to be a multi-step
process. But it has to start with a vision. And I cannot imagine a better way to do that than
having, you know, someone who has a has a couple of vision boards that you'll bring with you.
One of them, when you were 18 years old, this is this is exactly what I hope these kids get out of
this is you could just take them through it. Yeah, you're going to probably have some crazy
cars on there and some really, you know, wild things. But that's okay. That's how it starts, right?
Right. It is. It is 100%. I absolutely love the idea, right? I love the whole idea. What
what we're what you're doing is your reverse engineering, right? What what they really want to
happen, starting with the picture in mind, which if we look back to not just a world-stranger
secret, but also thinking, grow rich, they both talk about that. So, Zuber, this is, I'm really
excited for this. This is going to be big, right? This is going to be the whole thing for me is
trying to get the unlock of getting a teenager to think about a, think about what life, like,
what do they want? Right. What is life cost? Because if I can make, if I can make that leap,
like that mental connection, right? And then we hit them day three with the board game.
And I think the board, the rich ad port ad board game cash flow is the greatest board game ever
for investors. If we can get them to unlock how to produce passive income, we've set them on,
we're set them on their trajectory, right? We had a couple other things like house hacking and,
you know, 401k match and a couple of things like that. And do we, we've potentially got people
that are retired by 30? So good. So good. And I look back to some of the dream boards I made that I
may have, they, I accomplished them, right? They got done, they may have not got done in the time I
thought they would. And I'm linking that now that we're talking, it's because I didn't know how much
that vision board would cost, right? I didn't realize that was a, that was a million dollar vision
board. And I was two years into my career, right? At the likelihood of, you know, so I absolutely
love this idea. So good. So good. Yeah. And again, I can't, it's going to be very important to have
you up there, kind of leading it off with guys, I did this when I was your age. And oh, by the way,
here I am now, and you could show some of the crazy stuff you have, right? You that have come true
and some that you're still growing to flex a little bit, because I think that's one of the things
teenagers need to understand is, okay, you're going to have me do this goofy exercise and we're going
to cut pictures out of magazines. But then you can flex and go guys, this is what I have, right?
Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, this is like, this stuff really works. And I think it'll get a
lot of kids more because that's the, that's the piece I was missing is how to, how to transition
this activity with like, actuals. And you are the length now to like, this stuff really works.
Let me show you like, you're 30, whatever now. This is what I did at 18. And this is what I got now.
So that's, that's just a great connection. And, and to your point, sometimes it does start with,
like, for me, it started with the car. I didn't think it was possible. And then I got the car
and I was like, Oh, wait, I started looking at the vision board. And I'm like, that was kind of
easy. I think I could do everything else, right? Yeah. And that's just by giving me that. My
priorities were all jacked up though, super. Let's just, let's call it what it was. You're
ready to do that. It's okay. Yeah. And I just, it happened. But that's the key is, so this is why
vision boards are important for me. I've only done a couple. But what the vision board always did
for me because, you know, like, they were up in my office in mountain view. Is every time I
walked by it because it was visual, I asked myself, essentially, is this still important?
And if it wasn't, and it kept being for a couple of days, I would take the picture off the wall.
So good, right? Because again, it's, it's kind of like, like, if you, if you wanted six pack abs,
but you're eating like crap and not working out, like, activity to action, yeah, take it off the
board. If it's not important, you or step up and stop being a pussy and do the freaking work, right?
And we, yeah, get out of this mask and moving, right? Exactly. Yeah. So that's what that's what I've
always loved about vision boards is it, it's one of the ways I internally hold myself accountable
by looking at the pictures, remembering why I put them on there. And then asking myself,
am I doing the day, I'm just broken, right? I'm a daily discipline guy. Am I doing the daily
activities to achieve these? And most of the time, the answer is yes, but sometimes to your point,
priorities change. And just take it off the board, right? Put something else up there, right?
Yeah. And we'll talk about that too, right? We'll talk about the unattachment to the vision board.
I think that's big because I look back at some vision boards and there were one or two photos that
didn't happen, but to your point, the priorities changed, right? It wasn't about that. It was about
something different and there's different faces for everybody. So so good. Really excited for that.
And there's a quote, I heard this very early on and I'm not sure if it was that I'm pretty sure
it was that he says it's now a quote, it's a famous quote says you you cannot in order to hold it
in your hands, you first must see it in your mind. Yeah. And that's all vision boards are.
It's just being able to formulate it up here and then you create it in real life.
Just like anything, electricity, anything, anything we have today, it all started in the mind,
right? But there's also a secret to that for anybody who's ever read, they can grow rich or any
of those top books, they tell you you also have to put it down on paper. And this isn't just writing
it. This is going to be a fun activity of actually like seeing it. And then you know what's so
cool, Zuber is when you can take that vision board outside and you can put it up next to the
rentals that you bought and you're looking at it and you're going, that's it. I freaking did it.
Yeah, that's cool. And this should put a connection with again, how important vision boards behind
you right now. There's obviously the one that's over your head, but there's also one that people
can't see. You have a couple of vision boards in the room with you right now. Yeah, I got two of them.
So I have like, that's like my life one, like the overall like, you know, life life, that's just
crazy. That's like 10, 20, 30, probably more million dollars a year. And then this is,
this is more like localized what's going to happen in the next year. Yeah, yeah. So you
even see the wars, right? And I went really detailed with this one. I needed something to really
get me juice this year. I really wasn't feeling it coming into the year, you know, for I'm always
very transparent with you guys about that. So this, this, this was this, this, this took me actually
not that long because it just all like started coming together. So yeah, once you put it again,
I recommend if you're stuck, obviously we're talking about doing this for teenagers because I have
a personal goal of impacting generations, but I would tell anybody watching this go, go get quiet
for a little bit and create a vision board for yourself, health, wealth, you know, real estate
jobs, family relationships, all of that. And, you know, just do it. It's a, it's a, it's fun.
In B, you get your creative juices going. And again, to me, I love things that hold me accountable.
There's nothing like pictures like behind you every day. You walk in. There's your 2026 plan.
You can hold yourself accountable. I cannot not see it. There's one extra my bed. There's one in
my office, home office. There's one in this office. And then it's on my phone. So it's just,
it's a consistent, consistent reminder of where you're going. Yeah, folks at the end of the day,
do myself a favor. If you're feeling stuck or tired or stressed or afraid, create a vision board,
take a couple hours over the weekend, create a vision board, send me a picture of it,
and I'll make sure to give you some love and attention. Adrian, where can people find you?
Guys, catch me on Instagram at Adrian Hernandez. And, uh,
mate, do yourself a favor. Next year is different, different dates for the event, right?
It's January. Yep, it's in January. January. What are the dates? I believe it's the 17th and 18th.
It's Martin Luther King weekend. So Saturday and Sunday, block it off on your calendar now.
I'm going to do that and block it off my calendar now. And have you started selling tickets yet or
no? No, not yet. August 1st. All right. And then August 1st, make sure you get your damn ticket.
That's how you can, uh, repay the channel. I love it, man. Take care. Thanks again. All right.
