According to an unsealed federal complaint filed September 5th, 21 year old Miller was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of possession of a machine gun. The federal indictment comes after Miller entered a plea deal back in March in connection with the Chiefs rally shooting that left one woman dead and 20 injured. He pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful use of a weapon, dropping his other criminal charges, one count of second-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action. Unbelievable. 4:04declining to take up an appeal from Missouri Attorney General Katherine Hannaway, who wanted to overturn or at least delay the Missouri Supreme Court's decision to go back to the old Congressional maps that put a manual cleaver in a much better position to win re-election this year. Brett Kavanaugh said, yeah, we're not doing that. And then yesterday, after that news came down, a federal judge, Stephen R. Clark, announced a temporary block from Missouri to use the old Congressional maps during the upcoming election. So that means, I guess, as of right now, we're under the new maps that puts a manual cleaver in a much more difficult spot to win re-election. But this whole thing is so chaotic.
