Sorgi Commits to Wisconsin, Boosts Class Ranking

On April 24th, Jack Sorge, the star quarterback from Liston, Indiana, just dropped his commitment

to Wisconsin.

This rivals 300 standout, ranked as the nation's number 16 quarterback and number 197 overall,

picked the badgers over.

Louisville and Arkansas.

At 6 foot 4 and 205 pounds, he's bringing serious heat to head coach Luke Ficale Squad.

He's following a family legacy.

His dad, Jim Sorge, was a standout badger quarterback who later balled out with the Indian

apolis Colts.

Jack visited Madison in January and again this spring, building tight bonds with coaches

Ficale, Grimes, and Gitan.

Sorge told rivals it felt like home there, with Totnatch coaches in a 2027 class that's already

cooking something special.

He sees Wisconsin as the spot to level up on and off the field, surrounded by winners.

As a junior, he hit over 61% of his passes for 2,911 yards and 31 touchdowns.

Doos Athletic 2, a laser timed 4.67 in the 40 yard dash and a 4.09 shuttle.

Scouts rave about his strong arm and mobility, saying he's made big strides and got that

NFL bloodline.

This locks in Sorge's ninth commit for Wisconsin's 2027 class, bumping it from number 20 nationally.
