The City of Surprise invites the community to experience an unforgettable night of music as Surprise Arts launches its grand opening event, Spinphony, on May 16 at 7 p.m. at The Vista Center for the Arts. Spinphony is not your traditional string quartet. Known for blending classical, rock, and pop into electrifying performances, the all-female ensemble reimagines iconic melodies with bold, genre-crossing arrangements.
