with swim baits or metal lips like rat traps and chrome.

Fat baits, live anchovies or sardines on a Carolina rig or pile warms for halibut.

Fish slowly or bottom on tides.

Hot spots, oyster point pier for sure strippers, cast into the channel, and paradise Kayoff

to be around for boat halibut drifts, structures holding them.
