Hope everyone is having a fantastic week.
I am taking it easy this weekend.
Famous last words, but I have Coachella in two weeks.
And next weekend, I'm going to the ranch with my mom.
I did the ranch before and I came straight from Mecanos into an eight day ranch experience.
In Italy, so if I can survive that, I can certainly survive this.
It's only three days.
But you don't know what the ranch is.
It's like a walking hiking camp that you can do.
And they feed you really healthy foods.
And you don't have alcohol and coffee and all that kind of thing.
And I'm going with my mom.
So I am very excited for that.
I think it'll be great and very healing.
I'm really happy because last time I went,
you had to walk for four hours a day.
And this one, you only have to walk for two.
If you want, I know my mom will do four hours.
My mom will do four hours and then she'll do the workout class in the afternoon.
Not me.
I'm going to take it very easy and just kind of chill.
And even though it sounds hard right now,
it's one of those things where afterwards you feel so happy that you do it.
And obviously I love walking.
It's just the hiking aspect that is difficult for me.
I like to walk on flat ground.
I don't really enjoy traversing rocks.
And I remember one part in Italy.
I was like crawling on my hands and knees because it was so steep.
But anyway, I digress.
That's what I'm doing next weekend.
So this weekend, I'm just going to take it easy.
Okay, today we are going to talk about our spring directive.
It is called spring training.
Shout out to everybody who thought of that.
It's perfect for us because obviously our biggest season is summer of outside.
I'm already getting excited about summer of outside this year.
I know it's going to be bigger than ever.
But in order to do summer of outside, we need to do spring training.
So we're going to talk about that today.
We're going to get into it.
This has been a very rough spring for us on the East Coast weather wise.
And it's just been a lot.
So I totally understand we've all been feeling
bejiggy about a lot of things.
And there's been a retrograde.
It actually ends today.
Thank Jesus Christ.
Seriously, this retrograde has been insane.
I've gotten so many little different communication tips with people.
It's just been very retrograding.
And someone on my Instagram wrote to me and said,
this is the most intense retrograde of all.
And it's moon and Pisces or something,
which if you've been crying a lot like me then, that is why.
And so at least we have some two cents about what's going on astrologically.
All this to say, it's time for a vibe shift.
So we are heading into spring training.
So what does spring training entail?
Well, it's definitely not a full cent.
It is not like summer outside.
We are simply warming up.
We are metaphorically, physically, emotionally,
spiritually stretching before our biggest season.
And we are sort of warming up our bodies and our minds and our souls
to get ready for all the fun that's to come.
But that doesn't mean that we can't have fun.
So what does this look like in practicality?
I'm going to go through a few things that you're going to do
in your social life and for your brain.
And then I'm going to go through everything that I did to glow up this spring
because this is a great time to do your glowing up appointments.
In the summer, there's barely any time.
I feel like I can don't have time to get a haircut
because there's so much going on.
So you want to be looking, you want to become incorrect
when it starts summer outside.
You really need to get sort of on your game.
And this may sound vain, but we'll go through everything that I did
because guess what? I am vain.
All right, so spring is not my favorite time to go out.
The weather where I live in New York sucks
and you're kind of still half-hybernating.
You're like the meme of the bear who is coming out of hibernation,
coming out of the rock.
That is kind of how I feel.
Some days I'm, I feel, okay, yeah, let's go out.
Come on, let's go for it.
Some days I'm like, no, I'm going to stay in and binge watch TV
because I'm still in that hibernation zone.
So spring training is all about picking and choosing your days
when you are going to go out and do business development.
So if there's a fun party, obviously that's a great day
to go out and do it.
If there's nothing going on,
this is not the time of year to be like,
you know what, I'm going to go rip like 50 drinks
with my friend just for the hell of it.
That's is not the time.
So in some, if you have something fun to do
and opportunity to go out with a friend great,
if not rest and use this time to gain your strength,
do some appointments, read a book, all of that good stuff.
So it's about being wise, it's about picking and choosing.
It's also about business development.
So if you're single, you are looking at who you've been dating,
who you want to date.
And this is a great time to plant some seeds.
So this is not like a crazy outreach time.
If this is light business development time,
if you're on the apps, go on them for no longer than 10 minutes a day,
do some light messaging,
cleaning out of the roster.
If there's any lingering situations,
now is a great time to just be like,
you know, I've had fun with you,
but I think we can leave it here with you the best, blah, blah, blah.
You just kind of want to do spring cleaning as well.
So we're spring training, but we're also spring cleaning.
And that means on every level,
if you have any weird situation chips,
if you have any weird friend things that you need to resolve,
now is the time to do them.
This is a time for sorting and organizing.
It's also a great time to figure out your vibe for summer outside,
because it really does kind of jump up on us.
It just arrives all of a sudden.
So what is your summer outside going to be like?
Do you want to date a lot?
Do you want to travel a lot?
Do you want to have new experiences?
Do you want to go to a lot of concerts?
It's a good time to sort of mood board
and conceptualize what you want your summer months to look like
so that you can get excited about it.
And start acting in alignment with those things that you desire.
So for example, let's say you are like,
tanks, I want to travel a lot this summer.
Spring training is a great time to go on travel talk,
figure out where you want to go,
start talking to your friends about trips
so that when summer comes around,
start asking for the time off from your work,
putting that on their calendar, putting that on their radar,
saying, hey, can I take a week off in August?
And making a Pinterest board for your outfits,
all of that kind of stuff,
the worst feeling in the world is when summer arrives
and you have all these hopes and dreams,
but you haven't laid any of the groundwork.
And then all your friends are busy.
They can't go on the trip with you.
I'm using that as an example, obviously,
but for anything you want, it takes a little planning.
Also, this is an amazing time to be reading our articles,
reading our books, and energetically getting yourself right,
so that when summer of outside comes,
you know, my article reading,
all of that kind of really good spiritual stuff
for my soul sometimes falls off in the summer.
So this is a great time to do, to do a little outreach,
but also be doing all of that good.
We need to be more interesting stuff too.
Read the articles, go out on the days
that mean something to you,
and regain your strength for something better.
And then the other thing that I'll say is,
clean out your closet.
Clean out your whole entire apartment.
Go through everything meticulously with a fine tooth comb.
Oh my god, I did it yesterday.
Guys, I actually felt high when I was doing it.
I know that's peak Virgo, but for me,
when I clean out my closet,
it actually gives me shivers.
I don't like a lot of clutter.
I don't like things that don't bring me joy.
You know, it's the Marie Kondo thing.
It does this spark joy.
And I really do live by that.
If I see a dress in my closet where I haven't worn it in a year,
it doesn't make me look that good.
It doesn't make me feel that good.
I'm like, cool.
I'm donating it.
That's easy for me.
That makes me feel so good.
It just mentally creates space.
And then when I go on my closet, I'm like,
oh god, I know what I need.
I know what is here.
And it's just all very calming.
Okay, so that's what we're going to do.
Socially, energetically, remember,
if there's a great party, go to the great party.
If there's not, this is not the time to be like,
let's go get blackout just for the hell of it and see what's around.
Probably no one will be around if it's like a rainy
random Tuesday night in March.
So save that energy, save that money,
save that sleep, et cetera.
You get the vibes.

I've done a lot of appointments.

So I will run through everything that I did.

I can't tell you how annoying it is when people be like,
wait, did I miss something?
And I'm like, yeah, you did.
And if you listened to the podcast,
you would know everything about it.
Or the best is this woman wrote to me.
And she goes, I really wish you would just be honest
about having a boob job.
You should just do a podcast about it.
I go, babe, I was still on painkillers.
I was fresh 24 hours off getting my tits installed
and I did a podcast all about it.
So, and she was like, oh, sorry, I didn't know.
And it's like, yeah, so just that's that's that on that.
So that's what I did there.
I did this in fall, but it really did change my life.
I got my colors done.
And you can get this done wherever in whatever town
you live in, there are so many great options.
You can even do it online.
I feel like there's a lot of great studios
that can just do it by you sending in your pictures
or zoom or whatever these great people on Instagram
on TikTok.
I have actually found this so helpful.
Now, I don't follow it Bible.
I'm not like, oh, if it's not my color,
I don't wear it, but I really thought about it,
especially when I was going through my closet
and I was thinking about the pieces that I looked great in
and the pieces that I didn't look so great in,
it honestly made such a difference.
So that is one thing that I did.
Okay, I did a lot of lasers this winter.
So winter in spring is laser season, you guys,
because obviously you can't do lasers
when you're out in the sun.
So I like to do all my lasers in this season.
I did laser genesis, I did software
and I did clearing brilliant on my face neck and chest.
I love a laser, I think they work great.
Of the three of them, I would say
software is the most painful.
I have a very high pain tolerance
for things that are making me beautiful.
So it's really hard for me to tell
if it's painful or not.
And also I just, I don't, I just wouldn't care
because it's making me beautiful,
but people do think it's painful.
But it's still fine.
I mean, it's not, you know, you don't cry.
I mean, it's fine.
So that's that.
And then a clear and brilliant was the next
and then laser genesis doesn't hurt at all.
I got my dashboard redone, got it all spruced up.
You know, once you're over 30,
life is just a series of appointments.
It's really just like honestly keeping track
of all your appointments and staying up on them.
And sometimes I don't, you know, sometimes I'll let it slip.
And, you know, I mentioned this on the show the other day.
It's a pain how much money women have to spend
just as a baseline.
I know I spend more than most, but I'm saying, you know,
even just a woman who is not an influencer,
who doesn't have to be in front of the screen all the time,
that she also spends so much money.
It is really unfair.
And I never want to like lose sight of that fact.
But that is a different topic.
That's an entire podcast topic
about how much money women spend, the pressures on women.
That's, you know, I want to acknowledge that.
But this is about just what I did.
Just want to say that.
I can never just be chill.
I can never just tell you what lasers I did.
How is this to be some moral lesson?
God, tanks are so annoying.
Okay, anyway.
Okay, so Disport, I did not get any filler this time.
I usually get a little filler in the fall,
but in my lips, but I don't get filler in my face anymore.
So I didn't get any this time.
Teeth whitening, I do Zoom white.
It, I do it at my dentist once a year.
Again, yes, you get zings in your teeth when you do it,
but I would rather have zings for 24 hours
than have yellow teeth.
And I just, that's just a very simple equation to me.
Like I would rather, you know, obviously,
you can do the teeth whitening at home,
but that's what I do.
I like the Zoom white.
It works great.
And it lasts for a year plus.
So I love that hair.
God, sometimes you guys will ask me, am I gray?
And the truth is, yes, I am.
It's such a bitch.
I'm getting grays now.
So I have to get my roots done and my colored,
and my hair color done.
It's a lot, a really annoying.
But obviously I did that.
And figuring out what hair really suits you is a huge unlock.
I tried every hair color under the sun.
And guess what?
My natural hair color with a few natural highlights is best.
So get a load of that.
And I was like, keeping your hair trimmed,
all those things like really do add up.
I get my, I need, I'm actually still needs it.
The two things that I haven't done that I'm still going to do
are getting my hair, my de-fraised with Rudy.
And then, which I have a whole YouTube video about,
if you want to go see that, all the details,
it's like 16 minutes long, it's the minoxidil routine,
it's the Rudy routine, it's everything, that's on YouTube.
And then I also need to get my eyebrows done.
I go to Ozzy Brow in New York City.
If you live in New York, she's amazing.
She's very busy, but she's fantastic.
And I started working out again.
You guys asked me what my split is,
and I finally learned what that means
because one of you told me, which is just what,
you do your upper body, lower body, whatever.
I do full body every time.
I work out about four times a week.
It's definitely been a bigger struggle than I thought,
getting back into shape after my boob job.
I feel like my lower body is almost at the same place,
like strength wise, not how it looks, but just strength wise,
but my upper body is really not.
And also, lifting weights feels really weird.
Still, sometimes I'll do like a lot pull down
and my boobs will feel weird
and then I might get freaked out that they're moving.
So I've just tried to be quite gentle,
but I'm really, really trying to push it in the gym.
I was in such great shape before I got my boob job.
So I really want to get back to that.
I encourage everybody to figure out exactly
what type of workout works for them and their body.
I'm not telling you to do weights.
I'm telling you it has changed my life.
And so if you have limiting beliefs about any workout
or workouts and working out in general,
I truly never thought I would be such a gym girl
and it has made me so happy.
It has made me so strong.
It's really raised my self-esteem
and I'm just so happy to be back working out.
So that's another thing that I've done.
And then I've also been taking my sleep really seriously.
As you guys know, I am a terrible sleeper.
It's so up and down with me,
but I did get an eight sleep
and I'm not gonna say it cured my insomnia,
but it has made it so much better
because if you're an insomnia,
you know that the worst part is lying in your bed
and being uncomfortable.
And the eight sleep, if you don't know what it is,
it's like a mattress pad that you lay over your bed
and you can make it hotter cold
and or you can put it on this thing called autopilot.
So it measures your temperature
and then adjusts in the night.
And it has taken my me waking up
from about six times in the night to about one or two,
which is obviously a huge difference
because when you wake up in the night,
you disrupt your sleep, you don't get room, sleep, et cetera.
So it's expensive, I will say that,
but it is absolutely fabulous piece of technology.
And I've just been really trying to be better
about no tech talking bed, turning the lights off,
you know, winding down same bedtime every night
if I'm staying in.
I'm not perfect, but I've just been trying to put
a bit more effort in because it makes
all the difference in the world,
especially as I get older, I feel like I want to look hot
and sleep is the number one thing.
I've kind of fallen for the Brian Johnson propaganda.
If you don't know who he is, he's that billionaire
who's trying to live forever.
And I just believe him because he has no reason to lie
because he's so rich.
So why would he lie about everything?
And he kind of breaks down the science for things.
So I follow him and he's always like,
sleep is the most important thing for your beauty.
I saw this video of him being like,
if you want to have good skin, you should do lasers.
And then you should do
hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy, which I also love.
And then you should just get a lot of sleep.
It's the thing that you can't replace.
You can never replace sleep.
So I've been very into that lately.
And in terms of food, doing my same thing,
I'm just, I really was like out of control
with my ordering yet.
Last year I got too overexcited.
And then so this year I'm cooking a lot of meals at home.
And it honestly has made the biggest difference.
I just, I don't know, obviously I love to eat out.
It's super fun.
But I just feel like, again, it's spring.
If someone's like, oh, there's a party on a boat
with hot people, I'm like, okay, let's go.
But I don't need to go to like a random dinner
on a Tuesday just to go out to eat and spend money
and eat a lot of calories and drink three drinks
and whatever.
You know what I mean?
So that's the vibe of string.
That's the vibe of spring training.
It is discernment.
And using your brain is this worth it?
Or is this not worth it?
This is the time.
So that's that.

So I've been seeing this guy.

So we readjust and I try again and he's not coming.
I give up and apologize because I don't know,
it's just awkward.
Then we are cuddling and he says,
I have to tell you something and I'm like, oh shit,
he goes, I can't come.
Oh, and I'm like, oh gosh, taken a back.
And I kind of didn't ask the right questions.
I remember asking if it hurts and he said, no.
And then I asked if he's been to the doctor
and he said, no, it's more of a psychological thing.
But I fucking forgot to ask if he can come on his own
or if it's only with girls.
He said he only came a few times in his life.
He's had previous girlfriends.
He seems like a confident guy, so I'm confused.
And it didn't cross my mind.
It could be a porn addiction until I told my friends
and now I'm like, fuck, what if it is?
We also talked about us and we really like each other
and want to keep seeing each other.
So I don't know what to do.
Eek, thank you, he.
That's crazy.
That's insane.

I feel really bad for him.
I think you just need more information.
I mean, to reflect on what you wrote,
I think you just need more information.
It's totally okay that you didn't ask those questions

and then we had sex a lot.
So I do think that a lot of the times sex is psychological.
If he has to only come a few times in his life though,
that's crazy to me.
So yes, I think important follow up questions.
Can he come alone?
Is it like an ejaculation thing or an orgasm thing?
I think it's okay to ask him like,
does he watch porn, does he masturbate?
Like whatever, especially if you date him for more.
Like maybe not the next time,
but if you continue to date him become serious,
these are things you have to know.
I would definitely ask him how he's navigated it
with previous girlfriends because that's interesting.
I mean, you good intel to have and he should go to the doctor.
That's right, yes, he should go to the doctor.
And I think honestly he should see a therapist too
because it may not be something physical.
It might be like he said, it might be psychological.
So I think it could be incredible to see both doctors
but again, you can take this step-by-step.
I would be shocked too.
It's not a no-go, it's just you need to learn more
and obviously it's a super sensitive topic.
And you know what I commend him that he told you
so early on and that he told you in that vulnerable spot
after you had an intimate moment.
Like it reminds me of that sex and city episode
where Kerry is dating Justin Thoreau.
And he has premature ejaculation and he can't talk about it.
He literally shuts down and can't talk about it.
So I absolutely think you should continue to talk about it.
And if you like him, that's great.
And you'll figure it out, there's workarounds.
