Stargate Atlantis - Conversion

John's turning into a wraith! Can the team find a cure in time before the Conversion is complete?

We really like how they've written John in this episode (and his make-up). His checking that Teyla was okay after their kiss was an excellent decision. Though, we do have some concerns over them not addressing what would happen if they weren't able to save John and the fact that so much time and personnel are spent saving one man. Important as he may be.

Caldwell continues to be one of the most interesting characters because you're never quite sure what his motivations for his actions are. 

The complete lack of any kind of plan when the team goes off on their first egg harvesting mission is a little concerning. Even if they don't know what they're going to find, shouldn't that mean they overprepare for every possible scenario?
