Stargate SG1 - Arthur's Mantle
About this episode
In Arthur's Mantle, there's some delightful callbacks and a melding of previous storylines that we really liked. It seems fairly obvious from the start that Sam and Mitchell have been transported somewhere, but the miniaturization idea is really fun! (And now we just want to watch Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.) But as much as we like Dr. Lee being used for comedic relief, it would help us understand why he's still there if he were actually right on occasion.
We do find it a little odd that Daniel didn't clock onto Sam and Mitchell being transported somewhere else immediately after seeing the footage, seeing as that happens to them ALL THE TIME.
The ending is also a little abrupt and a bit too silly, given the fact that an entire civilization, bar ONE PERSON, had just been slaughtered.
