This episode is presented by Third Love, a brand I wish someone had told me about way sooner.
I've tried a lot of bras in my life and most of them filmed by noon.
Straps falling, bands digging in, constantly adjusting. Third Love actually fits.
Stay tuned for later in the episode to hear me and Molly talk about our favorite products that
help us stay snatched because when your bra fits the way it's supposed to, you just stop thinking
about it and that is everything. If you want to try them for yourself, head to thirdlove.com and

As the days start getting longer and warmer, thank god, I always feel like I naturally want to
eat a little later. But it obviously is still in my comfort foods, like I still want a sandwich,
a wrap, pasta nights, all of it. But I actually want it to fit my macros and not leave me feeling
blah afterwards. That's where Hero Bread has completely changed the game for me.
First of all, the taste and the texture. I was super shocked the first time I tried it.
It's soft, it's fluffy, it toasts beautifully, and honestly, it just tastes and feels like regular
bread. You would never guess it has zero to five grams of net carbs per serving. Zero grams of sugar
and 11 to 32 grams of fiber depending on what you're having. I've been using their slice bread for
quick spring BLTs and avocado toast. They're tortillas for veggie packed lunch wraps and they're bagels
for super easy protein breakfast for my kids. And it's not just bread. They also have buns, noodles,
and some seriously good small batch drops, like hero noodles, which have 12 grams of protein and
just 80 calories per serving. It makes getting your fiber goals in easier, meal simpler. And honestly,
it lets you enjoy the foods that you love without feeling like you're compromising anything. Hero
Bread is offering 10% off your order. Go to hero.co and use code lipstick at checkout. That's lipstick

thing beauty. And by that we mean everything that makes you look and feel beautiful. We're calling
on our favorite health experts, industry insiders, and friends to answer all your beauty questions.
With a drink in hand. Definitely with a drink in hand. You're listening to lipstick on the rim with
Molly Sins. I'm actually really excited for today's episode because we are always trying things.
New things, old things, new supplements, wellness trends, beauty hacks, tips, tricks, new shape,
where you name it. But actually today we want to go a little bit deeper into kind of what makes us
both feel confident and good in our bodies because let me tell you from the 22 to the 30s to 32s
of 40s. And on, it just keeps changing. It changes. It changes and that's okay. I mean,
we're moms. We're going through perimenopause. A lot of us, some of us have already gone through
menopause, but there are those true hormonal shifts that even though we don't want to really acknowledge.
They're happening. They're happening. I think confidence doesn't stay static. When you felt
confident, maybe in your 20s, you didn't so much in your 30s and you feel better in your 40s.
And I think that as our bodies change with each year or decade, our needs are changing. So what
we think worked for us when we were at 25 or 35 or even 45 might not be working for us today.
And that's okay. And everybody wants to feel strong, energized, comfortable in their own skin
and yes, a little snatched. But at the same time, no one wants a 14 step routine or something that
completely takes over your life. Yeah, this episode I feel like is going to be kind of like our
lipstick on the rim cheat sheet for all of you. We have pulled together all of our must-have
products, tools, life hacks. We've collected over the last year. So to help us kind of navigate
this season of life, shall I say. Yeah, I mean, I think some of these I personally have discovered
from some of the incredible guests that we've had on the show, some through our own research and
trial, some from brands. And I always say this on Instagram. I'm like, I am your human guinea pig.
I am the person's going to test and try everything out. And this episode is kind of like
what's stuck and worked for us. It's not about truly what's trending. It's about what's actually
made it into our real routines. It's a less is more episode guys. And everything we mentioned will
be saved and shoppable because we know you guys want that. So you can all build your own toolkit
in a way that works for you and your body and your season of life. Yeah. And we really want to focus
on how we stay snatched. That's how we kind of titled it inside, outside our real-life wellness
and beauty toolkit. What's in our toolkit, Emasha? I mean, I I feel like we both have some really
solid toolkit that we've worked hard at curating. Yeah. I mean, I think look, I definitely know
my body's changed. Over the past 10 years before that, like every, I think every decade, you see
real changes. My body, my energy, my hair, my nails, things change.
Okay, so I have a wedding coming up and I have been on a major mission to find something that
actually feels special. I want to walk in and feel like it's a moment. Thankfully, Macy's
always come through. Right now, they're running this trend called pastel dream, soft colors,
lace, ruffles, a little sheer, all put together in a way that feels chic and intentional, not cost
you me. Their fashion experts basically curated the perfect spring occasion wardrobe and I am taking
full advantage. For the wedding, I'm going to go with this flowy dress and layered necklaces and
I've already spotted some pastel floral tops that are going to look amazing with jeans for every
other day of my life. Oh, and they brought it into home too. Pastel place settings, textured bedding,
your whole space can feel like spring. Macy's really did think of every last detail. Soft colors,
great pieces, spring dressing is honestly never felt this easy. Head to macy's.com or shop in store
to find your pastel dream look now. At the start of 2026, I set a goal for myself to be more
consistent with my training. Not extreme, not obsessive, just honestly just consistent.
I signed up for a half marathon and promised myself I would track my weekly mileage and actually
fuel properly instead of winging it. And honestly, the biggest shift hasn't been the workouts,
it's been what I'm doing around them. That's where Kachava has become a complete staple for me.
On busy mornings, I'll do two scoops and almond milk with frozen berries and peanut butter,
sometimes even ice coffee. And it's the easiest way to get a whole body meal in. Just two scoops
give you 25 grams of plant-based protein. Six grams of fiber, greens, adaptogens, and so much more.
I've noticed steady or energy throughout the day, no crash. It supports digestion with fiber,
probiotics, and enzymes. It helps replenish muscles with protein and electrolytes. And it even
supports metabolism with B vitamins and minerals. Plus, vitamin C zinc in probiotics for your immune
support. It is truly an all-in-one nutrition crafted with highly quality ingredients,
no fillers, no nonsense, no artificial flavors, no soy, no animal products, no gluten,
no preservatives. My current obsession is chocolate, blended with peanut butter, but they also
have vanilla, chai, matcha, coconut, asahi, and strawberry. And the recipes in the Kachava
kitchen make it super easy to switch it up. Stick with your Walnut schools. Go to kachava.com and
use code lipstick for 15% off. That's kachava.ca, CH-A-V-A.com code lipstick. When we started this
podcast, and honestly, when I had started any business, it felt like I suddenly had to wear
every single hat. Creative director, tech support, marketing team, customer service, accounting.
I could keep going all of it. Scripts, logos, schedules, blog pages. Every day, there was a new
decision waiting for me. It can feel really lonely in the beginning. Your to-do list grows faster
than you can check things off, and you're constantly thinking, am I even doing this right?

yesterday and then again today. The biggest change that I have felt is in my joints. When I'm
sitting still for a while and I stand up and I'm like, oh, there's money. I think, oh no,
can I stand on it? Those are the shifts that you start to really feel, but on the flip side of it,
I also confidently think and feel that we've not looked better. I feel like we, listen,
I think we've looked the best we can at every decade, but I do think we don't look like 50
year olds. Well, almost 50. Yeah. I mean, I really feel like, I mean, think about this. I've
seen this, these memes all over Instagram for the last few years. The golden girls. I know.
They were in their 50s when that was on. They were in their 50s and 40s, like 40s, and I think
that's like alarming, not because they looked bad, but I think that is like a microcosm of exactly
what has changed and shifted. And I think part of it is because we have more access. We have more
tools. We have more things. And the stigma of being in your 40s, 50s, 60s has shifted so much.
Like 40s, the new 50s, you know, the new 60s, 60s, the new 70s, 70s, the new 80s. I know,
I mean, people in their 80s, they're on fire. Yeah. I know. I mean, there's a lot of biohacking,
hacking going on. All right. So this is called the daily non-negotiable, the basics that set the
tone. If everything else falls apart, these are things that Misha and I do. Okay. Zeylana,
finding focus. Yes. More, it does not mean better. No, even in your body product. Work smarter,
not harder. The hatch alarm clock. I've been, I've been a hatch devotee now for over a year.
Not grabbing your phone first thing. And I don't know about you, but the days that I do stick to that,
the not grabbing my phone, I feel such a sense of accomplishment. It's because she's in our year.
She's in our year. And I think it's so interesting because you realize like what'll happen to me is,
I'll realize like 15 minutes into like getting the kids breakfast ready. Oh, man, I haven't checked my
phone yet. And there's like a little like pep in my step that like I didn't reach for it.
I have purposely been leaving my phone upstairs after I wake up the kids. I know. Smart. So
little trick, little stuff. That's why you're not calling me every single morning. Our version of
Drea water. Our Mara colostrum. We love momentous creatine superior electrolytes. It's an easy
way to hydrate, support your muscles. We're trying each week to bring you like a little bit of a
different perspective from different doctors. Women who we look up to experts in their fields,
but ultimately kind of what works for us. Yeah, we love these brands. We do. We trust these brands.
I love we've been a lot of them as well symbiotic is amazing. I love parallel. I think if you know,
if you're a woman who's thinking about starting a family, parallel is a great,
a great company to start with. I started taking their packets as well as Nicole Salaca. I love the
midi fiber gummies. Those midi fiber gummies are unbelievable. So good. I take two in the morning.
They taste good. They work. They get the job done, so to speak. The thing that you've turned
me on to that we actually both have sitting here for our sipping pleasure is bone broth. I know.
This is creation, right? This is creation. Kelly and Dr. Kelly and Dr. Kelly and there's so many
makes the carbon one. It's amazing. By the way, chroma is amazing. They're magnesium. The magnesium,
the cookie butter, the super greens. They have a new colostrum. Chroma KROMA. If you want a
little bit of a reset and then you want to keep it going, the packs are amazing. But bone broth
for me has been something that like if I feel like I'm starting to get a little sick,
anything I do. There's spring bone kitchen in New York, which we also have in New Jersey.
And I just so go dash and you know, I like spring bone that immunity gold. I like spring bone
too because it's a little peppery. It has it has a little like turmeric in it. Well,
turmeric in it. Yeah, it's really good. And I also started doing because of Liz Moody,
the gut shot. Oh, the gut shot is a good one. So I'm trying to do it five days a week.
Because I think her's little suggestion tip trick instead of you know, a couple of bites of
kimchi, a couple of bites of sauerkraut. Do the gut shot. Just do the gut shot. You know,
you're getting it in there. I need to do that. I need to start doing that because I do love
the kitchen started on that. And then some kind of movement in the morning. I know. I need you've
always been good. I've gotten way better now. But I took a month and a half off. I had Christmas,
holidays, January, the hundred days of January. It's kind of like the hundred days of May.
But I'm back doing Tracy Anderson. I'm back lifting weights, walking on the treadmill. Again,
Liz said it best. It is, you know, sometimes four minutes a day. What can four minutes a day
do? Imagine 15 minutes, 20 minutes. I do think moving your body is super important. And I,
again, a hundred percent agree. It's not about how long don't need six to ten minutes, but consistency.
I'm a big believer in a vitamin B12 shot. I get two times a month. I do believe in an IV.
Yeah, you are a peptides. I've started taking peptides. I've got to get the exact list of what I'm
taking. But the wellness world can get really overwhelming very quickly. But I do believe in supplements.
I like my gerio water. I like protein powder. There's so many different brands.
In the morning, Greek yogurt, eggs, egg whites. But you know, we do bacon and we do eggs and we
do poached eggs and avocado and banana bread. We always have like a banana bread. I love the banana bread.
Always my kids love it. I love the banana bread. I love. I actually will sometimes make breakfast for
lunch when I'm at home working. And I do those the hero wraps because they're like low carb high
protein. And I'll either take rotisserie chicken or scrambled eggs. And I make a wrap with it. I
like put a little bit of shredded cheese on it and just sprinkle, you know, some sriracha on it,
toast the whole wrap. And it's the most delicious super high protein lunch that I have.
I think the one thing I've kind of changed in the past couple of years is I'm not, I don't
look at things being like gluten free. I'm kind of past that. I mean, sometimes I'll ask in the
morning for a gluten free piece of toast or but I've kind of gone, gone back to whole wheat toast.
Like I love this one sandwich from Bayport. And it's whole wheat turkey lettuce tomato with like
a honey mustard dejon. It is delicious. A good sandwich. A good sandwich goes a long way. But I
don't know. I guess I'm less into labeling. Like I used to low carb gluten free fat for, I mean,
that's been years, but even more on the gluten free, on the dairy free, I do eat cheese,
but I don't eat excessive amounts. No, we're not, neither of us are big dairy people.
No. I tried to, I tried to put, I, I did whole 30 in 2017. Do you remember that?
I loved whole 30. I did the whole 30. And that was when I discovered that I don't need milk in
my coffee because you have to, if you drink coffee, you have to drink a black. I have never gone back.
So you have never gone back. That's been like nine years. I actually tried to the other day.
I had milk in my fridge to make pancakes with for the kids. And I was like, you know what?
Let me just see how I like my ice coffee with milk. I actually, like physically felt like I was
going to puke. Did you really? I really was like, I can't drink this. Like it, and it was light.
It was like the 1% milk. It wasn't even whole milk. It was skin milk like a normal milk. It was
skin milk. And I just, I was like, hmm, couldn't do it. I, I literally threw out my ice coffee.
I do almond milk. I love an almond creamer. Yeah. But I don't over do coffee. I like my ice coffee.
I have this, I will say this is my morning ritual. I got an ice coffee maker called a cumulus
back in, I don't even know when I got it. But it's, I only drink ice coffee. It will be minus
two degrees in New Jersey. And I am in the morning making my ice coffee. And it just, it cold
brews your ice coffee like for you right there in the machine. That is my favorite morning ritual.
I pop my pot in and I make my ice coffee. And I'm like, so happy. It's so good.
I will talk about really quickly. I've been on a GLP one for two years. And I always think people,
it's people still ask me how I feel on it, what I do. And I'm really open about it because I think
there needs to be a destigmatization about it. Like it's not a shortcut. I think you're on
a maintenance program. Yeah. If you do it the right way and you do it with a doctor and you're
following me, I don't get my shots from the internet. I pick it up at Walgreens or CVS. It is
doctor prescribed. I do labs every three months to, you know, make sure everything. It has changed
my labs. Like anything that was kind of out of whack on my labs has gone better. It's not a
shortcut. Blood sugar. It's good for everything. It's good for everything. It's, it really is. I
think, you know, people are afraid of it. I actually talked to my doctor about the pills that
were coming out. Okay. Because that was kind of a big news sensation a couple months ago. And she
said, Dr. Soa. Dr. Soa. And she was like, it's, she was like, listen, I don't want to knock it.
Some people are afraid of injecting, but like it is so much harder to use. It's harder on the body.
It creates more nausea. So she was like, it's not necessarily something that's like better than
the shot. So I think it's actually harder. You have to like, there's some way to eat food with
it. Like it's just a whole thing. And so if you're, some people are really afraid of a shot,
afraid of a shot. Yeah. And nighttime supplements. You will, if you are in your 40s, experience a
super big shift in your sleep patterns. Molly and I, and your skin, yes, dry skin, dry skin, dry
everywhere. Um, but it is really jarring if you've never had sleep issues, which for me was,
I would, I would put my head to the pillow and wake up and be fine. Me too. I was, I could
brag about it anywhere. Molly the rock. Yeah. I mean, I was and those hormones fucked us up.
I looked, when I took that gummy and that was like it literally rosy the next day. She was like,
well, what did you take the, did you take it late? I'm like eight 47. The next day at seven,
I'm like, she was still high. When I tell you, I could barely put my feet over my bad to the ground.
I felt so bad. I genuinely was like ordering her Starbucks and like hand feeding her egg bites
because I felt so bad. I was like, my legs are wet. My legs are like, my legs are like,
oh my god. But what works for one might not work for the other. There's magnesium, sweet,
tart cherry, fish oil. Um, chroma is where I use my magnesium. Chroma. I love, I love magnesium.
I will say the magnesium also for me, um, at this season of my life, my legs sometimes get like
the, you, you, you, it's like rest is like syndrome. Magnesium ladies, if you're listening and you
have restless legs syndrome, you're laying in bed and you can't figure out why you can't stop like
jerking your leg around, take magnesium. And magnesium glycinate is also the one that I, my
plus what I would take for sleep. There's magnesium glycinate. Um, also there is nothing wrong with an
epsin salt. Mm, bath, every night. Um, you can do it with CBD. You can do it. I mean, magnesium.
St. Jane, the brand makes a beautiful sleep bath salt. Oh, it smells delicious. The
packaging is gorgeous. It's actually a really good gift to give anyone like it's just like a,
I think it's like 60 bucks or something like that. St. Jane, St. Jane, their bath salts are amazing.
All right. Let's talk hair and skin protection overnight. Um, hair and skin protection. Um, I do love,
I read like mass. Mm hmm. I love a higher dose. Um, if you don't have an infrared sauna,
they have an infrared, I love the blanket that I use and I love it. Um, I'm trying to get more
massages. Mm hmm. Just to increase circulation. I've done a few lymphatic, um, massages that I
haven't had in years. They really do make a difference. Yeah. I think they make a difference to, um,
my nighttime ritual is I work very hard to maintain my blowout guys with my hair. And I sometimes
wear the bonnet like scarlet. Oh, see, I don't do the bonnet. What I do is I put dry shampoo on at
night. Mm hmm. Um, and then at the end, by the neck, your neck, I put it all over. Honestly,
I brush it through with this brush that I got recently called Lebon bras. It's the most beautiful
brush I've ever seen. It really like smooths my hair out. And then I take crown affair, um,
overnight repair serum. Yeah, serum. And I put it in my hands. And it has been like the best
way for me to save my hair overnight. Uh huh. It is like the best hack. Speaking of sleeping, um,
found a great, great product invention. It's called the eight pod. And it's a mattress,
topper cover that regulates your heat, your heat. Oh, I love that. Like when you're having a hot
flash or you're just hot, it doesn't matter what your partner is doing. It is amazing.
You can track your sleep patterns. Um, it is so good. It's a temperature regulated, um,
kind of mattress pad. You do it through an app, sits by your bed, turn it on. I mean,
it can feel your body and it regulates with your body. It's called the eight sleep pod. I'm
telling you, it's amazing. It's a little bit expensive. But honestly, if you want to prevent
from overheating, night sweats, um, it's really, really good. I think I need a pillow.
Oh, the pillow. Um, it's called the Omnia pillow. Um, it's called sleeping gloves Omnia pillow.
I got to watch these wrinkles. Like when I wake up, you notice that on me. I'm like,
I just crunch a pillow and then every line. So I'm really, I actually plus the bonnet.
I've added kind of some silicone patches. Oh, for wrinkles that like, oh, I need that.
I know. I'll give you, and you can cut them. I got them on Amazon. I don't even know what they're
called. But, um, yes. I mean, I like face taping almost like face taping. Yes. It was, uh,
and then I slept in my eye patches. My eyes were so swollen. I don't know if I had too many
salts. Um, but yeah, I, um, sleep is, uh, it's a must have. Let me tell you, by the way, number one
thing any doctor we've ever, ever, ever interviewed on here, when we talk about like the best tricks
and tips for our skin, they all say sleep. Sleep, dry brushing, whole foods,
vitamin C serum, vitamin C serum, everybody's got to do vitamin C serum. Just do the morning
cocktail and make me happy. But you need a vitamin C serum. You need to ingest vitamin C. However,
which way you do it through oranges through just orange juice get, get enough vitamin C.
Let's talk the body toolkit getting snatch a lot of people ask me, okay, how do you look so smooth
on a red carpet? Look, I have a stylist, but I also have a toolkit, right? I have a toolkit
for when I'm working, I have a toolkit won't for when I'm not working, but your undergarments,
I'm just going to be really honest with you can really age you. Yeah. And they can also be your
best friend. I have recently in the past year, um, started wearing third love. Um, I love third love.
Is so good. They make every size. So if you're the smallest of chests or bigger chests,
they got it covered and they really are great about giving me support, but also supporting my
posture. It's like one of them like for me, that's a huge thing. And don't wear it too tight. No,
you don't want the good answer. The ball. You don't want the pinch or the bowl. It doesn't matter
what your broth says, but don't don't have it pinching. And that's another thing if you're wearing
like a blouse, wear the right size bra because my back fat, if I have like a bat like it'll just
like creep over and I hate that. But we love third love for a couple of different reasons.
They kind of have a bra for everything for travel. So you're not like, I mean, I don't mean this
to be your underwear is not like digging into you. Then you've had something. If you want to be
a little sexy, a little floral, but they're pretty, but they're still comfortable. And then a
t-shirt bra. And then the t-shirt bra, but they've also got their seamless line, which is so good.
It's just, I love this brand because they kind of have something for everyone and they're comfortable.
Like I'm never like pulling my bra strap up. That always happens to me. They just loosen and
fall over my shoulders and there's nothing more annoying than that for me. Let's talk about a
few of our favorites. This is actually third love's number one seller. It's the 24-7 classic t-shirt bra.
It covers everything. It makes everything look smooth. There's no bulge. There's no
bulge, especially right in here on this line. Yeah. And there's memory foam. So it keeps your
natural shape without being too pointed or not giving a nice support. I hate pads. That's why
this is, it's called a t-shirt bra for a reason. Yeah. It's not padded. No, it's just a little
bit thicker. I hear the pads like, they're, they're the worst. This is my like all day lace up lift.
I like that one. This is so pretty. I like the bum. It is. It comes in half's cup sizes as well,
which I think is so unique. And the underwire is flexible. So nothing's poking or digging in.
And feel how soft the lace is. I actually got a bra not long ago. And it was so beautiful. I'm
not going to name the brand. The lace was so itchy. I couldn't wear it. And it was such a beautiful
expensive brand. And like, why couldn't they almost go hard in a weird way? It was itchy. I know.
Like when I got undressed at night, I had a rash all along the base of my underboob because
I had been scratching the lace all day. Okay. So, backs, you know, I hate it back. I hate it back.
This is the comfort stretch, back smoothing t-shirt bra. So right back here, this is what needs to look
very smooth and tight. And tight without bulging too tight. Yeah.
So good. It's super soft. And again, it's kind of got that cushion, that memory foam.
I think the secret to it is see how thick the back is. Yes. It's what makes it actually
like this right here. This right here. Where's my, it kind of like sucks it in. Yeah. Most brands
make it thinner. And that's when you get that really unattractive overlay of fat.
The overlay of fat. The temp sink wireless bra. And this is the world's first
temperature thermoregulating bra, which by the way, it's called temp sink. It's the fabrics
infused with natural minerals that keep you cool instead of trapping heat. It feels so much
better than a normal wireless bra. It's breathable. It's never gets sweaty. It gives you shape.
It's fully adjustable. And there's no itchy tags. There is no itchy tags.
It is so good. You've got to use a sports bra. And there's a sports bra version,
which is so good. But it's even you won't, again, you could, this is, this is what you want to live
in. This what you're traveling. And this is just comfortable. But I mean, comfortable to look good.

cozy and it has completely changed how I think about furniture. Cozy makes furniture that's
comfortable, modern, and actually practical, but the best part is everything is customized by you.
It's not one size fits all. From selfies and shelves to rugs, tables, and dining sets,
everything is modular and designed to fit your space, your style, and your life. Smart design,
adaptable style, and comfort that changes with you because choice shouldn't feel like a luxury.
And real life at home isn't always picture perfect. It's movie nights, it's girl nights,
spilled wine, messy moments, and quiet mornings. Cozy is practical by design and personalized by you
with washable fabrics that forgive accidents. Hidden storage should tuck away any clutter
in pieces that shift when you need more space. What I love is you don't have to commit to one look
forever. The modular furniture with removable washable covers lets you switch up colors and layouts
whenever you want. Plus, they even offer free design consultants to help you make the most out of
your own space. It's easy to order, easy to ship, easy to put together, and easy to live with.
Transform your living space with Cozy. Visit Cozy.com spelled C-O-Z-E-Y. The home of possibilities
made easy. These days, I'm really trying to be more intentional about what I bring into my closet.
I don't want any trendy pieces that fall apart after one season. I want things that feel elevated,
fit beautifully, and honestly actually last. That's why I love Quince. Quince makes high-quality
wardrobe staples using premium fabrics like 100% European linen, 100% silk, and organic cotton
poplin. Their lightweight cotton cashmere sweaters are perfect for this in-between weather.
Light enough to layer, but still feel looks. And their seasonal spring colors and prints
so good. It's that effortless pull together vibe without ever overthinking it.
What I really appreciate is that Quince works directly with safe, ethical factories, and cuts
out the middleman. You're not paying for crazy brand markups or fancy storefronts.
Just quality clothing at a price that actually makes sense. The 100% European linen feels substantial,
but still breathable. The cotton poplin is crisp and holds its shape. The gauze is soft without
feeling flimsy. The stitching to fit the fabrics, everything feels built to last season after
a season. These are the pieces you reach for on repeat. The Quince cotton cashmere sweater has
become my go-to. It's light enough for layering, but still feels looks. And it didn't cost right
thought quality cashmere would. Right now, go to Quince.com slash lipstick for free shipping
and 365 day returns. That's a full year to wear and love it. And you will. Now available in Canada too.
Don't keep selling for clothes that don't last. Go to quince.com slash lipstick for free shipping
and 365 day returns. Quince.com slash lipstick. Just for you guys, we reached out to see if we
could get you guys a discount code. So it's going to be lipstick 15. You guys are going to get 15
dollars off. I'm going to use it myself. Yes. Your first purchase. Third love.com. I'm telling you,
you're going to. I have been living. There are certain brands that honestly I love, but then
they're itchy or they're not smoothing or they make you feel worse, which I kind of make you
feel worse. I really think you guys are going to love third love. It's a great brand. And when I
love most about it, super inclusive. So they have half sizes all the way up to H. But I have to say,
you know, I hate when I see a woman in a fantastic dress and how the bras ruined it. The bras
ruined it. The paint like you see the liner. You see everything. Okay. So big life events.
Special occasions. Whether it be an anniversary, something with your school. Your red carpet.
It's your red carpet. Upnake. Oh, yeah. I dropped your upper bluff in a bottle.
Your upper bluff in a bottle. It lifts the eye. It just makes them look bigger. It's amazing.
It wakes you up. Thank you, Patty Jeroff for chain and marker for introducing us. Thank you for
introducing us. You can see the difference within five minutes. I mean, that's literally how
quick it is. Okay. So Catherine Esposito, who Emisha and I both see she's an incredible
aesthetician, incredible facialist. She's so good. She knows so much. She actually sent me this
brand and it's called Antivorta. That is the line. It's A-N-T-E-V-O-R-T-A. It's a very chic
intimate line. Okay. There's intimate spray. It's water-based alcohol-free. It's a pH balance.
You can spray. It's gynecologist approved and safe for sensitive skin. If you just kind of want
to spray down there. Stay fresh. Stay fresh. Stay clean. It is a great brand. Oh, okay.
And they have travel sprays too. I used to remember those wipes. They have the wipes.
What were the wipes you liked? Oh, I still love them when I was... You're going to love these.
These are better. I love it. The Lima laser. I mean, we talk. I actually keep mine in my
nightstand. I am dying for the big one, but it's so expensive. I got it. I am dying for it,
because I love... The diameter is... Well, that's the thing is like the small one. I'm like,
but it really does work. It's expensive, but it works. I mean, it is one of those products that is
the highest... I think it's the highest grade of red light that you can get outside of a doctor's
office. I like new face as well for lifting and zip. And zip is another one. Honestly,
facial cupping, getting in there with your knuckles. You don't even need a tool. It's just the
action of moving and doing a lymphatic drainage on your face. This morning, I had sushi last night.
I had soy sauce. I definitely had a little bloat to my face. And this just took the inflammation
down within two minutes. I think if you do that, you use a PETA kind of gradual tan,
moose, or salty face to give a little color. A great way to prep for your color on your face
is the Y's X-pads. Oh my god. It really... Because here's the thing, you don't want to put a
self-tan on your face without exfoliating, because then it gets splotchy and uneven. I love
my ritual for my salty face or whatever self-tan or you choose to use, is I definitely do use my
favorite X-pads. And I wipe my whole face down before I put anything else on. And it just makes it
be a smooth surface for that self-tan or to just evenly distribute color. I think we can do all
these products. You can use all the tools. I think that the one key takeaway I have and I've learned
this from you is you have to be consistent with whatever you do. It can't be like a flash in the
pan trend or you jump on the bandwagon of something. Consistency will always, always carry you
through. And that's when you actually see real change if you're consistent with things.
I think it's also, you know, hot girl mindset is also just that. It's a mindset. Yeah.
And I think, you know, I have some of my friends look at things from a very negative start,
negative point of view. Oh, it's going to be bad. Oh, this isn't going to work or he's not going
to make the team or you're not going to get the part or I think it is really hard when you're young
to have that positive mindset. Doom is gloom. But as you get older, it gets just as hard. You've got
to also pick yourself up. You've also got to go in, try to go in with a positive mindset.
Even when the shit's hitting the fan, try to find some positivity. I don't know who said it,
but like leading with the smile when someone comes in the right, slowing down. That's really,
we are the year of the horse. I have really tried to be so conscious. I think I spent the entire
year of 2025 in fight or fight from January 7th with the fires. Yeah. Just in go mode. And I think
while that's good, it got me busy. It kept me busy. It kept me on my feet. There's also sometimes when
you just kind of have to be okay to just take a moment. But having that positive mindset has gotten
you and I through a lot. I really do believe in the power of your mind. And I think there's been
so much talk in the last year about manifestation. We've had Gabby Bernstein on the podcast,
but I think that there's, it really manifesting has become such a part of the vernacular these days
where like, and I do believe it. I think it is something that like, if you believe in something
truly and visualize it, I do think it happens. I really, really do. I think, you know, you're putting,
you're almost ready in your mind. You're not even ready for it. You know, when I'll have these
negative thoughts, I'm like, nope, that's not going to happen. No, you can't. It's something to me.
This morning, and I'm like, that's not going to be me in 10 years, right? Just because it happened
to them, I'm not going to lead like that. And, you know, sometimes you have to give yourself that
pep talk and that's okay. What's also okay is permission to have boundaries. Totally.
Permission to say no. Permission to say yes. Yeah. I think for me, you know, it may seem like I do
so much. And I do a lot. But I also have, sometimes I don't go out for seven days in a row.
I'm with my kids. I'm carpooling. I'm staying at home. I'm finishing with work at four. I don't
see or talk to anyone after five o'clock. Those are shifts, even though they're little shifts that I'm,
you know, trying to be mindful of, like, they are big shifts that really can help. Like,
if you just take those moments, if you just take that time, you're like, oh, that sucks. Okay,
sucks. I think one of the best things that I've learned coming to the age that I'm at, I'm 47,
I'll be 48 this summer is I feel so much more secure in knowing what I want, what I don't want,
what I'll put up with, what I won't put up with. And what makes me happy? Honestly, like, I think
I know that what makes me happy is being at home with my family. And that is a priority. And I,
you know, start, you start to think like the other day I said to Mike, I was laying in bed with Lily.
And I said to my summers, I said I go in 10 years, we won't have any more kids in this house.
A couple things to take away from this episode. Give yourself permission to evolve.
Let go of certain routines that just don't serve you. If it's so hard and it's so just, you don't
want to do it. Or maybe it stops working for you. Stop it. Yeah. Do something different. Yeah.
Hot girl longevity isn't about doing more. It's actually sometimes about what's actually going
to support you in the long run. And sometimes different moments, different times, different years,
you're going to go through things, you're not going to go through things. Someone asked me the other
day, they're like, how's everything? And I'm like, things good. Like things are good. And I, you know,
I think sometimes we feel the need to like have to complain because it feels I know that like,
it's almost a knee jerk reaction when someone's like, how's it going? You'll almost feel guilty
being like, everything's actually, you know, I'm always worried to say it because I'm like, oh god,
something bad will happen because I'm so superstitious. But yeah, no, things are good. And I think
minds are very powerful. And I think continuing that mindset and believing in ourselves and what we
can do and what our bodies can do and accepting the change when it happens. And I'm just going to
say this. If there's one takeaway from me from this episode, confidence evolves. I am, I
definitely feel more confident now in my late 40s. And I did even in my early 30s. It's why you
were confident then, boo. I always was confident, but like I think rocked a leopard and yeah, I did.
I love you. Well, I love you. Build your toolkit, people. Get snatched. Build that into the hot
lacy broth. See you guys next week. See you next week.
