Stream Thinking Defining The Art Of Winning And Its Choices

About this episode

Endlessly people make the choice to call their day a bad day. It's so easy to plaster such a label on our efforts of just wanting to stop. I live by the mantra of how winning is a choice. We all have hard troublesome days and moments but how do we escape their mighty mighty grip? It's in your attitude.

Enjoy your exploration. The art of stream thinking, it's learning how to trust what is in your present place of all things right now. And to get there is going to require some practice. Here's what I do every single day. It's just one sheet of paper, only 10 minutes. Right about whatever is moving through your present place of right now. It can be positive. It can be negative. It can be a wishful thought. It can be something that you're trying to figure out just right about your moment of now. On one page without any type of judgment.

Stream thinking is going to sharpen your skills as a listener, as a communicator and as an activator. It is physically learning how to trust your right now. This is stream thinking today. We're reading from November 28th, 2025 in my martial arts years. We were constantly taught that winning is a choice. I'll say that again, winning is a choice. And it is a choice to turn it into a lifestyle. So is making the decision to be in a bad mood. If you choose to be in a great mood, you also have to choose to be in a bad mood. Winning is a choice. If the Marvel universe would let one more superhero inside, I'm telling you, it's going to have to be my alter ego, Captain happy. I mean, it doesn't mean that I am that guy who's always in a great mood. But I do make it a point to share with coworkers and students how important it is to not invest in the entire process of your present self and make it darker than what it was most other days.

Winning is a choice. Say it five times. Start to believe it when they still don't understand the message. Here's what I'm guilty of looking at people deep into the eyes and very gently saying, I am the greatest actor you will ever meet. Winning is a choice. Say it over and over again. And when you believe it, it starts happening. Now here's the downside of that. Not everybody gets into the idea that winning is a choice. People have challenged me for years on this. And the reason why is because they don't understand that winning doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to win the lottery or you're going to win the Super Bowl or major league baseball world series. Winning could be just a great idea for the moment or taking something that is absolutely negative in your day. Maybe the kids have been driving you crazy. You've got bills. Do the temperature outside is too hot and you're allowing it to poison your mind body and soul.

Well, when you turn it around and think and live by winning is a choice. What is the weather? It's something you can't control. So move on. Winning is a choice. I'm Aaron and that's stream thinking.
