Summer Electric Assistance Program in Mesa

Eligible Mesa Electric customers could save up to on electric bills this summer. The City of Mesa Energy Resources Department's Summer Electric Assistance program (SEA) is accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis for residential customers who demonstrate a financial need. SEA is a residential utility assistance program available to current City of Mesa residential electric customers whose total household income is less than ,958 per year. The program eliminates Mesa's monthly service and usage charges for the first 80 kilowatt hours to help eligible customers cope with higher electric summer bills.
