T.Y. Hilton has retired from the NFL after a stellar run with the Indianapolis Colts.

The speedy wide receiver spent over a decade as a core part of their offense.

Drafted in the third round back in 2012, he wrapped up his career with 638 catches for 9,800.

12 yards and 53 touchdowns. Hilton's shown brightest alongside quarterback Andrew Luck

for seven seasons. He topped 1,000 receiving yards five times, all with luck throwing

him. His top year was 2016 when he led the entire league with 1,448 yards and earned

four pro-ball trips from. 2014 to 2017. Fans adored Hilton for his explosive plays that

changed games. He helped spark comebacks, including a key playoff touchdown in 2013 against

the Kansas City Chiefs. Over nine postseason games, he grabbed 47 passes for 781 yards and three

scores, even reaching the AFC Championship in. 2014. Injuries hit hard later on, leading him to

sign with the Dallas Cowboys for five games in 2022. He never landed another deal after then.

Still, Hilton ends up third in Colt history for both receptions and receiving yards,

trailing only Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison. Hilton shared thanks to owner Jim Erse,

the whole Colt's team, and indie fans for making his dream come true. As he steps away from football,
