sports. I love, you know, some types of wrestling. Sometimes I love boxing. I love boxing. I love it,

love it, love it, love it, love it. And I love mixed martial arts. Love that stuff. I love

kickboxing. Love it, love it, love it. But, but at the top is my rodeo. I love rodeo. And let me

get down to the point. And wrestling, when they get you in a hole and you're down on that match,

and your face is kissing the mat. Now, the, your head, your ear, your face kissing all that mat,

and you, and you go to the top and, you know, the person that you're wrestling, they got to let you

go. Now, if they don't eat, they're gonna keep on trying to hold you. They're gonna try to put

you to sleep some of them, some of them. So listen, my point is this, this is tap out Thursday.

We're not tapping out around here. Well, we are going to tap out on this, the life lesson,

y'all. Y'all know, I'm sorry, if my life goes straight by Dr. Monique Caradine. We are going to tap

out all the problems that have to take breath. We're going to tap out on the problems,

whatever is going on up in your world. Remember, y'all, if y'all remember, I was talking about

set your goals and make your goals. So listen, first thing we're going to do before we, you know,

start working on them goals, we got to tap out, tap out, tap out the bad energy, tap out your problems,

tap out the stress, tap out the anxiety. Whatever you got going on all up on the inside of your space,

I'm talking about your dirt, your house, talking about your body, whatever's going on all up in there,

tap out baby, like like you in restaurant, go to tapping, go to tapping your part, think what

is she talking about? Listen, this is a method to help you to tap out the stress. Now listen,

some people do tapping, some people believe in tapping so that they can focus. I do tapping

something, something nice. I'm not going to say every night, it just depends a lot of times I do

meditation before I go to bed. I'll do my meditation, I'll do my tapping for my shock,

my shock, I keep thinking about in the cow. Now, what y'all say? What's the life lesson? The

life lesson is this. I'm going to get back to the cow. Life lesson is this. You've got to tap out

all your problems, stress, anxiety, all this stuff out the way so you can begin fresh with a clean

slate and start working on your goals when you're trying to accomplish. Now, now, some years ago,

some years ago, I had met this guy, the cow. He's still in my handspace. That was really strange.

We only had one date, one date. We met online. He was about, I don't know, 20 years younger than me.

He was about 20 years younger than me. Fascinating young man. Fascinating the cow in the cow.

And so we got together. We met and I was down there and everything and we went out. I was like,

oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. You know, he was like rocking my world. He was rocking my energy,

not in the barrel, but not okay. And we don't have one date. So listen, my point is this.

The cow was very mature for his age. He spoke, I think, a few different languages. He spoke German,

French, and I think a little Italian. Very, very interesting, very mature. My point, I'm going to get

to the point. The point is this. We're walking down street and I was just all over him and all

like that. And so we were talking and talking and talking. And then he says, um, he says,

Adrian, your chakras need to be open up. I said, what can you talking about? He started talking

some stuff and I'm like, what? He said, you're your chakras. Some of your chakras are blocked up

like what? And so he's talking. We went on into the animal store and he's talking to me about

chakras. My point for bringing up in the cow is because when your chakras are blocked,

you got certain energies that's blocked. And you need to have it open so that your flow of

energy can flow. I know this is all some of y'all here, but believe me, believe me, believe me,

believe me, believe me. So at night, my point is this at night, I will tap my crown. I was

them, my throat. I listened to your heart space. You know, and try to keep that flow open. So listen,

what is the point? I want you guys to be open. You don't have to believe in chakras. My point is

not to have you believe in chakras and all that, but it does work. It does help. But my point

is this is to tap. I want you to tap out all the energy, all the stress, all the anxiety,

things that's got you clogged up, clogged up on the inside. It's just like, you can be clogged up

with problems just like, you know, constipation. You might have a little constipation going on.

And when you release that stuff, you're going to feel a whole light better. You're going to feel

a whole light better. And you'll be able to work on your goals when you have your goals set,

you'll be able to meet your goals. Because listen, when you start working on goals,

when you start working on goals, you want to be clear. You want to be open. My students,

different people that will, you know, come, come across my path. And some of them will have

financial problems. First thing I have them do is unclutter. Whatever clutter they got going on

in their house, get rid of stuff, get it out. I declare this works. It works. It works. It works.

Get rid of stuff. Get make it lead, make it go. You know, have, you know, my lobe, take the stuff out,

just do something, throw it in and try to do whatever you got to do to unclutter your house.

Get it done. Get it done. Get it done. Get it done. Get it done. It works every single time.

It never miss, never fails. You got to have a flow of energy going in and out. Listen,

it's got to be free. Free space. Listen, don't clog up your space. Have it, have it open,

have it open before. In this January, January is month for a consecration, consecration.

You got a fine tune. What's going on on the inside? You got a fine tune. You know,

spam ran. So listen, I don't want you guys to, you know, get it confused. It's real simple.

Open yourself up. Get rid of anything that you got going on. This kind of got you in a fix

or a bind. Get rid of stuff. Whatever it's got you, you know, was anxiety, whatever it's got

you, was stress. Get rid of it. If it's people that takes on space, you know, you got to have

some space for yourself. If you need to have, or go have a massage to get to release the stress,

go have a massage, you know, whatever you've got to do. So listen, listen, listen,

before you start working on your goals, that's what you need to do. D-stress,

D-stress, D-stress, D-stress, D-stress. Listen, I got some great music for you. I'm going to get

the whole world knows that he needs a whole lot of him, but they're going to help him.

The people that's in there with him, I don't want to say a whole lot. That's in there with him.

They're going to help him to manage his job to do what he needs to do. So listen, this is,
