1:03And tickets to see them play were some of the hottest in town. It has been a privilege to be here. This is a match that will live in the memory of all of us forever. But things were changing. The long-held supremacy of graceful and balletic Steffi Graf was under threat. And there was a new kid on the block. Teenage phenomenon, monocosalus. Steffi had been so dominant and been so challenging to the lights of Everton, Navratelova. And then suddenly a long came monocossellus who was a real threat to her. She hit the bar big, the grunts. She hit two hairs off both sides. It was so jaw-dropping what she achieved when she was so young. I mean, at one stage, I think she'd won three out of the four, two back-to-back years. Unbelievable as a teenager. And just when tennis fans all around the world were looking their lips at the prospect of a rivalry that would push the sport to new heights, one of the strangest and most shocking sporting crimes brought it to a grinding halt.

2:12The world's leading woman tennis player, monocosalus, has been stabbed with a knife by a spectator that a tournament in Germany. This is the story of what happened during tennis's darkest hour. The day that the best player in the world was stabbed on court in front of thousands of spectators to think that you would be at that change of ends in your moment. And to have something like that happen, it was just shocking. I remember the whole of the tennis tour was in shock. This is a story about so much more than just what happened on that dark day in 1993. Over the course of this series, we'll reveal the full story behind monocosalus' battles in both the criminal courts and on the tennis courts. You could paralyze them, you could kill them. There definitely should be consequences jail time, something, and that had to have felt terrible for monocos. Like, are you kidding me? It's crazy. How she fought her greatest battle in secret, undisappeared from public life at the peak of her powers.

3:17There's these question marks on them. They'll never ever know what her career would have been in terms of the history books because it was denied. It may not be what you would have wanted. It may be something you wish had never happened, but growth happens regardless, and I think that's always positive. This is a story about dizzying highs and devastating lows. When to hold on and when to let go. It's about the shadows cast by the media's spotlight and what lurks within them. I'm always now, even more so, very aware and not necessarily doing things on my own anymore. I'm always with someone and always being watched, I'd say. This man stole her story from her, as well as her peace of mind and her physical well-being. But also, how it changed the way we enjoy all forms of live sport all over the world.
