This podcast is part of the Sports Social Podcast Network. He's 39, he's not going to keep going until he's 43. I don't know anyone who would do that. Well... The fantastic sports ball show. Hello and welcome to their show with Nico. The show where I get to talk about football, the beautiful game. The way I feel like talking about it alongside. James, Hammers, Mr. 3.3 million, whatever. Yeah, Mr. 33k, no longer. We're still waiting for you to pop off, James. Because after all that negotiations and thinking and this and that and the other... At some point, a hole is coming, right? A hole is coming. It just didn't pick Bruno Fernandez. It's ultimately it. Yeah, that one was a crazy non-pick.

I have to say, guys, yes, I'm still playing FPL. But... But I will not be talking about my FPL team today. Because? At all. Because what's the point? It's like, I'll talk about it when it's going well. It's going terribly. Right. So there will be no further chat with FPL ever on that show where Nico... At some point, at some point. Yeah, like such said, a clock is right twice a day. Broken clock, bro. Broken clock, yes. Anyways, yeah, by the way, I'm still supporting GipSwitch down. I know they are not top four like I predicted. They'll be last episode. Okay, fair enough, but they're still above Tottenham. So... Literally, it was the most predictable line. As soon as you opened your mouth about it, switching was just so predictable. Bad and spurs, though, right? Was it predictable? The way as soon as you started speaking, I knew you were going to say it. I was prepared in my mouth if you didn't say it to say it for you. Oh, okay. I mean, you like to stitch up Tottenham anyway.

I've not taught them that stitch up themselves. But we're going to start the conversation then. We taught them. And Richardly Son. Pro, pro, pro, pro. Pigeon, yeah. We have to talk about him. I don't know if you know this. We haven't really spoken about it. Because you are not on TikTok. But... No, I'm way too old for that show. A couple of days ago, maybe three days ago, Richardly Son posted a compilation of all his goal contributions for Tottenham. Okay. And it's like five minutes, 39 seconds, of just goals and assists. Good man. Do you want to guess how many? How many goals Richardly Son scored for us? And assists? And assists. Yeah. He's counting both. I can't remember. Fine. Go contributions nowadays. It's a thing. What year did we sign him? 22. So which one is he? Four years ago, yeah. Is he just Premier League or is it? No, it's all everything. Cup, European, all that as well. Not friendly as well, everything else. 50. Go contributions. Yeah. Overall? Yeah. Yeah. Not quite. Close.

Well, how many? 46. Oh, that's not bad guess. 32 goals, 14 assists. Do you think he's sending a message to Tottenham? Look at what I've done for you guys. Yeah, that basically, I'll get you eight goals and four assists across the season. And that's not enough for you. Is it? I mean, he's done something. It's helped. Listen, if you provide for Richie in the penalty area, Richie smells out the chances. He scores the crap ugly goals for you. He's occasional gets a really nice one, like Burnley opening day last season. But other than in the penalty area, I think his sad was happening. It seems silly to me that Tottenham haven't registered and just completely part of the mark. So I don't even know if you can leave or not. I was of the belief that the Saudi transfer window was still open to mid-October. I've heard other people saying it's closed. It doesn't like FIFA. I've still got it up on their website. It's like October the 12th or something like that. So I don't think you can even go anywhere anyway.

So Tottenham should have registered him. Did you have space to register them? Yeah, because they've registered Javi Simmons. Javi Simmons ain't going to play. You can register players again in January. Javi Simmons isn't going to play before that. So why didn't they do it? Is it tried to give them the messages? Literally why explain like last week or even the week before? Yeah, before the new cards will game. I said, there's a chance they're going to leave him out the squad and just try and force him out. That's what they tried to do. And he's obviously come out, which is fair play to him. Be like, no, no, no, do things on my terms. But you ain't going to play football. So no one's winning here. Did respect Tottenham. But the problem with Richie is he was at a stage where he needed Tottenham needed him to go. That's not his fault that he's come out and try to protect himself or his contract or whatever. But Tottenham tried to force him out the door. Richie's obviously got the memo but decided he's out of the cup of choices.

Yeah, listen, I'll go to Saudi. Maybe don't want to go to Saudi. Go to Turkey. Maybe don't want to go to Turkey, right? It's not just a football choice, right? It's a life choice. You're going to go and live. I'm going to move to how many miles this stand by or whatever. Listen, it's practically Asia, right? One half of it is Asia, one half of it is Asia. So there's more to it than just a football choice. People say, oh, he's not going to play football. But maybe he's happy with his life in London, and with his family and whatnot. So I don't know. So I respect his view on it. I kind of respect the fact that Tottenham tried to bomb him out as well. You respect that? Yeah. I know I had to be done. I don't know if I respected, but sure. I mean, he has to be done. Unfortunately, the lay of it, man, he wasn't going to really play anyway, unless there was an injury crisis moving on. He literally started a season. Yeah, because Selenky wasn't fair. And now we've bought Omar. I'm on my moosh, and we've added Savinio, and Kudos is back, fair. And tell Complete, we've added Mudri. There's loads of people can cover now.

So if Selenky and Richalison, Selenky and my moosh both got injured, they tell up front, you play Mudri, name, they could or stale. There's loads of options for Tottenham now that they wouldn't have to go back to Richalison. Well, yeah, I feel sorry for Richalison, but... And he was last year of his contract, which is an interesting thing. So it's like the money aspect. Tottenham do, this would be weird, but they might do it. Tottenham do have an option to trigger an extra year. So they'll do it just to sell him and make some money? It's possible. Which would be cold, and... We don't want you, we're going to make you stay. It could happen. All right, let's talk about other players. The leftist club and had something to say. Enzo Fernandez. Join Trunk Trunks. It's a ways of blue, family. Enzo Fernandez, left Chelsea. Of course, you join Manchester City on the deadline day. Great. First few words. I had the new club. I always dreamed of being at the club as big a city.

Now, I would like to remind you that Enzo Fernandez has played for Benfica, big club. He's played for Chelsea, big club, city, big club. My question for you, James is, what does Manchester City have that Chelsea doesn't to be considered my dream to play at the big club? Chelsea only had 76 charges and man's city got 115. So... I think a club isn't that like... It's pretty tough. I can't remember if the Chelsea number is exactly 76. Apologies if I've quoted that wrong. We should not get done for that. So dealt with a couple weeks ago. And I'm sure man's city aren't going to get done either. Nothing particularly. No, it's true. The old story... You probably don't remember about Robbie Keane, right? No. So Robbie Keane, other than basically a period at Tottenham for like five, six years, he kept moving. And when he joined Tottenham, I was my dream to be here and stuff like that. So when he left, he went to Liverpool,

and we knew in fairness he did support Liverpool as a kid. I was always my dream to be here and rare, rare, rare. Anyway, it completely bombs at Liverpool to the extent that six months later, he comes back to Tottenham. We were fighting relegation at the time. It's good to be home. A little bit like that. Yeah, I shouldn't have left, nor that. Then in the next season, he goes on loan to Celtic. He's Irish, right? A lot of Irish boys and girls follow Celtic and stuff. So you know what happened when he got there, right? I always been marching into play for Celtic. So this man's left Tottenham twice in like 80 months, two different clubs, and it was his dream to be there both times. Tottenham is his dream. Cool, fair enough. So he comes back to Tottenham for a little bit, because he's only been online at Celtic. And then when he goes, he goes to LA Galaxy. A fair game to your man, yeah? He gets in his press conference and he goes, and he laughs when he did it. He said, I saw his mind dreams appear. So he knows that people already clocked it. Anyway, so point at his sees with this, with Fernandez.

He's not the first player to do it, he won't be the last, right? So what can I say to endear myself to let my new supporters and stuff? Yeah, but you've got to have some respect the other way, right? You win an achieved stuff with Chelsea and that as well, right? Chelsea gave you a break in the Premier League. They paid a lot of money for you. People were like, whoa, shit, that's a lot of cash after Qatar World Cup on that. So yeah, it's just someone be an agent or his PR team or whatever should be game. Yeah, you know, just ice and honor to join Man City. Like that's all you have to say. You don't have to say the words that's going to lead people to interpret stuff another way where he obviously now goes back and gets booed. He's like, just come out and just say, look, it was it was a pleasure to play for Chelsea for this amount of years. Felt like I need a new challenge. It's an honor to join Man City and you go, no one can really complain. Look, this is a big club stuff. Even what you said, Ben Fieker. Ben Fieker, historically, are bigger than Man City and Chelsea, right?

The way money's gone now, not true, but historically, that's a giant of European football. So yeah, I thought you'd life out, man. It's already cool for us. He cool, then. But question for you, then, is Man City bigger than Chelsea now? Then if we count everything, who's bigger? Because their success, both of these teams are quite recent, right? I would say similar at this moment. City got a bigger ground now because Eddie has gone up to nearly 60 or might even be 60. Now, and stuff. Chelsea, huge number of trophies over the last 20 years. Man City, huge number of trophies and Premier League dominance over the last 10 to 12 years. Also, some of it might not be right, but it happened. Man City, probably a bit more historical than Chelsea at 60's, 70's stuff like that. Otherwise, isn't these two clubs have played each other in Division 2 recently?

It's like the 80's and stuff like that. So they're dead, the two power modern clubs that got filtered a shitload of money to join the rest, basically. We don't have to lie about it. I would say the similar size clubs would say, we've city is going to be interesting to see what happens over the next few years. You could even make the case and go, well, Fernandez has gone from Chelsea to Man City. Manager basically walked out on Chelsea because he was in talks for the Man City job and stuff. But then there's a whole thing around the ownership. I like to value it sometimes and think, if you put those two clubs on the other side of the world, we would have more fans in the ground. Right now. I think the answer's Chelsea. Sorry. You reckon? I think at the moment, yeah. Interesting. All right. So let's move on to another player who left the Premier League.

Holy Watkins. Well, so good things to say about is your club and league. Well, if you join the Saudi league, you best speak up and promote that shit immediately. So, Holy Watkins scored. It is the view. You've seen this wage packet, Oli. You best speak. Maybe it's part of the contract. You reckon? Anyways, I don't know if he's like, literally on the paper, but he's right. So, Oli Watkins said, to be honest, the standard here today was as good as the Premier League. That's funny because I can't think where I heard those words from before, Cristiano was knee-like. Oh, it's as good as the picture. He's going to be top five league and stuff, yeah. Okay, so you don't believe him? Right. You don't believe all he wants? I don't want to pick on any particular team out there. Some big clubs out there. Al Halal is massive football club, for example. That's a TV play. Well, but Oli Watkins has been used to playing against like Gabriel's and Vandaiks and

back in your lane, mate. I'm sorry. Nice. He said. Not having it. No, no, no. Tell me one world-class central defender in the Saudi league. Kuli Wally? Easy to do. All right. I think he plays for Halal as well. So, we're playing for with the Holy Watkins. You asked Chelsea fans about Kuli Wally. I could say that about a lot of players at Chelsea. Mamadou Sar. Tossin Adabarayou. Yeah, but you're not going to call these players world-class. Are you just called Kuli Wally world-class, mate? I mean, if you put Tossin Adabarayou in the Saudi league, it might be world-class. Yeah. Yeah, it could be. You know what else happened if you put Tossin Adabarayou in the Saudi league? He'd probably say something like, all the standard is as good as the family league. Rarararayou. Yeah, okay. And I always love that show. I always wanted to join the team. As big as this. So, we don't believe all the world-class. Today, I'm... Come on, man. He seems like an honest man. I don't know. He's a nice man. Sure, he's a really good fellow. Still in the truth.

He's been paid to tell the truth. He's tenured. He needs to tell you. I don't think there's any player that's going to the Saudi pro league that said, you know, the standard is quite low here. No one's going to say that, are they? The guvianos. They're in seriousness. All you'd be doing, and it's not saying he hasn't definitely been told say that. He's devaluing himself. He would be devaluing himself. They say he's not been told. All of you've got to promote the Saudi league. Like, blatantly, obviously, Ronaldo has had to promote it and stuff. Maybe what King's wasn't told that. Maybe he feels he needs to say it to justify his decision. That as well. Did he do it? Was it? Oh, hello. Hello, he tried. I feel out there. One of the biggest problems there. Yeah, that probably are. Yeah, and listen. They beat City in a club where Kali years ago. They've got a genuinely good team out. Hello. They do. They do actually. They do have good players there. I think, um, what's his name? Ruben Evans plays there as well. Yeah, he got loads of good players. Some reveal is there as well. Is that where some of it went? He's the penalty. Yeah, I was going to say he's penalty. Kaliwits, go. Oh, classy stuff. Yeah, anyways. Yeah, Saudi pro league. We support it.

No, we don't. I'm not against it. Part of definitely not supporting it. If the sponsor is, we will support it. If they sponsor, you never know. We will sell our soul for the Saudi bag. Guys, you want to do the fantasy pro league? To be ethically correct to the money. It's too good to say no. That's true. Another player they had things to say. And Bapi. So, Mbapi in the press conference was attacked, quote, unquote, by some journalists. This is the word before the game. Before the game. Yes. Before the game, yeah. They were questioning him. His work rate, his and Vinicius juniors who work rate defensively and whatnot. Vinny was getting, oh, hard last night again. Demlot, man. Leave him alone. I, leave him alone. They must be like, when he got substitutes, who was young, and obviously didn't help, that they couldn't bring the sub on for like a minute, right? He didn't get off the pitch quick enough, that that didn't help things. But there's obviously some round Madrid fans clapping him off and stuff. And you can hear the whistling and stuff. There must be some Madrid fans there thinking,

man, we are a complete bunch of ungrateful toss parts, something like seriously. I mean, I suppose some of them will think that. God. That's very common. That's got to be the most entitled fanbase in the world, man. They've done it to Ronaldo as well. I didn't put them above Arsenal. From that perspective. It's meant so. Well-class players and your whistling and stuff. Well, for what? Maybe they're motivating. Who knows? I don't know. That's their view. We're going to tell you how shit you are and then you better perform or what? Or else. Because what? Because you got linked to Arsenal. What's it all about? The chin job. Is it to do with it if it's to do with a chin? No, except. I mean, if it was, I don't think that's the case. Maurinho was asking the fans to clap him, though. Maurinho's like, please clap my boy. Yeah. They weren't too happy with the way that the Maurinho's team was playing last night. Maybe we'll add out on the weekend Friday. Any case, talk about him, Bapé. Anyways, and Bapé was attacked by the journalists.

They were comparing him to Rafinha and Dembele because Dembele and Rafinha pressed more in. Bapabla. And then Bapé's like, well, last call, more goes in these guys. Fair argument. Yeah, yeah, it's fun. I mean, it does have a point. It's an... No, seriously, during the World Cup, Bapé made me eat some words on him, right? Because he did work hard as well. That was obvious right from the start in the group stage with France that he was putting the work in. So, now I have to give him some praise at the moment. He did say he will put the work in for France. I mean, listen, none of them was particularly pressing last night except in the right top kind of final quarter of the pitch, which by the way, actually led to both Madrid's goals. Otherwise, Maurinho's making it easy for them. Get back into position. When people criticize Vinicius and Dembele for not pressing, do you think they're just not pressing because they don't want to press? Are they literally not going to listen to what Maurinho is telling them to do? So, it's Maurinho's statics, right? It's Maurinho saying, don't press?

There is no doubt in my mind. A Bapé went to go to Ramadrid. A Madrid wanted to buy a Bapé from Paris, so I'm sure, man. It's also my belief, and it's only my view, that Luis Enrique was quite happy for him to go. That is correct, yes. But that doesn't mean that... Okay, so you're telling me that Mbapé at PSG was not listening to the instructions given by Luis Enrique? We've nearly all of us have seen that clip. Yeah, when he's teaching... They're in light of fear to room, and he's trying to teach him the importance of off the ball work and stuff. And Mbap is like... You could tell he's like... Whatever. That score goes, bro. Exactly. Listen, it scores goals. And he actually believes that he should win the ball on door. They interview them about that, and he said, he will vote for himself for the ball on door. If Mbapé won it based on the World Cup, it wouldn't have a huge problem with that. We'll talk about the ball on door later on, but yeah, there's more people talking about stuff. Other players... Other players, actually, a coach this time wanted to clap back at some critics.

Graham Potter. Graham. Graham Potter. Graham Potter, yeah. Yeah, he posted a video doing Pilates, and people in the house. People in the comments were killing him. And he was clapping back. Very random, yeah, Graham Potter. So yeah, someone said, hopefully you are better at Pilates than you are as a football manager, to which Graham Potter said, I'll try not to do Pilates in a dysfunctional place, and I'll be okay. I thought he was talking about Chelsea. I thought. But I forgot that he actually was at West Ham as well. I forgot about this, pal. Someone said, you got us relegated, you mug, and he just laughed at them. Laughing emojis. He wrote up in my estimation. I might stop Pilates. They also said, do you mind the money, though? Did you? And he said, absolutely not. Wow, this guy is bold. He's bold. On my dead land stream, the buyer is the same for every dead land stream,

and it's a little asterisk in there. It says, if you ask a stupid question, expect a stupid answer. That's how he's treated that. But he hasn't said any teams. He hasn't specified who he's talking about, but I'm assuming he's either talking about Chelsea, West Ham or both. Could be two and back Sweden. It's not talking about Sweden. Could be two and back Sweden. He cannot relegate Sweden. Could be two and back Britain. He didn't relegate Britain. No, that's true. So he only relegated, well, West Ham? I suppose. Yeah. Well, didn't relegate them technically, but put them in a, put them in a, no, no, no, no. I definitely can tell you that with four games to go, West Ham would not have relegation zone. So, it's important to not relegate them. No, he was our boy, the legend. Ciao, Paulina. He's short. Of course he was. The other Portuguese guy, perhaps, which one? Who's still there? Who's still there? Spirit of the Sun? He relegated the West Ham. I was taking the English Portuguese. I mean, he got him out of the shit and then let them back into the shit. That was crazy. I thought you were safe, and then you lose free Neil to Brentford

and everything for the part. Because Sujo get upset, so don't. He's not listening. There's no way. Listen, Suj only listens to the bits of planet of your content that Nick goes on. So, is it? Yeah. Come on, sir. He doesn't care about nothing else. He only listens when you're on. As he should, as he wants to see which mad shit is going to come out of your mouth. Anyways, salute to Potter. I mean, sometimes you got to attack them. I'm not sure about Managed Suppost in Palai videos, because you are just going to get a solid for that. Yeah, true. There's a man who you are. Imagine if I did that. Oh my god, he'll kill the guy. But he'll twist it. He'll say he's motivational for the players. Yeah. It's a new masterclass. He had a manoeu light bulb moment. Got the dog. Call him. It changes the dog's name now. It's warm instead of wind. You already want. Don't people get upset about that with the dog? So, move on. Actually, learn that people are quite defensive of that dog. They love the dog. Yeah. Okay, cool.

Hey, I love the dog as well. Yeah, move on. Anyways, Shavi, the legend is Shavi Hernandez is the new coach for the Dutch national team. Oh, yeah, yeah. In the press conference, the technical director, who's Nigel Tejong, Manchester City legend, AC Milan legend as well. The guy who killed Chabielonzo. Well, we'll go up Kung Fu. Kick legend. The guy. So, in the presentation, my guy is like, our first candidate to replace Cuman was Guardiolo. Guardiolo was not available. So, he wanted to chill. Our cell candidate was slot. The slot. He wanted the arrest of deliver pool. So, no. Our third candidate, though, he's here with me. Chabielonzo. He was our third. Our last choice. He's like, okay. I think that's absolutely mental. To see it like that. Like, oh, he was our third choice. So, it's like two things have tried to be justified there.

We tried to get the best manager in the world. Kung Fu. Couldn't do it. Then we couldn't do that. So, we thought we'd better get one of our national people. Because that's normally, he's normally only Dutch, but is he the first foreign ones to Netherlands? I'm holding on. But as far as my memory... The Dutch have had great coaches and managers. So, he might be. I'm not sure. Okay. So, we get one of our national ones. Oh, he didn't want it. Okay. So, then we went to Javi, because that was like, back to World's Football Guardio, the way a little bit, right? He played World Guardio. He learned World Guardio. He's like, whenever a manager joins a football club, he was our first choice. Listen. That's not necessarily the case. It's like, you know, he could've joined Tottenham. It was always Tottenham. It came like a banter thing. Oh, yeah. Because you chose us. If our hellhalla was money had been coming, no, you wouldn't have. Right. So... You would choose Tottenham over a hellhalla. All right. I just went to the Saudi League and get...

All right. Let's say Arsenal. Arsenal would have gone there, right? Whatever. There's no, none of that loyalty stuff or whatever. So, as if Mohammed Kudos was like, oh, yeah. I joined my boyhood club Tottenham, which isn't what he said, but the Robbie King weighed. No. No. So, when the club say, oh, yeah, he was always our first choice and stuff. Moodrick was your first choice. In some cases, I believe that very much to be true. Actually, Tottenham regretted the Serbia thinking he really was their first choice and stuff. But quite often, I mean, when Tottenham appointed Nuno, he was about fucking 15th on the list or something. They just kept cocking it up. We were so... Our first choice. We chose him first. You know that they're going to say, oh, yeah, it was always Nuno. And... Was all of you... We're going to make you proud. We're going to... Nuno, it took a long time, but ultimately you did, brother. Thank you. I mean, Nuno was... He should have given... should have been given more time anyways. But yeah, Shabia, Nuno is not even our worst manager appointment this century.

No, no, it's probably... The fucking cup holder. Or even the Hugo Tudor. The truth, I'll let you have that as well. I mean, was he interim or was he actually definitely technically was interim? But your man was running the show when he said... That was one of the worst honestly. Honestly. But yeah, Shabia is just sitting there next to Nigel De Jong and De Jong is just telling... Spilling the beans. Telling how he was the third choice. It's completely wrong now. Our line. Also, it was reportedly... They didn't confirm it, but apparently Roberto Martinez was also lurking for that job. Which I'm very pleased that he didn't get... He also didn't get the Scotland job. So... No job for Roberto Martinez. Let's keep it that way. Where's he going to fool up? Where's he going to fool up to this time? Probably Saudi, I'm sorry. Where's he going to go? He needs to follow his feet like he always does. So we'll see. We'll see where he falls. I'm actually quite curious to see where he ends up. That man needs to... We spoke about it before and you're... You're fucking thing from men in black.

Roberto Martinez said that... Forget... And then he speaks and then he's signed afterwards and everyone goes, I said, he's all right. And then you watch his team again. And then he says, He's shit. Okay. Let's move on. Bad news in the world of football. Messi has retired from the Argentine and national team for the second time. My missus, we was out. And the missus said to me, she said, Messi's retired. And I was like, oh. I didn't think nothing of it. It checks my phone and cut the hours later. It's only quitting an national football. Yeah. I mean, you thought he was actually retiring for... She said he's retired from football. You didn't... You had no reaction to this. I was out with my boy and stuff. I was like, oh wow. And I'm thinking if she's telling me, that's like as deep news. This is some bank holiday Monday. I was like, okay, fine. Charlie, babe, this is only quit Argentine, huh? Yeah. Four second time. Babes, he's 39. He's not going to keep going until he's 43. I don't know anyone who would do that. Well, the conversation now leads to... Will Ronaldo retire from the national team finally?

Now, I don't want Ronaldo to retire from the national team, especially now there is 978 goals. I think playing for Portugal will help him get to that 1,000 quicker. Portugal is going to play, by the way, against Wales on September 24th. Ronaldo doesn't say anything about retiring from the national team. As of now, I'm assuming he starts the game. I'm assuming he will. And he'll score a penalty or something and get to 979 goals. He probably wants to score his 1,000 goal with Portugal. Makes the most sense. So stay. As long as he stays available in fit, you're going to have to get Ronaldo on the team. It is where it is. And he just wails. Who cares? Wow. The national nation's leagues. Like, who cares? As ever, Nika's views are not necessarily representative views of planet FPO. Well, but it's only Wales. It is only Wales. And they don't have Garif Bell anymore, so... And Harry Wilson is nothing good for him.

Look, if Ronaldo wants to continue playing football and get to these 1,000 goals, that's absolutely fine. Don't have to keep dragging your national team down, man. He's not dragging them down. Come on, man. You got to move on from... His nation's league, James. No one cares really about it. Oh, look. Allow him to play in Portugal. Being very serious, this guy should have come out the team at least four years ago. Respect to everything he's done. Respect to the fact that he's still doing it now. It's incredible how he's kept himself, like, genuinely, by enough, man. Enough. But if you were to guess, because the World Report that Ronaldo was going to retire from the national team, as soon as Portugal got knocked out from the World Cup, no one has said anything about it since then. So if you are to guess, do you think Ronaldo's still placed for Portugal? I think Ronaldo will be, like, wheeling you out for your first game in the 2003 World Cup, mate.

Come off the bench, maybe. No, it'll be starting. He'll be captain, manager, kit man, throwing takeer, corner takeer. Be everything. He's done it before. Do it before. I've done it back, kit man. You don't know what he does, but he's... He's a bad guy. He doesn't know. Why you're losing me? Respect to Ronaldo, but yeah, come on. So it's time for him to go. It's okay. It's your nation. You're obviously quite happy from the Cape Plain. All right. I've respect that. No, I just want him to get their thousand goals. If we don't have to be for Portugal, man. Nobody makes it faster. Point is, you got to be realistic about this. Is he going to play for you at the European Championship two years time? I don't know. I don't know. I agree with you, right? This is silly now. I don't know. Right. The best thing to do would be because replacing him, let's be serious, replacing him is impossible. Yeah. Even at this point, because of what he is for the country, etc. and what he's achieved.

So whoever's coming in is never going to get anywhere near his peak levels. Right? We can obviously agree on that. Give whoever this is going to be. Or a couple of people are proper chance over the next couple years to be ready for the next one, man. Who do we have? Let me tell you in series. Let me tell you how many goals short is he? 22. 22. 22? Yeah. 22. Yeah. So if it takes him, and it might do like over a year, and then, oh, right, in the March International's before the next year rose, he does it. He gets a thousandth goal and he goes, thank you very much. That's my career done. That's even more out of order, man. Seriously, go forward in a new direction, man. It's clear they're all at loggerheads where there's not like a united team, man. Your team is outstanding on paper. It is, man. With names and everything. Yeah, but that's what I'm saying. You make it into a team. Get a forward that's going to be the right profile for that brilliant midfield you've got.

Maybe Ronaldo. Maybe Ronaldo. It ain't going to be. I can sit here and tell you now that if he's still starting for you in two years, there is no chance he wouldn't have to want to. Well, I don't know about two years. Three years seems excessive. I don't know. I don't even think Ronaldo will be playing for years. What's the point? Yeah, our nation's league. He's to infer this to him. He's one it. So you don't need to do that. He has one, it's yes. Get up. Seriously. I don't know. I'm not even being over with about it. But I respect to him and everything he's done. One of the greatest of all time, genuinely. Stop now. I stop. Real goat see the end of a world cup and go. That's it. I'm going to walk away now. What are you trying to say? Messi carrying on would have been stupid. And by the way, Messi had a big impact in the summer and shut a few people up, including myself even because I thought, I'm not sure you should still be there. I mean, missed all the penalties, but sure. I'm just saying. He's a little bit okay. You missed all penalties. Okay. I know that Messi was there.

He was there. Yeah. Ronaldo was there. He said, I'm back. Yeah, I saw that. Yeah, after he's back. Yeah, after he's back his time. Yeah. Cool. Cool. I do have to say that was the greatest moment that the world cup for me. When Ronaldo scored the first goal against Uzbekistan. Sit on back. And he ran to the bench and hugged all the players. He was like, yeah, we're united here. I don't know even how he has yieldacity to say I'm back. Can't get this prick to leave. So how can you say I'm back? He loves the team. He loves the country. That's some fun. I respect to that. I respect. I respect. All right, let's talk about some other players. But in seriousness, I don't want him to become a villain for you. He's not a villain. He must be hitting near that point, mate. Potentially. For some producers, people, they're like, and that's good. I'll give you an example, right, Sunny? How long did you hear me talk about Sunny? And be like, he's got to go, man. Because he's going to become a bit of a villain. And he went. Right. So when I just stood the right time, I can finally deliver the trophy.

The club wants me probably to go. I'm going to go. And his legacy is intact forever. No one's going to question Ronaldo. It was like Portugal's greatest player and stuff. But you don't want it to be a bit, get to the point where everybody's like, you need to off-mate. Mm-hmm. That's where it will get to. Well. And the first place that's going to come from, by the way, is within the team. One could say that is already happening. Well, exactly. One could say that. Assume me. But anyways. If you sort it out, truthfully, the only team, the only teams I think are better than you in Europe or France than Spain. So you're telling me that you remove Ronaldo, put someone else in suddenly, Portugal becomes a great team. Come on, James. No. But play with someone that completed their strengths, right? What are their strengths? Movement, off-the-ball work, defensive work. Doesn't, doesn't, you can't replace Ronaldo's goals. No one's saying that, right? Whoever you put in, if you put someone else in, you put Ronaldo in there. Ronaldo will outscore that other person. I still acknowledge that, right? But what it brings for the whole rest of the team,

no. Well, truthfully, I'll give you a good example. I'll give you a good example. I'll give you a good example. If you had someone like Havats up front, you'd be serious. If we had a better coach than Robert Martinez will be serious. Maybe so, yeah. There you go. So at least, at least what you did is you appointed a manager who's had no previous association. What's the rest of the Cristiano Ronaldo? I don't think there's going to be any more. There's going to matter much. I respect George Jesus. I've appointed his club manager. Fuck man. No longer. No longer his club manager. And he actually played quite well when we'd run out of, and we've had Ronaldo and Ange. I don't know. What's the issue? Because when Irrigan cut the weeks ago where they were, they were too new down and down to 10 minutes. They took Ronaldo off because obviously that's down to nine. Yes. And then they were three two. Ronaldo was actually in the dressing room

celebrating with everyone. Good, really happy. I'm really pleased to hear that. I do have to say, I think Ronaldo deep inside was kind of like, I wish these guys would lose. So, no, I know. Hope he's not Lara, man. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if he was like, overall, you took me off. I hope he lose by five calls to Neil. This and he's a winner. There's no doubt about that. He's a winner. And him carrying on playing, Ange, because he don't believe in himself or he's being selfish, he still thinks he can do something. Yeah, I know. He's doing something. He's doing something. One player that is not doing something was retired is Liverpool legend, Jose Enrique. Do you remember him? Yeah, I left back. Yeah. Great left back. It seems like Liverpool left problems. It's okay. With fullbacks at the moment. And someone asked Jose Enrique, do you think you can feel at fullback now, please mate. And he answered.

And I'll let him speak for himself. So, yeah, he's the answer. Believe me when I say 100% now, I believe I can give you maybe 30 seconds or a minute, I can give you a minute. I can give you one more. No, Charmed Amph. What's that, idiot? Fuck. Jose, he's saying he could do it for a minute. You could do it for 30 seconds to a minute, Max. Yeah. They may take it. Liverpool may take that. No, they won't. I mean, that's fair answer. I was expecting to hear like he was like. Yeah, I can do it. Yeah, I'm the man. That's where I thought he was selling. No, that's fine. But it's also like you don't lose what's in the mind. But the body don't react the way the mind wants you to anymore once you hit a certain age. So could he play for Liverpool for like one minute? Yeah, it depends on it, right? Depends on the minute. If he's playing against Sakka and that one minute is going to get killed, it's like an example, right? Just stay all the way back.

Just all the line, the whole the way. Give me one minute against your mouth. Like what? Yeah, like it's game in it. Yeah, you can do it. But do you think there's any Tottenham player you can bring out of retirement? They could do a job. Garof Bell can do it. Push it then, bellow. Just give him a hip operation, just getting back on the pitch now anyway. It's the same gig you couldn't get the ball off Musa. They're going to be no different. If you're still in shape, you can't be out to cover the yards and shit too much. You get too manipulated to just keep them there. As offensive music was broken. It's said you can you can track the arpachatinas Tottenham and all that. You can track it all to Mr. Dambalee. Track it all. Everyone talks highly of him as well. Every player talks highly of him. All of them. It was the old skit when it was the best player at Tottenham. You'd have like Kane, Deli, Christian Erickson, Karl Walker, Ledley, whoever was there, they would just go, yeah, it's Musa. It's Musa. All of them. Even non Tottenham players, same. Yeah. These guys are good.

Loads. It deserves more out of his career then. It deserves more. I can't stay as man. That's important. So yeah, true. Do you think Garof Bell can come out of retirement and play for Tottenham? No, try that. No, he wasn't retired at the jury. We basically was. He did kind of well for Maurinho, didn't he? Well, he would have done a lot better if that idiot put him on the pitch more often. Ah, well, it happens. But anyways, yeah, Jose Enrique is done and Liverpool needs a few fullbacks. We'll see. Everyone's getting injured. Yeah, you have to remember they got kind of Bradley who's not going to be back to like next year probably as well. So there's other players that are available in the markets. Free agents, shall we say. One of them used to play for you. He used to be summer. Still a free agent. Oh, he's launched a perfume or something. Oh, is it? Have you seen? No. Is that what we're going to talk about? No, no, no. Yeah, he's launched a fragrance.

That's what I saw online. I don't know how you're going to do. That's what you got to do. It could be AI, but I'm pretty sure that in seriousness, I did see that. He does have some style. I mean, he's a good person. He could definitely do a good job for someone. Yeah, he's just a must to find his style. He's as old as he can still do. Zincenko is available. What really is not very anywhere. Marys is available. Raphael get rarer is available. Karim Benzema. Taral Malasio. Karim Benzema. But that mentioned Benzema to me at a week. I mean, I should have caught him free. I don't know. Can still do some penalties. Can still do some penalties for you. The Karim. Yeah, he'll score a few. Maro Ecard is available. Daniel Carbajal, but the biggest one. Jdon Sancho is available. Now I want to talk about Jdon Sancho a little bit. I mean, he run out of this contract with Manchester United. He thought maybe he'll get something. Is this lack of offers or is just waiting for a better offer? What is this?

Why is he still available? Okay. Opinion, an only opinion. But I wouldn't be surprised if he's don't see Jdon Sancho. Play top level football again. God. That's a... So hot day? Not as in retiring right now. How old is he? 23, 4, 26. 26, 26. Better than I thought. I wouldn't be surprised if he's retiring in the next few years. What? I wouldn't be surprised. The problem I've spoke to you about, what was he on at Marionite? Free I'm a Grand Away. Because of something. Right. You're not going to earn that somewhere else. In a real life world, you wouldn't go from a job that paid you free I'm a Grand A year to a job that paid you under Grand A year. You'd keep hanging on hoping you could get the job. For the same salary is what you got before. Or even more ideally, right? Where is he going to earn this money? Well, I think he'll have to take a bigot clearly. Yeah, but it's not easy on the mind. Also, if he's been sensible with his money, he might have been.

He might not have been. I don't know. He's earned enough already that he could have a life and start a new career doing whatever that looks like. I don't know. I don't know what his personal interests are or anything. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised. Truthfully, you're looking at me. No, I've just seen my club right. Smashing out wages everywhere. My club take him on a free transfer. Happily giving people this even 200 grand a week. Tottenham desperately need a left-winger. They said, actually, we'll take the guy who ain't played football for two years over this guy, over this guy. And we may be pay 75 for him next year, rather than just take the guy who's available for free now. So where's Jayden and Sancio going to earn his money? This isn't just a Jayden Sancio thing. This has been a problem for multiple players who have earned money at certain clubs. And then when it don't work out, there's nowhere to go where you're going to earn the same amount of money. We're near. Well, better get a big prize.

A big prize. Like a big Turkish Rosadi club come in and say, yeah, there's what you want and stuff. There will have come by now. I don't know if he wants to do that. Now, I finished him as a young boy went out and played in Dortmund and kind of got him really noticed and stuff. So he probably is open to going to play overseas and stuff. Germany's a bit closer to home than Turkey or Saudi or the MLS, for example. So, yeah, I wouldn't be surprised. Well, if he was to go to those clubs or those teams, then he will have received an offer by now, surely. I know you can hire any free agent whenever you feel like it, but still. It will have a good time in my life. So the way it would probably work, obviously, he's going to have an agent and stuff, right? So it would be agents, obviously getting into it. So you probably have a conversation with San Shonebe, like, okay, what leagues would you be happy to play in or whatever? And he might go to Turkey Saudi Arabia, like, no, he might be going, yeah. I mean, if he's going, yeah, and they're not offering him the bag,

then that's not good either, right? But I'm sure there'll be some clubs that have also reached out and gone, how much does your client want? And then they'll probably go, right, so base salarubi, 200 grand a week, maybe. That's a big downgrade, right? All but we want 5 million to sign on or whatever to kind of make up the shortfall. Clubs should begin. I don't think so. The repetition is not good on him as well. No, this is a problem that's happened to so many players who play for elite clubs and then there's nowhere to go. We discussed last week about the, on Nico's corner, about Premier League clubs at the top level doing transfers amongst themselves now as well. And part of that is who you're selling to? We've talked about Richarderson and the start of his podcast, right? Where's he going? Obviously, now there isn't the gym league because the window shut is nothing you can do about it. But where could he go anyway? He's on a 100 grand a week or whatever. Oh, yeah, commentator here, come up, commentator here, commentator here, commentator here, going to give him on the ground a week. Yeah, definitely not.

Right. So in a couple of years, maybe they would have. But the reality is even those are more established, say like a sunda-lin, right? Or something got European football issue. We need more blood. Sunda-lin interested? The evident thing was only there's like a nostalgia thing there, right? Yeah, just for love. Back home. I shouldn't have left. Does the only reason that interest was there? Well, yeah, we'll see what happens to Jayden Sandchill. Should we talk about a little bit about the ballon door? Go on. Just a little bit. Who do you think is going to win it? I think it's interesting. If France had won it, it would have been a bapoe. If Argentina had won it, it would have been messy. Wrong, by the way, just on a month's worth, but a brilliant month. Spain, not really stand out. Could it be Rotary again? Yeah, considering the one. But then... A bit of tournament. I actually think about Rotary's end to last season.

Some of the same maybe he's not even going to be back at the top level or not. I know Harry's getting mentioned with it quite a bit. I think he's the favorite right now. Yeah, 63%. Yeah, but is that English bookmaker's odds? She's just odds. Overall odds. I don't know. I would be delighted for Harry to win it. Because he's called goals? No, it's... My poor Harry and he... I'd love him to win it, but also at the same time. I don't really give a shit about this award anymore, either. Hmm. Yep. Really? I get why the top players were all in his prestigious obviously to still win it, but... I feel like that whole thing, when they never give it to Levant Dowski, was really uncomfortable. Did he give him something else? Football still happened. Yeah. Because we weren't there. You shouldn't have a world player or a year. And it was obvious it was him that year with the goals. Now you could say what Harry's done with Bayern is very similar to what Levant Dowski did with Bayern

except Champions League right. I think Levant Dowski won it, like Danny with Bayern. Yeah, sure that's right. Didn't they beat PSG? Yeah, in the final 1-0. Who scored? Good question. What's called? Was it Kingsley Khroman? Oh yeah, I think it was him. Yeah. The guy. I think so. Yeah, for the favourites now, it's a 63% for Harry Kane, 15% for Lamin Yamal. Yamal? 11% for Killing Mbappe, 6% for Roderie, 3% for Messi, 5% for Kfar-Aselia with Yamal. He's inevitably going to win them as well, right? Well, we've been saying that about Mbappe and look. I would personally, on what I watched in Champions League at the end, the last is Wanna Putk Kavicja, Kfar-Aselia in the conversation personally. But the fact is a world cup here and he's not even there, it's obviously not helpful to him. Well, one of the nominees is... He did win the Champions League. Yeah, true, but still. If you don't play Champions League, if you don't play World Cup, clearly, if he affects a lot. We've had this discussion before.

I hate this idea that you've got to win something to be. The bet is an individual award. It's not a team award, it's an individual award. It changes the way we perceive the trophy a little bit because of that. Because people are saying, well, if I've been racialed with it, I totally agree. Because if an individual helps carry a team to win something, but in the case of Spain or Paris Saint-Germain, you can't say it was one individual carried them to it. No, it's not like Maradona in 86. You're okay, right? It's not a lot of that. And this trophy has lost its credibility because they didn't even consider Ronaldo. Ronaldo hasn't been nominated, so lost its credibility. The nominated King Yones. I think he's just got his respect back. They nominated King Yones. The one that plays for Mexico. I'm assuming because he had a good World Cup, they put him in there. He did have a great season for Hulk, he's had with Top Scorer in the Saudi Pro League. But come on, we know he's because of the World Cup effect. Have they got an Australia or a New Zealand player in there?

No. Because they have done that before. Well, they have. I remember Massimo Lurungo, who never broke in the Tottenham team. And he was at like, Swindon, and he was on the 100 Ballon Dull list. Oh, they're not the 100s. Because Australia won the Asia Cup or something. I think they have too many players nominated anyway. They have 30 players. It's too many. We know this guy's not going to win it. Yeah, that's silly. It shouldn't really have more than 10 really. I don't think. Because now you just doing it for the token. I was nominated for Ballon Dull. So with King Yones, it's probably needed to have a player from North America. Who do you pick? Do you need a player from North America? You call Balagan. Maybe they've been walked away from an ever-medical the other day. But you're going to give him Ballon Dull. No, no, he's not going to win it. But they've gone, OK, we need to put North American in there. You think that's why? Do they always have to? I think like with Australia, New Zealand, there's obviously not many countries down there. Right? So if you don't have one, it's kind of OK. But if you don't have probably a United States,

Mexico, or a Canadian now, or someone from the Caribbean islands, it's probably going to be like, well, not a single North American. Better just to keep the peace in it. Put his name there. He's not going to win it. Let's be honest, yeah. Let's just cut in half the nominees. He did in Venice. He's got a sh- how I any place? How quiz is that? How fast are they? Close. I knew it was Alan. How fast are they? He scored loads ago. He did score. He was not score for those only, really. And he also did quite well with Mexico. So, I mean, I'm not- I don't have an issue with him being on the list. He just, we know who's going to vote for him. Other than maybe Mexico and the tournament. I would put the Mexican managers as manager here. Why could I- Just for telling Andy Gordon to fuck off. It's my biggest divide in memory from the World Cup, I think, is Gordon. Oh, it's so good. Better guy, I'm here. For the best goalkeeper, they have less goalkeepers, actually. I think he's only 10. And one of them, surprise, surprise. Was he has been nominated for the best goalkeeper?

Come on, the PR. So what about Africans on the list? The PR is doing business here. Let's say what about Africans on the list? Yes, in Bono. Okay, yes, another goalkeeper. Yes, in Bono is there. So, yeah, basically that. No, a bad one, Mandy. Another goalie. Yeah. Any African outfield players on this list? Well, this is for the best goalkeeper, mate. Oh, okay, sorry. Best goalkeeper. How far this was the whole ball and goalkeeper? No, no, no, no, this was the whole goalkeeper. Okay, Coke is your final. Was there any Africans on that ball? Yes, Sadio Manet. Yeah. Oh, Sadio Manet, Sadio Manet, Sadio Manet, Sadio Manet, Sadio Manet, it seems. Yeah, Sadio Manet. That's all. Akimi. I'm going to say I'd be surprised if you'd lost that. Akimi is there, yeah, at least. Siberia? That's it. Okay, that's it. That's two. No one else. Then you have Luis Diaz, Colombia. Yeah, it's obviously going to be South Americans on now. Okay, goalkeepers, yeah. So, Bozinho was... I might saffon off our scene is on that list. Is that a goalkeeper? Diobocosta snubbed.

Come on. You see how he played against Man City last night? No. Magaid Diobocosta? I was watching Ramadred. He was on fire. But anyways, he was not nominated. Bozinho was... Which clearly says that the World Cup matters a lot. I wouldn't say yet like an amazing World Cup Bozinho. It was kind of in the spotlight, sure. But I think it's fine. It's fine. Can you win it? Oh, so saffon off. Yeah, I've been critical. He's championing. He won the Champions League, man. He's championing, even in goalkeeper. He got to be there. He's going to go on now. I get that. So, Bozinho, the PR team has worked. He has actually played for Colocolo already. Yeah. He's debuted. Two games, two clinch hits. Wow. So, there you go. He's doing well. But... The opposition didn't turn up. No, they didn't turn up. But he plays for a big club now. So, they don't really get that many shots. He just does his job. He's been criticized by... former Manchester City legend Claudio Bravo. It was also from Chile. Yeah. And he's criticized Bozinho, even though he kept two clinch hits.

In his own words, he lacks technique in coordination. Right. According to Claudio Bravo. I think managed to see fans who remember Claudio Bravo trying to save shots. And one of the accusations might have been the elatth coordination. Now, he was extremely good goalkeeper for Chile and also for the Barcelona before that. I think it was for Réal Sociadá, as well. Did he play for Réal Sociadá? Not sure. Not sure. I think it was Réal Sociadá. But yeah. He also played for Colocolo at the start of his career. So, I guess he has some investment here, emotional investment for the club. But yeah, why are you going to criticize the goalkeeper, bro? Two clinch hits. It's interesting, as well, because when you see Joe Hart on Matcha Day or something, I quite like Joe Hart when he's doing analysis of Matcha Day of goalkeepers. It's like, I'm learning something from you in terms of goalkeeper and I should position himself. If he's an error, he'll say it, but he's not going to go gun in.

He's largely going to be protective of these guys. To like, oh, this is the fourth process of the decision that they've got to make when the shots about to be made and stuff like that. Largely goalkeepers is like a union that they look out for each other. For each other? Yeah. Well, he obviously don't give a shit. Clearly, and he says that every time I talk about Vazinho, people say that I'm being jealous and I'm in views of him and he says he doesn't come from a place of envy or jealousy. He says he was analyzing his performances and he says that he lacks coordination, technique, the way he handles the ball apparently, you have to put the thumbs behind the ball and Vazinho is not doing that to grab the ball or not. Well, he put his thumbs on the side. I don't know what he meant by that, but I guess when you grab the ball, you have to put the thumbs behind the ball so the ball doesn't go over your or what not. I don't know. But he was really catching his like this. He catches it wrong. No, no. Okay, I'm going to find some clips. I want to see that.

No, I'll be interested if we can spot that. Well, we'll see. I can show you later. But yeah, he was good. If you just look for Vazinho mistakes, you'll find probably him dropping one or two. Let's have a look at it. Right now. Not right now. Let's have a look at it. We're talking about our do talking tactics on Vazinho's thumbs. Hi. Well, talking about goalkeepers. Ronald Cumminsson. Ronald Cummins Jr. That's his name. He scored twice. He's a goalkeeper. He scored two penalties in one game. First goalkeeper to ever score a brace in a game. My question for you, James, is why do we have goalkeepers taking penalties? Like, how can a team with 11 plus outfield players well, 10 in the game? But I'm sure there's more on the bench. They can take a penalty. You rely on a goalkeeper to take penalties for you. Why?

What's the matter? Isn't it a bit dangerous as well? Yeah, but if he's the best penalty, say it's the best penalty. How can you be the best penalty to take a team? Some on. Like, it was every year. Do you think Edison will take one? Like, it did get wet in a few times and stuff. You've had people do it before in his shell of air. For mobile, level, cousin goalkeeper. I know his surname was Bart. I can't remember his first name, but... But... If he's the best penalty, say it's the best penalty. What leagues are you playing? He read the VZ in... Neverlands. Neverlands, yes. So I think it was a double game week in the fantasy game next week. You playing there? No, I just saw a love Oscar, a FPL focal. But I saw someone claiming that he had him on the bench. Oh, wow. So in fairness, his other goalkeeper will also have... How many points you can for a goal? Can you imagine that? Could you imagine in FPL? The rage of benching a goalkeeper in a double... And he scores twice. No, it would be crazy if in the Premier League,

where the goalkeeper takes set pieces and stuff like that. Because then you're like, oh, he's on pens. Why would you... Yeah, I have him on my team because he's on pens. You never know, he might take one and score. Do you get... How many points does a goalkeeper give for goals? It wouldn't matter. I don't see if there was a goalkeeper. In the Premier League, who took pens, he'd be in everyone's FPL team. Oh, yeah. It has to be. Yeah, he would. Yes, to be. Because there's no different in the way if... If you said now, I never goalkeeper, and he's gonna face a penalty every three games, you would take the chance upside that every 12 weeks, roughly... You'll save one? You'll save one. True. So if you look at, say, like, people like, Kelli has returned last year and stuff, like, to inflate quite a bit because he's good at saving penalties and stuff like that, right? So... Yeah, if you... In the game... Yeah, I don't know, just to say... You know, Tottenham penalties, I think it was disgusting for we started. It was probably my move, but I don't know.

If you imagine it was Kinske. Everybody's teammate. It's a five-point favour, though. But the thing is, it's start getting horrible for you. Like, Tottenham will wait to like, ask for when you play it. There's no chance they're keeping a clean sheet. But I've got to play this guy, and it just gates he gets the penalty. It's quite dangerous to have a penalty takeer be the goalkeeper, because if you missed the penalty, and then the counterattack, where's the goalkeeper? He has to run back. Yeah, but I think this way's round it. Well, you just left someone in the back. Well, truthfully, in seriousness, you could do that because you still got to be two players beyond the ball with the off-side rule. Not that Gary never seems to notice that the other day, but anyway, it's so inferior, you could put someone else in goal, just they can't use their hands. Why you saw it out. So one player could still go like 20 yards deep into his half and be the last man. And you could still have like a back four, a back five defensive line, while he's getting back and like, move into it.

And if the team broke really quick, then your guys in goal, when he can't use his hands, and the goalies in midfield, right? But obviously at any point, if the ball went into the box, goalie could just just jump on it. Do like a hand tackle. It was, you could say, man. I mean, it seems chaotic to have a goalkeeper to take penalties, but sure, if that's the best goalkeeper, the best taker, so sure. So if you say roughly, I don't know exactly what percentage, but I say 80% penalty is a scored, right? If your man is a 9 in 10, and by the way, if he's a goalkeeper taking penalties, he better be a 9 out of 10 kind of gig for Yopso to the risk element, right? But if it's, base if it's worth a goal for you, take the chance. There's only one in 10 chances that can get launched back. Also, if it does get launched, it's probably only going to be one where the keepers got to hold it. If it gets parried, and then there's a rush to like, close the ball down, what's the chances, truthfully, that you're just going to knock it up to the attacker

and he's got an empty goal. It's more likely it's going out for a corner, goal kick, throwing, whatever. So as long as your man, that hits the thing hard, or if he's got like a Fernandez technique, where he's going to, what the old Georgianio won, where he's going to put him on his ass and put it the other way and stuff. Then yeah, it's all right. So he better not try Pinincus. I'm not, I probably close it by saying, I'm not sure I'd want to see my goalie doing it. I come and imagine in the Moa, Kinski steps up and he takes the ball. I'm not sure about this personally. The certain goalkeepers you wouldn't, right? Like who? Well, I'd say what? I watched Newcastle last night at Millwall and some of Hornichets kick in in goal. It was absolutely rancid. But Newcastle fans won't notice because they've been watching Nick Pope for the last few years. So it's still like an upgrade to them. Anyway, you wouldn't have I've released two guys, take your penalty, but take someone like Rayer,

or Jordan Pickford. Jordan Pickford took one thing and then a nation's league shoot out a few years ago buried it. If you had someone like that taking a, probably I have pretty much confidence in their ball striker technique and stuff, I think. So Suzuki, a villa, some of his distribution. Oh, yeah, you could take a penalty. Yeah, yeah, you'd be quite confident in someone like that. Don't know about the hair. There's people who are of certain penalties for Tottenham in the last few years who I would probably prefer Kinski took it and some of the ones I watch. Not that we ever get a penalty, by the way. Last away penalty, we had an appropriate league. You know, when that was Nika, I did this on the queue. So it is, it's a good time. Now, bro, the last penalty Tottenham was awarded away from home in the Premier League was scored by Harry Kane. Damn, it's been a while. Yeah, 2020 free. All of the 17 clubs, the other 16 that was in the Premier League last year, they've all had one within the last, since start 2025. So you're becoming like one of those fans?

He's a conspiracy against that. No, it's not me. It's not me. It's just others. I just think ultimately we got awarded the biggest cheat goal or biggest cheat award decision of all time, which was Louis Diaz goal for Liverpool against Tottenham and we've just been paying the price for it ever since. So that when we say, I was on pens for Tottenham, I don't know. Kinski. We'd never get one. Kinski. We'd never get one. You'll get one eventually here. We only miss it when we get it anyway. Well, guys, that was all. There was more time, time, time here. We've run out of time, making it too long today. I was going to go for the games gone. It's just awful. But the, you know, it's the games gone. Do you want to know? You can't. We have time. Yeah, come back here. Let's go extra time. So it's not like Champions League, WIC. This is the World Cup extra times. The 12 minutes extra time. Let's go. So the game is gone according to Robert Oot, Robert Oot, former of Leicester City, legend.

Robert Oot. Nice to hear. His name is Oot. Okay, I'm sure you're right. I'm wrong. It's how you pronounce it, Jeremy. Robert Oot. Robert Oot. Robert Oot. Anyways, so the reason he says the game is gone is because Waffer came out, you have to come out with a new award. It's called the Respect Award. Did Trump get it? No. So the one who received the award was Marquinhos because he consoled Gabriel Avtinger with this penalty. Oh, wow, wow, wow, wow. Cool. And yeah, he received the award for that. I do have to say, I'm not sure if that's what Gabriel needs at that moment. A hug from Marquinhos. But Robert Oot is not helping with that. He said the game is gone because of that. Right. He's not, do you think he's gone? He's not a fan of the Respect Award or maybe the hugs after your opponent, Mrs. Appelate. I was, I was a big difference. Yeah, they were their tentative parents for Brazil,

aren't they? So they obviously are. I thought it was quite nice. I wouldn't have been me, even just take the arsenal thing out of it. If my team's winning a penalty show out in the Champions League, I best believe I'm off-sellering. I'm not gonna hug you, bro. But that's, he must have, as he went up to take it, he must have predetermined in his mind. Like, if he misses, I'm not gonna celebrate. I'm gonna, I'm gonna go to my mate. Must have decided that. Also, a little bit easier in the sense they did win it the year before. Okay, yeah. So it's not like it's the first time we ever won it, right? So, and like, you are in a, I don't want to say lap of the gods, but it's 50-50 at that point, right? He himself probably can't. I don't think he took one. He might have ended up taking one, obviously. But he couldn't influence it in that moment. He's obviously deciding his mind. If Gabriel misses, I'm gonna go and, it's PR. Yeah, of course, it's PR. He's got a nice little award for it. It's not a real song.

I can't. That's what I'm saying. Wouldn't have been me, but I also respect it, right? Everyone's different. If you work out, if you just missed the penalty, and here comes Markinho's, trying to hurt you, how would you feel? Yeah, but it's better than if he was in his face, right? If you imagine Gabriel and Harland are often like, and I think they love each other really. Yeah, they respect each other. I think they go out together in secret. They just don't tell anyone. But if Markinho's got up in his face, well, that's different. Oh, right. Yeah. But is it doing anything for me that you come here and hug me, bro? Like, it's not doing anything for me. You don't know how close they are and stuff like that, right? I don't care what close we are. Don't be hugging me after I missed the penalty. Like, go and celebrate it, bro. Leave me alone. But it's, it's, it's respecting the game in it. Yeah, you would rather it was one of your teammates was their first or whatever. That's not even criticizing any Arsenal players. But people are different. If it was me personally, but I want an opponent there, probably not. But also, I wouldn't even necessarily want my teammates there, which is leaving me alone in it.

But also, there's the, I think he's also become more of a thing of like, cover round to protect from cameras a little bit these days and stuff like that as well, right? Just like a reflex thing. So it's fine. At the World Cup, we're not, it's not games gone. Well, according to Robert Houd. And at the World Cup, we also had players pray after the game. Nothing's been more gone than the fact that that fella's got a Premier League winners medal. That's, that's games gone. I wish he deserves mixing my legends. He deserves. He deserves. He deserved that winners. Right. That's it guys. The game is gone. I believe it's not gone, but I personally, I wouldn't want that. I wouldn't give the hug and I wouldn't want to receive the hug. But that's just me. We will be back at some point, I suppose. Who knows when? Soon. That show in Echo. Sure. Episode 18 will come out soon enough. I'll be gathering more stuff that we can talk about that. These guys don't cover on Patreon and all the other pieces of content. So much content.
