Samantha Bennett is an actress, entrepreneur, coach and has supported some of the most famous people you've ever met. Starting a life in comedy in Chicago, she would never have expected to be a successful author, trainer and advocate for a life that empowers everyone around her.

This week, I had the pleasure of talking with Sam about the zigs and zags of her life that led her from Comedy to Acting to Entrepreneurship, all the while managing her mental and physical health challenges that literally left her confined to bedrest.
