The American aristocracy: When public servants become our rulers

I hope most people know that the Constitution prohibits titles of mobility. That hasn't stopped the American people from trying to form their own aristocracy. Hello there, everyday Americans, Paul Engel here with the Constitution study where we read instead of the Constitution, the East Asian Generation should be free. I'm glad you could join me today. As I pointed out, the Constitution under Article 1, Section 9, we read that no title of newbility shall be granted by the United States and under Section 10, no state shall among other things grant any title of nobility.

1:06I find this laughable when we see almost titles of nobility. Like if you ever watch a title of senator, well that's their office. That almost becomes a title of nobility. I remember when Diane Feinstein got very pissy with a general for referring to her as maim and not a senator. Understand, maim is an honorary title. It's an honor. It's meant as an example of, again, honor for someone. She knows you want that. She's I worked hard to become a senator almost as if that title were a title of nobility. And of course, in the House of Representatives, you'll see all their name plays start with HON, the honorable, which I find utterly laughable considering how dishonorable so many of them act. But as I'm thinking about titles of nobility, I'm seeing more I've seen this before and I've seen some new evidence of the American people directly and indirectly establishing almost our own aristocracy.

2:08I first heard this brought up when Bush 43 was elected as if somehow the Bush dynasty was being created. And we would have, you know, you had Bush the father, Bush the son, then you had the other son that ran for office and never won. But it was this concern that are we forming our own aristocracy in that you have to be, even at one point the question was, you know, the only way you get nominated to be president was if your name was Bush or Clinton. It didn't actually work out that way, but that was a concern at the time. And I think this is raised its ugly head now with the death of Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina again tragedy for the family. And I've heard a lot of people say a lot of interesting things. But it was his sister that was nominated by the governor of South Carolina to hold his seat until a special election until an election could be held. And again, this lady, or Darleen Graham ran for nomination to the Senate for the state of South Carolina. Now listen, legally, there's no nothing that prevents her.

3:20But I find it interesting that both the governor of South Carolina and a small majority of the Republicans who voted in the primary are willing to put a novice, a political novice on a Senate seat primarily because of her last name. I don't know, Miss Graham. The one thing I do know about us is from my understanding she'd never participated in politics, which makes me wonder why would somewhat would not only I could understand why a governor, it's a temporary position, you want to look and pass it to the family will put the sister in there. And I kind of I don't agree with it, but I least I understand it. But why would the members of the Republican Party in South Carolina pick her granted it was a close raise, it wasn't easy, but you have an experienced politician and experienced federal legislature later as I understand it, that lost, you know, Ralph Norman, that lost to Miss Graham, which means it's more about the name to me, it seems like it's more about the name.

4:31Then the actual qualifications of the person, which it doesn't really surprise me, I've seen this done when with people who vote for any a donkey or elephant that happens to be on the ticket, but here we're not even talking political parties, we're talking a last name. And is that really getting close to creating our own aristocracy? No, again, what if the aristocracy isn't simply familial? Apparently, there's new evidence that there were some more shenanigans behind the scenes in the 2020 election. I know, as 2020, six ball can't you put it the way we need to learn from our mistakes or were doomed to repeat them? According to a researcher named Data Republican, I believe as attorney, they received documents that claimed that the global engagement center, the GEC, was used to target the opponents of one Mr Biden during the 2020 election.

5:47Now, the global engagement center was created in 2016 with the alleged agenda of, well, looking at overseas and trying to weed out propaganda from foreign adversaries and extremist groups. The idea is you're looking overseas, are these people trying to create, for example, a lot of people claim that this push, this allows Braw about data centers is a lot of misinformation being promoted by foreign actors, especially the Chinese, because they don't want America to actually build data centers. That's a theory I've yet see actual evidence of it, but the global engagement center was created to keep an eye on overseas propaganda. However, according to these documents, the State Department found that the in the in the in the 2020 election, at least one GEC employee was working with the election integrity partnership. What's the election integrity partnership?

6:51It was a coalition of researchers that were, well, let's just say, working nearly full time to get Joe Biden elected. Now, makes me very interested. Suddenly, we have a, an office, an executive agent, an office and a executive agency that's designed or supposed to be dealing with foreign influence, very interested in what Americans are saying about the presidential election. And in fact, what Americans are saying about other Americans during this presidential election. Now, according to a Kaiser von Lohngrom, he went through these documents and he laid out what he claimed to be a very interesting story. He wrote, I believe it was on X, he said the global engagement center was an office created by executive order 13, 721 issued by Obama in 2016. On paper, it was meant to counter proper ganda aimed at foreign audiences, but by 2020, it had abandoned that in an actual practice was aimed at silencing domestic opposition.

7:55He claimed the allied before Congress on this, they literally had an entire email thread on GEC election integrity partnership where the GEC worked in conjunction with the election integrity project. But what was this election integrity project? It was a coalition directed by Alex Stamos, all of which was a, according to him, a well oil censorship machine. The government couldn't directly pressure companies, take down political content that would be an obvious first amendment violation. Instead, they laundered their hits, they gave targets to NGOs who then gave the pressure. But what kind of content were they targeting and who was targeted? Now, apparently one page from this election integrity project report ranks with their for to as repeat spreaders of election misinformation. Who do they target? Donald Trump, Charlie Kirk, Gateway Pundin, other accounts which have certain things in common, basically they're generally a conservative groups. So that brings up the question is now are we again, everybody has the ability to express her ideas, the election integrity project can focus on whatever they want.

9:04But when you have government actors that are now involved with the election integrity project this and promoting that, well anybody who's been doing this, it disagrees with the democratic parties politically correct identity or ideas gets targeted. Well, that seems to be a problem. Now you have government placing a thumb on this freedom of speech and did it make an impact on the twenty twenty? I don't know. But again, it's just another example of something we need to learn from. Who are you getting your information from and where are they getting their information from? I mean, when you look at well, hey, we got a quote that this happened. Well, we're to come from the election integrity partnership. Well, okay, they have a history. What are they basing this quote unquote election misinformation on? Again, this is personal to a point because remember, I got bumped off a Facebook and while Facebook had never told me exactly what I did that caused them to bump me.

10:08I was teaching from the Constitution and federal law how we actually elected president. And that got me, I believe that was what got me off of Facebook again. They wouldn't admit exactly what I said, but that's what they, that that was what I was teaching at the time that suddenly I started getting, you know, I got, I started getting warnings and markets and oh my god, how dare you actually teach with the Constitution says about electing a president. How dare you? And it doesn't stop there. See, the other thing we see is the FBI. I remember director Chris Ray. Yeah, the guy who's pretty much beclowned himself as a as an FBI director. It appears that he may have taken some of the, some of the files and information from the task force that was looking into Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's interactions and what Hunter Biden was doing. I had to the 2020 they may have classified it. Meaning according to senators Grassley and Johnson, the FBI basically hid information that could negatively impact Joe Biden during the 2020 election information about Joe and Hunter Biden.

11:23Now that doesn't surprise me at all. I'd love to see actual facts and data. Right. This is so far. They made the these two center center letter. They to turn in general Blanche and FBI director Patel, the DNI J Clayton, they made allegations. I'd like to see the evidence. But the reason I bring this up is is well, if in order to be considered appropriate for office, you pretty much have to spout the democratic line. Then are you not creating a form of aristocracy? It's a guild rather than a bloodline aristocracy. What you're saying is you got to be part of the you got to be part of the right clutch in order to be supported by the government in your in holding office. I mean, it's not exactly an aristocracy. It's not certainly not creating title's mobility, but it certainly seems like, you know, we with the people are treating those we hired to serve us as if they're an aristocracy.

12:31I even enlisting to some of the discussions about the primary one from his Graham. It's like, you know, she's becoming an aristocrat simply because she wanted if she wins the general election. It's like, oh, look, she's a center and how great is that really how we want our country chose our our representative chosen. See, I try to avoid using terms like leadership because it's they're not really leaders. This is a servant. That's their job is to be servants. And I have to wonder if we're choosing them based on their last name or for choosing them based on a fidelity to a political party or for setting a we're imbalancing the scales. So that, you know, well, those who are in office are protected or those who are part of a certain party get special protection, then we have created a form of of aristocracy. I mean, look at the way the president is treated. He's referred to as the most powerful man in the world, which I find very interesting because if you look at the constitution, the president doesn't have all that much power.

13:39At least not all on his own. Most of this power comes by working with the Congress, especially the Senate. So have we drilled into our minds this idea of an American aristocracy and does that color how we choose those who represent us. And does it color not just those in the federal legislature in Congress. Does it color? Well, the way we look at all of our elected servants. Maybe that's a good idea. How about we start this? You join me from now on. And you talk about Senator or representative or a governor or president or they're not our elected leaders. They're our elected servants. Maybe we start a thing of them more long lines of servants than leaders. We start treating them the way they should be treated, not treating them as if they are aristocrats that must be bowed and scraped before.

14:41I'm reminded of the fact that George Washington could have been king. He could have served for life in that position most likely. I mean, he had the political will to do so. And he voluntarily walked away. And part, I believe because he didn't want to establish this idea of an American aristocracy that he would follow. And he could choose his successor. We didn't want that. Here we are. Almost 250 years later. And in many ways that American aristocracy exists, if not officially, at least in practice. Now, I have a break that I have to take before I do that. You know, my wife wants me to eat better. And I really should eat better. 21:03Welcome back everybody. American Jury joined the Constitution. Today we're talking about the American aristocracy. It the appearance that we are building in American aristocracy. One of the things I've noticed about aristocracy is they believe they have the right to tell the rest of the world. Well, when and how they can exercise their quote unquote rights. Of course, you see this quite a bit in the United States, especially when it comes to gun rights and the second amendment you're right to keep in bear arms. I want to take a look at a couple of, well, I want to take a look at some defensive gun uses first. I want to take a look at scenarios where general people, regular ordinary people with guns have made a tremendous difference in the fight for crime. I'm going to start with one that took place in Bluefield, West Virginia. The short version is there was this bad dude. He accosted a woman and her child told the child that he won't plan on raping the kids' mother.

22:06And what it was about to give it these hateous acts when someone intervened, a good Samaritan showed up and basically told the guy to stop the felon. And by the way, he had two outstanding felony warrants and he was armed. He was armed with a knife. He attacked the guy that intervened, knocked into the ground at which point the interreader shot the guy in the chest. Now the guy lived. He was treated by the by sheriff's deputies and last I knew was in stable condition at a hospital. But again, you've got a woman and a kid being accosted by this dirt bag. I'm not even going to use his name as he isn't worthy of that of having his name mentioned. So what would have happened if it wasn't for this good Samaritan who saw something going on and stepped in who saw a woman in trouble and stepped in.

23:15I mean, she was screaming. She was saying she was being assaulted. Somebody came up and stepped in. Now how likely would somebody be to step in against an attacker with a knife if they weren't armed? Now, of course, I go back to one of my favorite websites, the crime prevention research center, crime research, because they tend to list a lot of these defensive gun uses. For example, Albuquerque, New Mexico. They were shot fired at a Homer along this one road. Of course, the the Hummer apparently had the shooters, X girlfriend and her new boyfriend inside. None of them were hurt. However, the according to the complaint, a passenger in the Hummer returned fire killing one of the shooters. Then you got Palm Beach County, Florida, where a guy claimed another one confronted him as he was walking home from a target assaulted him repeatedly punching in the face.

24:25The victim retreated a firearm from his backpack and fired in self defense. Police officer, the department says surveillance footage from the scene reveals reveals a guy fleeing. Then you've got the distance and again, I'm not quite sure where this took place. But it's reported that the guy and his girlfriend were walking to a bar when they spotted somebody who again started following them. When he confronted, things got violent. The the follower asked if the guy could throw hands. The victim said, you wasn't all about that. At which point he pulled up a shirt and revealed a gun. More proof that you don't have to discharge a firearm for a firearm to stop a crime and progress. These are just a few. There is a couple of dozen. Again, defensive gun uses use civilians, non police using a firearm either to defend themselves or to stop a crime and progress.

25:30And this is again, we start talking about the the aristocracy, which so often tells us we don't need a gun. Police will take care of you. Let the let the professionals let the aristocrats. They can have guns to protect you, but you're not allowed to have a gun yourself to protect yourself, which to me. Well, it seems kind of foolish. It also violates the very premise of governments in this country, i.e. that to secure our rights, governments are instituted by men deriving their just powers and the sense of the government. It's not governments job to protect us. It's governments job to protect our rights. The we can protect ourselves. That's how this nation was formed. That's how the states were created. But what happens when the aristocracy and those states decide, you know, your rights are what you think they are. We'll take Massachusetts. They passed a law that said, you're right to keep in bear arms. Didn't really exist when you're 18, when you're considered an adult. No, no, you have to wait until 21.

26:34This really isn't much different than when they said, you weren't allowed to purchase alcohol until 21. It's funny, because I remember when that happened, because literally I turned 18 like a week before that law took effect. So it was like one week where I was and I was spent, I spent a year in college. I was a college and it was one week where I could purchase alcohol and then I couldn't purchase alcohol again. It was nonsense like that. But that's you pass a law that said, listen, 18 and 20 year olds were not allowed to possess handguns and something like firearms. They could they could join the military. They could I believe they could survive a police force, but it's the thing you couldn't possess a firearm, unless it goes, you are part of the aristocracy. And recently a federal judge said, yeah, that's just that's just fine. But notice, if you're like I said, associate with the aristocracy. If you join the military, well, the military could have firearms. If you join the police force again, the military arm or the enforcement arm of the aristocracy we've created.

27:46Well, then you could have a firearm, but if you're just an average everyday person trying to defend yourself, no, no, no, you're not in a, you know, you're you're in a you can we can treat you like an adult. You can consent to medical procedures. You can enter contracts. We'll treat you like an adult except. Well, if these couple of rights that we just don't think you should have because as the aristocracy says you shouldn't have them. And again, I refer to them as an aristocracy not because they're legally an aristocracy, but they act that way. So again, I remember when I lived in New York, I actually had a carry permit. I've talked before about the rigmarole I had to go through to get a carry permit. What I don't mention too often is the fact that that carry permit was valid everywhere in the state of New York, except New York City. In New York City, they didn't order to get a carry permit those vows in New York City. You really had to know somebody, you know, you could if you came up with a really good reason why you needed it. You know, you could beg a judge to give you permission to have one.

28:48But if you were just, hey, I live in a bad neighborhood and I wanted to, you know, I go home at night, I walk home on the streets. I need to defend myself. No, no, no, no, no, no, but if you knew the aristocracy, if you're politically connected, oh, then, then you could get a, a permit to carry a firearm. And it's this, this thing. And again, it's not that it's truly an aristocracy, but we treat them that way. I go back to the idea, you know, we talked to them as our elected leaders, except they're not supposed to lead. They're supposed to serve their public servants. But we, we, we treat them with all sorts of honors. No, you're a servant. It's about time we started treating them as servants. And it's not just with the titles that we give them. I think back to the recent Fauci testimony before a Senate committee hearing. And just listen to, um, uh, to Ram Paul.

29:52He's acting like, well, Fauci is our sir, he's required to testify because we said so. Those are the words of an aristocrat. You have to do this because of who I am, because of position I hold. Except Mr. Fauci, he has rights. I made out of him, of exercise the rights the way he did, but again, he has rights, including the right to not be to self witness, meaning he had every right to testify. He had every right to tell them, no, I'm not going to answer your questions. Again, I would have done it differently, but hey, that's his right to pursue his rights. However, he sees fit. But the idea that a group of members of Congress can not only compel your attendance. Because remember, they asked him to come testify. He said, no, they issued this fake subpoena. And it is, it's a, it's a fake subpoena. The fact that no one challenges legally. Um, I find it's down in the fact that no court has looked at this and say, wait a second, where does Congress, if the authority to seize people for their own, you know, interviews.

31:02No, nobody has looked at that. And at least not that I'm aware of, but they do. It's like, oh, but look at I'm a member of Congress. You don't do what I say. I'll hold you in contempt of Congress. Well, who died and made you king? Nobody. But they act that way. And again, and you listen to the, the media coverage in most of the media coverage acted like the members of the Senate are kings and queens and can order people to attend. Could order people to testify. Could deny them their rights because they are senators. Sorry, that's not the way the Constitution works. But sadly, since most Americans have no clue how the Constitution actually works, what it actually says, most people, again, they simply do what they're told because that's how they were trained in school. Not to think, not to be a citizen, not to oversee our public servants, but to be served, to be subjects, to be slaves, to those that we hire to represent us.

32:08And isn't that interesting? A nation birthed in the idea that the people collectively are sovereign, not our government. That governments are there to serve the people, not to rule over them. That people have the right to alter or abolish their government has become a government that the people are enslaved to. And we've done so voluntarily. Now, part of it is when you see people who who are not enslaved to government, we give them nasty nicknames, sovereign citizen, militiamen, other things like that. Now, I'm not saying that all the positions that these groups holders are accurate. I'm not a sovereign citizen. I think sovereign citizenship, what they propose is ridiculous. It's stupid. It's actually giving up the rights of a citizen. But that's their position. But your challenge government, that's the point. Whenever you challenge government, suddenly somebody in government says, no, no, you can't do that because we're sovereign. We're we're the boss. We're the where you're masters. You must do what we rule. You must do.

33:25And well, what's he old saying? You you made your bed. Now it's time to line it. The good news is you don't have to. It does take some education and a bit of courage to stand up and say, no, but you can't do just that. Stand up and say, no, learn how to exercise your rights. Understand that not every government official you encounter is going to recognize those rights. But you at least the nothing's going to happen until we the people stand up and exercise our rights that we defend them and assert them for ourselves, which brings you back to the John J quote. The one that started me on this role of studying the Constitution, every member of the state, I'll diligently to read and study the Constitution's country, teach the right generation to be free by knowing the right. So soon to proceed with their violating be the better prepared to defend the certain.

34:26The greatest defense against an American aristocracy is a populace with a civics education that recognizes not only what the Supreme law of the land is what it says and how to use it to defend and assert their own rights. And that is a true entity in a note for an American democracy, aristocracy, right? The idea that there are a group of people who just know better. Again, we see it in so many things we see it in well, the arrogance of people who say, well, you can't say that or you know that that believe that they have the right answer and they have the authority to well force others to follow their rules, whether it's to use the pronouns that they want or you know to pay for the surgeries that they want or to accept the right answer. The accept certain things is true. This is this is the arrogance that has led to so much of the American aristocracy, but the good news is we the people can change it.

35:34Now I have some more stuff I want to talk about after this break, but I got to take the break first before I go though. Welcome back every day, American Jury. Join the Constitution Study. Today we're talking about an American aristocracy. As I alluded to in the last segment, I think a lot of this is being promoted by our public education system. It's what our children are indoctrinated with. Which is why I love a lot of school choice programs. Basically where the education choices placed in the hands of the parents and the money follows the student, not the school. For example, that's kind of how Arizona's empowerment scholarship account program works. Funding follows the child to the K-through till school of their parents' choice rather than just being sent to whatever that student's local public school is.

41:03The funding can be used for private schools, tutoring services, home school supplies, any election-related cost. I like that idea. I like the fact that it doesn't rule out homeschooling. Private schools are an option. When my wife and I had homeschooled our daughter, we not only had to pay taxes to the public school, but we had to pay for our own curriculum to teach our daughter. Thankfully, we were in a position to do that, but I know a lot of people aren't. There are a lot of people in Arizona, at least some people in Arizona that are opposed to the idea of the money following the student rather than simply being funneled into the government school program. One of the groups opposed to this system is the Save Our Schools Arizona. It really shouldn't be surprised that it seems you're spearheaded by teachers unions and they generally oppose the program.

42:05I'll let you figure out why teachers unions might be opposed to this type of program, but yeah, what they've done, they've tried to initiate a ballot initiative. It would put restrictions on the program on the November ballot. This is how many states deal with this type of thing. They have their propositions. Unfortunately for the Save Our School Arizona, the Arizona Supreme Court blocked the ballot measure. Why? Was it because there was a problem with limiting the empowerment scholarship accounts? No. The court said they didn't have enough valid signatures to actually put the proposition on the ballot. The court noted many duplicate signatures, addresses that were not attached to residents and even addresses on the petition that were not the address of the person who signed it.

43:06They had a lot of their signatures were desertified. Thankfully, the Goldwater Institute, they're the ones that filed the lawsuit challenging the validity of some of the 256,000 signatures required for Prop 212. They have won the day. I love the idea of parents. Parents should be in charge of education. Even the Supreme Court is recognized. That it is the parents that oversee a child's education and systems that limit those choices are detrimental to that right. So let the parents choose. Now, you may not agree with the parents choice. That's part of living in a free country. You don't get to tell other people how to live their lives. Don't get to tell people what choices they can and cannot make unless it actively infringes on the right of another. Now, considering the abysmal reports about the state of our public education system, the how low students score in both English and math literacy, how we spend, how much money we spend on this substandard education or the fact that look at even college students, right.

44:23How many college students don't have a job in what they got a degree for. There's reasons why we should say maybe the public education system is not the best system. I don't think it's inherently public education, but what public education has become. It's become more of a jobs program for teachers. For example, here in my county, I had two recent incidents involving questions of public schools during the campaign. One of the candidates pointed out that our county spends less per student than any other school district, any school in our region. And of course, my question was, is that really how we're measuring the quality of the school by how much money we spend because we can throw all sorts of money at things we doesn't mean we're going to get students with a better education. Then there was an article in a recent web post about the closing of some of our schools, the prediction that it appears that.

45:32There may be fewer students coming based on demographics based on the. Based on the let's just say I'm families being deported, would there be fewer students in the school and do we need all of these schools. Of course, people are complaining, oh my god, you can't close schools out of the story education. Are you measuring education by the number of schools that we have the number of seats we have the number of students we have. How should we be registering our education. This gets to the aristocracy. See to me, I think the best way to rate a school system is the percentage of students that are literate in English, math and civics. See, a lot of people focus on English and math, the nation's the NA CP, the nation's report card focuses on English and math. I think we should add civics. Yes, I think we should have a civic education should be based on the actual founding documents of this country so that when a student edge its high school and they are now 18 years old and eligible to vote, they should have leave had the basics of their responsibility as a voter as a citizen.

46:50In a constitutional republic, they should know what that is. They should have been give you understand the three branches of government, the three tiers of government, the separation of powers both horizontally and vertically. They should understand that and they should understand that the people they're voting for, they're trying to hire to represent them to act as their public servants. That to me is how you, and that's, but that's not the education we get in public schools, is it? It's sit down, shut up, do what you're told. It's we establish an aristocracy and you're supposed to follow them whatever they say. You do what the teacher says. You give the answer to the teacher once. You know, you don't question, you don't challenge. That's punished. That to me is part of the problem. And there was another story that popped up, this was on the Patreon post, I got my attention and it really was generated by Alexandria, Kasey Cortez's recent announcement that she's freezing her eggs.

47:50Okay, there's a whole other question, but got me thinking and apparently it got to the Patreon post the Pew Research Center thinking about people's position on families. For example, data from Pew confirms that children raised in highly religious conservative households overwhelmingly maintain those beliefs into adulthood. This makes it look like ideology is what they say is a heritable trait. I mean, you can, you can learn it from your parents that it gets passed down from generation to generation. Now, it's interesting is they point that these progressive philosophies, you know what I say about progressives, you know, he's got to ask what's a progressing to. He said, according to the, the, the Patreon post, they don't really face a dramatic defeat of the ballot box. In fact, I'd say recent a primary show that Marxist socialist communist ideas get a lot of support of the ballot box, but there's a problem because progressives apparently, well, they're not having enough children.

48:55They're in to keep that ideology moving. Now, if what we'd call conservative families are having children at or just above the replacement rate, but progressive families are not demographics would lead you to believe that, well, the Marxist ideology will eventually fade away. I mean, that was the premise of the movie idiocracy, which by itself was an idiocracy. The idea that the, the smart people, the progressive people, the, the aristocracy stopped having children while the unwashed masses, yearning to breathe free, they had lots of kids and they ended up in this dystopian future of idiocracy. But again, look at the people that are continuing the idea of a strong religious belief, a, a, what we would call conservative philosophies. Are they not the ones that make us stronger? Are they not the ones that have over the, the, the two centuries plus of this of our history, proven to provide the best outcome for the most people?

50:08Why is that a bad idea? Now, again, I, I don't subscribe to this idea that a, a, a, a demographic destiny. And I don't do that for, for to me, two reasons. One is the progressives seem to be working very, very, very hard to both import a people who believe the way they believe, import people from these, these Marxist communist socialist countries. But also to try to indoctrinate even the children of the conservative families through the manager use of public schools. So, you know, I don't, I don't, a, a, a, a, I agree with that particular, but I find it interesting that the, um, people like Alexander Kasey of Cortez, who are doing away with the traditional family, the traditional way of, of having a, of having children, even the traditional idea of, well, a homemaker, a mother, a parent being dedicated to the raising of young children.

51:15They're having fewer and fewer children, which means they need to co-op more and more people to maintain their power. And while the Patriot post seems to think that that maybe heading to the, to the Ashpin of history, I'd say the vote for mayor of New York City. Uh, that kind of puts the kai basha on that idea. I think the idea of co-opting generations is alive and well and we see it in our education system. And again, the United States doesn't have a legal aristocracy, but in many ways I believe we have created a functional aristocracy for ourselves from political binosties to a political parties to the, the idea of, you must say, sit down, shut up and do whatever some government actor tells you to do with that be a teacher, a law enforcement officer or just a bureaucrat. This all establishes this idea of a group of people that know better than everybody else that are more important than everybody else whose ideas should be followed in contravention, not only of your ideas, but of your rights.

52:23What happened to convincing people that you are right rather than coercing them into following you, whether you're right or not? I mean, that really is, if you get down to the fundamentals, aristocracy is about force. It's about I'm better than you are and I get to choose. I don't have to convince you. I don't have to persuade you. I can simply force you to do what I want. That's the foundation of aristocracy. I have the right to tell you how to live your life. And that's what we're seeing, at least what I'm seeing more and more in this country. It's got nothing new. It's not like I just popped up in the last few years, been going on for decades. I think it's just lately I've been able to find the words to put to it to help explain it that little bit better. In term, I'm using for now is an American aristocracy. And I find it very interesting that again, members of both political parties does not a partisan attack, both parties believe in an American aristocracy. They just have different ideas about which political direction that aristocracy should go.

53:29But they both believe it and they both try to enforce it on others. And it's up to we the people. We're the sovereign in this nation. We get to decide you take those jobs to serve us, not the other way around. Now, I hope you like the work that I do here. I hope you like the content we put out in the studies and analysis.
