Episode 12 tells the story of Filipino-American Angelo Quinto. During a mental health crisis at home, his family sought out the help of the Antioch Police Department in California, thinking they could help their brother and son. Three days later Angelo would die after having been unresponsive and in a coma. What happened to Angelo and what does his experience show about the way police officers handle mental health crises?
