Hey, everybody.
It's the Almost Famous Podcast.
I'm Deanna, and I am here with my producer Heather, and we've decided to call this kind
of famous.
As we recap for you, the new Hulu Dating Show love overboard.
Hosted by former bachelor at Gabby Windy.
I love this show.
I was hoping that it would be a big swing for me coming into episode three, and it still
is Heather.
Did all of these episodes keep your attention like the first two?
It sure did.
And I think, you know, my favorite thing about, it's episode three, right, where it happens
where we get some shipwreckers.
That is a new fun element that I really love, and I can't wait for us to dive into.
But yeah, I'm also really liking, I thought I might be bored with it, but I kind of love
how formatted the show is, and I'm just, I'm anticipating the plank scene.
I'm anticipating happy hour.
I feel like with some of the other dating shows that are out there, it's so unformatted,
and so like every single episode is so different.
It can be hard to follow, but I'll point out a couple of things in this episode and things
that I saw that are obvious rip-offs from other dating shows that are currently out
there.
But what about you?
Is it holding your attention?
Are you loving it?
I shared in our previous podcast episode that I felt like the first episode was really
chaotic.
It was hitting every beat.
Like, here's what we are.
You're going to live here.
You're going to do this.
Now, clean the floors.
Now, do this.
Now, everybody jump up.
Make cocktails.
This is the top setters.
The bottom setters.
It felt very spliced up and chaotic, but I actually am really loving now the flow of
the show and the way it's going, as well as I was unsure with the challenges and then
the plank ceremony, how everything was going to incorporate, but yeah, no, I look really
love it.
And for a person like me, Heather, I need to be hooked right away, or it's hard for me
to get into a show, and I'm all in.
Like I'm all about it.
The casting is amazing.
The show, the boat, I want to go on.
I want to like hang out top side.
I know.
Of course, top side only, though.
I'm top side only.
I'm not cut out for like washing floors and stuff.
I feel like I'm not quite bella, but I'm not quite Andrew.
I like flow somewhere in between.
I'm not above scrubbing a toilet, but I don't want to scrub someone else's toilet.
And you definitely don't want to do it with a toothbrush.
We will have to talk about that scene as well.
Let's jump right in.
Episode three opens with the cliffhanger from Episode two where Sophia and Anna are on
the plank.
And Andrew has to make a decision.
We know what this looks like.
Andrew chooses to send Sophia overboard in an Andrew hug and everyone claps for him.
Andrew says he'd rather hold out for new girls to come on the boat.
But we flip to later on that night.
Karai is coupled with Shade.
But tells Leela when he gets a date, he's taking her.
Shade knows what's going on.
She's strategizing so that she can stay on the top side.
She doesn't particularly strike me as a girl that belongs on the bottom side.
But I don't know.
What do you think?
She feels like a lot of drama for me.
Yeah.
We obviously see so much of that play out this episode.
I feel like Shade isn't into anybody.
I think that she's really trying to stay on the top side just for the purpose of staying
up there.
And she's not really a fan of like sleeping in the bunk beds, which who wouldn't.
But I don't think she really has interest in anyone on board.
And her personality goes kind of quick from here there to everywhere when she's upset,
which it looks like is a kind of a turn off to a lot of these guys and the girls.
So yeah, I really like Shade.
Like I think she could be fun and I want to see her find a connection.
But right now I don't feel like she's actually interested in anyone.
Listen, it doesn't look like a super genuine connection that she has had up into this point.
And I think you're right in saying like, listen, she's a top side girl all the way.
Like we can tell that she's a top side girl, but she's also a boss.
And I just believe that when you go on reality television in particular, people with that persona
tend to be like the drama, unfortunately.
And she is playing that part really well, but you're right.
The other cast members who are like, you know, falling in love, they're coupling up.
They're there for the good time.
It rubs everybody the wrong way.
No one wants to breed.
No one wants to be around a Debbie Downer.
No, and she, I don't know.
We'll get into the scene with Delaney.
I don't know if it's this episode or the next one, but that seemed a little bit like doing
too much.
Like it was an unnecessary kind of conversation to be having and it just seemed mean spirited.
But what I was going to say is too about this show for as many cast members as there
are, they're not trying to focus too much on everybody having a storyline every episode,
which I think is really good.
We have our main storyline, which is whoever is going to end up going to that plank ceremony
at night.
But some of the other ones like maybe the happy couples or the ones that are still getting
to know each other.
We don't get too much screen time with them dependent on the episode.
And I think if that's making it easier to follow, do you feel the same way?
I do.
I do.
Whatever.
I mean, I just love this show for so many reasons, but I do feel like it has a very natural
flow from a viewership side, you know what I mean?
We're getting little bits of drama, we're getting little bits of love, we're getting little
bits of funny.
I just feel like the appeal altogether is really attractive because we get a little bit
of everything.
You know, some episodes of other reality shows are really heavy on drama or chaos or some
of the other things.
And I feel like each episode so far, right, really in episode three, each episode so far
has done a really good job of having little even keel bits of small things that are taking
place on the boat, which keeps me watching, honestly.
I think it's due to the pacing.
I think that the show is fast paced and that's because it is formatted.
It's like we have to get to a plank ceremony every single episode.
You know what I mean?
So part of that means moving along the stuff earlier in the day to give that plank scene.
It's dramatic, you know, breath of air so it can like expand a little bit.
So I like it.
I like the pacing of this as well.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Let's move on because this is like right now, you know, last time it was a different couple.
This is my new favorite couple.
Okay.
I'm all about it.
I see the fireworks going on between the two of them.
Tim is going to continue to shoot his shot with Gia.
Gia asks Tim why they would make good life partners.
Tim asks Gia if she's scared that he's a boy, which, you know, I mean, come on.
Lila goes and tips off bow.
Wait a second.
Diana, life partners.
They've known each other since yesterday.
I just thought that was such an interesting.
Do you think we would make good life partners?
Does she even know his last name?
I mean, I can appreciate the heavy hitting questions here, Heather, to make sure we're all
on the same page.
I can appreciate, you know, the, the goal, the end goal here, but I do also find it hilarious
that like Tim is like, but please, please, please tell me that I'm not a boy.
Tell me that you don't think I am because I'm not.
Oh, it used to be like yesterday, but I'm not today.
You have changed me.
I am a changed man.
I don't know.
It is kind of funny the way that they are all just like hopping, you know, literally
on board right away and, and filling the roles, but yeah, I mean, part of me, like every
time they're saying things like that, I'm like, come on, girl.
You barely know this man, in Bachelor World, okay, but like love overboard, come on, girl.
I know.
That's what I'm saying.
Are they, is this how, this can't be how like the younger generation talks on dates,
right?
I don't, I actually think it is.
I haven't been on a lot of dates.
You know what I mean?
But I, listen, I, I did freshly out of divorce, Heather run through my younger man face.
And it was a lot of fun for a hot minute, but like the 30 year olds, yeah, we're like,
it was very, it's where I struggled.
It was very superficial.
Like all of the conversations were pretty lackluster, they were not deep in any way.
You know what I mean?
And I don't know if it's just because I have gotten so much older, but yeah, I feel like
it's just the generation now.
But this doesn't seem superficial.
This seems like too heavy.
This seems like the opposite of that.
That's what I mean.
It's like this time she's asking about would they make good life partners?
Or James episode two or whatever being like, are you an effective communicator?
I just, I can't think of being on dates with people at their age and those kinds of
conversations happening organically.
So I'm just wondering people, Gen Zers, if you're listening, do you actually talk like this
on dates?
Cause I'm, I'm confused.
I'm confused.
I don't even know how to handle it.
Part of me wants to just like overcompensate here and be like, it's reality TV Heather.
Like they have to, they're, you know, all of the things and the other part of me is like,
no, no, no, no, that's what they're like nowadays.
That's what they're like.
I have to tell, I just don't think, I just don't think in my experience of being on set
that producers are going in there and telling them things to say, to sound smarter than
they are.
I just think that this is how they're talking and I'm, I'm genuinely confused.
Do you think we'd make good life partners?
I just met you anyways, anyways, you have to tell them about this drama between Lila,
Gia Bo, the whole thing.
Well, listen, just when you start to get like a little overstimulated with the heaviness
of it, we have someone like Lila who comes in just to shake things up and listen, we
have seen this from her from the very first episode, Lila goes and tips off Bo to what's
going on, right?
She tells him to be more assertive with Gia and she also tells Bo that Gia is 50-50 on
both guys and listen, we see Bo, he does not like this.
I mean, who would?
I wouldn't, but he is clearly like, oh, yeah, no, I'm not playing that game.
We see him storm off the side of the boat.
He's done with this conversation.
He's like, I'm not, I'm not that guy.
Do you think she had good intentions when she was doing this, or do you think that she
just likes to be in the mix?
I hate to say it, but I think she likes to be in the mix and I'm saying that just based
on what we have seen since the first episode.
She has done this a couple of times now where she likes to put herself right in the middle
and she likes everybody to know what game they're playing.
You know what I mean?
It doesn't happen to her, but she's doing it to other people, so I actually just think
she kind of likes it.
She thinks she's in charge.
She likes control.
It doesn't happen to her yet.
I don't think that when we see this happen on shows, there's one person who's mixing it
up a little bit and then they get a taste of their own medicine.
And I think that Lila, you might have it coming with how much of the mixing you're doing
on this boat.
Bum, bum, bum.
Well, it doesn't stop there.
Lila then goes on to GS.
She comes clean about everything that she has just told Bo.
Okay.
So we see that play out.
I don't know.
That part I could have done without.
I could have done without that part because GS seems kind of unbothered a little bit.
And I don't know if Lila was also just continuing to start the pot there, or she just didn't want
it to come back and bite her in the ass.
You know what I mean?
I don't know.
I think she genuinely likes Gia.
I think Lila likes to be liked and wants to have friends.
And I think that as much as she likes drama, I think she was trying to come from a good
place, right, with that situation because she, I think she likes Bo.
And she was probably like, Bo, you got to step it up.
But I think she wasn't expecting Bo to be like, yo, I'm not into somebody that kind
of thinks they're 50, 50 on me.
So it kind of backfired on her in that moment.
And that's when she had to go into overdrive and be like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, that's
not what I meant.
Like, and she had to of course, correct.
And I think in that moment, she was coming in a good way versus what she did in the last
set of episodes between Bella and Lowe.
I think that that was a little bit more on the mean spirited side.
Yeah.
I honestly kind of love that Bo reacted that way, though, because I am like that.
Like, we're not, we're not in a place in our life where we're chasing people and making
them choose us and, and, and forcing them to want to be with us naturally given, especially
that situation, people should want to be with you.
So like, I kind of have nothing but respect for him being like, yeah, no, no, she's not
in it.
I'm like, I'm not going there.
It's not a fight to the death kind of thing like they've have spent some time together
at this point.
She should be able to make a choice one way or the other.
So I kind of actually at that moment, I had nothing but respect for Bo and the way that
he handled that and the way he just kind of walked away.
He was like, I'm not going to play the game.
I don't know.
Exactly.
Next up, we move on to Shade and Keith.
This situation is very interesting to me.
I already told you that in our previous podcast, but Keith asks Shade if she plans to bring
him up to the top again.
And she says, yes.
So we'll see how that one continues to play out.
I have all kinds of feels about the two of them.
I just don't see it.
I just don't see it.
You're not the only one.
I don't see it either.
I don't think what she's, again, Shade is so gorgeous.
But I think that she's at this point of the show just strategizing.
I do not think she's interested in Keith.
I think she does like a probably a more subdued quiet guy.
I could see that being her vibe, but I don't think she's interested in him.
No, I believe that she can run circles around Keith.
And that's why it's not going to work.
She needs like a grown-ass man, like a boss, not to like tell her what to do, but just
keep her in check just a little bit.
And I don't think Keith is our guy.
So I'm just not, I'm just not seeing it.
But anyway, we move on and Bow and Gia, they have a tough talk in bed.
Bow is upset that Gia didn't come in.
She wasn't clear about the situation and she didn't talk to him right away.
So we're starting to see some of that unravel as well.
What did you think?
Because I remember I said in the last episode, like I thought I could see them going the
distance on this.
I feel like Gia really didn't like that she heard his feelings.
I thought that what this conversation felt very sincere to me, like that she was really
still interested in him.
I'm with you.
I too think it was really sincere.
I do believe that they have genuine affection and concern for each other.
I do.
I just believe that it is stronger with him.
Like I believe with Bow, it is that friendship level.
They have respect for one another.
There is some attraction, but I believe with Tim, there is like chemistry.
You know the difference?
You can like someone and think, oh, maybe it'll change over time.
But I believe with Tim, there is that instant chemistry.
Whereas with Bow, they just, they genuinely connect.
Like maybe their souls have a purpose together for whatever reason.
But I just don't see that, um, that undeniable attraction between the two of them.
Yeah.
I think she genuinely cares for him and why.
That's why she probably feels really torn, because I also think deep down she knows that
she's probably leaning more towards Tim, but she doesn't want to break it to Bow, and
they haven't made it to the plank ceremony yet, and nobody knows who's going home, and
she doesn't want to leave the top side, but she also kind of likes him, and he's hot,
so they stay the night together.
You know what I mean?
I believe there's all kinds of things that this girl's got to consider at that point in
time.
I think this is a classic, nice guy versus boy situation.
Yes.
Thank you.
I'm so glad you said that.
I think that Bow's the nice guy, and he's calm, cool, and collected, but he's not, and
he's, listen, he set his intentions in the last episode.
He sat her down.
He said, I'm into you.
I'm only into you.
I don't want you to ever question that.
Like I'm being straightforward with you, and Tim has kind of done the same thing, but
he's done it in, I hate this term, because I don't think the kids use it anymore.
He does it in a little bit more of a swaggy way than does it, and I think being, you know,
open and honest about his boy ways makes it feel endearing to her, like, oh, he's willing
to change his bad habits for me, and I still think of that maybe not as a red flag, but
a pink flag girl, and I think that Bow's the nice guy, but anyways, what do I know?
Let's see how this plays out.
We got our first challenge of the episode, which is called diving for dirt.
There are tubes in the ocean full of statements from the topside men that can be either a truth
or a lie, and the downside girls can challenge any of the topside girls for their man, essentially,
and they have 30 seconds to collect as many tubes as they can, whoever gets the most
wins.
I think it's really funny with these challenges that it's up to them if they want to participate
or not.
It's not everybody has to play, which I think is really interesting.
So Bella takes the opportunity to challenge Anna for Andrew.
She does not win, and Anna really smokes her in getting all of those tubes.
So Lila then challenges Shade for Karai.
They both move extremely slow, getting into the water, which is kind of comical, and they
end up tying because they get the same amount of these tubes.
So then they have to answer questions on what's the truth and what's a lie about Karai,
and Lila wins, and gets to now come to the topside.
I like died during this challenge, Heather.
There was a part of me on the inside that was just crying, that the way that they, I don't
know if they just didn't want to get their hair wet, or if their mom didn't toss them
in the pool at the YMCA when they were really young and they didn't know how to swim.
But it was painful to watch that neither girl was dying to catch anything to put it in
there.
I was just like, I think 100, neither of them wanted to get wet.
And I think that the water was cold.
Like Lila's face looked like she was freezing when she got into that water.
So I think it was a little bit of a mixture of both, but it was very funny because I mean
clearly, Shade does not care for Karai, and so she's not like putting in a whole lot
of effort.
And I was like, absolutely not.
She was not leaving the topside at that moment.
So that's the end of the challenge, which means Lila's going to the topside, and now Shade
has to go to the downside for the first time.
So this is where we start to see the unraveling, right?
This is where it all starts to go down.
Shade is going to the downside and has unfinished business with Bella.
This kind of makes me laugh so hard.
Shade confronts Bella about the situation with Keith, and Bella both, they denies it.
You know what I mean?
Bella's confused and thinks that there is no way Shade likes Keith this much.
The confrontation brings down all of the vibes on the downside.
Keith doesn't like that Shade's attitude is showing up.
Bella starts crying again.
Shade says that Bella's too dramatic.
Shade leaves the table and says that she's not going to film anymore.
It just, part of me wonders how much of this was just construed or did this really play
out like this because it didn't feel very fitting because as viewers, we see it pretty early
on.
I'm saying this at the top of the episode, I don't see it between Shade and Keith on either
side.
I don't see it from her and I don't see it from him.
But then, you know, then there's this like, this made up drama about Bella going after
Keith.
I need everybody to back off my girl Bella.
I know.
I know.
She's just there for a good time.
Bella's there for a good time and she literally has four men to choose from.
Everybody needs to chill out like the girl is trying low has basically for lack of a
better analogy made David the fire hydrant and she's the puppy and she is like, that is
mine.
I have peed all over him.
You cannot have him.
So David's out of the mix for Bella, then she tries to talk to Keith and Shade is now
jumping on her when she's not even with him anymore.
You see it plain as day that the two of them are not together.
They're not vibing.
There is absolutely no chemistry between the two.
But you know, sometimes girls just like drama.
You know what I mean?
You always, you don't want it, but then you want what you can't have and you don't want
anybody else to have it.
Have you ever been in a relationship like that?
I know.
I have early on in my 20s when I was about these girls age.
I didn't want him, but I didn't want anybody else to have him.
Absolutely not.
Not been in the situation, I'm so sorry to say, but Shade, you're that bitch.
Like you're so cool and you're so pretty.
Like what?
Like you do not need to be acting like this and you don't need to go after Bella.
Like it just felt like low hanging fruit and it's like I'm upset to be here and now I must
pick on somebody and it was that was the vibe I was getting and I'm glad that they
end up squashing it later in the episode and she like took accountability for it.
It sounds like she was very triggered by something that was said in that conversation.
But baby, you can't say somebody's being dramatic and then actually get up in the same
breath, storm off and say I'm done filming because that's like the most dramatic.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It was a, it was a scene to be had, but you know what?
That's fine.
We move on to Happy Hour, Heather and Karyan Lila, we start to really get to see the
two of them.
They like getting to know each other.
Then we've got GM Tim.
They talk about Tim's past relationship.
He says he's ready for something serious.
He says he wants to take her on a date.
You know all the perfect things that we need to hear.
And then it hits us.
Okay.
A boat arrives with a woman on it.
Delaney.
Delaney.
I love this too.
I was not anticipating this, but I love every ounce of this to bring in the new hot bodies.
A shipwrecker, let's call her Delaney 26.
She's a model who's very low maintenance.
She comes walking in all what five foot nine of her gorgeous lips, hair, the whole thing
from the jump.
Andrews interested.
Keith is interested to meet her too.
Low says Delaney is up close and acquired taste.
David doesn't love these jealous comments.
Okay.
So then we start to see a little bit between the two of them.
That's super rude and it was trying to be jokey, jokey, jokey.
That is low.
You're better than that.
Okay.
I just know you are and it breathes of insecurity when it sees another woman.
You have not converse with this person.
You don't know her.
She's been there for five seconds and you're making a negative comment about her looks.
Breathe insecurity.
Don't be that hurt.
Absolutely.
It did.
I don't like that anyway tearing another person apart anyway or the other, but it also
just starts to show the cracks between the two of them.
You know what I mean?
They want to look like that top couple.
No one can break them.
What did I say?
I said this in the last episode.
Anybody that is raved as the strongest couple that early on is bound to have some major
break up or flaws and we do see something else later from David, which we have to talk
about.
I can't wait.
So much.
So much.
All right.
We don't stop there.
Okay.
Another boat arrives with another shipwreck or man on it.
Prasad.
He's 26 also.
So hot.
I've never heard that name before.
I have never heard that name either.
Anyway, he's here for the genuine reasons.
You know, I love that.
Makes me so happy.
And he wants to meet his soulmate.
He's 26.
God knows he's going to have at least six more.
But we see Anna.
Our girl Anna who we love.
She's super excited to meet Prasad.
That's for her.
This is moving on.
Right?
Anna's 30.
I believe.
Margot.
Can you double check?
Can you double check the face?
She made.
I'm pretty sure that Anna is 30.
And so we get into it later, but the other shipwreckers are she's 33.
So even though these shipwreckers that are coming in are fairly young this episode, I mean,
but where those people who are 30 and over, we're seeing that on this show in particular,
they're really significantly older.
You know what I mean?
Then some of the other castmates on this show.
Yeah, especially the ones that they're talking to.
Any, I don't know.
I don't know Anna about the Prasad of it all.
It's fine.
It's fine.
We're going to see more.
Let's see.
The newbie's Delaney and Prasad have to go to the downside.
Shade and Bella clear the air.
They hug it out.
They're best friends again, which is great to see.
And Bella says in an interview that she still doesn't trust Shade, girl, you should not.
You should not.
Bella is my queen.
I mean, honestly, she is the reason I'm watching.
And she gives me a Maya Papaya from this last season of Love Island was kind of like getting
jerked around by different guys.
I was also constantly crying on the end of the show.
And we were all so many of us were so invested in her love story.
And that is how I'm feeling about Bella because Maya Papaya kept getting dumped and like kept
being the single one in the villa.
And all she wanted was to be loved.
And finally, this guy came in towards the end.
They coupled up.
They ended up winning the season.
And this is what I'm rooting for for my Bella.
I'm rooting for a guy to come in and at the very end, she makes it to the top side and
she wins this thing.
I'm actually like, she is the one now that I am holding out for this.
I'm here for it.
You know what I'm also really loving about this show is that when we were introduced
to all of these people on the first episode, my favorites have changed.
And I love that about television if it keeps us on our toes like that.
And I really loved in a, you know, when we recorded our first podcast, I was like, she
is gold.
Like she's everything.
She's everything.
But the more I'm with you, the more we see Bella and her personality, she's so funny.
And just the way she turns it on and turns it off, like, I'm here for her.
I do.
I'm with you.
And in the end, whatever it looks like, I'd love for her to ride off into the sunset with
her night and shining armor and her fairy tale ending at least for like 10 days or something
like that.
She's so funny.
I just, Bella, I love you.
You're my favorite right now for sure.
We're going to become best friends.
I'm going to hang up here and then I'm going to find her on Instagram and I'm going to
message her and I'm going to tell her that like, I just, I have a spare room.
She can come and hang out me and my kids, you know what I mean, just make it real weird.
All right, Tim is rewarded by Gabby.
He gets to go on a date with a top side woman of his choice.
So then we go into the next day.
Tim comes in all looking handsome and he interrupts breakfast to invite Gea to go on a date.
All right.
And Tim, they go to a vineyard and stomp on grapes with their feet, super cute, super
romantic, feels very lovey.
Have you ever done that?
I've never, but I liked to drink wine way too much.
I wasn't trying to like put my feet in it.
I was just like, dousing it down my throat.
I live a whole new life now, Heather.
Oh, yes, yes, yes.
I've never done that.
But it was so weird.
I mean, I can get the stomping, the grapes thing.
But when they started to put the grapes on his chest and that's where I checked out.
Squish them and then he put them in her boobs and was eating grapes out of her boobs.
But then goes in for the kiss and she's like, no, this is where I draw the line.
I was like, hmm, baby.
He doesn't just put them in between her boobs.
He like takes them.
It is a very sexual moment.
It's a very, he like takes them and like rubs them down like the crevice in between her
breasts and like rubs them down.
What I'm saying, Gea, Gea, you were shooting a little mini porno just now.
And you're like, oh, kiss me.
Absolutely not.
This is where I draw the line.
I draw the line.
Feel me up.
Rub me down.
But like you may not put your tongue in my mouth.
Absolutely not, sir.
All right.
Listen, I was with you, Heather, because also given that moment, we are seeing the passion
between the two.
I kind of wanted to see them like stick their tongues in each other's mouths and see if
it was there because I feel it as a viewer.
But you know, that's fine.
I'll just keep waiting for the love story.
I just thought it was so weird.
And it was like she was doing it out of respect for bow, not kissing him.
So then I'm like, okay, I'm right.
She's really into bow.
She's really into bow.
Guys, she's not.
She's not.
Okay.
But if, all right, let's play devil's advocate for a second.
I don't think she's really into bow, but I believe out of respect for him and probably
the conversations that they have had that we have not seen, she is not going to do
him dirty like that.
Like I can appreciate that.
And she's not going to do him dirty.
She just had this guy licking up her chest like, what are we talking about?
I'm too nice, Heather.
I'm just too nice.
We just went from rated R to like a G rating.
He's like, I just, it felt so strange.
And I, I was just like, I hope Tim doesn't have like blue balls right now in this situation
or whatever is happening because that was just like some major whiplash.
Some of the dates are truly very interesting where we look at them and they would be like
normal.
And then they just immediately get off the boat, go on a date and they turn into these
like R rated scenes in this television show that I'm like, well, how did they go from
point A to point B so quickly?
I, you know, I'm not really following sometimes on some of the dates, but I don't need over sexualized
things to begin with.
So it's fine.
We see bow on the yacht.
He's super stressed about Gia on the date.
He says, if they left the show now, he'd pursue a relationship with her.
So we're seeing that he's really into her, that he really, really likes her.
And it was, whatever, I found it really interesting because I don't see that coming from her.
I believe that they have a connection, but I don't see that coming from her.
I don't believe that it is reciprocated, but it's fine.
Thereby, we're back to Tim and Gia.
He says he's full on lover boy in a relationship.
He's 30 years old and ready to retire his boy ways, you know, all the things that every
girl wants to hear.
She's changed them.
All the things that every boy says, Gia, just letting you know.
Come on.
She's hook, line and sinker.
She's fallen for it.
She's stressing out about her plank ceremony.
Like it's all about to go down.
So this for me was the most anticipated point of the episode was the plank ceremony because
I feel like in a matter of moments, it's all about to play out and I really need this
for myself.
Just me.
Heather, I need to see it all play out because I believe she's destined to be with Tim.
I believe there's a connection between her and Bo, but I don't see the chemistry like
her and Tim have.
So it's fine.
Gia is sad.
She's going to be hurting someone's feelings.
It's clearly, you know, putting her through torture.
She wants to hear what both men have to say on the plank.
She gets super emotional over her decision.
Tim and Bo walk the plank.
This is the moment that I've been waiting for.
Tim pleads to stay.
He says all the best moments he's had on board that he's been having with Gia.
He's taking a risk for her.
Bo says when he saw Gia, everything became real.
He's only had eyes for her.
He would never, ever lie to her than the big shocker.
Were you devastated?
Gia sends Bo.
I was actually shook and I make these shows for a living.
I should have seen this coming from a mile away, but I thought, there's no way she is
going to send Bo overboard.
She hasn't even kissed Tim, but then I thought about it later and I thought, has she even
kissed Bo?
I feel like they have.
I feel like they have, but now that you say that, but we see them really cozy in the
bedroom on the top side, like they are definitely canutling and stuff.
I remember those moments where they're like definitely on top of each other and like,
you know, feeling each other.
But yeah, now that you say that, I'm not sure I've seen a real kiss, whatever Heather,
I was not shook.
I thought the whole time she was choosing Tim.
And again, I just don't know if it was because I saw some physical chemistry that I did
not see with Bo, but I was sad for our boy Bo.
I mean, they had this whole plan about getting to the top side together.
They had a mission.
They made it happen.
And then it's just, guys, tail is all this time.
Nice guy versus boy.
I know.
She knows the boy and I really hope this doesn't come to bite her in the ass later.
Do you know what it is?
It's the safe against like the fun.
Like it, it just, it always wins.
Bo was a safe bet.
I think she, I think she liked him, but he was a safe bet for her.
Tim was the iffy one and that's where she went, but I mean, she's clearly torn up over
it.
She cries.
Tim promises.
You know, we get that whole like, just that whole thing.
I expect nothing less from Tim to promise her that he won't hurt her.
I, I expect nothing less until somebody new shows up.
Gia, I just watch out, Gia.
You said it, not me.
Episode four, I am like full on, like just obsessed with this show.
I could not get enough.
I told you I binged all four episodes in like my first sitting.
So episode four starts with Tim being happy to be back on the top side.
I bet he is happy.
Brose about to live his best life.
At this point though, we've, we've only had two people at this point, right, who have
not been to the downside.
And that's David and Lowe.
Yes.
Right.
They're the only ones who have maintained being on the top side.
This whole time.
Well, we're going to get to it later this episode, the end of goes down to the downside.
But they're the only ones after episode four who have stayed there the whole time.
But we're still seeing Dave, we're still seeing David and Lowe that they're really
cozy up there.
It's not really shaking up yet, like they're really, really cozy.
They're very happy together.
I think one's cozier than the other and I think one's happier than the other.
I think you are right.
You are seeing things very clearly, Heather.
I am with you.
Delaney and Keith, they're talking now.
We found, we find out that Keith doesn't drink.
I kind of saw this as a person who doesn't drink.
I saw it from episode one, like he never has a cocktail.
He's never at 10.
And I thought for myself, you know, as I'm plotting in my own head, how I'm going to get
on love overboard, I thought, how is this guy keeping up?
You know what I mean?
Like hanging out with all of these people, not drinking alcohol.
He's not into the drama when the stuff gets like, you know, all shaky.
He kind of sees himself out of the drama.
But anyway, he's a cop.
He's a cop.
I'm so surprised that he shared that with everybody.
I don't know.
He's looking for someone with similar morals and beliefs to him, which is very interesting,
given his situation.
I find it fascinating for a man who does not drink.
He's a police officer to go and live on a yacht for the summer and date on reality television.
Like what did his leave of absence look like, Heather?
It's not typical to get cops on reality TV.
That's for sure.
I will say I think I've gotten a couple of firefighters, a couple of EMTs on shows,
dating shows specifically.
I've called firehouses and shared casting information and they're pretty gung-ho usually
at the fire department.
They like this stuff.
Cops, that's a different situation.
It makes me wonder what kind of cop he is.
We don't really get into that too much.
It makes me wonder, yes, if he was maybe he's an active cop but was taking a leave of
absence to try and figure some things out in his life and this opportunity came about.
How does he go back?
You have to ask permission from your job to take off for a show and usually they want
to know what it is.
The police department, I'm sure they would be critical in wanting to know the name of
the show, the vibe and all that kind of stuff and being very adamant probably about him
never saying exactly where he's a cop at.
He came across pretty stoic to me for a cop.
I would have thought cops are a little bit more gregarious and just like kind of macho.
I don't know.
That's like a really terrible, I actually disagree Heather.
I have a lot of friends who are married to cops and not that they can't be that but I actually
find them to be a little bit more reserved, introverted, stoic, especially in group scenarios
like that, especially in group scenarios like that.
I don't know if that's just part of their persona or protecting their career in a way
or given the day and time that we live in currently, you know what I mean.
But yeah, I actually found it very, very fitting.
His personality matched for me.
We have some interesting careers on this ship to, you know, besides the model influencer.
We also have David, we didn't talk about his career.
He works with children that have mental health issues.
I also found that very fascinating.
My children are in therapy and if I happened to pop on love overboard and saw my daughter's
therapist fighting for love in this situation, I would be like, huh, I'm questioning all
my life choices and where my paychecks are going.
But didn't you also think it was interesting that in the same breath where he was like,
yeah, I work with children that have mental health issues.
And then I like to party at night.
And I like girls with big fake boobs.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely was like, huh, I'm thinking twice about this.
I mean, we are all multifaceted human beings.
And if David like has this incredibly rewarding career and that's how he blows off steam
at the end of the day, that's great.
But it was very fascinating to have a cop, a mental health specialist amongst, you know,
models and influencers and pretty surprised.
We don't have any professional athletes or former professional athletes on the boat.
But maybe that's coming.
That's usually another job that we tend to see in the dating show realm.
Yeah, yeah, those people who are literally in between jobs.
It's fine.
Everything is fine.
Keith is going to write off into the sunset.
He's just a doll.
My sweet little reserved man.
Shade is irritated by the whole situation.
I don't know if you recognize that.
She is irritated by Keith and Delaney talking.
She thinks that Keith should show her a little respect.
And we know our girl, Shade, she's a little bit demanding when it comes to all of these
things.
But Tim and Gia, they have their first kiss.
It finally happens for the two of them.
I'm like all about it.
I was kind of awkward.
I couldn't stop looking at how sweaty Tim was.
I don't know.
I didn't mind it.
I didn't mind it.
And I couldn't stop looking at how flippy his hair was on the ends.
It's a very interesting haircut that the young men are all rocking these days.
It's tight and then it's flippy.
It's kind of moldy.
It's kind of not.
And I was just noticing all the flippy ends and the sweatiness.
And I was like, I don't know.
I don't know about this.
Oh, I'm all about it.
I'm all in.
I'm invested in their relationship.
I'm invested in their connection.
I'm all about it, Heather.
I don't see it.
I'm rooting for Bella.
The one I'm rooting for.
You're just going to stick to your girl.
That's so fine.
I'm just thinking of Bella.
I think I got to believe that girl finds something.
Well, I hope so because I need more of her.
I'm not ready for her to go home.
And if there is a plank ceremony and she has to jump,
I'm not ready for it.
I might have to quit.
I will not be OK.
That can't happen.
It's fine.
The drama doesn't start there.
We see Shade.
She confronts Keith.
She wants to know if they still have a connection.
And he says that they can be friends, which
catches her completely off guard.
I expect nothing less from Shade.
She is going to be thrown off by this
because I think she's just trying to find her place.
And there really isn't one for her at this moment,
which I believe is where a lot of the drama comes from.
But it's fine.
Low is in it to win it.
She's already dreaming of a life off the boat with David.
And Tim and Gia, they go to bed for the first time.
Tim isn't really interested in having sex.
Our boy here.
He's not interested in having sex on the boat,
while Gia says that she's a very sexual person.
But she also doesn't really want to have sex with him
on the boat.
Which means we're going to be seeing them having sex
in a closet next week.
I can't wait.
And that is a intentional edit to put in
that somebody says that they're not going to have sex
so that they can show them having sex in a future episode.
You two stop.
They're both just as hot as they are.
The way she's laying there in a little top,
they've been drinking, and he's taking her case
of Dia from her.
And he's like, we're not going to do this right now.
And she's like, yeah, absolutely not.
But I love it.
So we're not going to.
But in two days when we get off the boat, let's do it.
Yeah, no.
We're going to be seeing them sneak into a closet,
think that there's no cameras.
Forget that they're miked.
And that's where it's going to be.
I am holding on to every single breath.
Watch out, guys.
I'm warning you right about this stuff.
Yeah.
OK, so if you thought the drama with Shade was done,
we have more.
This moment for me is so cringe.
She basically tries to tell Delaney
that she can have Keith, because she's
looking for someone more into art and literature,
which Delaney totally takes as a dig at her as well,
which I actually kind of saw it that way.
So many things about this fight.
I'm also like, come on, girl.
Like there's just too much drama.
We don't have to do this.
Delaney's barely been there for like two seconds.
Let her wash her face.
She's clearly in that tiny bathroom.
She's trying to get her makeup off for the night,
get a little bed rest.
And I don't know if she knows where Delaney is from,
but I would have benefitted as well.
She is literally saying like,
Keith is not intelligent enough for her.
He's not revolutionized or whatever.
I would absolutely take offense to that,
because they are both from small towns,
out in the middle of nowhere, whatever.
I would take offense to that.
But I also love that Delaney didn't back down.
She didn't, and also let's be so for real Shade,
there was no good intention with that conversation.
You had no right to go up to her and be like,
girl, by the way, you can have him.
He said he didn't want you, girl.
Five seconds ago, you were like,
hey, so we're so good, right?
Like we still have a connection.
And he was like, no, we can be friends.
You have no right to then go up to the girl
and be like, by the way, girl, just let you know
you can have him.
No, no, no, no, no.
Shade, no.
I also love that our girl Bella comes in.
And she's like, girl, put it to rest, Shade,
come on in here, tuck yourself in bed,
leave that poor girl alone.
We're not doing this tonight, honey.
This is not a tonight conversation.
For somebody who keeps getting called dramatic,
I mean, we need to like be holding up a mirror, Shade,
because Bella is the one coming in here to defuse the bomb.
I'm so attached to these people, Heather, I cannot help it.
I am so attached to each one of these people.
And when that moment happened,
and then I'm literally, I love also,
is it, will you tell me, is it the fourth dimension,
fourth, whatever, where we see it's playing out
on that little tiny camera in the bathroom?
Oh, the breaking the fourth wall.
Yes.
Wait, was playing on a little camera in the bathroom?
You see it like playing out from a camera
that they have placed in the bathroom,
because Delaney was in there,
she's trying to get ready for bed,
and you've got Shade, we're seeing her face,
that she's like making all this conflict,
and we're seeing the back of Delaney's head,
and then we see Bella come in and the doorway,
and she's like, girl, girl, hey, tonight's not the night, honey.
Let's go night night.
It's less about breaking the fourth wall in that scene,
and we're just actually being a fly on the wall.
And that's because those rooms are so small,
that they have to use cameras in the corners
because a camera crew can't fit in those rooms with the talent.
That's why they have to have stationary cameras set up.
I actually really love it,
because it does make me feel a part of the drama.
I feel like I'm in there and I'm a part of the drama,
and I am just a fly on the wall,
and I'm getting to watch every last bit of it take place.
It's fine.
Delaney goes in, she works the part,
she gets some comfort from Keith,
and we can see the spark start to fly between the two of them.
They're like moving on in the right direction.
The next day, we see the downsiders cleaning toilets
with toothbrushes.
Heather, I knew that you loved this.
It felt like somebody said,
you don't clean a toilet with a toothbrush
unless you're in prison,
and I was like, yeah, this is giving.
We are in prison vibes right now.
I know that they were doing it for the scene.
Those aren't their toothbrushes,
and that's not how toilets get cleaned on a super yacht,
but I was like, why are we doing this?
Why are we doing toothbrush toilet cleaning scene?
Ew.
It makes for great tellers.
It gives us a good scene of Lexi and James
trying to strategize, which again, we love the strategy
of this game show because that's what makes it so different
and fun because they're vibing down below,
but they know they can't win the show this way,
like with them just being down,
so they have to strategize to get up to the top together,
and I do kind of love seeing this little moment between them.
I told you, I love them.
I love them.
I have so many favorites.
I can't keep them straight,
but I like love the two of them.
I love them.
They look cutie pies.
I can't wait to get a little more of them,
and I hope that they make it to the top side
because I want to see more of an intimate part
of their relationship because remember,
he was not having sex when he came onto the boat.
Yeah, however long that was,
he doesn't really say how long his celibacy streak was.
I think it's safe to say though that David and Lowe
are not having a celibacy streak,
and I found it extremely weird
that I can't even remember who he says this to.
Just randomly, he says on the boat to another guy
that he's had sex with Lowe multiple times,
but he's never orgasmed,
and he thinks that sexual compatibility is important.
I would be flabbergasted if he said that about me
on camera, on a good antique show,
and the producers keep playing this up, right?
So we're seeing David saying some stuff behind her back,
whether it's that he doesn't like the negative comment
she made about Delaney,
whether it's now that their sexual compatibility
is in great while we're seeing Lowe
and every other scene being like, he's my man,
I can't wait until we're off this boat, da-da-da-da-da,
which is just, you guys, I'm so sorry.
This is a huge, huge set up for them to fail.
They are going to fail as a couple,
they are not going to make it,
and it's because of the way they are showing this playing out
that this is, I already see the writing on the wall,
the writings on the wall with these two.
I'm not just embarrassed for her though.
Heather, he's too young to not be having orgasms.
At his age, it's a pretty done deal.
So I'm also slightly embarrassed for him
that he is saying that they have done this multiple times,
and he's not orgasm at all.
Yeah, but you know he's saying that in the way
that he's not taking it responsibility for his own body.
Oh, for sure, does he strike us as a guy
that would be like, oh man, I should see a doctor,
absolutely not, of course it's the woman's problem.
He's a mental health person.
He should be a little bit more sensitive with this.
Sorry, David.
Oh, that was my first Iq.
Maybe not my first, but it was like a Iq with David for sure.
You said he was your favorite last episode.
I can't with this.
I have changed my mind.
I told you, I'm in love with other people now.
I have moved on from David.
He is no longer the apple of my eye.
I have moved on.
I'm ready to see David on the downside now.
After this comment, I'm like,
maybe you should go take a toothbrush
and get to some toilets pretty soon.
I think that your turn is coming.
I think you've been on the top side a little too long.
Yeah, he's getting a little too cozy.
It's so fine.
All is well, two new hot men come.
Heather, this has become just the highlight
of the episodes for me when we get new contestants
on the show.
I'm all about, let's see what they look like.
Let's see how young they are.
Let's see what they have to offer.
And we get these two hot guys writing the boat.
I love this scene where they're coming in
on these little tiny boats.
Heather and they're on the front
and they're stretched out and their abs are flexed.
They're so happy.
They're just like their hair is blowing in the wind.
We get to see Bradley and Jake coming in.
Hot as can be.
Okay, Jake is 23.
Heather, I almost felt gross watching Jake.
He's so young.
I'm 44.
So what I'm 21 years older than him.
It almost felt gross for me.
Just for me to watch this young adult coming in half naked.
It's fine.
He's a personal trainer.
Of course he is.
Did you see his abs?
He's bold.
And if he wants a woman, he's gonna get her at 23 honey,
you should listen.
Bradley's not that much older.
The two of them are two peas in a pod.
Bradley is only 25.
I was like, where did they find these two?
Of course they have all the free time in the world
to film a reality show right now.
They're like barely in their 20s.
Exactly.
Bradley says that he's kind of been a slut lately.
At least he's keeping it real.
But he's ready for a relationship at 25.
And he's looking for an emotional connection.
Heather, are you buying?
Absolutely not.
Okay, anybody that has the self-awareness
to call themselves a slut is happy about that.
And he is not looking for anything serious.
These are the things that men say
because they think that's what women want to hear.
Ladies, we have to stop accepting these kinds of things
because these are two gigantic red flags
rolling up on this ship together.
That is exactly what it is.
Anybody who calls himself a slut is not calming down
any time soon.
Very much enjoying that space that he's in.
He isn't his learning era.
I have to say though that we get into this next challenge
which is called Hearts of Darkness.
This is a straight up for anybody who watches Love Island.
This is a straight up rip off of the heart rate challenge
that we see every season on that show
which is a big thing.
On Love Island, they make everybody take turns
to get their heart rate up
and it is a full on challenge between the entire cast.
Again, on this show because there's a prize to be won
of getting on the top side,
only people who are willing to challenge the top side men
get involved in this challenge.
So for Low, James is willing to challenge David.
Leela, Keith, and Bradley are both willing to challenge Karai.
For Gea, no one is willing to challenge Tim.
So she's not in it.
Why bother?
And for Ena, Jake and Persaud are willing to challenge Andrew.
So the challenge will be that the two new men
have to play in this game as well.
But each top side woman will be blindfolded
and be connected to a heart rate monitor
to determine how turned on they get.
Whichever guy clocks the highest heart rate wins.
Obviously, Bella is salivating by the way.
She's not involved in this challenge
but poor thing really wants to be.
And then there's this like weird perfume integration.
Heather, what is that?
Is that just product placement?
Is that what that was?
It did not fit for me.
It felt like they dropped right there.
I was like, what?
It's a commercial.
So they had to say sent bird so many times.
They had to show sent bird logo so many times.
And that's because sent bird paid to have
their commercial within the show versus on the outsides.
Because you're not skipping through an integration
when you watch it.
So that's a more premium spot to be featured.
Just like we're not getting alcohol placement
on this show, but that is something
that you tend to see on a lot of these dating shows.
They'll be sponsored by an alcohol brand
and then you just see them drinking
at the entire season.
So yeah, that was a weird, weird.
It was weird for me to do integration here
because then they start spraying the perfume on their dicks.
And it was like so weird.
So strange.
So strange.
So low is up first.
David straddles her, picks her up,
licks her all over her body, and her toes.
Little uncomfortable with that.
James takes off his belt and ties her up with it.
He was really trying to do something with that.
I don't think it worked.
Next is Lila.
She has Keith.
He uses a duster on her body,
which is not sexy and kind of gross.
It was weird.
It was very strange.
Keith, it made it look like you were not sure what to do at all.
Bradley is next.
This is weird.
He's just been on this boat for five seconds
and he's already shirtless and grinding this woman
that he does not know at all.
And the best part is that Bella's watching.
And she likes what she sees.
Bella is like getting really turned on
by watching him grind on another woman.
And I just for a second, I don't like when shows do this.
Like I live my life very much like a woman in the streets
of a freak in the sheets.
Is that how is it Luda?
Who tells me that's how I need to live my life?
Yeah.
These things like this make me so uncomfortable, Heather.
Like I did, if I was there in person,
I just could not participate.
There's no way I could sit in a chair
and allow Keith of all people
because he doesn't ooze that sex appeal for me
to use a duster on my body.
I would be so, so uncomfortable
with this entire scenario.
Like it's a fine line of like we're porn stars
or we're reality stars for me.
It's a very fine line.
Yeah, it's definitely uncomfortable for sure,
but like I said, it's so strange
that so many shows are doing this exact challenge now
over and over again.
Next is Karai and he says that they haven't even kissed.
Lila and Karai haven't even kissed yet,
but he kisses her all over her neck
and she's like into it.
Then is Anna and Andrew kisses her
and picks her up and she's kind of like,
whoa, over and then Jake.
Let's throw him where Jake is 23 and that is 33.
Jake picks her up, licks her chest.
Again, he's been here for five seconds.
At 23 though, go back or go home Heather.
I guess so.
We close out though on Prasad.
He says his strategy is sexy scary
which actually made me laugh out loud when he said that.
Like sexy scary.
It's like he, he like jolted her
and then he kind of like dropped her
and then it's like it was just so ridiculous,
but then he has to go on and says he has been told
that he looks like a vampire
and then he starts biting at her neck
and I was just losing it.
I was laughing so hard, the scene was hilarious
and then Andrew saying an interview
that he thinks that the only reason Prasad got her heart rate
up was because he was scaring her so funny.
It was just so funny.
If anybody, you know what, would have worked on me
is if not even anything sexual
but if somebody came and tickled me in this equation
and I'm blindfolded,
my heart rate probably would have been pumping like crazy.
Like if I don't know who's tickling me
and I don't know how long it's going on,
I'm actually probably gonna laugh so hard
and then my heart is gonna be up
and then I'm like, I'm very ticklish.
It's weird, it's so strange.
Oh my God, I love it.
Well now we all know.
Now we all know how to really get you riled up, Heather.
The challenge results are for low David wins, fine.
For Leela, Karai wins, okay fine.
But for Anna, Prasad wins.
It's just this sexy, scary thing.
And so again, Anna is faced with this thing.
Is she gonna follow her current match,
which is Andrew, who she's not in a relationship with
but she has a friendship with.
She gonna follow him down to the downside.
Where is she gonna stay with Prasad?
Now the last time she had this choice,
she stayed up top because she did not want to give that up.
She shockingly chooses to go to the downside.
I was shocked.
I was shocked.
She's definitely a top side kind of girl.
But she, what I think it really comes down to
is like she didn't like Prasad that much.
Like Andrew, she could tolerate Prasad she was not having.
It must have been that hair flip in the back, you know what I mean?
She's not having any part of that.
You didn't wanna wake up in the middle of the night
getting scared, I think is what happened.
She didn't wanna have a scary part two in the sheets.
So Prasad then gets to choose who to bring up
to the top side with him and he chooses Delaney
because they arrived at the same time.
He literally knows no one.
Low and David, Low says David has made her physical touch
and Low starts to ask about what it would be like
off the boat and Prasad and Delaney says
that she doesn't like cocky guys
and has mostly dated guys like Prasad.
She doesn't say that to his face,
but that's kind of what she's saying in her interview.
All right, next up in the episode
as we see the happy hour, I kinda look forward to the happy hour
because we get to see a little play
between the top ciders and the down ciders, you know what I mean?
Keith pulls Delaney for a chat.
Delaney feels the closest to him and enjoys getting to know him.
She tells Keith she's not interested in Prasad.
Not that I thought she was interested in Prasad.
I'm not seeing it at all,
but I kind of also don't see it between Keith and Delaney.
Like it's like they're both too scared little young adults.
I'm not seeing the attraction,
but it's gotta be better than Prasad
because I for sure don't see that,
but that leads us into the next scene,
which I'm like dying on the inside
because it shows them at bedtime.
And Delaney asks Prasad, she says,
I want to sleep alone in the bed.
She does not trying to snuggle him and he,
I think if I remember correctly,
there is a moment where he was like,
oh, no, no, we'll just sleep.
I'm not trying to take your clothes off.
And she's like, yeah, duh, duh.
I'm also not going to allow you to do that,
but like I'll take the king size bed to myself.
Prasad gives me Andrew with long hair.
Like it's just like he's a modeling hot guy
who the lights are on, but maybe nobody's home.
Prasad, I feel like you're probably a cool guy,
but that's how they're showing you on this show.
I also think the same thing
that he gave very much off like Andrew.
Like he says that he likes Delaney, that he's feeling it.
He clearly is seeing something there
that's not there at all.
I'm just amazed when guys do this,
that they don't read the room clearly
or that they are so self-absorbed
that they don't quite see the signs
and the writing on the wall.
Those are the ones that you have to be
really black and white with, totally, totally, whatever.
But then we see the downsiders cleaning
and speaking of not getting the vibes,
like Bella is really interested in Bradley
and she's like thinking she's playing it cool
and he's like, yeah, she's kind of like a sister.
I know, and listen, they're working
that whole scene in the hallway
and you can see our girl, Bella,
we love her just batting her eyes,
looking all cute, talking to him
and she says, I'm trying to play it safe.
She's not gonna lay it all on table,
she's not gonna come on strong
but I believe that this is biting her in the ass
really at the end of the day
because she, I think she really, really wants him.
I think we're gonna see a turn.
I think we're gonna see a friend's
to lover situation, I'm calling it now.
With him, with that sweet little baby,
she's gonna rock him like a baby at the end of the night.
I think that Bradley might have a little friends
to lover's moment with her.
Well, I can't wait to see how that plays out
for our girl, Bella, but Keith gets the text from Gabby
saying that he gets to go on a date
with the top side woman of his choice, right?
So we know, I know, I don't know if you know,
but I know, Keith chooses Delaney for the date.
I'm still not seeing it, Heather, I'm not seeing it.
They go on a date, they do some pottery
and here we are on another date on this show
and they have to over sexualize it, right?
It can't just be a date where these two people go,
they make some pottery and they have a good time.
It's gotta be over sexualized
and I just don't quite understand it.
I felt weird watching.
I think it's funny, it's all in humor
and I just wonder personally what it's like
in the edit day when they're making these
because you know that the editor is like,
oh, okay, choose shot of finger going into play.
Choose finger going into play again.
Choose weird words like deeper.
Overlay when Keith moans loudly.
Like so hot.
Like you know, it wasn't probably sexual
or funny or anything in the moment,
but it's just, I give my hat to you
the editors of this show because you're really
making some funny scenes happen
and I know that that's what this was a whole edited scene
to make it look like that.
It really was, it's fine.
We get to see more of Keith and his story
during this situation and it was kind of nice
to get a little bit more of his backstory.
He talks about why he became a cop
and how he's ready for a wife and kids
and it's the first time I really felt like
as a viewer that Delaney shows genuine interest
before that, it didn't feel like that.
It just felt like she was playing a part.
She's on a show, but this is the first time
that I see like she shows genuine interest in Keith,
which I don't know, maybe we'll see something play out
between the two of them.
I don't know, do you see it?
I think that she is like, okay, out of the guys here,
this is the guy that I vibe with the most
until somebody new shows up.
Like that's how I think she's like playing it.
She's like, I'm not into this persage guy.
Everybody else seems to be kind of coupled up with somebody.
So I'll stick with this guy for now.
I think that's the vibe I'm getting.
Yeah.
I'm kind of with you there.
It's fine, they get back to the boat.
Here we are, we've got another plank ceremony.
It's Keith and Prasad, they walk the plank.
Keith talks about them being very comfortable and compatible
and that he loved their day.
Prasad says that Delaney's beautiful on the inside
and the out because he spent six hours with her
so he should know.
He sees a future for them off this yacht
and I'm like, Prasad, you're one in the same, my friend,
but it's fine.
Delaney sends Prasad straight overboard.
It was not in his future poor guy.
I think we all knew that watching
and it sounds like the cast knew too
because they said as they were walking up,
they were like, we have to act surprised
or something by the results.
So everybody was hootin' and hollering for Keith.
Keith, Keith, Keith.
They kept going.
So I think everybody knew that this was kind of like a done deal.
I kind of died though, like after Prasad dumps overboard
and then Keith has done
and the first thing that he does is he flexes
towards all the guys on the balcony.
He doesn't run to Delaney and hug her
and kiss her or tell her how sweet she is.
He literally like flexes his biceps to the men
on the second level.
What's wrong with guys?
What's wrong with them?
Anyways, another successful set of episodes
from Love Overboard.
Guys, please tell us in our comments or on our DMs.
Are you loving this show?
What do you love about it?
What are you not liking about it?
Who are you rooting for to win this season?
I'm still rooting for Bella to make a comeback.
That's who I'm rooting for right now.
I'm on it for Lexi and James.
I'm not sure if you saw the preview,
but we get a little lap dance,
something going down in the hot tub and I'm ready for it.
Okay, we'll have to talk about that next episode
as well as it looks like we get two more female ship records
joining.
I feel like the boat's getting a little crowded.
We might be doing a double elimination
or something.
It's starting is the boat getting rocky, Heather?
I think it's getting rocky.
I think it's getting a little full
and obviously we see in the preview.
More drama to come.
So this has been really fun.
Stay tuned for more.
We will be breaking down this season.
Probably the rest of this week
just because all the episodes are out now.
So if you haven't watched this far,
definitely have time to catch up.
But that's all for today.
She's been Deanna and I've been Heather.
Thanks, guys.
