It is essential to shed light on the factors that contribute to this issue, as understanding the challenges faced by law enforcement officers can help us address and prevent these devastating incidents.

Long Hours and High-Stress Work Environment

Police officers often work long and irregular hours, which can disrupt their sleep patterns and overall well-being.
