away.

Business model is simple.

You refer three friends, tell them to do the same.

We had over 100 people making more than a hundred thousand dollars a month or more.

Customer service questions started coming in.

In Chinese, in Japanese, in French, in Korean, and we always speak English.

Good experts analysis now, Jordan Balfour calls Bitcoin a fraud.

The people who are getting involved in it right now, there's no regulation on the actual

level of Bitcoin itself.

There was no bank accounts that were opened.

We just did billions of dollars in business completely outside the system.

The big club guys got so rich, they didn't know what to do with all their money.

You've had someone who was it that's been round to your house?

What I like about it is that but you're on bail, I'm on bail.

You're on a tag.

You've been on house arrest if I think for any longer than anyone in American history.

Is that correct?

You've been on house arrest longer than anyone else?

Definitely pretrial.

It's been almost seven years.

I was arrested in 2019, so before COVID, before the January 6th or Fiasco, I was before

all that.

I'm still stuck here.

Here's my ankle.

Oh, yes.

Well, I don't know how long they can keep you in purgatory for.

It's crazy, man.

So it's not easy.

It's not easy.

I've been on, I'm away in trial, currently I'm standing trial October in the United

Kingdom on a number of charges related to allegations of historic, sexual misconduct,

all of which I absolutely deny.

Now let's talk about your case and how you've been wrongly accused.

I like many people have seen the film Free Joby by the brilliant filmmaker, Mickey Willis,

and in that it makes it pretty clear this is my appraisal of your life and it's been

a while since I've done that.

Let me tell you about you as I understand you.

You are an entrepreneur from a pretty normal background.

Your dad was a pastor, your mum was something like a taught teacher, you're like a normal

dude.

You've very, very quickly understood entrepreneurialism.

You saw what was going down both with Napster and something that's cool to her like bit stream

or bit storm, where decentralized bits were used in order that people would download

a whole movie and they couldn't shut it down because it weren't centralized.

You pretty early on recognized what the people who established Bitcoin and blockchain currency

were doing and you recognized that Bitcoin mining was going to be highly, highly profitable.

You got if one laptop computer can mine this amount of Bitcoin, then a million monkey laptops

could mine this much.

You are an entrepreneur, you're a pioneer, you're a head of the curve, you're actually

ahead of what the state could actually handle, accommodate or comprehend.

Now there's two possible ways of looking at this.

One is they earnestly misunderstood what you were doing and regarded it as criminality.

The other, and guess which one I'm more inclined towards, is that they recognized that if digital

currency became extremely popular, extremely quickly, a process that you were expediting

through your ingenuity and anyone who watches Mickey's film Free Joby will see that you

have an entrepreneurial spirit, but a great heart.

You were getting other people well for you, including people, taking brilliant trips, doing

good things.

Anyone who knows you and I have the honor of calling you a friend now, even though we're

both men under the caution, the hammer of the state, I can see that you are a good hearted,

mighty hearted man and exactly the kind of man that we need in a position of leadership

and authority to help us in this time of crisis and increasing centralized control.

They shut you down, the feds raided, they took all of your equipment and kit, even though

you could show the receipts for everything you were doing.

This is the money that's been generated, this is who has it, here's all my VAT and tax.

In fact, so much so that you thought that they'd made an honest mistake and that you

once you'd explained yourself, they'd go, oh, you're free to go, but they didn't say

you're free to go.

So now, in the aftermath of Pam Bond, the attorney general losing her job, a person who's

had a year to pardon you and hasn't, Trump could have pardon you, hasn't yet, you, as I

understand, are awaiting trial, your trials earlier than mine coming down the pipe, coming

down the line.

Where are you, right, I don't mean physically, where are you, but where are you spiritually

where, how are you feeling, what have I missed out or messed up and how can our audience

support you and your quest for justice in the face of a corrupt state?

Well, that was awesome, Russell, great, great overview.

I suppose at freejoby.com, you can, you can see all that, but it's an interesting situation,

you know, spiritually, which is probably the most important part of all of this is, I

feel like I'm like living the lives of like 10 Bible characters at once.

So my name is Jobi or Job, if you, Joe Badaia is my full name.

So there's a book of the Bible named Job, the oldest book in Obadiah, but he was a prophet.

So Joe Badaia, billionaire prophet, maybe, but Job had a, he had a predicament, God describes

Job as probably the only people person in the Bible as blameless, perfect, whatever, you

know, God loved him and the devil came one day and said, I could get Jobi to curse you

if we take away all this crops and his flocks and kill his whole family and blow his house

to the ground and, you know, and God said, he's not going to curse me.

And so next thing, you know, Satan does it and Job loses everything and still doesn't

curse God.

And he said, well, that's because you won't let me touch him.

But if I give him kind of sick, you know, then, then maybe it'll curse you and God's like,

just don't kill him, you know, long of the short, Job never cursed God and he got everything

back 10 acts, you know.

So that kind of happened to me.

If you Google what Jobi means, it means persecuted, right?

So I'm like, I asked my mom, why did you name me that mom?

You know, anyway, so long of the short, then Paul, that guy was kidnapped and bounced

from jail to jail to jail to jail.

I had that same experience too.

I was arrested in West Palm Beach and because I wouldn't give them my Bitcoin, they wanted

me to just fork it all over when I was arrested and I was like, no, I need to be able to pay

for bail and hire some lawyers.

And after six hours of interrogation, they got mad.

I was like, take me to see a judge.

I get to go to jail.

I get to talk to a lawyer.

They were just trying to hustle me for my private keys.

I then got disappeared, right?

For 11 months, they bounced me from jail to jail to jail to jail state to state to state.

My family didn't know where I was.

They denied me bail.

They denied me a trial.

These are constitutional violations.

According to the constitution and due process, you get indicted, you get arrested, you get

bail, you get a trial.

And if after you're convicted by a jury, your peer is at trial, then you go to jail.

They skip all that in this country and they just kidnap you and deny you bail and deny

you a trial and throw you directly into jail.

This is why the DOJ has a 97% success rate and convictions is because they don't follow

the constitution.

Of course, they all take it out to follow the constitution, but I don't know why they

never follow it.

And so I was being bounced around all over the country.

I met all these interesting people that were dealing with law fair like myself.

We have millions and millions of people in the prison system.

We're housing humans.

It's a horrible thing and trafficking them.

And so I found out that a lot of these people were still in jail on a complaint.

They had never even been indicted.

And what happens is the DOJ comes to you and say the prosecutors and they say, hey, we

have to eventually give you a trial.

But you're looking at 20 years if you lose.

However, since you've already been in jail two or three years without ever being indicted

or convicted of anything, if you just sign this piece of paper, you can go home tomorrow.

Well, who in the right mind is going to fight the government?

They just sign it and they go home tomorrow.

Boom, the DOJ gets a conviction.

97% success rate because they're cheaters and they don't follow the law.

And so that happened with me if that's like Paul's life.

But then there's Daniel and the lion's dead and Joe and the whale and Shadrock, we

should have got a better go.

David versus Goliath.

I mean, here's a little me fighting the US government.

I ran out of money.

You know, I spent $5 million hiring all these highfalutin, rootin, tootin lawyers.

The guy named David Boyz, who the Yale Law School was named after the guy, Hunter Biden

worked for him for 10 years and I figured this is a CIA billion dollar heist, deep state,

you know, and it was by law fair.

So I thought, why don't I hire this guy and maybe he can, you know, fix this.

And of course, no, they wanted to railroad me and steal all this money just to give a

little background of what we were doing.

When I discovered Bitcoin, it was 85 cents.

Nobody knew what a Bitcoin was, but I was already into, you know, alternative currencies.

I was a regional currency officer for the Liberty Dollar, according to the Constitution,

gold and silver is money.

So this whole fiat banking system, I'm like, what, how did that happen, right?

We inherited this.

We didn't have any say we were born into it, but as God is my witness, I'm not leaving

this debt-based fiat system for my children to grow up in.

And so I wanted to focus on alternatives.

And I learned that the fiat system isn't backed by gold and silver.

It's backed by bonds, backed by birth certificates, backed by the government's ability to tax us.

So we are the collateral for this debt.

They hypothesate humans.

And so, and because it's a debt-based currency, all this money springs into existence out

of debt.

And if we get off the debt, there wouldn't be a dollar left circulating.

And we would still owe all the interest.

I mean, it's a mathematical impossibility to pay principal plus interest if only principal

exists.

It's a game on musical chairs.

There's 12 people going after 10 chairs.

And it's like, it's insane.

But this is the global banking cabal that's captured all these countries, including the

United States of America.

We have been captured.

We're no longer a Dejore Constitutional Republic, we're a de facto corporate state.

And it's a horrible situation that we've been born into that we've inherited.

And so I've been fighting this.

That's why we've minted all this gold and silver.

You know, we had about 20,000 merchants that accepted our money for their goods and services.

You know, it was a second most popular currency in the United States.

This was before Bitcoin.

But this is what got me interested.

I read the book called The Creature from Jekyll Island by Ed Griffin.

And the Liberty Dollar Solution to the Federal Reserve.

So I went around and it's back then silver was $4 an ounce and we just saw silver broke

$100 the other day.

So you can see what happens.

All commodities are going up.

Why?

Because the government will never stop printing trillions and trillions and trillions of

dollars.

That's why Bitcoin went from a dollar to $10, $100, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000.

Bitcoin will be a million dollars.

Because the government will never stop printing this money.

And so, you know, how do you protect yourself from this theft?

Inflation is theft.

It's a tax.

If you are, I did it.

We go to jail because you were destroying the purchasing power of anybody that uses the

currency.

So, I mean, that creates victims.

That's why it's a crime.

But they do it every single day.

But if we did it, we go to jail, you know.

So anyways, Bitcoin then came out well, the Liberty Dollar actually got rated by the feds.

You can look that one up.

And we made the Ron Paul coins.

Ron Paul was running for president.

And so we made a Ron Paul coin and sold 60,000 of those.

And I did the Ron Paul limo and the Ron Paul blimp and went all through like 30 states

and all the debates and stuff.

And then Bitcoin came out.

And I was like, oh, this is very, very clever.

We can send value across the internet without having to go through a trusted third party,

like a bank or a government.

And they can't stop it.

Like you were saying with a bit torrent network, the reason Napster got shut down was because

it was centralized.

And so they just came and stole the servers and stuff.

But with the bit torrent network, they had computers all over the place.

There wasn't any central point of weakness.

Bitcoin is the currency that runs on the bit torrent network.

And so I instantly got it and I was like, this is very, very clever.

I say it's the number two invention ever invented next to air conditioning, mainly because

places like Las Vegas and Singapore would not exist without air conditioning.

So along the short, you know, I got hacked.

I got, you know, my first Bitcoin that I had purchased was on the Silk Road back before

there was even an exchange is nobody knew what a Bitcoin was.

And so, you know, we had this mint because we already minting gold and silver coins.

So we thought, why don't we make a Bitcoin coin, a physical one where we could put the

private key on the back of the physical silver, gold or copper coin.

And now you got a fire proof and flood proof wallet.

So, you know, and I was trying to get the gold guys that hard money people with the crypto

people and kind of get them to work together, you know.

And so that took off that logo, everybody's seen it.

That was through after Liberty Dollar got rated, we started another thing called the American

Open Currency Standard.

So you know, Bitcoin just took off and we discovered mining Bitcoin and basically buying

these machines that print money.

And I met these guys down at Necker Island with Richard Branson, they were sponsoring an

event they were called BitFury and they made the chips.

And so along the short, I begged these guys, I'm like, will you guys sell me some of this

equipment?

And they're like, why would we sell you a machine that prints money when we can keep

the machines and print money ourselves?

And I thought, well, I guess you got a point.

And so, you know, I couldn't understand why they would sponsor an event and then not

try to actually get customers, you know, every time I'd sponsor an event, I was always

trying to get customers.

That was the whole point I'm spending the money to sponsor the event.

But these guys were doing it opposite.

And but it made sense.

And so, but I call them like once a week, hey, will you guys sell me some of those machines

that print money?

And every week they tell me no.

And then finally, after probably six months or so, they said, okay, we'll sell you a machine

that prints money.

And I thought, oh, this is going to be great.

How much they cost?

It's like a million dollars.

They're like these 40-foot long shipping containers filled with, you know, servers, computers.

I'm like, I don't have a million dollars right now.

And I had heard about this club called BitClub, which is an organization that had started

16 months prior to me hearing about it.

But I heard about them and they were mining Bitcoin and they were having an event up in

Iceland.

And I thought, I'm going to go up there and vet these guys and go walk through their data

center, make sure they're doing what they said they're doing, you know?

So I flew to Iceland.

There was 200 other people that flew in, got to see it, got to meet the owners.

We were hanging out in the Crystal Lagoon in Iceland and the blue lagoon, I guess, Scott.

And that's where I met the founders and owners of BitClub.

And I asked them, well, where are you guys getting your mining hardware, your chips?

And they said from a Chinese outfit called BitMain.

And so I thought, how much you guys paid?

And they're like $300,000 a pet of hash.

And I'm like, huh, I might be able to get you a better price.

I met the BitFury guys.

And they said, well, great, like get us a quote.

I'm like, okay, so I get all the phone.

Hey, I think I got some people that will buy some of your equipment.

And they're like, cool, okay, give a quote.

So ping, ping, ping, ping, ping, I got the price to go from 300 grand all the way down

to about 150 grand, a pet of hash and started selling millions, millions, millions of dollars

worth of equipment to these guys.

And then I got other customers, not just BitClub.

They ended up wanting me to go around the world building these data centers.

I went to 175 countries, brought Bitcoin to the world.

Millions of people got exposed and involved in Bitcoin.

BitClub itself had over a million members in a hundred different countries.

And we built the biggest data centers on Earth.

And then the DOJ kidnapped us.

They said, oh, you're running a $700 million Ponzi scam.

They always forget to mention that we used that $700 million to build data centers to mine

92,000 Bitcoins and a half million Ethereum, which is worth over $10 billion.

Like, how do you get in trouble for, you know, turning $700 million into $10 billion?

How do you get in trouble for that, you know?

So it was just a crazy situation, bro.

In a way, yeah, you were like a kind of digital currency since Paul because you had the

gospel, you had the good news and you were spreading it and traveling with it.

There's a few things that I really want to pick up on with the claim that's being made

by the Department of Justice is that you have fraudulently attained all of that initial

revenue for a product that doesn't exist.

So that's a claim that you can definitively refute by saying no, we mined $92,000 Bitcoin,

we mined $500,000 or Ethereum.

So that's the product.

This is the equipment that generate this product.

The fact that it's innovative, you know, it's no different than if it was a fruit going

into a jam factory.

There's the factory.

There's the fruit.

There's the jars of fruit at the end of it.

You know, it's like, is because the objects are abstract, one could forgive a kind of conceptual

error, but that's true of all currency and in particular, it's true of like the peculiar

teleology of inflation.

I, yeah, it's kind of baked into our understanding.

The inflation is like buildings getting taller or phones getting smaller, like it's a kind

of progress, but there is no reason for inflation.

There's part of the scam and the apologist and writer and genius, C.S. Lewis says that

it's interesting that the one thing that's explicitly forbidden in Scripture when it comes

to economics is the entire basis for our economic system, userry, debt.

These ideas are forbidden, like that kind of, yeah, that intuition that you find throughout

Scripture that it's foretelling, don't go that way, go that way, always do this, never

do that.

That operates as a kind of code and like code, I suppose, it can be deliberately misinterpreted

is there as a sort of a basic object.

Now, there's two possible theories, one or ideas, it seems.

One is legitimately the state still somehow believe in spite of evidence to the contrary

and obviously as someone who's watched your film, I've seen that there are no actual explicit

laws by which you can viably be persecuted.

There are no laws and that you were it to be a Ponzi scheme as is being claimed.

You could definitively say no here is what the product was that people acquired.

So that's one.

If it's not that, then the other possibility is that you flew too close to the sun and

got too near a very important idea that if you can bypass those, as you called them, trusted

centralized authorities, whether it's governmental or some kind of financial banking entity, their

control over the financial system is diminished.

The minute you have peer-to-peer trading with our centralized brokerage, you lose the

ability for them to manage and manipulate currency at the essential and fundamental level.

It's like you much too early on, soar, hold on a minute, this is how this works.

Not only did you see it with regard, it seems to me, at least, Joe be with digital currency,

but with currency full stop.

It was a very radical idea to see that you can, with technology, bypass the authority

and control of systems increasingly seem corrupt.

Now, it seems like already in the first 20 minutes of our chat, we can say that the actions

of the DOJ are dubious, and the financial systems that undergird our entire national and

international economies are corrupt deliberately so.

Now, not to make this about me, but watch how I do, you're like, you're, I think, a level

of, what I want to say, a pioneering level that I would not claim to be at.

You made loads of deliberate choices that indicated you understood something in a very clear

way, recognising the print money technology, finding ways to fund it, prior to that working

with existing precious materials that constitutionally can be used as currency, specifically silver

and gold.

But why your story resonated with me is that I feel that a similar thing that's happening

with currency and for the same reason, technology and the new miraculous abilities of certain

technologies has happened with information.

You no longer require trusted centralised organisations to give you information.

20 years ago, 30 years ago, had there been a pandemic and the BBC and NBC and CNN and

whatever the equivalent of MSNBC, New York Times, whatever, had said, stay in your houses

where the mask take these injections.

There would be no counter narrative, what people passing pamphlets around, crack pots in

aluminum hats, lunatics saying, well, wait a minute, where did this, what, who's funding

the research in Wuhan, what is going to function research?

Who is Anthony Fauci, how do these vaccines work?

Like all of those questions now, because of information, moved extremely quickly.

Now, I almost just as an entertainer found myself in the position of talking about Covid,

Moderna, Pfizer, the vaccines, the injections, BlackRock, Vanguard, wars, we'll find it

like, I just found myself disseminating information, show me the man and I'll show you the crime,

with you, they were able to find some financial leverage to bring you down and me having lived

as an imbecile for many years, I'd left enough raw material to bring about my certainly

avenues for attack, let's say.

But what I want to say is that in a way we're dealing with the same problem, these systems,

whether they're financial or media, are no longer sufficiently stable to withstand technological

change.

And I think we're on this extraordinarily important frontier joby and I think our work

is not yet done because we are on the precipice, it seems, whether you go mega-trump or liberal,

whoever they're going to play out next, NUSA, MayoC, Bernie, whoever, we're going to end

up in your country and it's sort of already happening in mind, with techno feudalism,

with a degree at this, the technology that could be used to create decentralized liberty

through information and trade and exchange is being leveraged to create digital currencies

that are centrally controlled, that can be switched off if you turn up at the wrong

Canadian trucker protest or if you post on the wrong site, biometric data that could be

used for us to have bespoke health and bespoke supplementation and nutrition and exercise

and access to all sorts of new technologies and methods that it looks like is going to

be used to create social credit score systems that amount to 360 domes where the information

you receive will be controlled, the way you trade will be controlled and of course this

too is in the Bible, that the beast, the counterfeit one will create, I see that flower of

life behind your head will create an interconnected grid but run almost by, let's call it the evil

one, an evil system that has the omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence of God but the

intention of control and even destruction. So I think that what you're doing is incredibly

important and I think it remains important because if enough people know that digital currency

is the end of the banking dynasties, is the end of the government's ability to control

finance, then they will recognize how important your case is. Do you agree with that and do

you think that's why you're in this position? That was awesome. Well, I agree with everything

you said, it sounds like a nightmare and they've lost all credibility, bro, in my case

this perfect example of if they actually had something they would have taken us to trial

and convicted us legitimately six years ago. I mean, I've been sitting here in limbo and

so you know, after I ran out of money, I just started representing myself at pro se and

write my own motions and I did my motions as complaints. When you make a formal complaint

to an officer of government, if they do nothing about it, it's called a misprison of a felony

and they become accessories after the fact. So I have three prosecutors that are prosecuting

me, they read what I wrote, they quit. Three more come on, they read what I wrote, they quit.

Three more come on, they read what I quit. Three more. I did, it's been going on for six

years. I've got through 12 prosecutors, which is why I just decided that's it. I'm counting,

filing a counter claim. I'm suing six judges, 12 prosecutors, the SEC, the IRS, the FBI, 50

agents, the clerks. I'm just doing them for 22 billion dollars right now. They destroyed

the best coolest, osmos project ever. We were the fastest organization called a private membership

association to hit a billion dollars in sales faster than Google, Facebook, Amazon, all

those companies. We did it because of the speed of the internet, the speed of Bitcoin,

everybody, when we started mining, it was $200. In times of change, the learners inherit

the earth while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no

longer exists. A lot of people now at the internet, they're learning from guys like you,

they don't have to trust the MSNBC fake news guys. We can see through, we watch Alex Jones,

we listen to Andrew Tate, we, you know, everybody's gotten red-pilled. And so,

you know, Thomas Jefferson said a great two of a nation expects to be ignorant and free,

it expects what never was and never will be. That's why you like and subscribe to Russell Branch

channel. I tell you, go ahead. We'd have very well of your spirit there because I've noticed

that in all of our communication, I see that your spirit is strong and sometimes when I

feel the weight of my circumstances, you know, I've got young children and I know you've got young

children. And like sometimes, mate, I can't, I find it hard to be a father, hard to be a husband,

hard to work because the, yeah, I don't know, I guess the feelings of injustice and weight now,

like how are you dealing with that? Do you get suicidal sometimes?

Right.

You know, that's a great question. They try to get you to break. And so, you know, like with me,

the government has requested and the judge has, judges have granted 33 continuing,

actually 34 continuances, another one. And so they give, you think you're going to go to jail,

get sentenced and you're under anxiety and then up continuance. And then in between,

they try to bail, I violate you for some stupid rule that you broke. And then you're going to get

sentenced and then they continue us. And then they try to bail, I leave you and then it's

continuance and then try to bail, I leave you and I continue. So they try to get you to live in

this eternal state of anxiety, right? For almost seven years. And you know what it's like to

throw $100 on the roulette table, right? You got, you don't know if it's going to be red or

black, red or black, the balls bouncing around. And next thing, you know, at least it's hit red or

black. So at 10 seconds later, after the butterflies are in your stomach, you at least know if you

want or lost. Imagine putting two million dollars on red and 20 years on jail on black and the

balls bouncing and a year and then two years and then three years and then four years and then

five years. Nobody could handle that without the love of Jesus filling me and forgiving and

grounding and releasing and surrendering nobody that handled it. I don't know how people could

live without Jesus. I really don't have any idea how people could live without the peace

of Jesus, Yeshua, in our lives. I have no idea. I mean, this is, this is what it's all about,

man, just like you. I'm telling you, I mean, look, I got Jesus right here. I mean, not to interrupt

you. I want to hear the rest of we know how you're basically saying the Lord has saved you and

I feel the same way. But isn't anybody deal with this stress otherwise? I suppose by joking

yourself onto some demonic entity or another or some materialist system. I mean, that's how I

survived up to now. That's not fulfilling. There is there are our body for temples and it's built

specifically for us to be possessed by the Holy Spirit. We have to purify the temple to be to have

God live within us. And so you can't fill us with cars and, you know, houses and yachts, you can't

fill us. I've tried. I've tried all sorts of silly things. But what I want to say though,

is that it seems that you're able to like the biblical characters you listed at the get-go.

And of course, I've got some questions about Job. Let me tell you. It seems like you've,

these circumstances you've allowed to form fashion, alter change, amend and direct you. And do

you think it's interesting that we find ourselves talking about this incredibly modern technology,

specifically the power of blockchain and digital currencies to annihilate global finance systems

that ultimately it seems have an incredible amount of control over most people's lives, whether

you know it or not, whether you think about it or not, that this technology, if coupled with

an undergirded by him, if we become his servants, if we yoke ourselves to him instead of this

material world, I think that's sometimes when I watch, you know, talented young influencers say

in the male space that have in my view correctly understood that they can't trust the system,

that it wants them enslaved, that it wants them dumb, that they're better off going their own

entrepreneurial way. But they still in an interesting way, this is just my take of course,

worship self and worship identity. Now whether you worship self and identity from a

macho perspective or from a sort of gender, queer, ultra advanced perspective or ultra modern or novel,

where let's say, you're still caught in the trap of self. Now do you think there's something about

the level of suffering that you've encountered, the death of your identity, the loss of your freedom,

the decimation of your dreams, the conversations you must have had with your wife, I know this because

I've had conversations with my wife where you've like, oh my god, when I put in these people through

man, like that somehow means that in the end, there's no one left for him and he was the truth anyway

and how many times have you been struck with the waves of, oh well, all this was going to have to

happen at some point. Anyway, everyone I love is going to die. None of this is real. How many times

did he find of telling to tell us just the mustard seed of faith, though you're in the midst of the

kingdom of heaven. It's here now. It's the kingdom. Yeah, it is. It is. It's within. And this is the

epiphany because then you have patience, then you can, for instance, I always trick myself because

I kind of, the only thing that we have power over is our mind and our thoughts and our actions,

right? So in our mind, I can choose if something bad happens. Number one, you have to remember

that you can't, you have to remember that you can't change the past, right? So you don't have

a time machine. So if you can't change the past, then, and something happened in the past,

your car got towed, let's say. How long are you going to get upset about it? Eventually,

you're not going to be sad that your car got towed. Is it going to take you a month to get over

a week, a day? If you realize right away that you can't change the past, why would you ever

stay mad about anything for more than five, 10 seconds? So what happens when a bad thing happens,

I always compare it to how it could always be worse. And so then I stay in the frequency of

happiness, gratefulness, and thankfulness. Oh, I bluffed my hand with the fireworks. Well,

at least I have my other hand, you know, or I'm an, I end up in jail. Well, at least it's not a

Mexican jail, right? So it could always be worse. And so then I always stay happy and grateful

and thankful. So that's one of the tricks that I've found works really well and keeps me in this

high, high vibe frequency. You want to spiral up the peace, patience, joy, love, the, you know,

the be attitudes that Jesus talked about is, is high tone. And then you just, you know, you're always

happy and grateful and thankful. And then you just, it just attracts people that are vibrating on

that frequency as well. Yes, my wife is always, she's not always happy and grateful and thankful,

but, you know, with this situation, I mean, she's on house arrest with me too. I mean, and she did

not, she, you know, she chose to join me on this, on this battle. I mean, it's a battle between

good and evil. This is all spiritual. Like you said, this isn't even real. This, this is all

spiritual. And, and so how does the devil manifest in this frequency and this vibration, this

dimension, this reality? How? Well, it says the Bible, the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy.

So who kills more people than the military? No one? Who steals more than more from more people

than the IRS? No one? Right? Who destroys more families than the Bureau of prisons? Right? The,

the government is the devil. Right? So that, you know, what can, how can we solve this? How do we

fight the devil? And, uh, I would say, stop using their money, but with your wallets, stop

financing your enslavement. You don't want to be a CBDC, microchip, social credit,

scored slave. You don't want to leave that type of world with to, to our kids. No, we want to

create a world of freedom and abundance and prosperity and peace and patience and joy and love.

The most important thing is the money. You know, it's a year of Jubilee. You know, we, that's,

that's what the Bible also talks about is listen, no userry, but at the same time they had Jubilee

years and I don't think we've had any. I think it's about time we polished the Federal Reserve bank

and go back to lawful constitutional money. I like it. I like it. You know, Ron Paul had a, had a paper,

you know, an act when he was Congress. It's called free competition and currency acts.

He also had the Health Freedom Protection Act. I mean, if the people would have just listened to

Ron Paul 20 years ago, a lot of this stuff could have been avoided and he was winning until they

stole the election from him. So we really have to get involved at the local level. We have to, you

know, stop with the electronic voting machines, the semantics and dominion voters. Watch what Patrick

Byrne has been talking about from the roof tops. We can't have this because the, the minority

keeps winning and they shouldn't be the silent majority, you know, Stalin even said it. Does it

matter who you vote for? It's who, who's counting your votes? And you're most important votes

in a republic. The most important, you got three votes. You got a, you got a vote for a lying

politician that once he's in office, he renegs on all the promises he made in the campaign trail.

And now you got a douchebag making law for the next four years. So what are your other two votes?

Your grand jury vote and your trial jury vote. They call it the petite or trial jury vote. Those

are the most important ones because that's how you can nullify the politician's laws. So he can

say, look, because the government cannot grab you without first getting an indictment from the jury.

And they can't convict you technically without first getting permission from the jury. So when

you get called for jury, dude, you go in. Don't, don't try to get out of it. Go in and say not guilty.

Well, obviously the guy was guilty. Look, he's on camera. He was wearing blue jeans and blue jeans

are illegal. And so he even admitted that he wore blue jeans. And so no, the jury judges the law

and the facts. The fact is he wore blue jeans. But I think that making blue jeans illegal

is a stupid law, not guilty. And guess what? He goes free. No judge can override a juror, no

congressman, the president, no senator. The jury is the highest authority. And we're not doing our

jury duty votes correctly. If people would just go and sign up to be on the jury, it sends a message

back to the line politician that, hey, once, you know, you guys can pass whatever stupid laws

you want to pass, but we, the people aren't going to convict. That's what's important for people

to understand and that, that gift that the founders bought a war for. You know, my family believe

that some being passed in my country, the United Kingdom, is then looking to get rid of trial by

jury right now. Of course they are because that's the last defense before a bloody revolution.

What do you want to do? Vote, not guilty. Or do you actually want to go out in the streets and

start shooting people? I mean, that, that's your choices right now. And so I would say,

get on the jury. Vote, not guilty for victimless crimes, especially, you know, if there is no victim,

there is no crime. And that was, well, that's good. I like this civil disobedience in the case

of turning up for jury duty, but there's a disobedient aspect to it. I, what I myself have been

thinking about is when we start to protest in ways that affect them financially on mass,

we will be successful. For a long time, I've been thinking about reneging on debts,

e.g. mortgages, refusing to pay taxes, and a kind of a generalisation.

What was going on? Those debts aren't real. Those debts aren't even real. The bank, the bank doesn't

lend you money. It doesn't lend you money. They buy promissory notes. So there, there is no loans.

They buy promissory notes. You create the money when you sign your name and they don't lend you

money either. Or they don't, they don't, they don't, they don't, so banks, you don't, with a mortgage,

you don't borrow money, they're buying your promissory note. And when you make a deposit into the bank,

it's not actually a deposit. You're loaning the bank the money. None of this stuff is real. They use

words that don't mean the same thing. It's got a equivocation, words of art, where yellow Ferrari

means a pink Volkswagen bug. And they want you to think it's still the same. So yeah, there's nothing

unethical about calling out the mortgage fraud. Peter Tickton did it. It costs the, the banks

like $30 billion because of it. With the auto sign pens and auto sign mortgages, the stuff's not

even real. The money isn't even real. So yes, you know, people should definitely, definitely look at

that. I'm not trying to start a revolution here. I'm still stuck on house arrest, you know. But think

about this one, the income tax, the personal income tax goes to pay interest on money. The fed

creates out of nothing. Not a dime of your income tax goes to pave the roads or pay the police officers

or run the school system. Your gasoline tax goes to pave the roads. Your property taxes, what pays

for the school system. But the income tax, not a dime of that goes to pay for anything you think it

goes to pay for. It's just interest on money. The fed creates out of nothing and the treasury could

do this interest free and save $2 trillion a year on these interest payments. But think about how

much money is extracted from Americans. Trillions of dollars. I mean, from January to May, every hour

you work, all that money is stolen from you to go pay interest on money. This cabal of bankers creates

out of nothing. And that's why they don't like me is I call them out on these things. I say that

social security is a big Ponzi scam and that the world's run by a bunch of devil worship being

child trafficking pedophiles. I explain how the bank for international settlements work with their

member banks. I am F the World Bank, the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve Bank and their

corresponding banks, which is like Wells Fargo and Bank of America and Chase and all the

mountain pub banks. That's Swift system. That's their system. There's these families that own

that system. Trillion dollar trusts the guys in the cloud. Okay, I got them the guys in the cloud.

Three and a half trillion dollars has left that system and gone into the crypto space. Now when you

lose a million dollars, you get pissed. Maybe you'd get even more pissed if you lost a billion.

But imagine losing three and a half trillion out of your banking system.

People are now voting with their wallets. They're using our money instead of their money.

It's exciting to see because they can't stop it. They put me in time out for six years and

they want to spin up. I can't go anywhere, do anything, have a phone, have a computer. I can't

even hold the remote control to change the TV channel because it's connected to the internet.

I can't have a job or a computer or bank account or use crypto. I can't go to the gym. I can't

get fresh air or sunshine. I have to have a guard watching over me 24-7. I was drug tested twice a

week. I called them up and I said, can I get drug tested every day? And they said, what? I was like,

well, I'd be in drug tested my days and Fridays. But if I could get drug tested every day,

that'd be nice because I was riding my bike 36 miles down to Brooklyn back to actually get some

sunshine and fresh air because that's the only time I could get outside. They called me back.

We're not drug testing you anymore. I'm like, great. So now I can't even walk out the freaking door

to get any kind of sunlight or anyways. You are a digital Hannibal Lecter. They've enshrined you

from every direction. You've got a grill over your mouth. It's incredible the lengths that they've

gone to. But remember, we were orienting the conversation now somewhat towards solution because

these are actions people, human beings, regular human beings like the ones watching this right now

could undertake. Now an action like this undertaken in solitude is a surefire way to get yourself

put at least on a bracelet, but possibly incarcerated if they've got the time. And in the UK,

they get rid of jury trial just so they can process people more quickly and jail people more

efficiently. That's what they're happening is happening is they privatize more jails and as

they turn the judicial system into a yet another play thing of their globalist overlords.

But if enough people simultaneously reneg on these debts and thanks for the explanation that

those debts aren't real anyway because even before I knew that, I didn't care. Just don't repay

your mortgage. Just stop paying your taxes. The same way that the United States of America declared

itself independent from Great Britain. Why don't we start declaring ourselves independent

from what independence? Yes, let's start. Now to an earlier part of our conversation, we've

talked about sort of a very broad idea where you broke down how like these various institutions

are evil. Now what I think a lot of people that are coming to Christ right now might not recognize

is that these are matters of scriptural that are verifiable scripturally. These are things that

are anticipated, prophesied, understood and written from John's first epistle at the end. He says,

we know that we're children and God, we know that we are children of God and that the whole world

is under the control of the evil one. We also know that the Son of God has come and given us

understanding so that we may know Him who is true and we are in Him who is true by being in His

Son, Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. Did children keep yourselves from idols?

I see idols as being the way back into self when you're in self they can control you. When I'm in

fear, when I'm in desire, when I'm chained to materialism or to my own fallibility and to my

own carnalty, I am weak. But when I yoke myself to Christ, the perfect man who brings out my

ultimate identity in Him, the identity that I was given in the womb, then I become, I can't

be defeated if you're willing to die for what you believe in. There is no death. What do you mean

willing to die? There is no death. So how can this scare you into doing what they want to do if

you're not afraid? I suppose because you can keep the body in a room. You can keep the body

in a room and you can't kill your spirit. They can't kill your soul. And so you know, you're a

good example of that, Joby. You really are. But it's very, but what I want people to appreciate

is the key to that liberty is in Christ that if you, because most people are doing jobs they

might be in relationships they're not fulfilled with, eat in food that is poisonous, looking at

screens that perpetuate in negative ideas about themselves that are happily, happily,

happily enshrined as larvae to this pululating system of total control, unaware that it's possible

to break out. And we've got find ways of communicating it, multi-valent and varied ways of

making sure there's many people as possible receive this information while we're at this

pivotal inflection point where the decentralization of information that I'm beginning to understand,

the decentralization of units of trade and currency and finance that you are obviously an expert in

and you've paid a price for it. This is the principle. The principle of autonomy of sovereignty

is now available to us. You're right. You said it. Localization. The very technologies that are

being used to advance digital ID and total surveillance and biometric control could be used to create

absolute democracy, absolute democracy where you could participate to whatever degree you want to.

Here are the issues that are confronting your community, the roads need doing, the schools need

running. What do you want to do with the budget? How do you want to engage with volunteering and

professionalism? Where do you want to get your food from? How much do you want to give over to

agriculture? What do you want to be involved in? Do you want to pay these debts back? The fact

is, is that once information and currency align, that's revolution. I think in the way that they

anticipated that the work you were doing was specifically and actually going to contribute to

the annihilation of their centralized system. Therefore, that guy, they're slow him down.

If you're not allowed to shut him up for five years, wear him out. The same thing is happening

with information and it's happening with a variety of people. But as you, even when you list their

stroke hour names, you see, well, Andrew Tate, man, isn't he a bit of a misogynist? Russell Brad,

he's up on sex offenses. Joe B, he's a con artist, you know, like one by one, you can attack the

personalities of these fallible individuals. But essentially, many people are saying now,

decouple yourself from these systems. There's a way out. Now, unless our Lord is at the center,

nice dog, unless our Lord is at the center, though, Joe B, you know, and it is, don't you find it

hard like we have to, I think this, I don't want to put this as a question. We have to ensure that

he's at the center because if I go back to the center again, where I put myself a lot of the time,

problems begin real quick. I cannot be self-centered. I cannot be in myself. I can't drive this from

my personality. You know, I have to receive the gift of brokenness that I've been given through

these trials. Well, that's what it's all about is realizing that we're nothing without him. And,

you know, I wasn't very humble either. I was flying around in private jets and I had the super

yachts and the private islands and the big mansions and all that kind of stuff. And I thought,

this was because I'm so smart, you know. And then my house got hit by a earthquake and then I fixed

it. And then it got hit by a tornado. And then I'm like, oh, okay, I'm sorry. It was, and I definitely

do a thing. All God wants to do is he just wants to work. He wants us to work as hard as we can to

at least put in the effort. And then he'll come and handle the rest. You know, people are as like

gods, you know, gods on my side. Every battle that happens, they all both, they both think

as they're fighting that God is on their side. No, you want to be on God's side. There's a difference.

And so you can't serve two masters. You either worship an obey the devil or you do worship an obey

God. There's two kingdoms here. And as long as you sign up under the protection of that,

it's a trust covenant. It's just like the Constitution is a trust covenant with, you know,

so it's really important spiritually to to submit and obey and and follow, you know, it's so

much easier to follow God's law. Anyways, he's got the 10 commandments, 10 things over here in

this kingdom under, you know, the US corporate fiction. There's 250,000 pages of law, titles 150,

right? 250,000 pages. It would take you 10 hours a day for 10 years to read the law once.

That's the US code. That's just federal. That's not state or county or any of that stuff. Who,

what lawyer has read 200 to 10 hours a day for 10 years straight, 250,000 pages? The one to be

easier to just follow God's law, the 10 commandments. So, you know, that's the whole idea.

Nothing that you or I are doing violates God's law in any way. Maybe it's an infraction or code

violation over here or whatever. I don't see how, I mean, with our thing, there was no victims,

no injured party, no one was standing to sue. We turned $700 million into $10 billion. Everybody

got paid. And instead of being on time magazine, the kidnapped us and had to stop it somehow.

Because it was 2019, that was before BlackRock got in Goldman Sachs. There was no strategic

Bitcoin reserve. And, you know, so I was quiet for five years. They said, well, handle this, you know.

And the day Trump got elected, I'm like, I think Trump likes Bitcoin, right? Okay. Okay. I'm going

for it, you know. And so now I'm doing the podcast. I'm getting the story out there. And hopefully,

you know, I have had this, I'm on three paths. It's like case dismissed by the judges, which

isn't going to happen. They're criminals. You don't follow the law. Drop the charges by the DEA.

I don't think that's going to happen. I hope it does. I mean, everything is there on the

docket for them to read. They got their cover. Here's all the crimes that have taken place.

Blame it on Biden, you know, and free me. Tomorrow's good Friday. That'd be a nice day to be free.

And then if that doesn't happen, pardon, you know, so Peter Tickens helping me, he, he,

you know, they pardon Fauci. He was never convicted of anything. They pardon Hunter Biden. So I

could get a pre preemptive pardon, right? And, and just say, this is retarded. I mean, my max

sentence, if I was guilty of selling an unregistered security, they want to say computer equipment

as a security. I was selling a physical product computer equipment to BitClub. They want to say,

I was selling unregistered securities. The max sentence I could have gotten is five years.

And I'm already sat here for six. Come on. Without a trial. I mean, that's sentencing nothing.

You know, it's, it's a funny situation, man, but it's teaching because you're on the edge, man.

This is what happens, I think. See when two before the prophets, I'm thinking of like Daniel and

Ezekiel, they encounter what sounds like a description of the risen and resurrected Christ,

him outside of time, beyond time, space, and man. And he's measuring stuff out. He's measuring

out the temple, temporality, and the deep intimacy. When, when they're on those edge lands,

when they're on the very periphery of reality, extraordinary, hello, hello, darling. I see this

page in the middle of it. Very, very good. See you, mate. Good boy. Like what, I'm a fan of the dinosaur,

sir. I've got, I've got a little dinosaur fan down there right now, smashing around with a T-Rex.

But when you are on the edge, yeah, there's nothing else. When we're on the,

yeah, that innocence, that wonder, that pre-processed spirit prior to it yielding to

carnality and the mental planes. And before it gets in snared, it's so beautiful to be around it.

It's a great joy and a great blessing. I'm so grateful that you have that. When you're on the,

when you're in these peripheral spaces, they have to find novel ways to enclose you and shut

you down. I mean, we're like, it's very interesting that we find ourselves here. I just want to read

this to you. He said, like a song, actually, if you think about Julian Assange, what Julian Assange

did was expedite it information, setting up WikiLeaks in the way that he did. He made it easy for

whistleblowers to anonymously give information. And Bitcoin kept it alive. When PayPal yanked their

payment system, that's what kept WikiLeaks going with Bitcoin, which is another reason why they hated

me. I wonder what his deal was. I wonder what Sange's deal is, you know, because he's like that guy

suffered, man, that bell marsh prison that he was in. That is no joke. That's like a category, a

category, a prison for like terrorists and serious, serious criminals. And they kept that guy

in there for without trial for five years, five years on a kind of house arrest in an embassy.

It's comparable to you. So I see, yeah, what your situation is very similar to Assange's. And if

you are one of these out, the problem is is when you have spirit, Joe, be like you do, like Julian

must have done. If you're willing to go there for this stuff, yeah, I guess look, I would take this

as we are being fashioned and shaped for the purpose that he's, that he requires us for because

well, what would you have done otherwise just become like a kind of a super rich tech oligarch guy

advising the White House on how to do this or that, you know, lost in your own glamour swooping

about on your own yacht in sconce in your own island. One time this guy said to me, you know,

like when I was super famous, fame, celebrity, then things are the crumbs. I want to be at the

banquet. And now I want to be at the banquet. And I feel the banquet coming, Joe, be it's a

piece of high ticket price and stuff on the end of the day. Still getting burned. So check this.

Um, well, you know, obviously one of the first verses when I like came out of the kind of

countercultural psychedelic and establishment, somewhat red pill, but also somewhat woodstock

mindset that I came out of when I, when I read in Ephesians, uh, when I put, when I read Ephesians

612 for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities,

against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

I mean, young people now that wandering through life, thinking their best bet is some kind of

blow job and some influencer gig surely must see the satiate in grace being offered in Christ.

That we can be participants in something vital and eternal right now. And that you get to decide

how you participate for this movement is happening. It's happening now. Joe, put on the full armor

of God before you get into battle. You're right. I should have given the instructions that

immediately proceed. That first, the truth, then you're given the righteousness, but

I'm so glad that we've been introduced to each other. I want, you know, buyer, though,

our mutual friends, because I see that you're a man on a heroic quest and that you're handling it

heroically. What do you give it? What's the next thing that's happening in your process that

people can support you in? Well, David Boyz said he knew I was, I was innocent. And I'm like,

yes, obviously. And then he said, but you're just going to be a martyr for your cause unless you

get 10 million people behind you. And I said, well, how am I supposed to get 10 million people behind

me? He told me not to do it, do any interviews or podcasts for five years. And now you're telling me

it now? So I fired him and I said, okay, I'm going to get 10 million people behind me. So free

and the billions and billions of dollars that were laundered and stolen by the last administration.

It's a really, it's a mess. So, you know, help. Anyway, you can't share this with people. Help me.

I'm trying to get the 10 million person army behind me so that we just need to kind of

make them just they they have lost all credibility. And if they want to gain any kind of credibility

back, they got to get rid of cases like this Todd Blanch, the new attorney general as of today,

wrote a paper April 7th of last year talking about the DOJ dropping charges against crypto people

like me. You know, they they called it regulation by prosecution. You know, and so it's like,

why don't you guys like make things clear? Now they have the thing called the Clarity Act and the

Genius Act and all these things that they're finally getting around to seven years later. Meanwhile,

I'm still sitting here on house arrest. So it would be great to have this thing done with.

And thank you so much for helping me. I've got other podcasts lined up. I just heard from Andrew

Tate. So he's coming out to Miami and and James O'Keefe is going to come down and visit and interview

me. So I'm just trying to get like on any kinds of podcasts I can to get the story out there more

and more and more than you know, promote it. So it's going to work. It's going to work. I know you're

going to be okay. It's going to work. What are you going to do when you're free? What's your next

project? I'm going to jump in the ocean. I haven't got swimming in seven years. So that's my first

one is I want to go swimming. I can't wait. I look at the ocean every day, but I can't jump in

it's torture. So I'm going to do that. And then the plan is to continuing to finance projects that

free humanity. Disruptive projects that you know kind of piss off the status quo like I've
