His podcast (The Call to Mastery), and weekly devotionals on YouVersion (The Word Before Work) have been downloaded and heard by millions of Christ-followers around the world. 

He serves as the Executive Chairman of Threshold 360, a venture-backed tech startup which he previously ran as CEO.  He has been twice selected as a Google Fellow and served  in The White House under President George W. Bush.

He and his wife Kara live in Tampa, Florida with three beautiful daughters, Ellison (7), Kate (5), and Emery (2).
