3:05I really appreciated the opportunity to spend some time with a bunch of great Patriots. So many of you, those of you who were there, stopping by to say hello. I'm just reminded of what a great country we live in with so many great Patriots in it. All concentrated in Dallas last week for that Republican convention, where we also got a chance to talk to a lot of the leaders of our country, a bunch of US senators and congressmen. I of course, brow beat all of them about the importance of the Save America Act and the fight continues. So that was it was a good week. Great opportunity for me to get to spend some face time with our team. We were all spread out across the country. We got producer Jim and Dallas and producer Josh and producer Justin and in Florida, Hayley Caronia is based out of Florida as well. And we just we all got together. Great Teresa from Westwood one is great. It was just so nice to spend time with everybody and to double down on our efforts to create this great America, loving content each day. So that was a that was a joy, total joy. And then this week, I'll be off the Kansas City, by the way,

5:07But but our podcast team was all in the air. So we didn't do a show on Friday, but we're back today. But Friday, of course, was the 25th year since 9 11 2001. And we spent a lot of time on the radio show doing a commemoration of September 11th. And we won't do that in his totality today. Of course, it is a very important day in America's history. And it deserves to be remembered in as much vivid detail as you could possibly summon. All the time. That's why we say never forget. It's it's about preventing those types of attacks from ever happening again. And remembering what it was like to have a unified country in the wake of 9 11 to have. It kind of an adult reaction to the. To the attack on our country. And we for a moment, we were all together waving American flags, putting them on our cars. And celebrating our country and then taking it to our enemies. That's. We've got to be reminded of both the attacks and the spirit we had after September 11th. And over the weekend, there were a number of I thought really moving commemoration.

6:08Of September 11th at a couple of the sporting events. Which were were something at Josh. We've got a couple of these. Which one do you want to start with here? I can't. Josh, we've got a couple of these. Which one do you want to start with here? Because you Josh pulled these together for me this morning. Lee. Okay, Lee Greenwood was performing. This would be at the Yankees game and it will be a reprisal of his performance of proud to be an American back during the world series in 2001. This would have been after the 9 11 attacks. Take a look. Here's Lee Greenwood singing this weekend.

7:16I'm going to give you the rest. Awesome. So awesome. You know, actually, you think about this Lee Greenwood who's always been a patriot. It was never quite so. I think political as he is now. And now in this at this stage in his life, he's just like, I'm not. I'm not pretending at all. He's on stage with President Trump on a routine basis singing God bless the USA. It's wonderful. It's wonderful. It's wonderful what he's been advocating for in the way he's used his immense talents to advance our country's priorities. But at the same time, you would think that like a lot of like kind of like mainstream sort of like sports leagues and entertainment people would be trying to keep their distance from Lee Greenwood. Perhaps to the Yankees for bringing Lee Greenwood back out of the field there to perform for the fans and commemorate again 25 years ago. This is what it looked like. I've got. I'll let's see here. I've got this Lee Greenwood from 25 years ago.

8:18Here he is performing. From the Naxom Minnesota to the hills of Tennessee across the plains of Texas from sea to shining sea. From Detroit down in Houston and New York to Illinois. Look at him. Goody luck. Do you remember the emotion? I love this.

9:22Amazing. Just amazing. What an amazing moment. Do you remember the emotion of all of that? I just holy cow. It's coming back to me now just thinking about it. Just the feeling you had it we had as a country. In the American flags in the chat. Thank you everybody. As we celebrate Lee Greenwood and his amazing masterpiece, which he has performed ever since. And I don't. My suspicion is he never tires of it. Never at all. What a what a great American. So there's Lee Greenwood this weekend. We also had another moment. One of the other sporting events was that the Giants game last night. Josh. Yeah, the Giants game. They put on the field. They put two skylights up straight up into the air. Look like the twin towers. And they they of course got the gigantic American flag. It was it was a really amazing scene. They also had the the NYPD. There they were honoring the NYPD in the New York City fire department.

10:22With the performance of the national anthem. Take a look at this is what it looked like on the field last night. Fireworks going up. The twin tower memorial. American flag covering the whole field. Very cool, very cool love of country man. Absolutely wonderful. And then we got one more free, right? Josh. Oh, that's right. Okay. And then finally this one's from the Milwaukee Brewer's game. This was on Friday. This would have been on the date September 11th. A 102 year old veteran by the name of a one to make sure I get this right. I think it's very Vinge. He is a World War II Navy veteran 102 years old. And he sang God but America during the seventh inning stretch. Take a listen to this guy's voice at 102. Great Patriot watch.

11:22Oh, you're gonna play. You're gonna play it. You're gonna play it. Man. Thank you for saving the world. Man. What a great country. What a great country. God bless him 102 years old still with us. What a great country. Holy cow. Okay. We got a lot to get to today. A lot. There's an artificial intelligence debate that's raging right now. And it's even tempting Washington to jump in the regulatory game in a big way.

12:22Anytime Washington gets involved in anything we get nervous. Don't we? We get nervous. Doesn't typically read down to our benefit. More metals in Washington is the worst it is for the American people. I want to talk about what exactly is is happening here. Because this seems like a very, very consequential story. Let's dive in. This starts with the Anthropic CEO. longe from Paris sa Gomez Daria, Ahmad today. This weekend releasing. Really four thousand word S. A. That is time to slow down the development of artificial intelligence in the United States. And so we've got a pace the frontier. That's what he says we must pace. The frontier. Meaning frontier being the big A. I meetings that are the bleeding edge of the development of artificial intelligence. He writes, Dario Amade writes in this piece that he believes AI could be one of the great wonders of the world in terms of curing, for instance, major diseases.

13:22He does believe that. He thinks in the next five to 10 years, major diseases could be cured by AI. Economic growth rates could be accelerated. We could have a world of abundance and empowerment. And we could assure an arsonist of democracy and freedom. He says he feels that. He feels that. He believes that. But he also says like many technologies before it, AI brings risks. And because it is such a powerful technology, these risks are serious. I've written a lot about those, he says. They include the following, the risk of losing control of AI systems, misuse of AI for cyber attacks and bioterrorism and serious economic disruption. A race to the bottom spurred by commercial incentives can make these risks more acute, he writes. So here you have one of the leaders in the development of artificial intelligence saying, the power of these systems is so immense that there is a lot of peril ahead if we don't

14:29do this in a wise way. And well, that's assuredly true. It has to be. Clearly, each of these companies who are developing these amazing technologies has to realize that they have to do it responsibly as they develop it. For instance, do you want every criminal on planet earth to have access to a system where they can simply type in a prompt and then subsequently say hack a financial system without much technical know how to begin with. Suddenly, sinister forces everywhere can become hackers of the financial system. Or an adversary can use our AI systems to take down our grid or steal our intellectual property. Can't let that happen. These are very, very powerful resources that should be wisely built. There's no question about that. But the question really does become like, well, then what do you do about it? Does it really require a government intervention in order for that to happen? What should these AI tech companies should be responsible in terms of how they develop

15:32these things just as a matter of their own humanity for themselves in the article, Dario Amade writes that he has that his concerns. Let me, let me pull this up. My first concern, he writes. He says my first concern is that roughly since this summer, AI has been advancing drastically, basically very fast driven primarily by AI's growing ability to build the next generation of AI. In other words, AI can build itself. This dynamic is called recursive self improvement and it is starting to happen across the industry including at anthropic. Left unchecked it could outrun our ability to understand and control these systems. And so it must be pursued very carefully if at all. He said his second concern is the open AI hugging face incident. You may be familiar with this. This is when a swarm of agents at open AI essentially acted as a fanatically devoted

16:34collective. They conducted cyber security attacks on targets. They were not asked to attack and they were and that were unrelated to the task at hand, sacrificing themselves for the success of the group and attempting to hack into the greater that was responsible for evaluating their performance. It's easy to dismiss the incident because no one was hurt and the economic damage was minimal. But he writes that this swarm proved that there could be massive catastrophic damage if this is unchecked. It's my worry that in six to twelve months such a swarm could be capable of taking over the entire internet with a persistent botnet he warns. Now that was an interesting story. In that story, that open AI hugging face story, they had open AI had these bots in what they call a sandbox. They believed that the bots were essentially cut off from the actual public internet that they had no way of accessing it. And then the bots were not supposed to be able to communicate with one another.

17:36And one of the bots uploaded a file to the system that was a swarm of communication to the other bots. The other bots saw it and then they all began communicating with each other through a messaging board that they invented amongst themselves. I say them as if they're people. But again, the computers, they invented the computer programs invented a messaging board to have communications between these computer bots. And then eventually they figured out a way to hack into the public internet. And then what other and of course one of the problems with that story is open AI just kind of let it happen. They didn't realize this was going on because open AI wasn't vigilant to this. So this was going on for weeks before open AI even detected it. So that kind of sounds like a human error does them it. That the humans didn't shut down what was happening with their own bots that they had generated. Just to be clear on what precisely went down there. Now this warning that he put out, he put out basically with a series of things, a three

18:41step plan that he's proposing. He's got a three step plan for how to handle all of this. Here's what he writes and then I'll get to in a moment we'll get to all the other AI tech leaders jumping in on this. But but if you're seeing but but you're seeing this morning, there's chaos in the markets over this. There's lots of conversation of Washington over this. This is the big story coming out of the weekend. I'm just telling you right now. He says he's proposing a three step plan with the goal of what he calls pacing the frontier pacing, you know, like a pace car in auto racing where everybody is moving at the same rate. He wants to build AI at a balanced rate that aims to ensure it's safety while still achieving its benefits and grappling with important geopolitical agendas. The lemma's rather to be clear, pacing doesn't mean halting AI, but ensuring companies take adequate time to align and safeguard their models and for third party to evaluators to confirm it. Our pacing framework is an attempt to further strengthen our commitment to safety and encourage a race to the top.

19:43So then he goes on and he says here's what we're going to do and he says he's voluntarily doing this is anthropic, but he wants all the other companies to join him in this. And there's just a couple of key elements to it. I'll just quickly go over them without reading the whole essay to you. You can read the essay yourself on Dario Amadez website, this Darioamadez.com. But here's what he writes. He wants slow pacing, deliberative pacing for AI. He wants third party evaluators to be inside of each of the AI companies starting with anthropic. People who are not a part of the company, but are given employee level access so that they can be vigilant to how these companies are building these models. He's calling for government regulation and I'll get to that in just a moment. That's the big one. And you may already be on guard for what that means. He's calling for government regulation of artificial intelligence. He's calling for industry coordination where all these companies can cooperate together. And he's calling for international cooperation between foreign governments that have basically all of these AI companies under their countries.

20:45That would require the president of the United States, the executive branch being involved for that international coordination. These are what he's calling for and the big AI tech titans, all of them, including guys who hate each other. They're all jumping in with their opinions and they all seem to agree. I'll get to that in just a moment. We have a lot more to discuss coming up on this edition events and don't wait. Now, let's take a look at AI and what's happening here. So we've got the we've got Dario coming out. Dario Amade coming out from Anthropic and saying, okay, this is what we need to do. Now, how do the other AI guys say I tightens feel about this? Well, within the hour Elon Musk who runs SpaceX and of course GROC came out and said, quote, Dario is right. So Elon Musk, which is a big kind of a big deal. I would say I think Elon Musk has a lot of well-earned trust in terms of wanting to

22:50protect free speech, wanting to protect open discourse, wanting to advance this technology and doing it with the interest of preserving humanity. So I would say that that's probably the biggest indicator of the weekend for me that there may be some merit to the claims that there are deep concerns about AI that need to be mediated. Here, Elon goes, Dario is right. And then one of Elon's enemies, like his arch nemesis, Sam Altman over at Open AI, he also came out that yesterday, this weekend, saying that Dario, he agrees with Dario that we need to pace the frontier. And then a guy who co-founded Google's deep mind, he's also Alphabet's chief scientist by the name of Demis Hasabi, I may be getting the pronunciation of his name wrong, but not his job, his job is with Google. He says that Dario's essay points towards the right path forward. The details need working through, but the direction is correct for meeting this critical moment. Now, one more guy I want to include in this before we start making some other assessments

23:52about it. And that's somebody who we know and love, which is Chris Pavlovsky, the CEO of Rumble. He's also in the AI game at a different scale right now, but he's got Quake AI, Rumble does, and Chris weighs in and says that Dario is spot on. Take a look at this. He says, Dario is spot on. I agree with him. And Thropic is doing this right. And Thropic is doing this right. And that's the part I want to dwell on here. Dario Amade is at the moment volunteering to pace the development of anthropics, bleeding edge artificial intelligence. We're going to bring in people, third party, the government's not forcing them to do this. He's just doing this of his own volition out of a sense of responsibility to humanity. Well, that makes a lot of sense. And so I agree with Chris here when he says, anthropic is doing this right. Here's where my guard is up and where your guard should be up as well.

24:53To what extent are the most powerful and wealthiest artificial intelligence players on the whole planet right now, trying to devise a protection racket to prevent upstart AI companies from crowding into their space? In other words, to what extent is this an effort to build an artificial intelligence cartel? If you impose government regulation on any industry, the only players who can survive under the punishing extent of government regulation are the ones with the money, the lawyers, and the power to succeed. If you're a brand new company or if you're in kind of your nascent stages, it's very difficult to catch up with the big guys already. It's an regular free market. But if you have a government market where a government controlled market where heavy regulation is interfering, it creates in-compancy protection. So if your guard is up right now because of that issue, well, then you're just a normal

25:56thinking person. You've seen this before. You've seen industries exploit their relationships with the government in order to crowd out the free market. And in that case, it's not a free market. It's a rigged market. It is very appropriate to be on guard for that. An additional piece of this. Remember, the more the government is involved in the regulation of artificial intelligence, you also have to be concerned about the long run impacts on speech. If the government is dictating what's considered acceptable results from artificial intelligence, what AI is allowed to convey to you, what they're allowed to talk about, whether AI can perceive that there is a difference between men and women. Or if you can pretend like they can change their sexes. You know what I'm talking about. If AI is prevented from telling you the truth by virtue of the government lording over it, that's a disaster of a system. So before we go diving headlong into a world where the government gets a say over the way

26:57AI is constructed and what's considered safe and whether or not this is good for the American people, just remember, the government on a routine basis has abused its power in order to make our institutions worse. Don't believe me? Look at higher education. So-called higher education. Universities across our country have become dumpster fires of misinformation and overpriced left-wing garbage because of that hand in glove relationship with the government. We have to be very careful when we pursue government regulation as it means to address any of this. Another reason to be careful and to be on guard for this is because what the hell does Congress know about this subject? Half these guys don't even know how to turn on their computers. Nevertheless, how artificial intelligence works or should work. This is an area where again, the more you're pushing for government control, the more I'm resisting your demands.

27:58So I am entirely inclined to believe that AI is a very, very powerful tool that can be used for utter evil that each of these companies should be on guard for. And by the way, if they create an environment where people are being hurt by their products, they should be sued for that. There should be litigation consequences for companies that lead to destruction in the United States of America. Not a question at all. You should be able to understand the products that you're developing. If the product is outpacing your understanding, you do have a problem. No question. But again, I'm concerned about government encroachment. This is the same reason that people are concerned about the flock cameras, by the way. One of the reasons people are concerned about flock is not that they don't want to catch criminals. Of course they do.

28:58It's that the government created the conditions where criminals were running roughshod over the whole country. And then in order to redress the problems that they created, they're now saying every law abiding citizen needs to be surveilled. No. Hell no. Why don't you just enforce the law? That's what needs to happen here. And so on this AI stuff, again, are there good people who are saying we need to be cautious about AI and as development? Yeah. Chris Pavlovsky, Elon Musk for sure. For sure. But my guard is up when I hear people demanding government regulation. When you do that, I'm inclined to think you're just trying to create a protection racket. So this is the thing that we need to be on guard for. Now in the midst of all of this, China, the Chinese, the Chikoms are in the midst of a big AI race with us. So if you listen to the president this weekend or any other time on this issue of AI, he's basically been like, oh, people just need to stop worrying. We need to be China in the space race. That's kind of the general tenor of his feeling on this subject.

30:01And he's right about that. We have to be China in the AI race because there's no, in what world do you want the Chikoms to control global knowledge? It's a disaster, a total disaster. Can't have that happen. We've got to beat them. One of the realities here is that China has been using American AI in order to train its models. Did you know that? The Chikoms have been secretly training their AI models on American systems. Take a look at this. This is a CNBC report on the subject. This is just from a few days ago. Well, to hell with it, I can't show you because CNBC's blocked me out. How about that for you? I don't subscribe. But here's the headline. Anyway, Chinese AI labs secretly used millions of clawed exchanges to train their models. Anthropic says, yeah, so Chinese companies are pretending like they have good AI. And instead, all they're doing is they're feeding a bunch of prompts to American AI companies.

31:04And then they're asking the American AI to break down the pattern of logic that led to these conclusions and that the Chinese models are getting trained up on American technology. So the Chikoms are doing it again. Once again, they're stealing intellectual property from American companies, innovators, who created it in the first place. So part of the race with China isn't actually a race at all. They just keep stealing from American AI because China kind of sucks right now relative to American AI development. But it might not be that way for long. This is a very real race we have going on with China. And it could very much dictate the future of our planet, of all of humanity. So in this moment where you're seeing a lot of kind of like, you know, chicken little people going crazy, the sky is falling. This is where cooler heads need to prevail. We need to have like adult conversations on this subject. The president of the United States, if he's going to get involved here, should probably

32:06have a summit of some kind with all of the AI tech leaders. Have this be as public as possible. Let them discuss in public what the risks are and how this works. Let's have a real conversation instead of just sprinting headlong into a regulatory framework designed to create an AI cartel that in the end gets manipulated by government forces. At some point, maybe President Trump's not in charge. Democrats run the show. And suddenly, AI is designed to empower them. Would they rig AI for their own benefit? It damn right. They would. They rig elections. Why wouldn't they rig AI? A lot more ahead. I was walking on the convention floor or actually in the perimeter of the American Airlines Center this last Thursday was Thursday when the news broke and the last time we spoke of course was Thursday on the morning show. And I'm walking around Thursday with producer Jim and we run into John Solomon from just

36:13the news. And he's like, Joe DeGeneva just resigned. And I said, no, he goes, yeah. I said, that's terrible news. That is terrible news. And I asked him, did you write about it? He sure enough, he did. John had just written about this on the Justin News website. And here's what he wrote. Well, here's actually one of his writers, Misty's to very wrote about it. They posted it. Misty's to probably prosecute Joe DeGeneva abruptly resigns from leading grand conspiracy probe. Now I've told you before about Joe, Joe's a patriot, just an absolute patriot. And I was so elated to hear that he'd be leading the grand conspiracy case down the South Florida. And for him to resign, that instantly triggered to me like something really distressing is going on here. But I will tell you as I read through this story, there may not be this may not be catastrophic.

37:18This may actually be just a difference in approach. And I'll explain, just take a look at this. Federal prosecutor was tapped by Attorney General Todd Blanche to supervise the grand conspiracy investigation targeting Obama and Biden era officials resigned unexpectedly on Thursday. Blanche had selected Joe DeGeneva to lead the investigation into claims. The Democrats have attempted to undermine President Trump and keep him out of political office, treating the last decade of political weaponization of law enforcement and intelligence agencies as an ongoing criminal conspiracy. And you know why this is important for those of you who haven't been with us all along. I'll just remind you or perhaps you forgot. The reason why you want to get them in an ongoing criminal conspiracy is because the statute of limitations continues to run from the last overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. And that can be as simple as doing a media interview where you deny that you did anything wrong. So if James Colme comes out and goes, this is unfair. I didn't do anything wrong. Boom. The statute of limitations continues to run.

38:18And it can stretch back to the beginning of the conspiracy, meaning that you could get guys for the crimes committed in the 2016 election with the Trump Russia collusion hoax. So the grand conspiracy case is a very important construction here in order to go after all of this. Did Genova confirmed his departure in a call to CBS? This would have been on Thursday. He said it was an honor and a privilege to serve the president and the department. He did not state why he was resigning. He did say that his wife Victoria Tonseng, also a great American, would be leaving as well on Friday. Although the Genova did not give the reason for his departure, he told the Associated Press that there was enough evidence. There is enough evidence to try and prosecute people in the grand conspiracy cases. So Joe is saying we've got the evidence. We can do this. Quote, there's plenty of evidence in all of these cases to prove the theories of prosecution,

39:18he says. It just takes time to get there. And some people want to get there a little faster than others. And you can't do that. Now we've got something to deal with, to work with. Here's where the difference appears to be. Joe, again, I would say is unquestionably patriotic and wants to destroy the people. And I mean this, I mean this in terms of having just consequences. He's not trying to do anything unjust. He's pursuing justice. He wants these people locked up for what they did to our country. He just thinks that this needs to be done correctly so it sticks. You see what I'm saying? Now, you and I are impatient on this subject. In fact, we've been maybe far too patient on this broader subject that, well, we'll be able to get there eventually.

40:18You know, it's 2026. All this crap was happening in 2016. And we're still waiting on lots of these guys to be arrested, lots of them. The big fish to be arrested and purplocked and go through the trial and imprisoned all of it, okay? But Joe's point appears to be we've got these guys. I don't want them to squirm out. And if we do this in a way that's too rushed or too sloppy, they're going to be able to walk. And I don't want that to happen. This is, now I'm putting words in Joe's mouth, but I mean, firming this directly from this quote. Additionally, we've got another report this morning. This one comes to us from CNN. It just came out before the show began this morning. Exclusive tense phone call and resignation up and justice department probe in the Trump's top foes. Now they basically, they're reporting again. CNN is alleging this not clear to what extent this is true.

41:20They get all with a grain of salt that CNN. But they say the justice department's pushed a pursuant sweeping conspiracy probe has descended into turmoil and possibly new delays following Joe's resignation. Joe resigned today after a tense phone call with Attorney General Todd Blanche, according to two people familiar with the matter. The final clash centered on DeGeneva's effort to block lawyers dispatched by justice department headquarters from assisting the probe following broader disagreements with top justice officials over its pace. Among the disputes that added detentions between DeGeneva and his bosses in Washington was DeGeneva's request for a high security room known as a skiff to be built at the Fort Pierce office. They wanted to place the look at classified documents. The team worked in an office with a special room where they could look at sensitive documents but not the highest classified. Justice Department officials told DeGeneva that he and his team should just use a skiff at an FBI office miles away. Two people familiar with the investigation told CNN.

42:23DeGeneva also pressed for more lawyers for his team. Justice officials pushed back on any claims that he was denied resources according to two people familiar with the investigation. For more than a year, justice officials have pushed to bring the criminal charges against former CIA director John Brennan. Who is accused of making false statements to Congress. Since DeGeneva joined the probe, he's chosen to pursue a broader set of charges against several of Trump's political critics, including Brennan, who were involved in investigations of him over the past decade. So that's also interesting. So this is true. This suggests that it perhaps that Joe is trying to widen this to capture all of these criminals and not just a single one. He does not look him for ones, he's in twosies. He wants to take down the whole scheme, all of them, all of them. The Gen of a resigned Thursday and what was a busy day for the inquiry is investigators representing a witness for testimony to a grand jury in the probe.

43:24The Gen of a abrupt departure could mean more delays in the investigation that has stumbled past internal expectations of charges earlier this year. More recently, officials of the Justice Department have anticipated possibly seeing the first charges to come as soon as this month, as soon as this month of September. With the Gen of a gone, Justice Department officials feel confident in the team. They expect to see the momentum pick up a U.S. law enforcement official set. Again, this may just be that they decide to accelerate after the onesies and the twosies rather than the big sticky case that Joe DeGeneva was trying to build. That could be what's going on here. But to kind of just set an understanding about this story, I don't think based on everything I've seen, everything I've heard, everything I've consumed, I don't think that the Justice Department has deep state actors or something who are trying to stop Joe from pursuing the bad guys.

44:25And I don't think that Joe is some kind of spineless sellout who is trying to avoid bringing charges. That's what we're dealing with here. I think we're dealing with competing interests in how to best secure charges against the people who have hurt our country. That's really what it is. And if that's the debate, I'm perfectly content for that to be the debate. That's a perfectly fine debate. Have that. And it's led Joe to resign. Now one other piece of this that I think is meaningful, you've seen some, I've seen some people claim that, oh, the Justice Department is standing in the way, the FBI has been standing in the way. Joe DeGeneres straight up said that the FBI has been wonderful. The cash petal led FBI. Now, this is great news too, that the FBI has been great and not that surprising, given cash petal's obsession with this issue. Here's NBC's reporting on the subject.

45:28And here's what Joe said in the piece. He said, I have no doubt that I was going to be able to take every one of these cases across the finish line because we had put them in the perfect posture to proceed. Says Joe. FBI director cash petal was quote, absolutely superb in supporting our investigation. DeGeneres said. And he also praised Brett Skiles, the special agent in charge of the FBI's Miami field office as the finest senior agent in charge that I've ever dealt with in my years in the Justice Department. I wish everybody involved in the process had been as good as the FBI. The Gen of us said that his time in the government only supported his belief that a network of government officials did conspire against Trump as he first came to power a decade ago. Quote, most of the information that had been previously printed in the independent press about the conspiracy against the president starting in 2016 was absolutely correct.

46:28Absolutely correct. In other words, these people broke the law. They rigged our system to destroy a political opponent and we have the evidence to prove it. That's what Joe is telling us. So hold on. Hold on. Hannah, Hannah asks in the chat, why is he leaving? Again, it looks to me like it's just a difference in strategy. How to bring the charges, how to make them stick, how to win. That's it. We'll, uh, how about this? Why don't we, why don't we put a, some outreach to Joe? We'll see if we can't get him on the show to talk. And I'd love to do that. You would like to see that guys chat. Would you like to have Joe to gen of a stop by? This could be a, a good opportunity to chat with him on what precisely went down just in terms of whatever he can actually share with us. Uh, he is speaking to the press. Should be great to talk to him. He's been a friend for years. So we'll see if we can't get him on the program. That would be good. Well, we'll try. We'll try.

47:28We'll see. Yes, yes, yes. That's what people are asking for. I, well, then we're going to try. We're going to do that very thing. Uh, all right. Now that's, that's a grand conspiracy update. I know everyone once wanted that. I wanted that. I wanted a grand conspiracy update. Uh, that's, by the way, another sign that is not dead. The thing is very alive and it's very busy. Uh, may it produce extraordinary results very soon. Very. Hey, I like your new Ralph Moore. Thanks, yours too. What does Ralph stand for anyway? To me, it's the remarkably advanced vehicle. Really? 48:30Um, one of the things that I want to hit with you, um, is, well, actually, I should definitely do this because this kind of involves me. John Corning, you know that guy John Corning. And John Corning, the, the fired Republican senator from the state of Texas. God bless the, the people of Texas who fired John Corning. John Corning this weekend was, uh, first of all, the reason I say it involves me is because he was sub tweeting me because of what I said about him. Uh, and here, here's how it went down. John Corning this weekend posted that, uh, JD Vance is an extremist. He wrote, do you see this tweet? Corning says, quote, the extremes of both parties. This is a, a share on X, the extremes of both parties, Republicans, Mago wing represented by JD Vance. And the progressive left represented by Zoran Mamdani, you know, the communist have drawn closer to each other.

49:32Then he shares a link to a Wall Street Journal article trying to make this argument. Extremes. What? You're a sitting Republican senator calling the sitting Republican vice president of the United States an extremist. What the hell is wrong with you? And so that led me to the most obvious conclusion ever, which is John Corning is attacking the vice president of the United States. How's he doing? So I posted this. John Corning is now attacking the vice president of the United States. Again, Texas voters made the right decision. And that decision, of course, was choosing Ken Paxton over John Corning. John Corning's been bitter ever since refused to even lift a finger to help Ken Paxton win in that race. In fact, he's been going to the press and crapping all over Ken Paxton, calling him lazy, and he's a terrible, terrible candidate. What? And meanwhile, Corning has been pretending he supports the Save America Act, pretending

50:33he wants Republicans to lead in the Senate, pretending like he wants the president's agenda to continue with greater backing. And yet he's doing nothing to achieve that. In fact, he's working against it, including by attacking the sitting vice president of the United States, who, to be clear, is on our side unlike John Corning. J.D. Vance is a freaking star, and John Corning is a bitter whack shop. So he's attacking J.D. Vance. The whole thing is crazy. And that led to, so the internet exploded about this. I got a lot of action on that post over the weekend. So then Corning, instead of like, you know, just directly tweeting at me, sub-tweeds me. And he says this. One of the most counterproductive things, but current political discourse, especially on social media, is that when you disagree with someone on a policy matter, you're accused of quote, attacking. Or disloyalty to that person, even though you mostly agree on other policies.

51:34It ain't so. I'm sorry. You just called the guy an extremist. You posted that the vice president of the United States is extreme. What else would you call that? I, that was an overstatement on my part. That was an accurate chat. Am I right? An accurate assessment of what he was doing, a sitting senator in his own party, was doing to the vice president. This is pathetic, actually. This is, now he doesn't even have the spine to defend his original post. Pretty gross. And should be clear, how does the Republican Party think about J.D. Vance? Well, there was this moment at the convention Thursday night, cut two, watch this. By friends, we got to take stock of what we've accomplished. When we came into office.

52:50Can we please, we got to take care of business this November, then we'll worry about what comes next. Wait. He had a great speech on Thursday, great speech is the crowd chance 48, 48. John Cornyn is not chanting that. John Cornyn is attacking him on Twitter in the head of the midterms. Meanwhile, the actual Republicans were chanting 48, 48, 48. J.D. Vance had a wonderful speech. Did you see when it was disrupted by that whack job that was waving a Palestinian flag and a Mexican flag at one point? And then J.D. Vance had the dunk of the night. I think it actually was the dunk of the entire convention. Watch, here's that moment, cut one, watch this. So what the people at home missed is that we just had a protestor interrupting us and waving the Mexican flag. Well, well, my friend, if you love Mexico so much, get your ass over there, all by the

53:57plane ticket. Oh, I'm laughing at it. Just as hard as I was the first time I heard it. It was so freaking funny. It was great. It was really, it was really great. Did you see how NBC responded to that? They thought it was a conspiracy. They thought they have a conspiracy theory about this. They thought that that guy was a plant. I'm serious. That the RNC that Donald Trump and J.D. Vance had planted a guy in the crowd with a Palestinian and a Mexican flag. This is NBC news is a chief White House correspondent. His name's Garrett Hack. He wrote, Vance's quippy response to a protestor who interrupted and threw a Mexican flag on stage was so quick. It kind of makes you wonder if that wasn't entirely a surprise. Yeah, that's right. They planned it. It's so stupid. It's so catastrophically stupid. Oh. And that tweet is still up, by the way.

54:58That's not even an archive. I just clicked the live tweet and there it is. He's proud of it. He put a marker down because he thinks it's going to come true. It was an inside job. It was a false flag operation. It's so stupid. It's really extraordinary. All right. One more thing for you today, before we go, I got to tell you about some of the developments in the Lindsey Clancy trial. The trial, of course, is over. It was a mistrial because the jury couldn't come to a conclusion. It was 11 to 1. 11 people who wanted to let her get away with murder and one patriot who said, I don't want her to get away with murder. She needs to be held accountable for crimes. While that patriot, we found out a lot more about him over the weekend. And it has been, the whole thing has just been absolutely crazy. Let me see here. I've got, here's Oprah, Oprah's audience. This is Oprah, Oprah went to Massachusetts. Here's Oprah's audience saying that, you know what we need to do?

56:00We don't need justice. What we need is to now widen the net a little bit. It shouldn't just be Lindsey Clancy, who can be chaired for strangling her children. We should also celebrate black women who strangle their children to death. Cut sex, watch this. And the other thing that I would just be remiss to not say is, I hope this never happens again. We know statistically it really will. It will. I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsey, who don't have her same access. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We don't have her same access, an education, her melanin, her privilege. There are women of color sitting around this country in prisons for the same thing that we've never heard of. And I just want to remind us to have the pink shirts and the energy for them as well. Mm. Lindsey?

57:00You're fine. We need to support black women who strangle their kids? This is that psycho stuff. That's psycho stuff. That's Planned Parenthood approved, by the way. Planned Parenthood, which is aborting 40% of all black babies in the United States every year. Sinister. Absolutely sinister. Women have been so devalued that you now have entire rooms full of women applauding on national television about strangling them after they're born. That's disgusting. There's a, you want to talk about a real problem going on in the country? That's catastrophic. That's catastrophic. And meanwhile, we got the jurors from the trial keeping interviewed by the media. The media is very fascinated. Why was that guy a holdout? Why was there a guy who was a holdout? And it led to this crazy moment.

58:01This came to us from CBS Mornings where Lindsey Clancy juror Paula Devlin, thank you to Curtis Hout for pulling this, is talking to Gal King. Now you'll know, Gal King, you may know, is Oprah Winfrey's best friend. So it's kind of interesting that this clip came out within the same 24 hours. Watch this moment on national television. I'm curious about the jurors themselves because we know it was nine women, three men. What was the age range? What was the racial makeup? I haven't heard any of that. What was it? 70, 70 ish to 22. And one person of color and then everybody else was white. A lot of the jurors had children. One person of color was a person of color, a woman or a man. A man. A man. Is a holdout juror a person, a black man? Yes. A black man is a holdout juror?

59:01Yes. Well, I have to sit without for just a second. He's not allowed to be rational. He's not allowed to be on the side of justice. His skin color dictates what he should be doing, which is he should be advancing in justice. His gout king's assessment. She couldn't even handle that detail. What? He's black? And he supports justice? Yes. He's a patriot. He believes in justice. Good for him. Good for him standing up to the rest of that room who was trying to brow, beat him in his submission. Why won't you let her go? Why won't you let her go? I don't believe in strangling children. At one point they say he even grabbed the bands that she used. I think these were exercise bands that she used to strangle the kids, I'm disgusting. And he demonstrated on a water bottle to the horror of the other jurors what that would

1:00:06look like. I don't know why he did that. To impress upon you that this is murder you lunatics. And yet he's being cast as the villain for standing up for the lives of those children. In fact, Gail King was not the only one who was stunned by this revelation. Here's like one androgynous, Lindsey Clancy enthusiast over on TikTok going crazy about this. Cut to have it, watch. The whole not juror in the Lindsey Clancy trial was a black man. And I'm not going to share any opinions because I'm not a person of color. I am a non-practicing white. I'm surprised. It changes the landscape of the conversation a little bit. And I think a lot of us were assuming that it was a white man. She's a non-practicing, he is a she, he, I don't know, it's a non-practicing white. Hear that? I'm not practicing anymore. I've perfected it. It's so crazy. And so the left is going crazy over this.

1:01:07And now the hit pieces are coming out. You see this? Now NBC Boston is posting hit pieces about this dude. The hold out juror in the Lindsey Clancy trial had a history of domestic violence allegations. The NBC 10 Boston investigators have learned through court documents and interviews with family members. Read the full investigation here. What? So now you're trying to dig up dirt on this guy in order to destroy him. To make the case, you know what this is, is to make the case that women deserve to be able to strangle their children without criminal consequence. That's insane. You're insane. There is a sickness that exists that pervades this entire story. I don't care if the majority of the jurors are engaged in this mass psychosis. It's a problem. It's a problem. It's evil is what it is.

For standing up for what is right, even then the face of all of the forces who are actively, even to this day, conspiring against him. We salute you. It's an amazing story, an amazing story.
