Jon Herold opens the show by breaking down the results of his recent poll on the biggest issue facing society, arguing that while accountability, courage, and critical thinking all matter, truth is the foundational problem underlying everything. He explains how a lack of shared truth makes accountability impossible, distorts critical thinking, and misdirects courage in an increasingly chaotic information war.
From there, Jon moves through a series of major headlines, including a controversial story involving Kristi Noem’s husband that he frames as another example of dysfunction among political elites, and a broader critique of the cultural environment surrounding those in power.
He also covers a Supreme Court decision striking down Colorado’s ban on conversion therapy for minors, emphasizing the court’s stance on protecting free speech, even in controversial contexts. Meanwhile, Jon highlights growing tensions around the Iran conflict, discussing military strategy, uncertainty around ground troop involvement, and the broader geopolitical implications, including oil disruptions and pressure on global supply chains.
Additional topics include rising gas prices tied to the conflict, a proposed whistleblower incentive program from the Treasury, renewed scrutiny over the 2020 census and its political impact, and Trump’s announcement of a large military-related construction project beneath the White House ballroom.
Jon closes by reflecting on election integrity concerns heading into future midterms, arguing that without resolving systemic issues, public perception and outcomes may continue to diverge, reinforcing his central theme: without truth, nothing else can function properly.

Well good afternoon everybody and welcome to the daily Harold here on Badlands Media. I'm your host John Harold and hope y'all are having a wonderful Tuesday so far.
I got a lot to talk about today and I'm going to start the show with a post I did yesterday with some interesting results I posted a little poll and I think it's worth examining a little bit.
Lots of just weird news stories some good Trump true social posts, a Supreme Court ruling that I think was interesting.
And yeah.
What's the chat doing?
It's like we got all the regulars in here which is good.
Those covers says my days going way too good I need some of the daily Harold to keep me grounded as to why it's really not that good.
It's good man you can it can be good for you and not for the rest of us it's okay.
Let's get a quick word from our sponsors and then we'll get right into it.
Including we may talk about.
Uh known husband potentially being a tranny that is a story that is currently circulating which is hysterical by the way.

But wait there's more to make the mega sale even more special when you order right now your order is going to ship absolutely free.
So somebody in the chat says a bath is dick tranny or a cross dresser.
Is there a difference?
I mean really is is there a difference?
Like in my mind if you if you cross dress unironically not as a joke.
And the reason I say that part is because back when when I was in like high school used to do the relay for life here in town in Bismarck and one of the events they had was Mister relay where a guy from each team would dress up as a girl and go around fundraising and all the proceeds would go to cancer research and whatnot.
But you know it's obviously like a that was more of a joke and that was more ironic you know but if you do stuff like that because it gives you some sort of weird gratification you're that's your training.
I mean I don't think you necessarily have to cut off the parts or whatever it's weird but anyway we'll we'll get into that.
We also got rattlesnake meats up for today.
Good friends over rattlesnake meats.
We've been trained to bite cheap fast and processed but cheap comes at a cost which is your health your land and the animals at rattlesnake they take no shortcuts no subsidies just premium pasture raised beef and chicken that's real honest and worth it.
We differently eat better bite back at big egg grab your pasture raised meat now order at rattlesnake meats dot com slash badlands promo code badlands again that's rattlesnake meats dot com slash badlands promo code badlands real meat authentic meat is just.
It's a game changer it tastes different it looks different it smells different it just smells real tastes real and that process stuff.
Yeah let's one more sponsor and then we'll start plugging away.
Every Easter one brave bunny takes on a very important mission spreading Easter joy and apparently dropping most of it.
And sometimes there's goat related complications skin care so good even the goats might want it because Easter is really about the greatest victory ever hope renewal and a promise kept.
And every soft disclosure purchase support six small American businesses working together use code grace for 15% off soft disclosure good for your skin and apparently approved by goes.
Soft disclosure dot com guys get yourself some lotion some deodorant some tallow whatever floats your boat.
But yeah let's start with let's start with this because I am I'm kind of shocked by the results of this poll yesterday I put this out and I don't even remember what I was doing or why.
I want to put this pull out there but I did what is the biggest problem facing society right now and the options are lack of truth telling lack of critical thinking lack of accountability and lack of courage.
The results they're surprising but also in a sense not because it kind of shows how desperate people are for some level of accountability for from what these people have been doing to us for so long these we've had zero accountability.
But to me I think the number one answer here is lack of truth telling.
And the comments a lot of the comments almost all of the comments are like well all the above why isn't there an all the above option like yes these are all big problems big issues.
But I believe one of them is is kind of foundational in a sense and I think that's telling the truth truth is the foundational layer of of reality it's it's the base layer.
And if you have like if you have a your foundation is built on lies if you build something on top of of of lies if the base layer is isn't the truth it's just in the fail they can't last forever.
We used to talk about the game theory and you know the infinite player on the game board are the ones telling the truth because eventually the ones telling the lies are going to they're going to run out of moves right.
Maybe it's a long game who knows but that you need to have the truth and there's that phrase out there I was thinking about this today to.
I think it was bright part who coined the phrase that politics is downstream from culture meaning like you you fix the culture you can fix the politics well to me I think truth is upstream from everything.
We can look at each of these options if if critical thinking was your answer if you think that's the biggest issue we're facing how are people supposed to think critically about false information.
You know the smartest person in the world and they can be analyzing something but if it's the wrong information what kind of results could you possibly expect from that.
Like look at the trust the science during the covid years.
There were people that like I would have called smart and maybe that's a subjective term but.
They became real stupid and took the Vax because they relied on false information they weren't operating in truth or they were listening to people that weren't operating in truth.
And then accountability that's again the number one response and I understand why people think that's important but again accountability depends on on truth it depends on an entirely shared reality like people need to all agree not just what happened but that those people need to be held accountable like what happened and who done it.
When the truth about something is either unclear or manipulated nobody will come to an agreement on what happened or who did it and bad actors they thrive on ambiguity that's why there's so much but out there.
You cannot hold people accountable if you don't know the truth what actually happened and that's probably why we've seen such little actual accountability to date.
Is there there's no truth where we're operating in the info war where everything is just.
Science.
Truth of everything is just constantly manipulated you can't hold people accountable for that and the courage point to.
You can be courageous and it's important to be courageous it takes courage to do a lot of things including telling the truth but.
Having courage and using your courage also depends on some level of clarity you know what I mean.
Without any form of truth your courage just gets misdirected.
You can courageously fight the wrong battles but what happens when you win that battle.
Or courageously defend wrong information but what good does that do.
I think we see a lot of that.
But truth to me the truth telling is is the most important truth seeking is part of like critical thinking and we're always constantly trying to find the truth.
But at the end of the day it'd be so much easier for people to find the truth and think critically and do all these things hold people accountable if more people out there would just tell the truth.
That's asking a lot of these days asking a lot of these days you know what I mean.
Rebellionator we have to apply that to our president too yeah and I think we do we try to apply that to him we call him out for line all the time we kind of justified in the sense that we we understand he's constantly doing siops and we trust that he's doing them for benevolent reasons.
I would love for president Trump start telling the truth I would love for all these people to start telling the truth.
It's just not it's not out there it doesn't happen.
That's why I feel like we're blessed in the badlands community because that is that is our base layer that's what we're constantly pursuing and how we're constantly trying to operate.
Yeah and it's crazy 14.4% of 730 people I mean it's not a huge sample size but only 14.4% think truth telling is a problem.
Maybe that's not true they just don't think it's the biggest problem and that that's kind of surprising to me.
Let me see if there's anything in the chat any good comments.
Like a god that's another really really good one.
Fine I changed my way to the truth one but then accountability a close second.
I believe accountability did not tell the truth but you don't know if people are telling the truth so you can't hold them accountable.
Yeah I mean you could you could word game this stuff and and I don't think there necessarily be a wrong answer because all these are huge huge issues but I don't think they're necessarily be a wrong answer.
To me it's the truth one that's number one.
What about when you're in the middle of pain in the ass court case and you simply cannot tell the whole truth.
What if you can't handle the truth?
We can triangulate truth I like that.
We won the war again today that takes courage critical thinking and telling the truth says hammer guy 35 isn't that funny.
You know let's let's jump into this speaking of not telling the truth.
Christine Ohm's husband was leaving leaving a secret double life.
The pouting busty bimbo photos and trove of explicit messages.
Look at that.
That's wild must be cold where he's at.
Christine Ohm's husband is today revealed as a secret cross dresser who don's gigantic fake breasts and pink hot pants to chat with online fetish models.
Well his wife is operated at the highest special ounce of government handling matters of national security in a recent role as DHS secretary.
I know I'm 56 has been dressing up and playing adult and pain adult entertainers to talk dirty.
Daily mail is reviewed hundreds of messages involving three women from the bimbo vacation scene or porn performers transform themselves into real life Barbie dolls by pumping colossal amounts of saline into the breasts.
Byron has lavished praise on their surgically enhanced bodies confessed his lust for huge ridiculous boobs and even made indiscreet remarks about his 34 year marriage to former homeland secretary security secretary.
Chrissy.
This is just the weirdest while the story.
Out there in the organization to find this out you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well.
Worn former CIA officer Mike or mark palm palm air populace.
She's vulnerable to blackmail. I thought they had separated.
Wasn't she out there banging on what's his name.
It's so weird.
You guys need to close up with that unbelievable.
I want to see the messages if they got them.
What in the world.
This is I mean this is a mental mental illness. How's this not?
I'm not going to read the soul story. Yeah, Corey Lewandowski that too.
I thought she was with.
But I mean, if I'm being honest like if I'm her and I know my husband's doing this stuff, maybe she didn't know, but.
I mean, I probably want out of that relationship to.
Yeah, pretty sad to.
Sad to think that's what Chrissy know has been married to for 34 years.
Phil Scarborough, I question narratives and Ash calls me a shit starter last night.
What was last night? What were you shit starting?
And sometimes you are.
You can be a shit starter, but it's okay.
Shit starters is can be good sometimes.
So pretty much everyone in Washington is part of the freak show DC is a criminal clown show.
Yeah, this I mean.
It's a mental illness guys.
The people that are in power. I mean, I know he's not in power, but his wife is.
And everybody's like cheering her on and all that stuff, but you think this is an isolated case. It's not these people are insane.
Ash 1776 says he did a rant to have casual comment on the other election book.
Gotcha.
Well, we love you Phil, either way.
Quite Coney says, oh my God, this is not new. They had an arrangement, obviously.
What does he even do?
I don't know him.
He grew up in Hamlin County, graduated from Northern State University.
He's working in insurance and small business, including operating no insurance.
Three kids. Can you imagine how the three kids feel?
Damn.
Anyway.
No update on the Dojo website. I didn't even check, but there we go. Now it's proof.
I haven't updated it since January 1st. The government efficiency website is the least efficient website the government has.
Silver is up to 7544 gold is up to 4600.
River Bitcoin were at 68 200, which is funny. It's just like an hour ago.
It was at just under 67. So it's kind of a decent amount.
Nothing new on the presidential website.
Let's talk about this story. This is kind of making its rounds.
Speaking of culture downstream from or politics downstream from culture.
Bulls have waved their guard, Jay Nivey after anti gay compliments.
Chicago Bulls wave guard Jay Nivey for conduct, detrimental to the team, hours after he posted a lengthy video rant on social media about religion and other topics that include anti gay.
Sentiments. Let me see if I can find that video.
For you guys here quick. So I think it's this is worth exploring. It kind of reveals.
The NBA's hypocrisy and have a great video or post talking about that.
The first I'm going to show you what Jay Nivey actually said.
There we go.
The world can proclaim.
The world can proclaim. LGBTQ.
Right. They have they have they proclaim pride month and the NBA.
They proclaim it.
They they show it to the world.
They say come come come come join us for pride for pride month.
To celebrate unrighteousness.
They proclaim it.
They proclaim it on the billboards.
They proclaim it in the streets.
Unrighteousness.
So how is it that that one can't speak righteousness.
How is it one that how how how are they to say that?
You man this man is crazy.
I'm not I'm not.
The jail used to be put the old jazz dead.
A lot of Christ.
No matter what.
The basketball setting is.
I'm born again. The Holy Spirit.
And I've been saved by Jesus Christ.
No matter what.
How many DMPs I don't I don't get to play or.
No matter how many points I scored.
Those things are.
A temporary thing.
You say no right things I like what he says there and good for him.
You know finding his faith.
Terrible look for the NBA.
I'm not a fan of the NBA.
I haven't been a fan of the NBA basically ever.
I mean I used to watch a little bit back when like garden that played back in the day.
But it's gotten so stupid so woke.
And this up post from Reverend Jordan Wells.
Is really good one and it talks about the double standard.
And this was sent to me by a.
A fan of the show.
Yeah, from Bismarck.
Yeah, he actually lives in.
Minneapolis, but he sent me this and I thought it was really really good.
So I want to read it to you guys double standard in the NBA exposed.
Steve Kerr can accuse the Trump administration of murder and call out the government for lying.
No problem, which he does it all time.
Steve Kerr is a douche.
Doc Rivers can rip the president and ice as a travesty and a bad example for kids.
Totally fine.
And I'm going to play like J. Nivey speak his Christian faith call out pride month is celebrating unrighteousness.
Or question uncertain religions that don't lead to salvation in Christ.
And the Chicago Bulls wave him for conduct detrimental to the team.
One side gets a megaphone to attack the president daily.
The other gets fired for offending the wrong group.
The NBA and the Chicago Bulls make it crystal clear attacking conservatives and Christians is protected speech.
Biblical truth is a career ender.
Stan with J. Nivey faith over fear truth over tolerance theater.
Who else sees the hypocrisy?
And it's there.
It's it's totally hypocritical and the league is such a joke.
There's so much money in it because of all the bullshit.
I'm sure they have some audience, but there's so many things wrong with the NBA.
I'd much rather watch college games.
How is the Iran cope going?
To see a candle off.
Always leave it no mind.
Speaking of Iran, let's talk about that a little bit.
We have a great stuff video here.
Take a listen to this.
As far as president Trump and boots on the ground.
I don't understand why the base which they have already they understand wouldn't have faith in his ability to execute on this look at his track record of pursuing peace through strength America first outcomes.
What he's simply saying and it's exactly true and I've said from this podium to we're not going to foreclose any option.
You can't fight and win a war if you tell your adversary what you are willing to do or what you are not willing to do to include boots on the ground.
Yet our adversary right now thinks there are 15 different ways we could come at them with boots on the ground and guess what there are.
So if we needed to we could execute those options on behalf of the president of the United States and this department.
Or maybe we don't have to use them at all.
Maybe negotiations work or maybe there's a different approach.
The point is to be unpredictable in that certainly not let anybody know what you're willing to do or not do.
But if anybody has internalized the lessons of Iraq and Afghanistan as the first one president Trump to call them out for what they are.
He's not going to repeat those lessons and I think I've been very clear about that from the podium.
I think the issue here is kind of conflating two things in my opinion.
There are a lot of people out there that are really harping on the boots on the ground thing and I'm obviously not cool with that.
I'm obviously not okay with us being involved in a foreign war generally.
But it's not that people don't understand his point here and I think he's missing that.
He's trying to say like I don't understand why the mega base wouldn't have faith in Trump over deploying ground troops.
I think the people who truly support Trump believe that he's doing the right thing and doing what's best for us and for who knows why he's doing what he's doing.
But we believe that stuff. There's a level of faith involved here.
The people that are truly like being super duper critical for the most part, especially with the mega phones on social media are doing so intentionally to be divisive.
They were never Trump supporters in the first place.
But I can disagree with the involvement of us in this conflict altogether while still supporting Trump in his efforts.
We're there. We're doing it. Let's go boss the wall and get it over with and do whatever we need to do so that we never have to go back there again.
That's my mindset. I don't not support Trump anymore. I don't not support the troops or American troops.
But it seems like he's this is almost like pre pre coping and getting ahead of the narrative because it does feel and seem like they are going to be deploying the ground troops.
Just just certainly feels that way.
We have a video from Trump where he can remember what facility this was, but they bomb the shit out of something. Let's watch this.
Oh, come on now. He's not playing alone.
Why is this not playing with the hell over processing?
It was their ICBM base area watches.
United States hit an Iranian ammunition depot with 2,000 pound bunker buster bombs. President Trump took to true social to release some video in the aftermath of these strikes.
You can see a massive fireball there rising from the Iranian horizon. The destruction caused just outside the city of Esfahan overnight the United States.
Big explosion. Yeah, no idea how long we're going to be in this conflict as usual, but a couple of the two social posts.
Here's talking about the straight-of-harmues. All those countries that can't get jet fuel because of the straight-of-harmues like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran.
I have a suggestion for you. Number one, buy from the US. We have plenty. Number two, build up some delayed courage. Go to the straight and just take it.
You'll have to start learning how to fight for yourself. The USA won't be there to help you anymore, just like you weren't there for us.
Iran has been essentially decimated. The hard part is done. It gets your own oil.
We talk a lot about the sovereign line stuff at Badlands and just generally. One of my buddies online here send me up. Some pretty cool posts.
We have Venezuela right now selling oil at full market price. China's discount is like gone forever.
Iran is at war. The car island has been threatened. 4.6 million barrels per day to China has been disrupted. China's second discount supplier is gone.
China's main supply route has been blocked. The Bob L. Mundeb Houthis threatening China's alternative route.
A lot of the stuff seems to be choking China.
I'm going to read what else he said. I'm not going to say he said it, but China is ruined by these moves.
They inserted stuff into our election machines, human assets, fang, bang, gang, etc. It's all coming to the public eye now.
Trump is going to accept she's surrender. This isn't a sovereign alliance. Russia and America may form one out of mutual benefit, but Chinese are fundamentally not Western and don't align on much.
Chinese are copiers, not innovators. We don't want that.
The secondary side effect of the oil stuff and what not that's going on. Just fairly interesting.
Scenes to a battle. I should have an annual double on tundra is award. I like that. Did I use one or something?
New case, no ground troops in my opinion. Maybe we set up a permanent base of car, island though.
Yeah, when I'm going to see Mepitz go says we need to send Elon robot army and bring out the AI war machine. It's time.
That will be the day. Like when we see not boots on the ground, but robots on the ground.
Quite Coney, I'd like this administration to give a detailed definition of America first.
That's a thing. There's I don't think there's necessarily maybe I'm wrong on this.
Yeah, I probably am wrong on this. I was about to say I don't know if there can be a specific one definition for America first. It should be different for everybody, but I don't I don't think that applies.
I think there could be a single singular definition for America first.
America Freeman temporary price spike. It will go down again. Joe Gilmore trying to must pay for COVID when. Yeah, remember when Trump, you talked about that. The reparations for COVID.
I haven't seen that yet.
Mepitz co fuel prices are all part of the scarcity model. It's all fixed.
Q less as executive order 13, 848 imposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference United States election. That is a good one, but I don't think this applies to to that.
Not yet anyway.
Hey, John, thanks for teaching me to embrace the friction suck the wind out of the room with that one at the wannabe HOA meeting last night.
I have a max what happened. I'm curious.
New case paid 4.5 per gallon under Joe gas is only a 3.4 right now. Yeah, it can get worse, but a lot of people are falling behind on the price spike.
There's a lot of other prices have been come down.
CS usb geochem its 550 where I live.
Don't tell them it's 650. That's not.
Q to sister patriot 17 accountability for COVID is a must and feels like everyone is forgotten about it. Yeah, I mean, there's just so much going on in the info where it's hard to stand top of this. There's a lot of stories like that. I always say that we need some sort of closure on.
It's definitely one of them.
We need the truth about what actually happened before we can have accountability for it, right.
It needs to be in a widely accepted truth.
John coach, right on the heels of the no Kings, Donald J Trump announces bringing an actual king to the White House. Yeah, that's the next post I was going to share.
Lonnie and I are pleased to announce that their majesty is the king and queen of the night kingdom will visit the United States for a historic visit from April 27th to the 30th, which will include a beautiful banquet dinner at the White House on the evening of April 28th.
This momentous occasion will be even more special this year as we can't memorize the 250th anniversary of our great country like for to spending time with the king whom I greatly respect.
It will be terrific.
What's kind of funny is he posted that four hours ago where I'm at. So that was at 8.21 a.m.
But then right here at 6.11 a.m. he posted this one where he basically shits all over like two hours apart.
One he shits all over the United Kingdom for not like getting their own oil and how we're never going to be there for him and all these things like.
We won't be there to help you anymore just like you won't be there to help us and he falls it up with the king and queen of the United Kingdom her visit and I greatly respect them.
Can't wait. That's just funny. Funny how he does that.
Phil Scarborough the better be some no Kings protest when King Charles visits.
There's a board dividend checks coming I doubt it.
Air Q freedom the other day I paid the lowest price for eggs I've seen in years $1.63 per dozen.
That was pretty cheap.
Let's look at some of the southern news.
Comer has stated that the 2020 census errors may have shifted how seats to Democrats.
How so was I committee chairman James Comer said Monday's committee has received information indicating the United States Census Bureau miscalculated the 2020 census in a way that may have shifted multiple congressional seats away from Republicans.
I don't think this is any new information but this kind of relates to something I wrote about my series so I want to pull that up here in a second.
A comer argued the count relied heavily on estimates during the COVID-19 pandemic instead of full in-person verification claiming this led to over counts in urban democratic areas and under counts in suburban regions that have trended Republican.
He said the alleged errors could have cost Republicans four to five house seats and altered a portion of the outcomes pointing to states like California, New York and Rhode Island as areas he believes should have lost more representation while Texas and Florida should have gained seats.
Comer added the plans to push for reforms ahead of the next census to ensure a more accurate count arguing that even small miscalculations can have major political consequences in a closely divided house.
When it comes to the census stuff, I've always found it interesting and this goes even back to Trump's original executive order back in March, I think it was of 2017 where he first went after the voter fraud situation.
It was the executive order establishing the, here we go, the establishment of the presidential advisory commission on election integrity may of 2017.
It goes after all the laws and rules and practices that are undermining people's confidence in the voting process and proper voter registration and proper voting,
asking about multiple jurisdictions, ineligible individuals on the voter list, multiple ballots, the whole gamut, I mean not the whole gamut, most of the gamut.
And there's so many lawsuits against this that they ended up halting the commission, you were sending the executive order and he transferred all of the data that they did find over to the Department of Homeland Security.
And then later they came out and I think I have it in here where they talk about the census and whatnot.
It's been so long since they wrote this article.
Well, you see if I typed it in here since it's, no, it didn't, maybe it was a different article, but the census information is an interesting one.
And I think we're, didn't they just put out a new ruling about that or new executive order?
Processing.
I don't think there's something else.
Jay White 2020, I want reparations from the IRS for stealing my money my entire life. Don't we all in case wants cheap bacon's.
Spetsl, a few weeks ago, there's talking about aren't algorithms being used in the census. Why anything other than addition used in the census?
Yeah.
I don't, I didn't hear about that, aren't algorithms.
I think you're talking about this.
2020 census disclosure avoidance system top down algorithm.
Sorry, I'm doing a little live day, guys. So, hold the processing.
This is from October.
Republican plan to reform the census, but everyone's privacy at risk. A little known algorithmic process called differential privacy helps keep census data anonymous. It's sort of as one gone.
Trump and the Republican party spent the better part of the president's second term radically reshaping the federal government.
But in recent weeks, the GOP has set its sights on taking another run at an old target, the U.S. Census.
Since the first Trump administration, the right is sought to add a question to the census that captures a response immigration status to exclude non-citizens from the tallies that determine how seats in Congress are distributed.
In 2019, the Supreme Court struck down an attempt by the first Trump administration to add citizenship question to the census, but now a little known algorithmic process called differential privacy created to keep census data from being used to identify individual respondents has become the right's latest focus where it's spoke to six experts. I don't care about the experts.
Census Bureau regularly publishes anonymized data so that policymakers and researchers can use it.
I mean, people are here illegally, like that's what technically a crime right, like they're doing something they're not supposed to do to get into the country in the first place.
I feel like a little check mark box where they answer whether or not they're actually a citizen. I feel like they'd be willing to just check the wrong box there and say that they are.
How many people are going to be telling the truth on that?
If we have a true census, it changes much. All the laundry numbers are based on inflated census numbers. The illegals and the ties government powered a region census is huge, if done right.
But is there a way to even actually do it right without infringing on everybody's like rights? Do you just go and like how do they even do the census? They mostly just go like door to door, don't they? Or they mail you something you're supposed to mail it back?
There's got to be a way and here's the thing about it too is if I if I had to bet money on it, they know the exact count already based on all the spine they do on us already, you know what I mean?
They have access to so much information we can't even fathom it. They know exactly how many people are in this country, legally or illegally.
Anyway, let's keep going here. The Treasury Department has moved to implement whistleblower program with financial incentives, Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has submitted a proposed rule to establish a formal framework for its whistleblower program offering incentives and protections for individuals reporting fraud, sanctions violations and other illicit financial activity.
Post-align procedures for submitting tips and applying for awards with whistleblower is eligible to receive 10 to 30% of monetary penalties collected and enforcement actions by Treasury or the Department of Justice.
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson said the program will reward individuals who provide timely actionable information and is aimed at preventing taxpayer funds from being diverted to criminal activity or foreign threats.
I would like to report the entire federal government in Congress for fraudulently sending our money overseas.
Toronto to open four government run grocery stores and all on New York.
If junk mail was outlawed, I don't think I'd ever get mail now and I'm kind of the same way.
This is pretty interesting.
President Trump says the military building massive complex under White House ballroom.
This is the first I would say acknowledgement of what exactly is or that there is something bigger being done underneath the ballroom.
President Trump said Sunday night that the US military is constructing a massive complex beneath the new White House ballroom, noting the details became public after a stupid lawsuit forced elements of the project into the open.
Let me see if I can find the video of him saying this.
There we go.
That's under construction and we're doing very well so we're ahead of schedule as part of it.
The ballroom essentially becomes a shed for what's being built under the military, including from drones and including from any other thing.
The glass on the windows, you see the big windows.
The glass is extremely thick, it's high, great bulletproof glass.
All of the windows are bulletproof.
I think the times road do some of the windows affect we have no fake windows.
They said they talked about a stairway on the south.
We don't have a stairway on the south.
That was replaced so long time ago.
But this is a view of it from the north and that's if you see it fits in with the White House.
It's almost a twin to the White House.
It's something we just wanted to pay tribute.
So I know we've been speculating about this for a long time and there's been some substacts and YouTubes on this.
We talked about it this on a power hour months ago that there's like a lot of pretty interesting circumstantial evidence that they're building something, you know, not just foundation underneath this thing.
And we had the court filing not long ago where they kind of had to say well for national security reasons we got to get this thing done.
And that was more circumstantial evidence and now Trump's just outright saying is like this is basically just a shed for what's being built underneath what is going to be great, you know.
Yeah, so I wonder what it's going to be.
I don't think we have specific answers.
Obviously something the military is using what they're using for who knows, but maybe someday we'll find out.
Yeah, I thought it was interesting Trump actually discussed that.
We had this Supreme Court has struck down Colorado law banning conversion therapy for LGBTQ minors.
Supreme Court on Tuesday struck down a Colorado law banning conversion therapy for LGBT minors court ruled in favor of a Christian therapist rejecting the state's law that prohibited mental health professionals from trying to change the sexual orientation or gender identity of LGBT minors.
The eight one decision impacts more than 20 other states that have similar laws banning conversion therapy.
The court's majority decision said the law is as applied to talk therapy impermissibly interferes with free speech.
All right, I'm may regard its policy as essential to public health and safety.
Justice Neil Gorsuch in the court court opinion, the first moment stands as a shield against any effort to enforce orthodoxy and thought or speech in this country.
Justice Kintaji Kintaji Brown Jackson was the loan to center reading a lengthy summary of her opposition from the bench.
Colorado's law was adopted in 2019 prohibits any practice or treatment that tries to change a minors gender expressions or to eliminate or reduce sexual romantic attraction or feeling towards individuals at the same sex.
Law has never been enforced, but includes fines up to $5,000 for each violation.
I mean, I am pro free speech, and so I understand what they're doing here. I'm obviously not in favor of conversion therapy or any of that stuff.
I think we have bigger issues to try to resolve people even getting to that point.
Yeah, I do agree with the court's decision here.
The LC plans for the new Trump library. I think I did see that.
Let me pull that up here.
Plans for Trump's Goddy presidential library Miami Spark ridicule.
Video post on social media that picks a rendering of the proposed 50 story. Is that a spell story?
Their Gantron structure decked in gold when you find the video here.
This is a bad ass.
You'll play in there.
Maybe we can do a
guard here.
Hell yeah, we're doing a guard here someday.
This is bright get on it.
Sign by Berman.
Sign by Bermello, a Jamile.

Bermello, a Jamile.
Oh, they're floater based.
Okay, so that's good.
Just compare that to Obamas library.
The difference here is astounding,
but it's a perfect correlation to how good of a present they were.
You need a new law that bands medical meds and surgery for minors. That should be the first focus.
I like that.
Stories and alternative spelling is the same word is only has one sense though.
It is preferred spelling in British English associated with the meaning of a level or floor of the building.
Yeah, what?
I don't like it that way.
You know, we got like ten minutes left. I'm more stories. I want to get through hold on.
Let's see.
I thought this was interesting and I'll explain why let me read a little bit of first though.
Garland is aware of Jack Smith's efforts to pierce legal privileges in pursuing Trump a memo suggests.
What did we what did he know and when did he know it?
That's a question formed by an attorney general Merrick Garland may soon face as the size and scope of the Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith's dragnet to criminally prosecute Donald Trump comes into fuller focus.
Evidence released in the past week by senator judiciary committee chairman Chuck Grassley shows Smith's team prepared a briefing memo.
In January 2023 as the presidential race between then presidential Biden and Trump was heating up which alerted Garland that prosecutors were obtaining the communications of as many as a dozen Trump private lawyers and allies in Congress.
The meadow memo made clear that those gatherings were being done despite legitimate claims the lawyers and members of Congress may have for attorney client and debate and speech clause privileges.
AG briefing document by Smith's office dated January 19 13 2023 provided Garland in his office of deep insights into the anti-Trump special counsel ongoing inquiry as future plans.
Let me find the part of the newly released Smith team briefing document from early 2023 included information about tolls for members of Congress and said that some members of Congress communicate with Trump and his circuits in the lead up to and during events of January 6.
It's unlikely that many of those members will cooperate with their investigation.
And here Smith's team said upcoming notable meetings included one with Biden solicitor general about attempting to break through the former Trump's White House executive privilege assertions and then I want to find the part about attorney client privilege because that to me that's the most interesting part of them trying to do that.
That is what Durham did with Hillary Clinton he was able to pierce that the attorney client privilege because of the use able to prove criminality even though he didn't pursue any actual crimes with any of these fuckers.
But yeah, I thought that was just interesting and I am going to go through that document and see if there's anything notable it's about 30 pages.
But it's out there. I'll share the link for you guys.
What else?
Yeah, we talked about gas price a little bit already gas prices reach $4 a gallon for the first time in U.S. since August of 2022.
I mean, I ran more this Thursday. I'm planning to have a guy on who works in the finance industry.
I'm not even 100% sure what he does in the finance industry yet, but we'll he'll explain.
But he's been texting me on the side a lot of info and his like insights on things that he's seen in his world and he's been pretty spot on with a lot of things.
So he can't put his name or face out there. So it'll be like under a pseudonym and he won't have his camera on.
But I think it'll be it'll be a worthwhile discussion considering everything we're seeing.
It's definitely got a different perspective than what most people are spewing online.
I thought this was interesting because I'm not as high on the tax stuff as everybody else.
But Trump's overtime tax break is a hit. Democrats aren't sure what to do about it.
The new tax destruction on overtime pay is widely popular popular.
According to the Treasury and many Democrats who tested the GOP's 2025 tax could find themselves liking the provision.
His new tax tax station on overtime looks like a hit this filing season.
That's shaping up to be a big challenge for Democrats in the 20 million taxpayer so far have claimed the break internal Treasury data shows.
Publicans created the allowance of Trump campaign pledge as part of their signature tax cuts the president signed into law last July.
It's already more popular than well known provisions like the mortgage interest deduction.
I obviously do not think anybody should be paying taxes because they steal our money.
It's like funny how that works. People like not having to pay as much taxes and obviously government officials when trying to get elected for fake midterms likely come out and support that.
Let's keep going here a couple more stories. I already did that one.
Oh, I thought it was interesting. Annabelle Luna is grifting off the you said corruption and money laundering.
Annabelle Luna and Richard Grinnell stated that you said operates as a fraudulent money laundering scheme involving Ukraine aid funds.
Social media users reacted with demands for arrests.
Is that accountability on asset seizures and investigations into politicians from both parties.
Criticisms targeted Samantha Powell.
Pam Bondy for lack of action.
Oh, this is a big story actually, but it seems it may be a little.
There's a court filing that reveals inconclusive bullet match in the Charlie Kirk murder case and everybody's freaking out on social media over this.
Defense attorneys filed a motion last week in Utah's fourth district court to delay the preliminary hearing by six months, citing the need to review thousands of digital files.
There was a.
The story is saying that Charlie Kirk did not match the bullet did not match the rifle, but again, a little.
Little misleading. This is what canacoa said about it.
It's pretty solid.
ATF ran a tool market analysis on a bullet jacket fragment recovered from Charlie's autopsy results was inconclusive, not no match.
Jack, it was too fragmented to compare, which also partially explains the lack of an exit wound.
The shadow on impact, inconclusive means insufficient evidence to draw any conclusion doesn't mean the bullet did not match the rifle like the headline says.
Also doesn't say it does match it.
So just being fair, defense wants to use inconclusive as a sculpatory evidence, but the prosecution wants to run chemical or molecular analysis comparing the jacket alloy to ammunition recovered with the gun.
Unlike tool market analysis, it doesn't require an intact bullet defense trying to block that testing from happening.
That's the nuance of the real story.
So we shall see what comes of that.
I thought this was I think real polling is dumb.
I think the polymarket stuff is.
I don't know if it's more accurate.
It's certainly not more accurate.
It's just people betting on what they think is going to happen doesn't actually have any.
Real sway on what will happen, but according to polymarket Democrats are now favored to take back the Senate and the House Senate 51% probability the house is 85% in the midterms.
This at least shows that people are willing to bet that this is what the outcome is going to be, which means if it does happen if they do steal enough elections.
The narrative right now out there.
Everybody's going to be apathetic to it.
They're going to be like, oh, yeah, of course, we knew this could happen. Look at the betting markets. Look at all these things.
Look at all these reasons.
When elections are fraudulent.
Let's fix that this shit doesn't matter.
I think that might be.
Maybe all the time I dig it through them all.
Awesome. Five minutes to spare.
Let's do this. Have a wonderful talk a talk of Tuesday.
