So we'll get into that. There's a lot of stories circulating about AI right now, and all the really awesome stuff they're doing, but then also the fact that it's going to destroy us. They're basically setting this up. There's two options. We are either going to use AI

1:00to make everybody immortal. Like we're going to solve all our problems. And I'm not joking when I say that because Elon Musk was doing an interview. I saw this clip yesterday. I don't know how to pull it up, but they were talking about immortality and like extending everybody's lives and all that stuff and the great stuff. See, I do sound congested. Thank you. I sound like I don't know what it is. I don't feel congested. I just feel tired. But it's either immortality or we had three people from Anthropic apparently quit, and they're like, you guys don't understand what we're doing here. We are going to end up. There's like a 10% chance right now that AI is going to end up killing everybody. So we'll get into that a little bit and then talk about, I mean, there's a couple random news stories, diesel prices are at all time high. 8:13wondering what their their pitch is going to be at the midterm convention because keep in mind, I don't think Trump actually cares about winning the midterms. I think that is a sigh up in and of itself. And so if that's true, are they going to lean into some of this messaging that people don't actually feel? Because that's not necessarily a winning strategy. But I don't know we'll see what happens. And let's talk about I think probably the most fun story today, which is new declassified documents from the White House task force, declassified FBI notes expose discrepancies between Flynn interview and official FBI records. This again, the whole point of the declassified push that they're doing here, even though on the White House website, it talks about election integrity. That is, it's almost a, I don't know, red herring because a lot of what they're focusing on is strictly the weaponization of government from the intelligence community, not to say that that

9:17did not interfere in election because it most certainly did. But the election integrity part, it's not like the manipulation of votes and mail-in ballots and stuff. It's all focused on the intelligence community. We have another few documents on it. Two FBI agents, long secret handwritten notes of their 2017 interview with Mike Flynn have been declassified and highlights a fresh discrepancies with the Bureau's official documents that were used to criminally prosecute President Donald Trump's first national security adviser and pressure him to reach a plea deal nearly a decade ago. The notes from former special agents Peter Stroke and Joe Patinka were released Wednesday by the White House government transparency task force at a time when federal prosecutors are ramping up a grand jury investigation into whether the FBI's probe of a Russia collusion amounted to a criminal conspiracy to falsely impune Trump and supporters during the 2016 election and it's after math. You know what, I have a story from yesterday I was going to show you guys. I'm just going to find it now if we have to save it. But it was Solomon on Bannon talking about

That's not really surprise. I did find the document that I was or the video was looking for. You're hitting down and obviously going to be. He's about to tease that there's going to be new documents coming out and this was yesterday. So he's teasing it about the first day of the midterm convention. There's going to be new documents. He may be teasing these Flynn ones. It's hard to tell. That's why I kind of wanted to listen to get in with you guys, see what you think. And to speed it up a hair because it's about a four-in-a-long video. But listen up. And we're so excited that now finally they've woken up to the fact that President Trump is the driver of this movement. And if you want to,

12:33the Democrats are very putting them on the ticket. So you can't run and hide from it. You got to put him in front and center. It takes a lot of these tough districts. However, if you took a, if we took a survey of the War Room audience right now, they would say, hey, look, really what we want is John Solomon up there for an hour on stage talking about the task force. Clicking, no, I'm sure it's clicking live to the White House site, which has amazing information, but not enough people are going there. And right when John Solomon finishes, he tosses the baton to the commander-in-chief and the president walks out. I just don't feel I know the audience feels that we're not getting enough official push in back of the task force and the findings. And part of that is, you know, a national security memorandum about executive work, about the elections and or at least something, not just a messaging discussion about the Save America Act, which is not going to happen. You guys have been doing nothing short of historic work at the task force. John Solomon, why are you not taking an hour to night on opening night on national television to walk through the findings of the task force and then have President Trump come out and give his speech, sir? Well, it didn't work out this way by design, but I believe

13:34on the morning of the start of the convention, we'll have another bombshell to release that shows just how bad the weaponization was. How bad the cheating was to get Donald Trump. The judicial system cheated to try to create criminality where there was none. And I want, I think tomorrow, morning, we'll have a really important and powerful story that actually shocks me that we found certain documents long hidden from the American public. I'm pretty excited about that. Yes, so he's definitely talking about these Flynn notes. Listen, I do think these stories are beginning to resonate. I'm beginning to hear from lots of members of Congress. I'm beginning to hear from lawyers. I think the most important statement, President Trump and his team can make is by bringing an active accountability. I'm not going to be nearly as exciting on the stage of the convention that if something happened down at the grand jury in Florida or if one of Fauci's deputies was brought to justice like the one that was brought a couple weeks ago, more than words, more than information right now, people are craving accountability. And I think President Trump and his team are working on some pretty big things. There are some major cooperating witnesses that have now flipped to the state to working with Joe DeGenevum. That's going to accelerate the ability to bring accountability. And I think what people really want is someone to go to prison or someone to

14:36get handcuffed but on them, there is a significant process going on. On the election front, significant changes to election law been made in just the last few weeks. The mandatory 5% paper ballot audit is unprecedented in the American history. That was just imposed by Mark Wayne Mullin. More to come, I wouldn't be surprised if the Congress Department did something in the next few weeks to further our election integrity ahead of November. And then I think the last piece of the puzzle is as we continue to get more information, as we continue to get more details, the government is beginning to create long-term solutions that prevent the FBI. Should they, another Democrat president come along in the future for being able to be weaponized the way it was under Barack Obama and Joe Biden. And I think that those are the most meaningful things that could happen for the Trump administration. And then the last thing is for President Trump. Remember what he did in 2024? He realized the Democrats had only one message, get Donald Trump. The Democrats still have only one message, maybe two now, because we like socialists and we want to get Donald Trump. He's going to come back with another round of ideas. He wowed the country with no tax on tips, no tax on social security, all the big ideas he put on the table to confront an idealist

15:37Democratic party. I think he's going to open up the fall election with big ideas and big policy solutions that can be delivered. Starting with an idea that JD Vance has been working on to have stay at home mothers make a certain stipend from the United States government. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some new ideas to help young people get into the housing market. But for other 42 years old, which is way too late, Donald Trump's going to turn this election on its head with big ideas in the last 60 days. And all the Democrats are still going to have is we don't like the Trump, we don't like Donald Trump, we want to impeach him, but we do like socialists. There you go. Yeah, so you just talking about these documents, talking a little bit about, you know, what I think they're going to do is unveil, you know, some policy stuff they want to implement to win the midterms. That's just, I don't, I don't like it. Kind of, kind of down to me. But he did say that there's potentially some cooperating witnesses that have now flipped down in the grand drain Florida. I'm curious about that. And if we get any news on it, sounds like he might know something, but obviously didn't give us, give us any insight.

16:38Let's go back to these documents here for a little bit. So you guys all remember like back when, no, I'm just going to read them. We'll talk about it after the contemporaneous notes show differences between what the agents wrote down when they interviewed Flynn on January 24th. That's four days after Trump's inauguration. And what was recorded in the official type summary of the interview, known as the FD302 that was entered into the FBI system more than 20 days later and later used to underpin his prosecution. When was charged in federal court in Washington DC in November with one count of false statement state FBI agents investigating allegations of Russian interference, according to prosecutors Flynn falsely stated and represented to agents that he did not ask the Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions the United States had imposed against Russia for alleged 2016 interference. On December 20th, the same day that Flynn had at least one call with Kislyak, the Obama administration expelled 35 Russian diplomats and authorized the government to respond Russian cyber operations respond to.

17:39Petinkas-Handwritten notes contain a tantalizing notation apparently attributed to Flynn in the interview about his conversation with Kislyak. Hey, don't do anything. Likewise, the FBI summary report stated that Flynn recalled making four or five calls the day that he talked to Russian diplomat from a Christmas vacation spot in the Dominican Republic, but Strokes notes quoted Flynn as saying, if so, don't remember, if so busy place to make phone calls. The Flynn initially plead guilty obviously changes plea. The whole Stroke Lisa page and how they edited the FBI 302, they didn't want to completely rewrite it, which is ridiculous from pardon him. We all knew that. The F302 file records show that Flynn said that he did not remember discussing with Kislyak the expulsion of diplomats and new sanctions, according to the agents when asked whether he asked the Russians to refrain from escalating with their own sanctions. Flynn said to have responded not really, don't remember, it wasn't, don't do anything. But the wording departs from how one of the agents first memorialized Flynn's response in the interview more than 20 days earlier.

18:42According to Petinkas-Handwritten memo, Flynn was asked whether he had any recollection of such a conversation with Kislyak and he replied, not really, I don't remember, hey, don't do anything. So, I mean, we could go into the notes. I could show you these. Here's the original FD302. Still some classified stuff in there. I'm not going to read the whole thing. I can read any of it actually. Then here's the handwritten notes from Petinkas. Here's the handwritten notes from stroke. And honestly, the most interesting part of this is when you scroll down to the very last page on both the notes. And I posted about this. But there's mention of Hope Hicks, John McIntee, Dan Skivino, like Trump's inner circle there, then also Ezra Cohen-Wannick. It's hard to know what it even says. Something known introduced themselves to kids. As we know, General Flynn is the guy who brought Ezra Cohen-Wannick in. Ezra Cohen-Wannick's role. We've talked about this many times.

19:46Pretty big one. Not just throughout the first Trump admin, the hit list squad going after the deep state within the NSC, but also throughout the entire Trump first term as president. He was there with the Rush Kluzahooks. He went over to Jeff Sessions' office as his national security advisor for a little bit. He went to work for Oracle for a little bit. Then he comes back as the Undersecretary Defense for Intelligence. And then later Undersecretary Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict. Lots of interesting things with Ezra Cohen-Wannick. Named to the Public Interest Declassification Board. So I thought it was notable that he was mentioned here. But other than that, like, when we get these declassified documents, there's another Ezra mentioned. To me, this one kind of, it's a little lackluster. I'm not going to say that it's not important, because obviously the FBI, they lied to try to entrap Trump. They've lied many, many times.

20:47That is not new information. This, I don't know. Maybe I'm being too critical. That's definitely a possibility. This doesn't really move the needle on me. We already knew that they were framing Flynn. You know what I mean? What do you guys feel about this? Other than the mention of Ezra, DeCarol 8, I bet the interview was recorded. They think they'll find it in a burn bay. See, I don't know if they record these things, which is crazy to me. Especially like at this day and age, after what we've seen from the Intelligence Community, I feel like that should be a requirement. Ross Shark Live says, notable that the FBI does not allow their interviews to be recorded, and the notes they take are considered true no matter what the person says, so they can make it whatever you want. I believe you believe there's nothing new. I mean, this is criminal. That's

21:53what I would say this is, but I already believe that these people should all be in jail for treason. What I mean when I say this is, if you went to somebody on the street, we can call them the normie. If you go to the normies in your life and you say, hey, did you hear that we got the handwritten notes and apparently Joseph Patinka and Peter Strock, their handwritten notes say that Flynn said, don't do anything, but in the FD302, they actually wrote that he says, I wasn't like, hey, don't do anything. Do you believe it? What do you think they're actually going to respond with? I don't like what are you talking about? Do you don't care? Some of these declassified documents, while I find them actually I love documents, I love going through this stuff. I want stuff that moves the needle, and I just don't think this is that. Yeah, tattoo teacher, they would say, who? Exactly.

Like, hey, we have handwritten notes that these people were colluding about fabricating evidence against Trump, and they were trying to take him down, like, isn't that nuts? It's on paper, intelligence community saying that they were trying to go after a sitting president, isn't that nuts? Who cares about delivery on that? But this is like, hey, did you hear that? What they wrote down in their notes didn't match what they said in their report. I don't know. Something is going on Fort Worth is getting cleared out of illegals. Red hour, by moving the needle, does he mean the firing pin after they are lawfully sentenced for treason? I would love that. Yeah, they would say, huh, but what do you think about the Clancy trial? He actually said one day in the end, why don't we have the judge come in and read it again? And we were like, no, we have it in front of us. We don't need that. And we would highlight it. And, you know, so and so, this is

Trump makes GOP midterm convention about himself, much to the Democrats' delight. The November elections approach and Republicans are gathering for a two-day Trump pollusa. Two nights before Thanksgiving last year, President Donald Trump called House Speaker

28:17Mike Johnson to say Mike got to do a midterm convention, the Speaker recounted at a campaign event last month, faintly impersonating the president. That's not a thing, Johnson recalled, replying. Trump responded, making a thing. The thing comes into being on Wednesday in Dallas, where the Republican Party will throw a two-day Trump-centered pep rally to kick off the peak campaign season. The whole affair is being staged at Trump's instigation and to his specifications. The whole affair is being staged, all right, just for that. The latest expression of the party he remade to revolve around him. Trump, a pollusa, as the R&C chairman calls it, will put the party's chief communicator and his administration's record at the center of the party's cases he fights an unpopular war, presides over an uneven economy and faces historical headwinds to preserving a GOP majority. Originally expected as the events grand finale, Trump has now scheduled to head line the first night and speak again on Thursday. The official involved with the planning said, Trump wanted to set the tone. Vice President JD Vance will anchor the second night, burnishing his image as the hair apparent. The other most buzzed about potential successors, Secretary of State, Marco Ruby, is not scheduled to speak.

29:22Democrats, the president and his advisors, reasoned, would try to turn the midterms into a referendum on Trump with or without his help. The calculation also informed Trump's direction to air ads about himself. We need an allied nonprofit group to spend $1 million on nationwide commercials featuring his face and voice. And I'll stop reading this. But it goes back to what we were talking about Saturday and what we've talked a little bit about last week, where the left and the mainstream media are kind of starting to catch on. It's like, what is Trump doing here? Like, why is he trying to like make this about himself? That's only going to hurt his party right now. Like, what's going on here? The hair apparent. 31:31Okay, let me just go to Twitter and look. I don't even know how to switch this. AI, Anthropic, murders, everybody. Okay, so this is everybody's going nuts about this. Actually, I found it here. Yes. Okay, AI could destroy human race over the next decade. Three Anthropic researchers warned. Three Anthropic researchers are claiming that out of control. AI could destroy humans this decade and the trio aired their concerns on X. Jacob Coxon was an AI researcher with Anthropic before he resigned from the company on Tuesday, citing unacceptable risks that weren't being considered in the race to develop AI. And instead of like staying there and trying to change the ethos of the company and try to like fix things from the inside, he decided to leave and complain about it on Twitter because that'll fix it instead. In the series of posts on X, Coxon claimed there will be there will soon be superhuman systems that can hack anything, revolutionize any field overnight, and acquire real power and resources. People building AI and I honestly believe it could kill us all

32:36by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt he warned. He said while the fears are not aired publicly, the same which he is airing them publicly at the moment, the same people promoting AI express their concerns privately. He said the development of AI continues because it opened AI, one of Anthropics competitors, many have not internalized the civilization stakes. Anthropic alignment science lead Evan Huberger backed up Coxon's claims and added, I believe Anthropic is trying its best, but we do not yet have a plan to solve alignment for superintelligence and are not clearly on track two. Sam and Marks, the Anthropics scalable oversight lead chimed in with AI developers believe their technology could cause human extinction or similarly bad outcomes. This could happen in the next few years. In general, the more senior the employee, the more concerned they are. Marks said AI development continues despite the risks as a result of a mixture of commercial incentives and a belief that they are in a race with each other. None of the researchers provided specifics on how this extinction event would occur.

33:37And then let me pull this up. Life expectancy. I gotta start, I gotta do a better job of like bookmarking things when I find them on Twitter. But here's the clip of Elon Musk talking to, I don't even know who this guy is. So I'm gonna give you two sides of the spectrum here. And you know what? Actually, let's do this even first. Let's go to this old video of Elon Musk, where he's basically like, I don't think AI is gonna kill everybody, but if it does, that at least like to be around to see it happen. I've been at times kind of worried about like, well, you know, this seems like it's somewhat unknowing to have intelligence created that is far greater than our own. And well, let's be bad for good for humanity. It's like I think it'll be good. Most likely it'll be good.

34:41Yeah. But if someone reconciled myself to the fact that even if it wasn't gonna be good, I'd at least like to be alive to see it happen. So isn't that nuts? It's like I think it'll be good. And I don't, it doesn't sound convinced himself. But then he just resolves himself to like, well, but even if it's not good, it'd be quite the spectacle to see it kill everybody. And I'd love to be there to see that happen just ridiculous. But then here he is talking about immortality and how long do you want to live and why people die and using AI to fix that. But well, how long would you want to live? I want to go, other planetary systems, I want to go and explore the universe. Yeah, I mean, I would like to double my lifespan for sure. I'm not sure I wanted to talk about immortality, but at least at least at any 150. One of the worst courses possible would be that you live forever. Maybe you live forever. That would be one of the worst courses you could possibly give anyone.

35:44But I think life's gonna get very interesting. We're gonna speedrun Star Trek is my partner Alex Wiener-Gro says. Speedrunning Star Trek would be cool. Well, at minimum, your kids will have infinite life expectancy if you're talking about escape velocity. If you can double lifespan, it's not even close. You're clearly past longevity escape velocity. The idea of 50 years of AI improvement. Yeah, I mean, I've got too many first to find. So I invite this something by the way that I think it's very, obviously other people think this too, but I've long thought that like longevity or semi immortality is an extremely solvable problem. I don't think it's a particularly hot problem. I mean, when you consider the fact that your body is extremely synchronized in its age, the clock must be incredibly obvious. Nobody has an old left arm and a young right arm. Right. Why is that? What's keeping them all in sync?

36:45Your program today is the way your program to die. And so if you change the program, you will live longer. And we've got species of bohid whale, come to 200 years, the Greenland shark live out 500 years. And when I learned that, I said, why can't they? Why can't we? And I said, it's either a hardware problem or a software problem. And we're going to have the tech to solve that. I do believe that it's this next decade. So the important thing is not to die from something stupid before the solutions come. I invited you to see... In retrospect, the solution to longevity will seem obvious. Yeah, extremely obvious. I think the thing worth working on, Peter is going to work on this anyway, but the thing to work on is exactly what you said. If old ideas don't, calcified old ideas don't just die off, add that to the pile of things we need to think about today. Because our whole host of other reality, I related things we need to think about today. Let me finish on the longevity point one second. I want to invite you again. There's a company called Foundlights. I'll stop it there. But you kind of get what they're doing here. He says that he thinks solving longevity will be a super easy problem with AI.

37:49So we're getting both sides of the argument right now at the same time. You have AI is going to kill us, or AI is going to make us immortal. And I just think that's hilarious. Like both extremes of the same question, right, like, is AI going to be good or bad for us? We're getting both sides right now. And the truth is nobody actually knows. Unless AI has figured out how to time travel. And then maybe some people know. But it's just weird like sia moment. Yesterday we had that whole thing. And I had a great discussion with Matt McDonough on, was that Monday show? When he came on and we talked about AI and love his perspective, love his positive outlook on AI. And as a tool, I use AI quite a bit now. Like it has made things easier for me when it comes to like research. And some of the business side of things, there are some cool things you can do with it. But there is a negative side that shouldn't be ignored.

38:50The reality is, is how much say do we have in it? Like these are super incredibly wealthy people that are in this race to be, to like create the first AI that whatever, artificial intelligence, artificial general intelligence, artificial super intelligence, whatever it is, whatever the ultimate goal that they're going for here. Because whoever gets their first like, game over. So they're all trying to get there. And along this way, like they're like, we can't lose the race to that. But what if this race that we're doing ends up killing us all? Like we maybe we need to slow down and think of the risks. But how do you get these people that are addicted to fiat incentives to stop and question whether their race to reach these fiat incentives are actually going to end up wiping us all out. And I think the average person is completely unaware of like, most of this stuff. Like what I wonder what most like normy people think of when they think of AI.

39:53Like how many people actually get into the weeds of what this stuff can do. There's some great cool awesome stuff. The prospect of that if it destroying us is kind of bonkers. What if what if members of the deep state get control of AI? Like is that not a concern? Nobody stops to talk about like what if it's in that wrong hands? And the way these anthropic people are talking about it's like, look guys, there's people out of the topic that think AI could end up going on to kill everybody. But we're the good guys. We want to do that responsibly, but we have to race to get there before open AI does. Because if open AI gets there first, we're all screwed. It's just that's a weird reason to like, I don't know, just weird.

42:59Rise of tire, it can give humanity longer lifespan and threaten all life at the same time. I don't think those contradict by the way I don't believe it or doubt either claim either. Yeah, I'm like, I have no idea. It's impossible for us to actually conceptualize what the future will look like with AI. They supposedly solved the super complex math problem the other day, or yet this for the day maybe even. And now there's reports that some mathematician was actually using codex to store all of his notes because he was almost there solving it or did solve it. He was getting ready to publish it or something. And they think that the AI like still is notes pretty crazy. Yeah, we have no way of actually conceptualizing what things will look like in the future with AI because it is, you look historically and the way society has changed the industrial revolution and like as we become more technological and things just start progressively getting getting better and technology progressively gets better. Like we're at that point as as Matt McDonough called it the singularity almost where

44:03this is this is that moment where we won't even be able to understand what things will look like in even five years or 10 years because of what AI can do and how it can do things like I don't know it's just it's such an interesting time to be alive for so many reasons. Even if one of those reasons is to watch AI kill us all shortly. If growth is measured in exponential value the tipping point is right around the corner exactly. To have to teach your wind surprise me AI is about to bring faster and efficient so cheating is a good way to do that. New case I have a lot to say on this topic let's hear it. So why aren't they coming out against AI if AI threatens to disrupt their entire business model by curing things and then you can say the same about the oil industry. If AI can like cure cancer and we already have rumors of people out there creating free energy devices doesn't it make sense that like AI could probably be the ones to figure out and solve the free energy problem and if that's true why isn't the oil industry going after AI and trying to prevent this stuff maybe they aren't I'm just not aware of it but it doesn't seem like there's many there's much pushback against the AI industry when if they're right about what it's
