The End of Outsourced Judgment: Why Your AI Strategy is Scaling Confusion

Most organizations think their AI strategy is about adoption: licenses, prompts, champions. They’re wrong. The real failure is simpler and more dangerous—outsourcing judgment to a probabilistic system and calling it productivity. Copilot isn’t a faster spreadsheet or deterministic software. It’s a cognition engine that produces plausible language at scale. This episode explains why treating cognition like a tool creates an open loop where confusion scales faster than capability—and why collaboration, not automation, is the only sustainable model.
