Listen to the Renee Stubbs tennis podcast on the I Heart Radio app Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. Somebody asked me this question, what's the first luxury I should cut it in my route to become a millionaire? I always go viral with these kind of takes. I could do the Yada don't don't you shouldn't even have a woman to you make your first move. I'm not going to wake in wicking in part two Wednesday. I'm out in your queen 5,000 right now.

If you're serious, if you really serious in your queen 5,000 right now in the cash out. You really love it? Do you? A number spiked up real quick. Roshad, in your opinion, what is the first thing that I appreciate? I'm not sure. No, no, no, no. I'm sure. Here we shot. Fluck, you want to do flex emotion? Oh, man. The first thing, car note for sure. Man, these car notes is so crazy. And it's one of these things that you get trapped in. Three years on the lease, seven years on the purchase. Save your money. Seven years. Seven years. So you say it's in 10 years now. And it's a depreciate. And it's depreciating. It's a depreciating asset. Cars don't hold values. Some cars do, but most cars don't hold value. And it doesn't really change anything like I have, I have not seen somebody's life drastically increased because of a car.

Now, granted, we do live in a place where cars mean less. New York is not like a driving place. I know cars mean a lot in Miami. Yeah. Cars mean a lot in LA Atlanta, Atlanta, Houston Atlanta. But yeah. And I have heard stories that I got into an opportunity because of car. I just never seen I personally can't. This rare. I've never seen I personally what my own eyes have never seen somebody get an opportunity because of course you go to the Porsche club. And as a result, you got a $6 million deal. I haven't seen it. It's rare. I haven't seen it. So I would say that's the first luxury that you should cut. I know million is that drive volvos. Man, Volkswagen's. Now Volkswagen is the millionaire car. That's a lot more than that. That's the biggest. Yes, that's the most. That's the most.

That's the most. That's the most. That's the most. That's the most. That's the most. That's not a fact. When I was a financial advisor, let me tell you something. When I was a financial advisor, my first, my first, no, it's a hundred percent of fact. When I was a financial advisor, my first office that I worked then was Park Avenue. And in Park Avenue, I was one of the only black people there. And they was all, it was like Italian, Jewish. Man, the number one guy in the annuities, the number one guy, this guy was making millions of dollars every single year. And he drove a 15 year old Volvo. And everybody that I saw, they all had the same car. They all had Volkswagen's and Volvo. It's like the V's. Volkswagen, Volvo, every now and then you might see an X3 BMW. Like every now and then I saw no phantoms. I saw no Lamborghini's.

But it's not a Volvo though. I'm telling you, when I'm telling you, if you ever read them high, how's it going to say, if you ever read the million in that dirty, it was like the average millionaire, most millionaires, they're either by like a Toyota Camry or they're buying a Honda Accord or something in that ring. That was 30 years ago. Well, I'm just saying, like in that book, that's what, and if you look at studies, now it's still in that range, people are still buying relative. I understand Honda Accord in a minute. But the number one car that they used to buy, this is like 10 years ago, was a Nissan Ultima, which is crazy. Same class. Same class. But I'm not, that's a car. That car actually, they don't even make it anymore. They actually stopped production. Like, I think this year or last year, they stopped production of it. But you don't even see that car anywhere. But that's, I mean, it talks about being frugal, living way below your means and not wanting to have attention. Well, this is also just a practical car and it's just like, you know, people don't really got swag. Now, am I going to drive a Volkswagen? No, I'm not. But I'm just giving you, I'm giving you the real, the camera, I'm giving you the real situation.

You don't get the camera? Absolutely not. But I'm also not getting a Ferrari either. Yeah, that's the other part. Okay, and that goes to my point. Any luxury spending or any vacations until you hit the millie. That would have been mine. You should put away. Because the desire for the, and like once again, it's been brought up. Yeah, you don't spend that much. It takes a lot of discipline to be like, to be a grown man and everything that you wanted to buy as a kid, you can buy it. And then you realize sometimes being able to buy it is the goal. Knowing that you can get it, but I know a few people and I have them and I've got a few friends who got the every Ferrari and the special one is one to 26 May. And two years in you like, was it really worth 536? That's a ticket, bro. Yeah, I was going to say it's a really worth 400. No, it wasn't. I think you kind of summarized the, the both of the things you said travel and luxury expenditures.

Travel, it, it, luxury traveling is, I mean, that could be extremely costly. I think that is one of those ones for sure that I'm like, on the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose option B. I'm Julie Beniero and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smile good, that's not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up to a new version of yourself. So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to Solita on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Didn't catch the latest Roland Martin unfiltered podcast? Here's what you missed. And the argument is, do you want to win? If you don't win, you have no power. It's real. Those are the very people who I always say vote against their own economic interests and they complained about the very thing they were seeing. I knew that the issue of transgender athletes was not going well with a lot of black men. Roland Martin unfiltered. I went off, I said, this is exactly what I'm talking about. Y'all go scream at Chanel, but you don't want to see a black luxury company in the same bag. Catch Roland Martin's daily commentary on the black information network. 12 seats. Those are moving south. So if you Democrats, you don't wait to 2030, you better be hitting the ground going hard in the south now. And download Roland Martin unfiltered on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts. Or wherever you get your podcasts.

Hey, it's Bobby Beans. Join me and former NFL quarterback Matt Castle every Wednesday. On our podcast, lots to say with me, Bobby Beans and Matt Castle. We also bring in friends, they're mostly match friends who are current or former NFL players. Some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. And then we have some really great conversations that can pretty much go anywhere. The great. Pac-Man Jones. After the game of the whole national task force for police officers was at the stadium. Like, hey, buddy, yeah, you out of... come on. And one of my favorite segments we do is called situational awareness. Where Bobby and I give each other real life situations and figure out what we'd actually do. You're in training camp and the rookie quarterback has one good throwing session in front of the media. Suddenly, everybody online says he should start over you week one. How do you handle this? You just go back out to practice the next day and wait for him to mess up. Listen to lots to say with Bobby Beans and Matt Castle on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, everyone, I'm Mike Yav.

And I'm Trevor Sikama. And together, we host the NFL Fantasy Football Show. Fantasy season is upon us. Are you ready to dominate your league? Injury updates that you'll need before kickoff. The best starts and sits across every position. And matchups, you can exploit to destroy your leaguemates. You know, we're talking sleepers, breakout stars, and the guys you cannot afford to bench. From rookies on the rise to long time star still at it, we cover it all. Whether you're a first-time player or a grizzled, vex chasing another championship, we give you the advantage and the confidence you need to make every move count. Weekly analysis, hot takes, and unique insider knowledge all in one place. Does fantasy dominance sound appealing to you? Listen to the NFL Fantasy Football Show on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, it's Alec Baldwin. This season on my podcast, here's the thing I'm speaking with more artists,

policymakers, and performers like actor Stephen Root. I think for me to be any good or for any character actor to be any good, you've got to put enough of yourself and your empathy for people in it. I'm a people-watcher. You see that guy going down the street, though? Yeah, I can use that. Open igloo co-founder, Alia Muhammad. I love staying on top of what is going on in our city, what is going on in city politics, what is on renters minds, and taking all of that knowledge to build a platform that hopefully is going to make New York City better in the long run. And actress and singer Melissa Eroko. Partnership took on a whole other meaning when I started making my own work. It's like you with a great actress or actor. It was best to come out of your trailer full of life and just face another person who's full of life and don't talk. Listen to Here's the thing on the iHeartRadio app Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. I don't, you don't have to do that. Would you like to do that? Yeah.

Other cheaper ways than to have luxury vacations. And I'm saying like you find a family, you're doing first class, you're renting out the Airbnb, you get it. Like that's that adds up like those luxuries that we don't need it. It could be like, hey, I'm just going, I'm going to travel. I'm going to drive down to a place right cut costs like do that instead. But having frivolous spending, whether it's cars or swatches. Trust me. Yeah, it adds up. You're all 40, 50 grand for watches. And then the girl that you on the day wear don't even know what it is. I'll say this because you don't like to speak to the average person because the average person is not buying a rose white. So Lamborghini. But the average person is spending a lot of luxury goods. We saw it in person. That's what I forget. They're not buying. They're not buying a Rolex. But they are these clothes is becoming. It's insane, bro. Melincey August is like Nike's. People are spending a lot of money on clothes, especially for the kids.

In middle school, middle school, in high school, men and women. It's like, it's like, do is a bio fake chain. Because when I said I can't trust anybody with fake jury, I got crucifix. They wear fake clothes though. Well, a lot of them is wearing fake clothes. Fake clothes like what brand? They are part castes who got the four Louis V. I see in the Chrome hard jeans for $15,000, $30,000. Do's is not paying $30,000 for Chrome hard jeans. They're not wearing people in the front. Even the front chrome is not cheap. I'm saying they wear fake stuff regardless. But it is what it is. Even that, like, nobody at a certain level, what you have on doesn't really mean the character the person you are. And why never means the character the person, but just build that. Or your accident in business. Invest in that. I mean, you got to get the girl first. Let's be honest. So do what you got to do to get the girl. Once you get the girl, get you know, get your fears and what a

little bit of your fear. You're not going to be the first to your money right? It's your money. Yes, you are. Or they're going to spend $60,000 on a land. I'm a realist. I'm a realist. The average dude is not eating peanut butter and jelly, sleep on the floor. Look, you want to go out Friday night? You want to enjoy it? Look, listen, this is not big streamers. Listen, I'm not here to talk to the average. I'm here to talk to a lead. And then they're going to come back in two years and be like, well, I fucked up my back. You're going to spend $50 on a land, dweller and your girls or sea dweller. See, I'm not talking to the average. If your average, tune out. It's a whole bunch of fake motherfuckers y'all can go listen to. I'm not here for that this year. You know, my brother, Darryl Falco said, you're going to lose money chasing women. You'll never lose women chasing money. It doesn't work the other way around. Men are never going to stop chasing women. So let's not, I'm a realist. But even the chase is wrong. We're talking about the ones there. Get your back. Get your fears and other. But Rashad, I'll be remiss. My apologies for cutting you off my brother. Go ahead, floor your. Appreciate you.

Thank you. But everything in moderation. If you want to do it, if you're going to do it, do it, do it in moderation. Moderation. They're not doing it in the moderate. And it's the part, I'm going to be part of the reason why y'all don't get rid of just as fast as y'all want to. Cuz y'all won't sacrifice nothing. You want the best of both worlds. You want to live scammer, lifestyle, and then come here on Monday. And be like, yo, what's the investment factor the week? Sit your ass in the house for two years and sacrifice. Yes, you delivered. See, though, it's crazy, bro. Bro, on the front of the boat. That's crazy, bro. Okay. Now, now you're stuck. What you going to do? Yo, I need some advice. My dobi call his underwater. Your girl was underwater. What quality I'm today. Now, I'm going to go fuck you. You get 3,000 percent. I'm not sure what you want you. What you going to do, my boy? Wrap it up. Since we the villains now, I'm good with it. I'm good. I was good when I came when you got the paper, though, optionality.

But what you're not saying. You're not saying me and me go me a man. I'm just, I'm just a observer. That's it. That's cool. But everything, everything in moderate. I'm an extremist. So I, I, I am one, I'm what you in. I'm with it. Lock yourself in the end of closet and cut the lights off and go, don't go outside for six months. I'm, I asked my vibe, but I'm just saying I just know that you got it, you know, you got it. Ease people into this way of thinking. It's a new way. You be good guy and I be villain this week. You know, that's my original bag, bang. I'm, I'm with it. But if you don't sacrifice to be a lit lock head, let's talk about the Katie thing. Katie, Katie been locked in on the investment for a long time, too. How do you guys back? But here's the, here's the thing, too, before we leave this topic, the, the, the number one thing you should cut.

It is a, is a bad relationship because that's what, that's going to drain you emotionally financially. And that's going to stunt your growth more, more than cars, more than jury, more than, more than a home. A bad relationship is going to stunt your growth more than anything else in the world. And that's something that you need to figure out sooner than later. And also a positive relationship could help your growth more than anything in the world as well. So relationships and not just platonic relationships as well, who your friends are, who your mentoring, who you around, like, you're saying that those are luxuries? I don't know what you call. I'm saying that that's a cut. That's the cut. That's on the cut. Where you said like whatever the cut, if you're going to cut the watches, if you're going to cut going out, you're going to cut by a bomb. No, I'm just cutting relationships with everything. Cut your boyfriend, cut your girlfriend.
