But then like, what about the next 10 to 12 teams? I'd like to see the Cowboys be there and

they're not. They're still like the 20s in terms of money spent. But you know, they have two first

run draft picks and maybe that's where part of this goes. So what I wanted to do and maybe later

in the week or next week we'll look at number 20, but right here they have picked 12. So like,

what can you really get when you have the 12th pick in the draft? Now a quick history lesson

been I want to take you back to the year 1987. What were you doing in 1987? I was, I was a junior

in high school. Did Danny Noonan do anything for you? Yeah. Wait, no, I was a sophomore in high school.

Would you have cared about the Cowboys that much at that age and Danny Noonan? Yeah, Danny Noonan

was a defensive tackle, right? That was the 1987 12th pick. Okay. Uh, the 1991 number 12 pick

was Alvin Harper. Okay. He was great. That ended up being kind of fun. Awesome. Number two

receiver. Uh, your friend Warren Sap 1995. Yeah. The number 12 pick. Make sure to tell him good

Because that's something he's been known to not do. There's a good note for any of our

prostitutes listening. Okay. Now let's go on. I'm going to mention this guy because we had him on

the show one time, maybe two 2005 Sean Merriman, the linebacker of the Chargers who I don't know.

They should go do a reality show. Yep. Okay. Now let's work backwards now. Last year,

the number 12 pick in the NFL draft was Tyler Booker of the Dallas Cowboys. Great pick.

It would be a great pick. A safe pick because I think he's the type of guy who could have gone at

pick 19 or a little bit later. So to take him there, but they needed it. Zach Martin retired.

You got to get started on rebuilding the off the line. I like, I like taking it. If you,

like the year they got Micah, didn't they trade back? I like the idea, especially when you're kind

of depleted or on your roster and don't have a ton of picks, uh, trading back. If you,

if they like, if you get to 12 and there's the, there's like two or three guys that you want.

If you can trade back to like 16 or 18 or something and still get and just get a little extra

value, I think that's what they need to do just because they're so deprived. Yeah. And they 12,

20 and then their next pick is in the third round at pick 92. Yeah. So 72 players will go before

you get to pick again. Um, 24 was bow nicks of the Broncos. Uh, 20, 23, Jamir Gibbs of the

Lions. Okay, both great. Mike really. Yeah. 20, 22, Jamison Williams of the Lions, 2021,

Micah Parsons. And the cat was worth the nine pick and they wanted a corner back. We thought

both corners that they wanted go. And then they trade back somehow and they ended up in my

2020's Henry Ruggs. Do you remember the note on him? No. Henry Ruggs was the Alabama wide

receiver who was in Vegas, got a little hammered and was driving like 140 miles per hour

and they hit someone and killed him. Oh, yeah. He was a raider, right? Yeah. You can still go

picking him up and fantasy league. So, but he is prison. Yes. And his, his, uh, what's he doing?

I think he gets out there. I don't think he's, I don't think he's put away for life or anything

like that. Would you take a chance on him if he gets out of prison and he still has any,

NFL left in him? Probably not. Why? Because I feel like you don't believe in it. I mean,

how much, how many routes has he been running in jail? I mean, didn't you see that the movie with

Adam Sandler? Yeah. And Bert Reynolds. Long as you always, they have football league, dude.

I'm a big fan of the first one. There's a second one. Yeah. Adam Sandler was actually redo

of the 50s or something. Yeah. Black and white. Uh, yeah, I did see that. And at the time,

liked it. And now, no, then when it comes on, it's not very good. Yeah. Not good. The playmakers

in it, though, playmakers in it. Nope. Uh, Oscar. Yeah. Have one said Henry Ruggs,

like a really nice guy, though. So I don't know. Maybe, maybe yeah. I don't know. 2019,

number 12 pick in the draft. The Packers take Rashon Gary. Uh, so you will have three. And if

you keep your pick this year, four out of the last seven, number 12 picks will be on your team.

That's weird. Isn't that crazy? That's a weird stuff. That that rigged seven organization doing

weird stuff. Uh, but you can get good players. So I think, uh, I feel okay about it. We didn't

solve anything, but it's fun to look at. Yeah. Thank you, Jerry. Uh, it is fun to look at. All right,

inevitable is heading your way. You're going to have to replace it. And man, I've just found them

to be so incredibly easy to work with. I just trust them. And that goes so far because in that

business, there's some shadiness. There are companies who, when they send the technician to your

house, they're like, yeah, you need a new air conditioning system. They're like, oh, guess what?

I just, I just found out our salesperson's right down the street. They're probably just sitting

in their car, eating fast food, waiting for the signal to come in and try to sell you something.
