We'll talk about the Frankles, but right now it's time for this.
Are you excited?
It's time for business weekday of day featuring veteran news anchor Katie Von Tweets.

Okay.
Deal.
Deal.
Okay.
There's an outlet called moving place and they do this thing every month where they release
like they track zip codes where people are moving to.
It's kind of like a real estate type publication.
And they released the March edition of the hottest zip codes in America.
And one North Texas zip code came up.
This was the number two zip code in the entire United States that people are moving to.
And it is Crandall Texas.
Whoa.
Are you really?
What?
Good for Crandall.
You're seeing this hometown.
Look at this.
They're averaging 11 moves per capita.
They've been in the top 10 for the last three months.
So this town of 7,600 people is about to be 10,000 plus.
Yeah.
They were a 3a when I graduated, which was 2008.
So they're going to be a foray.
I would say bigger than that by now, right?
Is that the year you turned 18?
Yes.
Key word here is per capita.
Sure.
Yeah.
But the growth.
Yeah.
Growth is real when it grows.
Crandalls are grower.
They used to be a showered out to grower.
If you were, if somebody's listening to this, they're like, how about that Crandall?
Maybe I should move out there.
Why don't we give you an opportunity to tell everyone what all Crandall has to offer?
I mean, they have a great sports program.
I know our basketball team was very good back in the day.
Football team, not so much.
But they tried.
They tried their best.
That doesn't matter.
That was back in the day.
Just back in the day.
Yeah.
And this is way back in the day.
Yeah.
He's selling the high school.
They have a golf course.
What do you want me to do?
I want the high school there.
That's all I know.
And it was the quarterback who was after her.
Yes.
And it's such a lackluster football program.
She had no interest in.
No.
Hey, let me just sell it for a real.
No, I want to sell it for.
Hey, man.
Why are you selling it for me?
I mean, go there.
She's a woman.
Let her have her.
Do her own thoughts.
Have you even been to Crandall?
Hey, the median home price is $255,000.
That's why.
Here's, no, here's the number one reason you should go there.
Our family loved it so much that Eugene and Velma recently moved from Crandall.
They're like, no, we're good.
And that's no, they're trying to get away from all the people flocking.
It's exactly why they moved because there's too many people there.
Were they, were they allowed to keep their pygmy goats there?
They didn't have them in Crandall, but they have them now.
They have them now.
They have them now.
So you don't know that.
All right, information point.
$255,000.
The median home price.
I saw the article with Crandall in it and I perked up where people sent me to you
and stuff.
But I haven't, I don't really get on social media much.
So, you know, there's a, there's a Dallas component real quick to this.
Uh, what's the neighborhood in town where Gen Z is moving to the most?
Because, you know, people get older.
They want to get out of the suburbs at Gen Z.
I'm gonna, I'm gonna say uptown probably right uptown is the answer.
75204 is the zip code.
But there is a zip code that has one of the biggest exodus from Gen Z,
where Gen Z is leaving downtown, like would that be downtown?
I don't know what, what DFW town would that be?
Oh, where, where Gen Z leaving?
What is the age of Gen Z?
Well, in this one, they used 2000 to 2020.
Probably copped.
It's really, honestly, really Gen Z is 97 to 13.
But they're just using 2000 to just, it's not copped out.
It's 75013.
Oh, Alan.
Alan.
Let's go.
So young people are moving out of Alan.
Because there's a lot of people there.
So they're moving out.
I think they finally have enough money to move out of their parents home.
All right, that's it.
All right, there you have it.
There's a weekly, weekly update coming up next in the big finish.
Where are you going to take this, Katie?
The top 12 foods that Americans hate the most.
Can you guess them?
