Inspiring program, The I in Us with Nyx, brings to the JOY airwaves another truly spectacular and informative episode.

Tonight our fabulous co-hosts, Paul and Cody, welcome special guest, Nyx(they/them) to the program.   Nyx, from Nyx and Nightmakers, is a Melbourne-based intersex music producer.  They describe their music and performances as an “eclectic range from hard-core to Electronic Dance Music(EDM), with a bit of Reggae.”  They discuss with Paul and Cody how this music “explores the inner workings of one born both male and female, like the Angels.” On tonight’s intriguing episode Paul, Cody and Nyx unravel Nyx’s experiences as an intersex person and what informs and inspires their music.  The three songs Nyx, Paul and Cody discuss in The I in Us are, in order of play:  Red Flags, It’s My Fault and Avarice.
