To decide how to best protect your right to vote that I was there for it. And therefore you were there for it. You're going to be seeing some amazing content over the next day or so. As I interview the Attorney General from places like Virginia,

3:05and Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota, California, and Washington State, and everything in between. And they've got a lot of cases. I don't know if you've heard. If you follow legal AF, you'll have heard this. It's a lot of cases up the United States Supreme Court that have to do with voting and maps. I mean, right now, I mean, as we're live and we are live, if you want to test it, put a question in tonight's chat. My team will send it over to me, and I'll answer it like proof of life. So you know, it's really me and it's really live. There are things going on like as I was coming on the air in the last 20 minutes after I, well, I had a cocktail first with a Democratic Attorney General. But now I'm on the air. Confusing things, confounding things, things that don't make any sense. Like a Supreme Court Justice like Kavanaugh saying that Missouri should use the 2022 Congressional map,

4:11which would add one or two more Democratic seats into the House at the midterms. Well, minutes later, a federal judge in Missouri, I mean, his boss is Kavanaugh, where all that they should use the 2026 map. That's where we are as of 805 on Tuesday night. We've got a federal judge who's a Trump appointee saying, use the 2025 map, get rid of all the Democrats. Well, the Supreme Court says, no, use the 2022 map and add one or two more Democratic seats. That's how top seat, turkey upside down the world is right now. If I mentioned that before, but I'm on a natural high. Didn't land in Detroit until 2 a.m. Yes, today. I guess 2 a.m. today. Didn't get to bed till about 330. And that it's been running and gun and ever since.

5:11Why? Because we have to. Because we have no choice. Because a rule of law and your vote doesn't take a vacation or a holiday. We can't take a vacation or a holiday. We got to stand together, knit it together, vibrating together. 56 or whatever days left until the midterms. I got to worry about the United States Supreme Court competing with a local federal judge over which map is going to be used. I got to worry about briefs that are being filed tomorrow Wednesday at 4 p.m. Bert Katanjee Brown Jackson about your and my and 50 million others like us and are right to vote by mail. Yeah. I got. So if I got to worry about it. So do you. And so here we are. And again, for those legal a efforts and intersectionists that are Detroit people that are Michigan people, Michigan genders.

6:12Let me know where I should go and have a steak tonight. We should have a poll where what old school bar should Pope ox said at tonight to have a steak before he returns to his family tomorrow. Let's speaking of things you shouldn't have to worry about. Why is there a midterm convention for a party that's going down the drain. Only Donald Trump will throw a party for himself when his poll numbers are circling the drain of history. And he's looking at looks like it's going to be a sea change, shallacking of an election come the midterms. I don't know if it's 230 seats for the Democrats. I don't know if it's 240 seats. They only need 218 to govern and to elect the speaker of the house and take the gavils of all the committees and get the subpoena power. So whether we pick up a seat or two of Missouri, maybe just gilding the lily at that point. And during all of this when even the Senate now is in jeopardy for the Republicans, yes.

7:15Beginning of the summer, you know me, I don't blow smoke or sunshine. I was like, said it's going to be tough. Got to pick out a flip three seats, three seats. I think we can flip more than that. Donald Trump seems to be running against his own Republican senators and all that all that gloting that he did. I have the best record of the primaries. Oh, all he did was drag his party so far to the right that the candidates that were elected in the primaries are less electoral, electable, sorry, electable in the general election. Then the people that he defeated, Tom Tillis would still be in the Senate. He'd be given Roy Cooper a run for his money in North Carolina. He's gone. And Trump's like the guy or the athlete that celebrates and cuts down the nets. And after basketball practice. Woo. I'm taking the ball home.

8:15Look at me cutting down the nets. Yeah, the game's tomorrow idiot. So you don't win on the primaries. You win in the general election. So Donald, I don't know if you've heard, but that Trump's holding his whole is holding right now in Dallas. I don't like to go to Dallas. He's holding an elect convention in Dallas and guess who the headliners are. Donald Trump. Donald Trump Jr. Because if you like Donald Trump, three helpings of something named Donald Trump is more to your liking. Two nights of Donald Trump, one night of Don Jr. And why do we include. I love my, I love when my editor is trying to keep up with me. And one healthy dose of Todd Blanch. Sure, he's the independent attorney general not so independent. It's going to show up at a political rally. And violate the hatch act. Why not. I'm no different than the Treasury secretary. I don't know if I'm imitating him or I'm doing my version of bed, my cellist.

9:18I don't know what I'm doing. I mentioned I'm high. High on life right now. So why are they showing up. Carolyn Levitt. Freshly off of quitting the administration is back. A bunch of, a bunch of candidates, not the ones that are in, in really tough races, competitive races, but they could lose the other ones are going to show up. And we're going to be shooting off confetti cannons, everybody who ray. For party, patting itself on the back. We're going down the drain historically with abysmal ratings and poll numbers. Only Donald Trump could come up with that because he's not in the, I want to help Americans business. He's not in the, I want to lower your gas prices business. He's not in the, I want to lower your food prices and your health care and your ability to have a dignified life business. He's in the legacy business. He's in the self and granddysme business. He's in the, that's super glue. A lot of gold in, I'm not making this up around the White House, put my name everywhere,

10:21I've built an arch 250 feet in the sky. How's that going to have you pay for your health care, pay for your loved ones, have assisted living, pay for your children to go to school and have clothes. No, it's not going to do any of those things. And while he's doing all of that, he's getting punched in the balls or at least the gut by the Canadians. Yes, the Canadians are kicking him right where Donald Trump lives right in the midterm elections. Because all those states in the Midwest like Michigan in Ohio and Illinois, you know who their number one trading partner is? Canada. Yes, billions of dollars. And their state economy has now gone up and smoked. In Canada, in Canada loves it and they should because while there's strengthening their country and rallying around their prime minister, they're showing Donald Trump who's boss along the 5,000 mile border

11:26in the United States, everybody. It's Canada. If anybody thought that Canada was going to wake up and blink, ooh, he trolled us. Oh, we had a meme where he's hanging out with George Washington. Oh, maybe we shouldn't do the counter tariffs. F that. I didn't know that docksons had elbows, but elbows up for Canada. Anybody know what I'm talking about? Scott Besson giving a such a heartwarming story about walking his dogs. Well, well, a Lara Trump, you know, I have a German shepherd. Well, of course you do. Nothing against German Shepherd's, by the way. It's just the imagery of this tall Aryan. By the way, member of the LGBTQ plus community. I don't want to out Scott Besson, but he is gay and married to a man. You wouldn't know it by the way he talks in terms of, you know, undermining civil liberties and civil rights for other people.

12:27But Scott Besson, oh, I had a German shepherd once and there was a very cute little dockson in the dog park. And he used to yip at my German shepherd, comparing that to Canada. Oh, fuck off. That's my new favorite phrase. I feel good when I say it too. So I commend it to you as well. So the Midwest. This is why the Senate race is up is so moving toward the democratic. Democratic victory at the start of the summer. Three states were in play. North Carolina made a no aisle now it's six. At Texas and Iowa at Alaska. And the Canadian fight is ripping away votes. You think Donald Trump is making any new Republican votes by the minute by his fight with Canada and destroying the economies of Michigan, Ohio. And the United Kentucky thinks so they're not.

13:27You think Maine, where Susan Collins is barely treading water. You think she likes and the voters of Maine like tariffs, they don't. So when you do the tariffs and you do the Canada fight and you do immigration, you don't make any new Republican voters. You don't make any new mega voters. And when you make the election a referendum on you because of your ego, then the typical non-maga Republican can't win. There's no oxygen in the room for that kind of person, which is why now with six races looking like they're not only toss up but going towards Democrats. Now the hope of getting the Senate along with the House is a reality. And you give me the house. What did I say at the beginning of this administration within hours of Kabul hours has lost. Give me the house. Give me the Senate and I'll give you impeachment and I'll give you convictions. You don't like what Todd Blanche does. Give me the house and give me the Senate.

14:27You don't like Kash Patel. Give me the house. You can say it with me. Give me the house and give me the Senate. You don't like Mark Wayne Mullin and Homeland Security or Pete Hegseth and the Department of Defense, a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can't even believe I have to say these words. And the head public health official. Give me the house and give me the Senate. If you didn't have motivation to go and vote early, mail in, absentee, drop box, election day, just not late. And only do it once. If you didn't have a motivation to do it before, then you're sleeping under a rock. You got to be fired up. I'm in Detroit, as I said at the top of this intersection podcast, interviewing the Democratic Attorney's General, one by one, and in battles. And Kwame Raul, who's the Attorney General for the great state of Illinois, home, ancestral home, a Barack Obama and Abraham Lincoln.

15:28He said he's a basketball player, playing high school, playing college, still plays. And he said, you know what? I play harder. I play better when I get fouled, when I get an elbow when somebody plays outside of the rules. Because that focuses my mind, concentrates my mind. And that's where the non-maga voter needs to be right now, concentrated, focused. I don't care what you have to do, what barrier you have to go through, how early you got to get up in the morning, how many times you got to go make sure your ballot is confirmed to be received. That's how important things are. So, Senate is in play. No, no. The Republicans are in dire straits when it comes to the Senate because it looks like Donald Trump is campaigning against Republicans in the Senate. It's so bad that the Wall Street Journal controlled by Rupert Murdoch who runs Fox News came out against Donald Trump today in the editorial board page about Donald Trump killing the Senate chances, just like he did in 2020 when he tried to go up against John Ossoff and Senator Reverend Warnoch in Georgia.

16:42And we'll have that work out, not well. He suppressed the vote of Republicans. He energized the vote of Democrats. And we now have John Ossoff and John Ossoff is kicking ass in Georgia against the Republican there who's running a terrible campaign is already down by 10 points. You know, the states where we're looking good above the margin of error of error Alaska Ohio even Texas Iowa main Kansas and Nebraska, I think are in the running to for the Senate. Let's take Donald Trump's response. You know, I don't know what Natalie, Natalie Hart must have had a bad Labor Day weekend. I don't know if she broke up with her boyfriend or relationship, something happened because she issued under Donald Trump's name 47 different crazy postings. A Donald Trump destroying the earth. Oh, yeah, Donald Trump partying with George Washington.

17:45The Donald Trump renaming the world. My favorite response coming on the air today was South Park in honor of the corporate courage of Apple and Paramount. They decided for this year to rename the show from South Park to South America. I like that. So in honor of the honor of South America and South Park. I'm going to rename legal a F legal America. We're going to be legal America for a while. Why not? That's going to I's ring to it. God, are you kidding me? And then this convention that I let off this podcast with this today F fest giant you know what session among people named Donald Trump. And my favorite part of the storytelling is that if you go on one of the official websites or you try to get you can do it now. One of the official websites for the convention, the national mid mid term convention.

18:54It leads you to a website about the Epstein files. And Donald Trump's connections to them. Pretty good. Pretty good for pretty good. Pretty good hackers there, which is when you say, so you go and I want to learn more about the convention. Who's going to be the speakers? I wonder. Come over here Molly. I don't know what voice I'm doing. Come over here Molly. I'm going to go. I'm going to go tap this into my computer. Hold on. Epstein files. Yeah, you deserve it. And you deserve it. The mid term election was already in the tank against Donald Trump. And he made it worse with his attack on Canada. Who has no incentive to come back to the bargaining table anytime soon. They want a weekend Donald Trump. Let the economy run its course. They'll tough it it out. They'll suck it up. They may lose jobs. They may have a higher, you know, unemployment rate that we do. They might have to go through a winter.

20:02But they'll come out the other side stronger. Auto will be stronger than the White House. When Donald Trump's an occupant of it. For sure. So we've got a lot to cover. You're on the intersection. Let me ask. Let me see if I can answer some questions. Remember I said at the top. I'm going to prove to you this is live. All right. Let's see what we got. Rose Mary James says what's the deal with Missouri and the Jerry Minder map. I'm about to get there. I'm a Democrat not in district five but have supported a manual cleaver. His constituents will be blocked from voting for him. If the 2022 map is in place, there's a 98% chance that a manual cleaver wins. It's a yet another seat for the Democrats. You know what? It may not come down to one seat for control of the House, but I've seen the stats. There's a 3% or 2% chance that it could come down to one seat. It could be a manual cleaver seat. If you go to the 2026 map, which Donald Trump demanded of his Republican lackeys in the Missouri legislature, he's got no chance of winning that seat.

21:13If they go back to 2022, there's actually another seat in Missouri that becomes more competitive. So I'd love to tell you coming on the air. Well, don't worry. The Supreme Court ruled in Justice Calvin. All has turned down the petition. And therefore the 2022 map and a manual cleaver seat is going to be the operative one. No. The Eastern District of Missouri federal judge appointed by Trump decided that he was going to say that they have to use the 2026 map. Now that's going to have to be appeal. That's a different case, but on the similar issue, an issue, a preclusion issue. That's going to have to go up back up to the eighth circuit, which is the circuit over Missouri and then up to Kavanaugh again. So find out what he's going to do. Now let me, let me manage expectations. When it comes to votes, the Supreme Court doesn't like generally when state, when the feds interfere with your right to vote. When it comes to maps, they don't seem to have that problem.

22:15Now we are within the 60 day window that the something called the Persell doctrine says that the Supreme Court, the closer you get 60 days and closer to a election, the less likely the Supreme Court is going to interfere because of the chaos that will ensue. And it becomes a political question that should be handled by the states. We're below the 60 day mark now. And and in the mail imbalance, which I'll do in the second part of tonight, the mail imbalance issue, where 50 million ballots are up for grabs. And that one mail bail about 30 went out in some states and more out the next two or three days. So we got a lot to talk about on the intersection about voting and and maps. Let's see. This one says Bonnie Joe, Bonnie Joe says Johnson and Trump, what if they refuse to see that he Dems that are voted in at the midterms or shut down the house.

23:20Yeah, that's a very good observation. And I just asked that very question with the Democratic attorney general today. And you're going to be seeing my content, my interviews with them over the next couple of days. And Nick Brown, who's the Washington State Attorney General, but leads the the Daga Democratic Attorney General Association voter protection task force, he said they're ready. They're ready, not just from now until it's not actually not a 56 day fight. It's a 90 day fight because then the votes have to be counted. Then they have to be certified that the people have to be seated. And the Democratic AGs are ready to file the lawsuits all along the way to get their people seated. They're not just going to abandon them like, hey, great luck. You won. Let me know how that turns out for you. Oh, no, because they would be remiss if they did that. They have to make until that representative is seated in Congress.

24:23That will that will take away the voting power of their state because their Congress person is got his nose pressed up against the glass, looking in. We can't allow that. As I predicted, the, the opposing party in Missouri has already taken an appeal to the eight circuit court of appeals of Judge Clark, that Trump judges decision to say, no, the 2026 map has to be applied. Yeah, did you get the memo from Justice Cavanaugh at the Supreme Court? I don't think you did. So now it's going to go eight circuit, emergency stay.

29:57It's Kavanaugh by like my time Ben and I get together for legal a half on Saturday. I think we're going to have the ruling by the United States Supreme Court on the mail-in ballots issue with the post office. And I think we're going to get this rolling by Kavanaugh again about the maps. I mean, we have to how do people in Missouri vote for their Congress people if they don't know where their districts are. I mean, seriously, talk about federal judges bending over backwards to help their patrons is just absolutely ridiculous. And while we're here, let's talk about the Missouri case. And then I'll talk about mail-in ballots. Missouri, okay, Missouri has in its constitution approved by the voters a mechanism to allow this is like participatory democracy. And it's best it allows Missouri voters to override or at least vote on actions by their legislature if they don't like the actions of their state house representatives or their senators.

30:59So if the legislature gets together and go, let's help Donald Trump out. Let's pass this crazy statute to disenfranchise people. If 300,000 masurians get together and sign a petition, they can put that on a referendum to be approved by voters only. So you can't then implement the state action, the house action until the voter is approved. It's clear as the nose on your face. That's what the law says in the Missouri state constitution. And there's no exceptions. It's not like, well, unless magas in control or it's a less Donald Trump wants us to come up with a new map or if it deals with maps or voting, doesn't say that says any legislative act can be put to a referendum by the voters of the state. And there's a petition of 300,000 people. So it's pretty easy, right? If you got the 300,000, well, they got the 300,000 people together in order to take the remapping of the state away from the legislature and give it to the people except the secretary of state, Danny Hoskins, who's a trumper, he said, well, I'm rejecting the petition.

32:15I'll walk around. Well, too many signatures that can't figure it out or something like that. And so he rejected the petition except the petition is the petition and it's legit and it triggers the relief under the state's constitution. And so they brought it to the Supreme Court of Missouri. And I don't know, I'm not quite sure how many are on the Supreme Court, Missouri 812 somebody will tell me. It was unanimous. They ruled no, the Constitution says you got a petition, you got to put you can't run the map unless you have the referendum with the voters. And the earliest you could do that would be at the midterm. So no, you got to go back to the 2022 map created after the 2000, sorry, the 2020 census. We had a member, we had a census during COVID and that's your map. And if that's the map, then there's at least one, if not two more democratic seats in Missouri, instead of being seven Republicans in one democratic could be six and two or five and three.

33:23Every little seat helps. Missouri rules, okay. So the Secretary of State of Missouri runs the Supreme Court. Now, first of all, in order to jump the tracks and go to the feds, you got to alleged there's some sort of federal injury or federal law that's been violated except they never did that in the state. And so as far as I'm concerned, the Supreme Court had no authority and could not grant the relief sought. I don't know if that's the thinking behind Cavanaugh because he didn't really give us thinking, but he rejected the Secretary of State's attempt to force the later map to be used. Except there was another lawsuit brought by somebody running for office that ended up in federal court alleging federal things and that federal judge judge Clark Trump appointed he ruled like hours after the Supreme Court ruled go back to 2026 map. Now, that's been appealed to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Cavanaugh sits over the 8th Circuit. We're going to be at the Supreme very, very soon. In the meantime, I feel sorry for you if you live in Missouri because pardon me, you got some sort of, sorry, sample ballot that you can't make heads nor tails out of because you don't know who your congressional district representative is.

34:49Hopefully you'll get sorted out in the next few days and you have stayed tuned to legal AF as we as we sorted out for you. Maybe tomorrow I'm flying. I land at noon. 35:5050 million people voted last time by mail in ballot or absentee ballot. That's a lot. That's a lot. That's, you know, talking about somewhere between a third and a half of people that vote by mail. Democrats trust mail-in voting more than Republicans because well, we haven't had a president shit all over mail-in balloting the way the Donald Trump does. So 60% of the last election mail-in balloting was done by Democrats, not our fault. See, people that aren't mega, they like to vote. Like I like to vote. I like to vote all the legal ways I'm allowed to vote. Could be an absentee ballot, could be a mail-in ballot, could be a drop box, could be an early vote, could be a day of election voting. All of it, I just don't do it all at the same time. We vote once, but we vote lawfully, patriotically, either by statute or whatever way you're allowed to vote.

36:50Republicans live in fear because Donald Trump placed them there. They're afraid unless they show up on election day and wait in a long line at some firehouse where they're given donuts and orange juice and have to miss work or school or, you know, if they're even physically able to wait in line, they will have that. Trump's like, you better wait in line, better wait in line for me. That's why when the polls close and the only thing that's been counted is that day, same day election voting. Republicans are in the lead because most of their people are voting that way. The Democratic votes come in in giant mailbags and it's counted later. And Trump hates that because he wants to declare victory after only the same day votes are in. That's how that works. You have to scout the mail. So Trump's been trying to screw with the postal service since the first Trump administration. I mean, there he had them slow down delivery of ballots and ballots, ballots to voters and ballots to the election offices.

37:58If you know what I mean, drag your feet, don't hurry, maybe you missed the deadline or two, which led to Democratic attorney general running into court, state and federal, getting orders on the spot to force mailbags in a certain processing center to be delivered to an election office before 8 p.m. That's what they had to do. I just interviewed Dana Nestle, those in Michigan, you have an amazing attorney general. Dana Nestle came on the attorney general of Michigan, also famous because she prosecuted six fake electors in Michigan. She said the last time around, I had to go to a processing center near Detroit. I saw bags of mail. They were just sitting there of votes. And she got a court order and made sure and showed it showed it herself to the postal service and to get that mail over to that and then made sure it showed up to get it counted. That's what the Democratic, that's the molecular level that the Daga have to have to employ in order to protect your vote.

39:04So Trump invents a rude Goldberg contraption. Right. So so confusing only a two year old would enjoy it. He's going to create a portal gather around everybody. Let me tell you the story of this fiction of Donald Trump's mail and ballot scheme. I'm going to create a portal, but not really a voter data, citizenship data. And I'm going to require the states to even though I can't require him to do it. And every court has told me that require them to give me the data. And then it's got to get uploaded in a certain way. And if it's not uploaded correctly, whole thing will crash. And then, but if somebody says in the back, well, what about people change their names or move out of a district or or otherwise. Oh, no, well, we'll deal with that another time. We can't update the portal. Portals, portals, we're building the portal. In fact, as of this live recording, this live show, the portal is not even done.

40:05And then we're going to make them use certain envelopes with barcodes. We got to prove it. And then we got to stick all the batch of the barcodes into a scanner. And if only one and one jamser, there's a mismatch between the name and the and the God forbid on the envelope. Oh, whole batch is going to get returned. Get rid of, haha, get rid of all the votes. And this is what he's trying to shove down our throats with 56 days left till the midterms. So the states rush into action twice. And now they get a preliminary injunction a couple days ago on Friday from Judge Tolwani up in Boston. Trump takes an emergency appeal over the weekend ends up with Kataji Brown Jackson. She denies the request for a stay administrative stay to block Judge Tolwani's order. In other words, she's not going to right now Judge Tolwani's injunction preliminary injunction is in place. Stopping the post office from implementing this plan to decide who lives and dies, who gets a ballot, who doesn't get a ballot.

41:12That's the status of things right now. Rather than block her temporarily to get to the appeal, that's not what the Supreme Court did. They're letting the days tick off and they want to brief by tomorrow 4 p.m. from the states, democratic states. And then they're going to make their ruling. And with the people I'm hanging out with here in Detroit, the democratic attorney general, they think it's going to come this week like Thursday, Friday. So stay close to legal AF and the sub stack and all of that because I'll be updating you about whether you be in 50 million other people are going to be able to vote because they did nestle the attorney general for Michigan. Told our audience in the interview yet today straight out. There's no way that Michigan can comply with the Postal Service requirement. And therefore 5 million people will be disenfranchised in Michigan. Now, what are they going to do? The AGs are going to end up dropping drop boxes all around the state.

42:15The only one that gets harmed is rural America, rural mega red America that can no longer vote by mail under Donald Trump. Now, let me tell you straight, I don't think the Supreme Court is going to vote for Donald Trump on this. There's a lot of data points from prior Supreme Court rulings recently. I just don't see them doing it. I think they're going to say we're too close to an election. I mean, I'd like them to kill the whole crack pot scheme now. And just say it's unconstitutional because under article one clause one elections are the responsibility and the duty and the authority of states first Congress second and the presidency never. And just be done with it. Let it be silver bullet call it a day instead of saying well too close to the election under the Purcell doctrine which we don't consistently enforce. Oh, we're just too close. So come back to us when you're not so close. But block the post office.

43:20David, if they block the post office, effing with our ballots, it's not going to stop Trump from effing with our ballots. He's going to tell the post office to drag their feet on ballot. Got big bags of mail coming out of blue states. Don't deliver it so fast. Drag your feet. And then we're going to have to rely on whistleblowers. We've had a whistleblower deep inside the post office already come forward. And that was persuasive to judge Tellani and Boston to kick this whole thing off. There's lots of employees that aren't happy, especially within the post office. If you see something like your boss or supervisor or truck driver isn't delivering ballots to an election site say something call the attorney general of your state's hotline. There'll be other hotlines as well and report it. They need our, this is the number one thing the attorney general told me. They need our eyes and ears to report some weird ice homeland security roadblock checkpoint set up near a polling site call the hotline.

44:28You see law enforcement or security officers who are armed or otherwise, menacingly paroling the perimeter of election sites or inside the perimeter call the hotline because they're going to run the court on all of these things. Guaranteed. Let me answer some more questions here on a legal a f. Let's see. Donald. Oh, sorry. We see if I can read this. Somebody asked will Trump and White House and the White House personally rig the midterms. Well, they're working on it. They know that on sheer numbers of votes they're going to lose. So they're sowing disconsent discontent. They are making people feel insecure about the results. So that a they'll support Trump. See we need citizenship checks and or they'll say the vote was rigged. Don't see people in Congress and to buy in more time more time work more time.

45:36You know, somebody I once knew said when things are going badly for you make them go badly slower. And that's all Donald Trump's doing. He's trying to make bad things happen slower because with time anything's possible. Maybe you'll get a crazy judge to rule in his favor. You know, maybe they'll find oh too much time has been has gone by we can't issue that injunction. Johnny Eckhart said Michael how closely are the voting machines going to be monitored. I mean, don't buy into the gaslighting or to the mythology that we have a problem with our voting systems. Our voting machines are software. We don't. We don't. I mean, you know, you're one of your machines and your local printing doesn't go to jam. No, I didn't say that. But but overall we don't we have a sec we have secure voting systems controlled by the states. They dictate through request for proposals.

46:40So, I think that's what the technology needs to be able to do the error rate that's acceptable, which is not really any error rate. The type of paper paper ballot that needs to be preserved. Trust in your election officials, Democrat or Republican. Right. For now, trust that they know how to run an election. They want to have appropriate ballot machines and ballot counting machines and they know how to certify. So I wouldn't worry about that. Our Perez says kind of person who did not get his or her mail in ballot sue the post office and Trump. I got a better thing for you to do. You didn't get your mail in ballot. Go contact your local election official. Your county or local election office. It's on your card. Tell them you didn't get your mail in ballot. Make sure you vote. Even if you vote. So let's say you do a mail in ballot.

47:41Okay. And there's ways to check. A lot of states have tracking for your mail in ballot. Mail in your ballot. Right. November 3rds the election. Let's say October 27 or 10 two weeks before you put in the mail and you don't see it arrived. Then go in and vote a provisional ballot. They'll never let you vote twice. But you'll get a provisional ballot. And if your mail in ballot never shows up, the provisional ballot can be converted into a real ballot. But don't not vote. Don't worry about suing. worry about your individual vote is what I would tell you. And make sure your vote counts. You know, you're worried about the post office. Take your mail in ballot. Go find a secure ballot drop off location. Every state's got him. Every county's got him and put it in there. Right. And don't leave it to the last minute. That's when errors happen. That's when you get intimidated. Every state, including MAGA has early voting, vote early. I don't know if it's seven days, three days, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, whatever it is.

48:45Vote as vote before election day. It gives you a margin of error. Drop either vote in person at one of those centers or drop your mail in ballot in a box that's secured by the election officials. Don't rely on the post office. Now, I know people are like, well, I live so far away. I got it. But we may have to take this extra step at this point. I mean, I don't like it any better than you do. You know, but I want to I want to make sure my vote is registered. How am I going to do it? I'm going to get my mail in ballot. Hopefully. I'm going to check my boxes and I'm going to take it to my local mail in ballot depository. And I'm going to sound effects. And I'm going to put it in. That's how I'm voting. And then I'm going to vote early because on election day, I'm going to be inside my precincts as a representative of the Democratic party and the lawyers there to make sure that I'm watching the poll properly.

49:47If you know what I mean, but I'm voting first can can Johnny Eckert say, but can we trust the machines? Yeah, we can listen. I've since I grew up with a generation of terminator, I don't trust the machines that much. However, here you have to don't let Donald Trump so seeds of of fear and disbelief in your mind about something. So simple as voting. We've been doing it for hundreds of years. We've been using modern technology for the last at least 25 to 30 years. Your local election official who would do does this for a living knows what they're doing. Trust the process. So we have to talk about not trusting the process. Then we've we've Trump's one Trump has won.

50:48We got one from to the PIP would it be possible to get Sharon Brown and Amy acting on. Sure. I'm bringing on a couple of candidates. I've got an attorney general who's running for the attorney general position in Florida, who's Democrat and running ahead. I'm bringing him on programming note. Adam Schiff, Senator of California will be on with me the next two weeks. Cory Booker, Senator for New Jersey, also Senator White House as well, Senator Bloomingfall as well. I'd like to get Amy acted. I just did a video that's up on legal AF YouTube channel. Because she just had an assassination attempt against her. And Democratic candidate for Ohio governor just had an assassination attempt against her. If Donald Trump was on a stage or sitting under a tent and somebody menacingly came at him with two pistols in his pocket and a stun gun knocking over fair goers to get to him.

51:55You don't think the Republicans would be calling that another assassination attempt. This is why we need the ballroom. If a guy on a floor below the White House Correspondence Center is considered to be an assassination attempt. If a guy with a gun hanging out four holes ahead of you on a golf course is an assassination attempt, then a guy with two firearms in his pocket. Well, what do they think they're there for paper weights. So the sheriff of this county in Ohio said, really wouldn't characterize it as an assassination attempt. He was just very insistent and asking questions. Oh, yeah, he was very insistent with his left hand and his right hand is very insistent. That's called an assassination attempt. And the Department of Justice and the FBI should be doing something about it. Right. And instead, they all let Laura Lumer, the right wing enabler, right wing influencer. By the way, what rock moved in the middle of the night?

52:58Five or eight years ago and let Laura Lumer come out. Laura Lumer, who say anything out loud as the famitaries that may be. Oh, Amy, Octet wasn't there wasn't an assassination attempt. It's a hoax who was planned. Yeah, where's your evidence? I have a number of eyewitnesses in the Ohio State Troopers investigating it. And I got a guy in a mug shot that says she was the subject of an assassination attempt. And the state troopers are doing the investigation. The county sheriff, who was a, who was a, a vivic Ramaswami fan. You know that failed presidential candidate. The things he can take Ohio. He said, well, but what are they charging with? Battery assault. How about going into his social media? How about going to his house and checking out his arsenal? How about going on his computer and checking out and see what other Democratic or other officials?

54:03He's got on the hit list. How about that? How about the Department of Justice and the FBI doing something about it? So I'd like to get Amy acted on. I'd like to talk about the false response and no response by the FBI Department of Justice under Donald Trump. Todd Blanchett Cash Patel about this matter. Remember when an elected official in Minnesota and her husband and her dog were shot and killed in their home. Donald Trump didn't say a word about it. Didn't say a word about it. Charlie Kirk, you know, gets his head blown off. And we got a, we got to have a national vigil. JD Vance has to take time off from his no show, no work job as a vice president to go host the podcast. You're right. Kirk's widow is like falling over JD Vance. Take over turning point. Take over turning point. His boss doesn't want to take over the presidency. Amy acted. You are on the business end of an attempted assassination. And you shouldn't let it rest.
