On this episode of The Jay Young Show, we welcome the Thanksgiving Holiday by celebrating military veterans that have been featured on our show this year.------------------------------------------------------------Dan Lombardo Jr. is a veteran and Chairman of the Board at 22 Kill.22 Kill’s mission is to reduce the 22 veteran suicides which occur every day in the United States by providing traditional, and nontraditional therapy programs for veterans and first responders.The #22KILL initiative is to simply show ongoing support for all warriors from first responders to our U.S. military and all of the veterans who have served to raise awareness of the veteran suicide epidemic.------------------------------------------------------------Ryan "Birdman" Parrott Author, Public Speaker, and Founder of two non-profits benefiting Veterans and First-Responders is originally from Detroit, MI.Ryan enlisted in the U.S. Navy after watching the Twin Towers fall on 9/11, and Parrott served eight years as a U.S. Navy SEAL attached to Team SEVEN, completing three combat tours to Iraq before being assigned to Advanced Training Command as an Instructor.In 2012, Ryan established Sons of the Flag to help burn survivors and their families find the help and medical attention that they deserve.He is also the founder of the Birds Eye View Project, a web and TV series addressing the extreme needs of Veterans and First Responders through extreme sports.---------------------------------------------------------------------Adrian Lockett received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the famed New York Film Academy. As a mechanic in the military attached to infantry, he believes that all of his training was preparation for the journey he is now on.
