Reports say the pilot and co-pilot of an air-canada express plane are dead.
After a collision on the runway at LaGuardia Airport Sunday night.
And the airport may not reopen until Monday afternoon.
NBC New York is reporting that air-canada flight AC 86 46 landed late Sunday night.
Then collided with a port authority fire truck manned by police officers.
That was responding to a different incident on the runway.
They report the pilot and co-pilot are dead and that two port authority police officers suffered broken bones.
NBC New York is also reporting none of the passengers were hurt beyond bumps and bruises.
The airport was put under a full ground stop and is expected to remain closed until 2 p.m. Monday.
The Supreme Court will hear arguments today on where the states can count mail-in ballots
that are postmarked by election day but that arrive late. Scott Carr reports.
All 50 states require mail-in ballots to be postmarked by election day.
But 14 states have grace periods in which ballots that are submitted by election day can be counted if they arrive late.
Four states have passed laws eliminating grace periods and are now requiring mail-in ballots to be received by election day in order to be counted.
The Supreme Court is expected to decide on the case by the end of June.

Iran is responding to President Trump's ultimatum to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
The spokesman for Iran's military-worn Sunday that if his country's fuel and energy structure is attacked,
Iran will strike the same type of facilities used by America and its allies in the region.
In a post-Center tonight, Trump said if Iran doesn't fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours from this exact point in time,
the U.S. will hit and obliterate their various power plants, starting with the biggest one first.
And Chuck Norris fans are leaving flowers and mementos near his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The growing makeshift memorial includes multiple bouquets of flowers and for the action film star's death at the age of 86.
He died Thursday after suffering a medical emergency in Hawaii.

Treasury Secretary Scott Besson is responding to comments from President Trump about being glad former FBI director Robert Mueller was dead.

In a National Hockey League reporter diving a house fire over the weekend, the NHL confirmed the death of Minnesota Wild Reporter Jesse Pierce and her three children on Sunday.
The White Bear Lake Fire Department reported a fatal house fire in the town and a death of an adult three children and a dog.
In an online obituary, NHL.com called Pierce a fixture on the areas sports scene.
Minnesota Wild remembered Pierce is a kind, compassionate person that cared deeply about her family and those around her.
