Despite denials by Iran, president Trump says
that country is negotiating to end the war with the U.S.
Nobody's ever seen anything like we're doing
in the Middle East with Iran, and they are negotiating,
by the way, and they want to make a deal so badly,
but they're afraid to say it because they figure
they'll be killed by their own people.
They're also afraid they'll be killed by us.
Trump was speaking to a crowd at a Republican fundraiser
Wednesday night.

Iran's foreign minister appeared on state TV Wednesday
and said that Tehran has not had any talks
with the United States, apparently contradicting Trump's claims.
He also said that, yes, messages are being delivered via
intermediaries, but Iran does not consider this
to be negotiation or dialogue.
As for Iran's counter demands, they do include a complete halt
to U.S. and Israeli aggression, as well as recognition
of Iran's sovereignty over the strait of Hormuz.
As the war continues, gas prices are holding
steady at just shy of $4 a gallon.
Triple A puts today's national average at $3.98
the same as yesterday.
Travelers are facing long lines at TSA checkpoints
with the partial government shutdown still underway,

The Supreme Court is citing with Cox communications
in its billion dollar lawsuit over pirated music,
more from Tammy Trehio.
More than 50 labels joined together to sue Cox in 2018,
accusing the internet service provider
of failing to respond to thousands of infringement notices,
cut off internet access for repeat infringers
or take other piracy deterrent steps.
However, justice's determined Cox communication
cannot be held libel for piracy.
By its internet service subscribers
of songs owned by Sony Music, Warner Music Group,
Universal Music Group, and other labels.
The 920 ruling overturned a lower court's decision
ordering a new trial to determine
how much the internet service provider
owed the record labels.
