The Sandigan Bayan has signed the commitment order for the Rumualis detention in that facility. Rumualis, however, will remain at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center for now. Three doctors appeared before the anti-graph court to present Rumualis' medical condition. They said the former speaker is suffering from several diseases.
