Shh, they're here.
What's up, everyone?
And welcome to another episode of the Diddy Diaries.
It seems like every day we're hearing from a new accuser
who's saying that Diddy abused them in one manner or another.
And while all of that testimony,
most certainly is damning.
The most damning bit of evidence
that so far has been introduced into the conversation
is the video of him beating the ever-living crap
out of Cassie Ventura.
And you can tell just how important this piece of evidence is,
by the way, Diddy's team is going into overdrive
to keep it from being admitted into evidence.
Going so far as to say that the government leaked it on purpose.
Now, of course, we know that the government says
they had nothing to do with it.
They didn't leak it.
And considering this was a private tape
that was in the hands of a private individual allegedly
or a company, my guess is somebody got paid
and this video got leaked.
Now, I don't put it past the government
to leak something like this.
So obviously I'm keeping all options open,
but seems to me that this was more
of a business transaction type of deal
that saw this tape get introduced to the public conversation.
But there's no doubt that this is the most damning bit
of evidence that we've seen so far.
And this is the kind of evidence
that if a jury gets to see it,
usually you're going to end up getting convicted.
So the battle is on as far as if this is going to be admitted
as evidence or not.
And if this is going to be used by the prosecution
to help make their case.
And considering the context that it provides,
I think that it would be almost criminal
not to have this admitted as evidence.
The caveat to that, however,
is if the government did leak this,
then of course it's not admissible, right?
If they're out here playing games
and committing all kinds of prosecutorial misconduct,
then of course they're going to get slapped by the court
and this isn't going to be admissible.
But one thing's for damn sure.
You can tell just how damning the video is,
obviously by watching it.
But when you see the way that Diddy's lawyers have reacted
to it and the full court press that's underway
to try and make sure that this video isn't introduced,
that tells you everything you need to know right there.
And whenever you're following a case like this,
whatever bit of evidence that the defense attorneys
latch onto and attack with that full court press,
chances are that's the most damning evidence
that's been collected against their client.
And you see that time and time again,
especially when they have nothing else to go on.
So it becomes a battle of the loopholes
and the technicalities and we're seeing that right now.
They know that the merits of the case
and the evidence against Diddy is strong.
So they're going to go for technicalities
and look for loopholes.
But if they want to have any hope at doing that,
first they have to make sure that this video
isn't part of the conversation.
So today we have an article from the Los Angeles Times
and the headline.
Disturbing video of Sean Diddy Combs attacking Cassie
is now at center of his sex abuse case.
This article was authored by Richard Winton,
a disturbing 2016 video that shows Sean Diddy Combs
a assaulting singer Cassie, his former girlfriend,
has emerged as a key battleground in his sex abuse case.
Last week, attorneys for the mogul suggested
they could seek to have the tape excluded
from his upcoming trial.
Legal experts have described the video
taken in the hallway of an LA hotel in 2016
as key evidence.
Yeah, it ties everything together, right?
So you go up there as a prosecutor
and not only are you painting a picture
for the jury in the court with your words,
but now it's backed up by a video showing the man
that you're saying is a violent, abusive diddler
as being a violent man.
Not only is that damning, that's the kind of thing
that sends people to prison.
His legal team is well aware of it
and they're gonna do everything in their power
to keep this video out of the conversation.
And in furtherance of that,
I expect a lot of outlandish filings
into the court document by Diddy's defense team
as they try and prove their point
because they understand the jeopardy that Diddy's in.
And that's even without the tape.
You add the tape to the conversation and forget it.
Remember, there's no tape at Keith Rainier, you're right?
They didn't have a tape at Golan Maxwell.
They got a tape at Diddy, beaten Cassie up.
Combs faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking
and transportation for prostitution.
He's pleaded not guilty and denies the charges.
So what is the video show?
The video shows Combs chasing, kicking, dragging
and hurling a glass vase at Cassie a singer
whose real name is Cassandra Ventura.
It corroborates part of a civil lawsuit
of Ventura filed against Combs last year,
which was settled a day after it was filed
in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
So you get sued on Monday.
Then on Tuesday, you're settling that suit
for like $30 million.
Tell me you're guilty without telling me you're guilty.
They knew that this video was out there.
My guess is Cassie's team threatened them with it.
Now, do I know that for sure?
I don't.
But you're going to have to have some fire power,
some evidence if you're going to want
to get a $30 million settlement
without going through the process, right?
So what did Cassie have that would convince Diddy
that it's in his best interest to settle?
Well, this video would certainly do the trick, wouldn't it?
The recording dated March 5, 2016 shows Ventura in a hoodie
and carrying a duffle bag, walking in a hotel hallway
toward an elevator.
Combs can be seen running through the same hallway,
shirtless, and holding a towel around his waist.
And if he's this brazen out in public,
just think what he's like in private.
Just think what he's up to.
Just think about the way he goes about his life.
Brows out here in a hallway of a hotel,
absolutely beating the hell out of a woman,
not carrying one bit.
And you know why, right?
Because he had his team, he had money,
and he knew that he could buy that video from the hotel.
And hopefully, grease a few palms to make things go away.
And why would he think that?
Well, because that's how it works for rich people.
The lawsuit said it occurred at the intercontinental hotel
in Century City.
After Combs fell asleep, Ventura attempted to leave the room,
the lawsuit said, but he awoke and began screaming at her.
He followed her into the hallway of the hotel,
while yelling at her, the complaint said.
He grabbed that her and then took a glass vase
in the hallway and through the matter,
causing glass to crash around them,
as she ran to the elevator to escape.
Security footage captured from another angle
shows him grabbing Ventura's head
and throwing her on the ground,
where he kicks her multiple times.
He can also be seen picking up her bags
and trying to drag her back to the first hallway.
The footage also shows Ventura using a hotel phone
by the elevators, as well as Combs going back
to his hotel room and then separately seemingly
shoving Ventura into a corner.
He has also seen throwing a vase in her direction.
Now let me ask you a question.
If this was just a regular dude, me or you,
your friend, whatever, and they were caught on video
in this hallway, beating the shit out of a woman,
do you really think that the security guards
would have come down to negotiate?
Or do you think they would have called the cops
and it would have been a whole last different discussion?
Ventura also accused Combs and her lawsuit of raping her,
forcing her to engage in sex acts with male sex workers
and introducing her to a lifestyle of excessive alcohol
and substance abuse.
That required her to procure illicit prescriptions
to satisfy his own addictions.
So why is the video important?
Well, it was obtained in broadcast by CNN
earlier this year,
amid a sweeping federal probe of Combs.
Legal experts have described it
as very strong evidence for prosecutors.
But after facing intense backlash
after it was posted in May,
Combs posted a video on Instagram
in which he apologized for his behavior in the video.
What a limp-rested apology that was.
Here's an idea, don't beat people up,
don't beat your girlfriends up,
then you don't have to make some lame ass apology video.
And that's exactly what that video was, lame.
He was trying to get out ahead of all of this.
But guess what, that chip has already sailed.
Cassie's legal team disputed the sincerity of his words.
I mean, you blame her.
Did he apologize before being outed?
Everybody's always sorry when they get caught, right?
Nobody's ever sorry
while they're actually engaging in this effed up abuse.
So what's the dispute over the tape now?
Combs lawyers this week accuse the government
of waging a campaign to leak evidence, including the tape.
They said they might also ask a judge
to exclude the tape from the trial.
And that's exactly what all of this posturing's about.
Make no mistake.
This is very strong evidence, as I've said before,
and it's going to remain strong evidence.
And that's why you see his legal team
making these moves.
Combs lawyers alleged that the government
through investigators with the Department of Homeland Security
engaged in a seven month campaign,
strategically leaking confidential grand jury material
and information, including the 2016 intercontinental videotape
in order to prejudice the public and potential jurors
against Mr. Combs.
And if they have evidence that the government did leak this tape,
then it's going to be very difficult for the government
to get it admitted as evidence.
So that's going to be up to the judge to decide
when he gets all of this information in front of him
at that evidentiary hearing.
They acknowledge in the court of filing
that prosecutors, after being informed
that the attorney's intention to file the leak allegations
responded to the Department of Homeland Security
that they did not have possession of the videotape
prior to CNN making it public.
And that CNN's video was not obtained
through the grand jury process.
Federal officials have yet to comment on the filing.
Too fast, Trevor, too fast.

So that's a pretty straightforward answer
by the prosecutors saying they didn't have
possession of this tape, and I actually believe them.
I think that this tape was leaked through CNN
through other sources, and somebody
got broke off some bread.
So what's next?
A judge has yet to weigh in on the accusations,
but both sides have agreed not to speak
about case specifics to the media.
Yeah, there's a gag order that's getting ready
to get dropped on this bad boy,
and once that gag order gets dropped, forget it.
For all the grifters out there,
it's gonna be very difficult for them to continue
to follow along because the only blueprints
going to be the core documents.
So unless you're diving into those core documents,
you're gonna be lost.
Combs remain behind bars as his lawyers made a third bid
for him to be released on a $50 million bond
pending a trial.
US District Court judge Aaron Subramanian approved
a May 5 trial date for Combs over April
after his attorney said they have piles
of case documents and information to review.
Subramanian then asked the prosecution
how long the trial would last.
Assistant Attorney Emily Johnson initially said three weeks,
but then caution that there could be superseding
indictments on the horizon.
Super seating indictments can include additional charges,
more defendants, or both.
Mark Agnafilo, Combs lead attorney said he believed
the defense would take a week to make their case at trial.
I think that timeline is all touch and go right now,
and I think that it's going to take a lot more time
than they're saying here, especially if we get
a superseded indictment like I think we're going to get.
Very rarely do we have a case like this
without a superseded indictment.
So I would be absolutely shocked
if we didn't have one of those probably in the works.
But this videotape is certainly the biggest point
of contention right now.
And if Diddy's team can find a way to keep it out,
that helps them tremendously when it comes
to defending their client.
And on the flip side of that, if they can't get this
piece of evidence away from the jurors
and the jurors actually get to view this video,
it's going to be a wrap for Diddy.
All the allegations we're going to hear,
all the witness testimony backed up by video.
Yeah, good luck with that.
All right folks, that's going to do it for this one.
All of the information that goes with this episode
can be found in the description box.
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program.
I think it's safe to say at this point
that the floodgates have absolutely opened up
when it comes to Diddy, and in my experience,
the waters only going to get more choppy for them
as we move forward.
Like I've said from the very beginning,
there's going to be a lot more people that come out
and not only that, but the people who have already
told their story, they're going to add more context
to what they've said and what they claim occurred.
And in today's article, that's exactly what we have.
So let's just dive right into this article
from the New York Post and let's get ourselves started.
Headline, Sean Diddy Combs forced women to have sex
with guests at drug dot parties, says dancer
who wants rapper in jail for life.
This article was authored by Michael Kaplan.
Shortly before Sean Diddy Combs was charged
with federal accounts of racketeering and sex trafficking,
adult entertainer, Adrienne Sherry English
had filed an explosive lawsuit against the hip-hop magnate.
And obviously we've went through this complaint.
The Adrian English complaint and it is very, very damning.
And if the allegations within that complaint are true,
then I would certainly expect that Adrian English
and her allegations would be added to the criminal portion
of this at some point if they haven't already been used.
So it's going to be very interesting to see
how many of these allegations end up being used
by the prosecutors in an attempt to secure their conviction
because they're going to pick and choose, right?
They have that ability.
There are so many people that have come forward
that they can look at the strongest cases
and just use those cases if they so choose.
And with your veritable buffet of allegations here,
they're not going to be short on supply.
Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty,
has gone by several different names,
one of the most recent of which was love,
but from the tone of English's complaint
filed on July 2nd, she would agree
with the affectionate nickname.
And again, we went through this document
and what she has to say is very, very disturbing
and it matches up with everything else we've heard
about this dude so far.
So while nothing obviously has been proven
in a court of law, these allegations are strong
because they're coming from so many different sources
and they're so very similar.
The things that we were forced to do
haunt me to this day.
English, who claims in her lawsuit and a criminal complaint,
diddy pressed her to have unwanted sex with his party guests,
told the post,
and this is where he's gonna run into a whole lot of trouble
and this is where we see the charges
of bringing people in to have sex.
So if you flew somebody in from a different state
and then you traffic that person, that's a federal offense.
And it's also a felony for anybody who set up the logistics.
So if you were one of diddy's assistants
and you set up the flight plans
or you set up the hotels or whatever it might be,
well you're now part of that conspiracy.
So all the people around diddy, like I've said from the jump,
they've probably all already snitched on this dude.
How many of these people are really gonna go do
a 30 year bid for diddy?
We all know that very few people
are about to take that kind of time,
especially when we're talking about his assistants,
people like Christina Korum, people like Brendan Paul.
They're not bill for this life.
They figure that they had some cover being with diddy
and all of the rich and powerful people
that came along with that.
And for years, that was the case, right?
Diddy was protected by his power, his wealth,
and certainly his influence.
When I say diddy was in part of the intelligence apparatus,
that doesn't mean he wasn't protected locally
by detectives or police or agencies, very possible.
We just haven't gotten to that point yet.
You see, I'm the kind of person
that anyone can make a claim, right?
But that doesn't make the claim true.
What kind of evidence do we have to back those claims up?
It's not what we know, it's what we can prove.
And I think at this point, it's very, very clear
that the case against diddy is very strong
and they're going to be able to prove
some of these charges at the very least.
And the more eyewitness accounts
that are going to come out against diddy,
the worse things are gonna get for this, dude.
And I know you're probably saying to yourself,
how much worse can they get?
Well, they can get worse, believe me when I tell you.
Wait till you see that superseded indictment.
Wait until they add some of these underage girls
that we're hearing about.
Because in my opinion, that's certainly something
that the prosecutors still have up their sleeve.
I anticipate testifying in New York's federal court
to help ensure diddy is in prison for life, she added.
And look, when you have people that are gung-hoed
to take you down, people that you have wronged,
people that you allegedly abused,
and they get their forum, they get their chance
to go after you, you better believe
people are gonna be looking for their pound of flesh.
People want justice.
And with diddy now being wounded, politically speaking,
socially speaking, and being exposed,
there's going to be a lot of people
that are gonna come out and look to get theirs.
And from what I'm hearing, there are a lot of women
that are going to be willing to testify against diddy
and not only women, but men too.
According to the complaint, the English Miami-based attorney,
Ariel Mitchell Kid, during 2004 and 2005,
she began gogo dancing at the Hampton parties put on by diddy.
And I've started to go back in time
and look at some of the articles from around this time period
that are in relation to all of diddy's parties
get together and I'm in the process of trying to put together
a list of people that I can confirm
that were at these parties going all the way back.
So I'm trying to juggle that with all the other stuff
we have going on and hopefully I have a list
put together in the next couple of days.
But I want to make sure that the list
is as accurate as possible, right?
Instead of just popping off and talking nonsense,
let's make sure that we're right
and let's not worry about being first.
But going back over some of those older articles
is very, very interesting.
You get to see the relationships that diddy had
with all of these people before the vast majority of them
are now afflicted with diddy amnesia.
And it really tells you the tale of who's being honest
about their relationships with diddy and who's not.
English, who already had experience working
for Larry Flint's hustler club
and sometimes who's a stage name,
Omnunik says in the suit that around the third party
things changed.
She goes back to work at the party seemingly
as a gogo dancer, Mitchell Kid told the post
based on English claims in the suit.
Then Mr. Holmes directs her to have sex with one of the guests.
That was the first time she was required to perform sex
acts at a party.
And I know a lot of people are confused
about how all of this works, right?
While she's an adult, she was there of her own free will.
But that doesn't mean that she can be coerced
into doing things that she doesn't want to do.
So if diddy is using any kind of threats of force,
threats of violence, threats of ruining her career,
all of that's coercion, right?
So if that can be proven by the investigators
and obviously they think it can be,
then diddy is up the creek without a paddle.
Sources have told the post that the sexual component
would be something of a party within the party.
By two in the morning, the parties would essentially thin out.
And then everybody who was still there
was kind of over the shit, if you will.
As it got later and later, the people who remained
were all about the botra's activities said Mitchell kid.
And this is exactly what it was.
It wasn't like everybody just showed up
and there was a big ass orgy going on in the living room
at 6 p.m.
It was afterwards, right?
People came for the party after the party.
So once all the kids went home,
once all the wives went home or whatever, then it was on.
And all the people that stuck around after hours,
those are the people I'm interested in.
I'm not gonna be thrown off the scent
and waste my time by talking about people
who just simply attended these parties.
When you're dealing with the so-called elite,
they all hang out with each other
and they're all gonna be at each other's events.
So what I'm more interested in
is who was sticking around for the debauchery
and who was involved in it.
And that's how we're gonna keep digging here
because those are the people
that hold the keys to the kingdom.
They know all of the dirt, they know who was there,
they know what was happening,
and obviously if they were staying for these freak-offs,
they witnessed at the very least what was going on
and they can corroborate some of these stories.
And if my dumbass is talking about it,
you know that the authorities are all over it.
Describing such alleged activities
which are also listed in the lawsuit,
Mitchell Kid said, my client and others engaged in sex acts
and there was possibly more open drug use.
It was more prevalent and nobody's trying to hide it.
That's when Adria would be directed
to have sex with this person, sex with that person.
There were security guards where the bedrooms were,
then as stated in the complaint, English claims,
she had forced sexual intercourse with a guest
and look at all tracks, right?
I'm not gonna sit here and say it's 100% true,
I wasn't there, but all of it tracks
and all of it needs to be discussed
and fully vetted by the authorities.
And if Adria English is willing to testify to this in court,
well, I'm gonna have to take her out or word
as to why English did it.
Mitchell Kid recalled her saying, I didn't know what to do.
I was kind of there by myself.
So I'm gonna tell you right now, Diddy's attorneys,
their strategy is going to be
to destroy the credibility of these accusers
and they're going to say that everything was consensual
but now that there's money to be made,
there's going to be people out here saying that
they were abused, they didn't wanna do this,
they were coerced and that's going to be the defense
that Diddy brings to the table.
But what else could he do?
He has no other viable defense folks.
There's no tenable ground to stand on here for Diddy
with all of these allegations.
And if you think it's just allegations
and nobody's corroborating these allegations
as far as witnesses or snitches, you're crazy.
Because that's how these cases are built.
One block at a time, elaborating Mitchell Kid said,
she knew how powerful Mr. Combs was.
So essentially, she just obliged.

According to a hip hop insider who asked not to be named
and express concern that even though he is currently jailed
at the Metropolitan Detention Center
to await for his trial, did he still wields power?
Just obliging was what people did around Diddy.
And this is the theme we keep hearing.
People were scared of this dude.
They knew he was capable of violence.
They knew he was capable of ruining their career.
They see him hanging out with Barack Obama.
They see him hanging out with Jay Z.
They see him hanging out with all of these rich
and famous people.
What do you think they're going to think?
And it's the same effect as the enablers
that were hanging around Epstein.
When you have all of these powerful people around you,
all of these people that can easily
ruin people's lives with one phone call.
Do you really think that these dancers or whatever
are going to try and go up against that?
Of course they're not.
Instead, they're going to do what they're told to do,
even if it's something that they know
in their heart is wrong.
He had English under his thumb said the source.
That was his thing.
There was a fear of being black balls
and having your career ruined if you did not play with them.
And that was the way he operated to get what he wanted.
That's exactly how it goes.
You do what I want you to do or you don't get this gig.
And again, we saw the same thing with Epstein,
except it was with modeling gigs.
Oh, I can get you a job at Victoria's Secret.
I can get you a job at insert modeling agency here.
Then the girls would come over
and he'd end up putting them in this apartment building
at E66 Street and then trafficking them,
bringing them to his house, molesting them.
Every now and then letting his buddies get a taste,
you know how it goes.
And the same is obviously true for Diddy,
but to a different extent, right?
Whereas Epstein was hanging out with,
we're talking world leaders, people in finance,
people that really move in shake
and not only hanging out with these people,
but having compromise on them.
Whereas Diddy might have been invited to the dinner,
but he wasn't invited to the back room
where the true movers and shakers like Epstein resided.
There are levels to this and people need to understand that.
Just because somebody's rich and famous
doesn't mean they're a part of some gigantic
intelligence operation.
Now does that make what Diddy was up to
any less disgusting or dastardly or vast?
Of course it doesn't, but not everything is everything.
And there's too many people out here
who are conflating things,
who don't even understand the basic story.
And if you're not getting things in HD,
then you're not gonna see the complete picture.
And that's why we put in all the legwork here
with all of the court documents, all of the context.
That way all of you folks know exactly what's going on
instead of coming in cold, hearing a bunch of rumors
and thinking that Leonardo DiCaprio
is banging Bigfoot over at Diddy's house.
Now look, I'm not saying DiCaprio wasn't up to no good,
but some of the stuff that we're seeing is just crazy.
And for me, through my experience with Epstein,
one thing that I learned is the best source
is the people that it actually happened to.
So the people who are saying that they were abused,
they're the people that we should be listening to
and putting those pieces together
and making it all add up.
Because I think that that is the roadmap to victory.
Certainly the roadmap to stay on course
and certainly the roadmap to understand things in HD.
The refreshments being served
would have been unlikely to raise
English's inhibitions.
They began to supplier with alcohol, said Mitchell Kid,
which she later discovered to be laced with drugs
because it's a fact on her.
And this is another common theme.
He would give people lace drinks,
they had no idea that they had drugs in them
so that they would be more pliable
so that when it came time for the freak off,
they'd be more down.
And guess what, that's illegal.
That's coercion.
You can't do it.
But these degenerate as billionaires think
they can do whatever they want to do.
Time and time again, we see it, right?
Oh, those rules are for you, not for me.
Enjoy your two-tier justice system.
The complaint alleges that specific bottles of liquor
were spiked with elicit narcotics
and female workers at the party
were encouraged to drink from those bottles.
No stranger to consuming alcohol,
she worked at a strip club, said Mitchell Kid,
English maintained that this seemed
to have been something else altogether.
In this instance, said Mitchell Kid,
she didn't even remember getting home.
She didn't even know if she had gotten paid.
The only reason she knew was because the money
was in her garter belt.
And even if she was paid,
that doesn't mean that she wasn't abused.
Remember, Jeffrey Epstein paid those little girls too.
He gave them two 300 bucks
so that he could say that they were paid prostitutes
if he ever got nailed.
And that's the same exact MO that we see with Diddy.
Let me break them off some bread real quick
and that'll just fix everything.
The alleged drugging of drinks
was an open enough secret that a man
who went to Diddy's mansion in the Hamptons
to deliver drugs made it a point
to stay away from the flute to champagne,
Walter's passed around.
I would not have any of it, he said.
They were definitely drug and girls.
So if you got the dealer out here,
talking like this, I mean your plug is telling people
that you were drug and girls.
Good luck, bro.
The Jerry's about to have a field day with your bitch
as at the Bacchanals in Miami,
where according to the picture by Mitchell Kid,
who told the post that there were cameras in every room,
it may have been even more treacherous to consume
bubbly beverages.
And this is where it gets dicey.
So there's a lot of people out there
that have conflated this, the cameras in every room
to meaning that Diddy has compromised on people,
but it was a different story with Diddy, right?
He wasn't trying to get world leaders
in bed with underage girls.
He was trying to sit around and jerk his nerd
as he's watching people bang.
And for him, he got off on the power,
he got off on the control.
And of course, the DVNC of it all
was exactly what he was looking for.
This is a man right here that had some serious proclivities
for some DVN shit.
I have a client who went to a Diddy New Year's Eve party
in Miami, she got there as the party ended
and she said in her words, everybody was effed up.
She's like, I don't know how much drinking they were doing.
Now with this new information, I've come into possession
of it's clear that people weren't just drunk
from the alcohol, there was something in the alcohol.
At a Miami party in 2008, the sexual demands
became too much for English.
In her lawsuit, she claims defendant combs
used his power and influence to threaten and intimidate
plaintiff to continue participating in defendant combs
corrupt sex and drug trafficking organization.
And when you add the violence to all of this,
that's another enhancement when we're talking Rico.
You have to remember that there are a whole bunch
of enhancers when you're dealing with conspiracy,
Rico conspiracy, and there's going to be a whole bunch
of enhancements that Diddy gets hit with.
And I've said it once and I'll say it again,
I'm waiting on that superseded indictment.
After one encounter, where she again claims
she was ordered to sleep with party guests,
English claims that she got belligerent with Diddy
and his security removed her from the party.
Well, we heard from Rachel Kennedy,
pretty much the same thing that happened in Japan.
So there's a pattern and there continues to be a pattern
that has emerged that does not look good for your boy Diddy.
And as much as I've been trying to find a way
that he's going to defend himself, I just don't see it.
There's just way too many allegations at this point
for him to have any kind of tenable defense.
During the party, she got an attitude saying,
you're forcing me to do all this sex work.
I don't know that I really want to do this.
You're not really compensating me
and I don't want to do it anymore.
Mr. Combs, she said,
give her this look like how dare you embarrass me at my party
and she got really afraid.
Shortly thereafter, security came and said to her,
hey, we're going to take you to another location.
As a punishment, they sent her to a hotel,
according to Mitchell Kid,
rather than allowing her to stay at the house on Star Island.
Combs had also offered to help English break
into the music industry,
but carried through on his threat to Blackbawler
after she stopped working for him in 2009
and fled to California.
Her legal team says,
English is not the only one to get booted by Diddy
as reported last week by the post,
former topless dancer, Rachel Kennedy,
put on a sex show for Diddy in Japan
and receive rough treatment
when the rapper decided that he had had enough.
The bodyguard starts trying to kick us out the door,
Kennedy told the post,
recalling the grueling incident.
We thought that he was going to stop our faces in.
Kennedy was high on cocaine at the time,
English was not on drugs by choice.
According to Mitchell Kid,
during the Miami blowup,
Adria said that she was drinking the same drinks
as the guests that was the worst experience
that she had in terms of how she felt the next morning.
It was real bad.
She was so drugged that she had the audacity
to get belligerent with Diddy.
That was at a point where the service is
for which she was originally hired,
shimmying on a platform to create good visuals
for a party patrons were no longer needed.
As it got later,
there was no more go-go dancing said Mitchell Kid.
It was more about making sure that she had sex
with whoever the guests were.
So again, if you were hanging out afterwards,
if you were there after the party quote unquote ended,
then we're gonna be talking about you on this podcast
for the foreseeable future.
And it's in your best interest to come forward now
and tell the authorities and the world what you saw.
And all these big talking people out here,
like Russell Brand,
Bro is at these white parties,
has a lot to say about other things,
but what about these white parties?
What did you see while you were there,
especially considering all of you so-called famous people
were hanging out for the after party?
That's what I'm interested in.
What happened at these after parties?
And all these people that were there that attended
should come forward and tell us what they saw.

Following the filing of English's lawsuit,
Combs lawyer Jonathan Davis told Fox News in a statement,
no matter how many lawsuits are filed,
it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs
has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.
Well, the government sees it differently,
and I think according to the evidence,
I'm on board with it.
Now, of course, that can all change.
We still have to get to discovery,
we have the trial, more evidence has to be admitted,
a whole long way to go.
But as of now,
I'm in the camp that diddy's guilty as hell.
We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit
for any reason and without any proof.
Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process
exists to find the truth,
and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail
against these and other baseless claims in court, said Davis.
Diddy's lawyers have yet to enter a legal response
to English lawsuit.
So this gives us a little more context
about what's going on with that Adria English lawsuit
and the motivation behind it.
And now with the actual lawsuit itself added
to the catalog and this context,
we now have a better idea about this lawsuit
that's been filed by Adria English
and about her allegations against Diddy.
So things are moving folks,
and we're going to continue to follow along
and get this information added to the catalog
as it becomes available.
As for this one, that's going to do it.
All of the information that goes with this episode
can be found in the description box.
