The most ADHD AF episode ever made!

This episode is so packed with ADHD AF LEGENDS it's fit to burst!Back to back micro interviews sharing ADHD stories, useful information, hacks & humour from ADHD Coaches, Activists, Actors, Advocates, Teachers, Nurses, Singers, Designers, Community members, the works! This blether is very busy, messy, long and late(!) but it's full to the brim of heart, help, humour & RIDICULOUSNESS in the name of ADHD Awareness.  So truthfully, this chaotic episode perfectly encapsulates ADHDAF! - the Community, the Live Events, and seemingly it also perfectly displays how ADHD presents in me personally! LOL... because what sort of a tit goes from trying to learn how to edit one week, to doing their 1st solo interview the following, to then deciding to interview 14 people in 1 day and then edit them together and release it as an episode by the very next day?!!! Like all things ADHDAF, myself included, this episode is TOO MUCH! :) But I hope you'll persevere, even if you have to listen to it in bits because ATTEMPTING to 'edit' this chaos has had me in ALL of the feels!
