The ‘patent insanity’ of geoengineering: The mad world of weather manipulation patents

and justice for all. Today, I'd like to return to frequent subject on this

podcast, which are concerns regarding geoengineering. Of note, today I would

like to spend some time talking about what I'm going to call the patent

insanity that surrounds geoengineering. Most individuals have no idea about the

variety and extreme, frankly, insanity that's going on in the skies above our

heads on a daily basis. Not only that, but we don't understand that it's been

going on for a very long time. Many people are becoming more aware of it now

days as it becomes undeniable. We see so many of these trails left behind

airplanes in the sky, essentially every single day of our lives. However, the

process behind this is a long one and it dates back at least to the end of World

War II. And many people who are extremely knowledgeable in the subject will

tell you that there is a wide variety of activities going on in terms of

weather modification, weather weaponization and geoengineering for a wide

variety of purposes. It's important to note that probably the overwhelming

majority of these activities are really top secret and they are really involved

with black budgets and with the United States military and whether it's the

Department of Defense, whether it's DARPA more specifically. And we do know from

government documents that it's been spread out throughout many government

agencies. As Peter Kirby describes in his book,

Chemtrails Exposed a New Manhattan Project, geoengineering is in many ways

similar to the atomic weapons development programs, both in the United States

and in other countries. And some of the research has even been shared to

today though, I'd like to look at some of the patents that have been granted by

the US patent office over the decades. Some of them just seem kind of crazy,

although they may very well be happening every day over our heads. While a couple

of them that I want to talk about today are unquestionably important, the

reason is because they described some of the key activities that are happening on

a massive scale, not just local cloud seating to make it rain over a

farmer's crop or make it snow over a scale, but the everyday day and day

and chemical trails that we see being sprayed over our heads that slowly

wafed down and dispersed into low cloud cover. And then we see them

manipulated by frequencies into these ripple like effects. So in light of that,

I'd like to start with, I think kind of a curious patent. There's literally

hundreds, incidentally, of these US patents granted for geoengineering for

weather modification. And it's easy to find some of these, if you wish, you can go

to some of the anti geoengineering websites where they're nicely stored for

your review. Geoengineering watch and zero geoengineering are two websites that

do a good job in this. There are others as well. So the first patent I'd like to

look at today is dated as having been granted way back in November 13th,

2001, its US patent number 6,315,213 B1. And it was granted to an inventor by the name of

Peter Cordani of Lake Park, Florida. And the abstract for the patent states,

a method for artificially modifying the weather by seeding rain clouds of a storm with suitable

cross-linked aqueous polymer. The polymer is dispersed into the cloud and the wind of the storm

agitates the mixture causing the polymer to absorb the rain. This reaction forms a galatonous

substance which precipitates to the surface below, thus diminishing the clouds' ability to rain.

Now, why a person would want to spray a polymer into a cloud to create a galatonous

glob of material to fall to the earth instead of rain is not immediately apparent to me,

but apparently Mr. Cordani felt this was a worthwhile invention. And when we go into the more

detailed description, as I'm about to do, we'll see what apparently he was thinking at the time.

So he describes it as a method of modifying weather. So weather modification, once again,

don't say it isn't happening. This invention relates generally to weather modification,

and in particular to the use of polymers to absorb aqueous solution capable of modifying a weather

situation. He gives some background and he says hurricanes, tropical storms, typhoons,

and the like weather patterns can cause severe damage to land buildings and living creatures,

the resulting damage from even an isolated event can be billions of dollars as evidenced by

hurricane Andrew. Then he goes in and he describes four different U.S. patents previously granted

that describe cloud seeding with silver iodide and other familiar compounds. His argument is that

seeding clouds to make it rain is well established, but then he says the prior art

teachings are directed to methods of creating rain. What is lacking in the art

is a method of lessening the wind velocities of a storm. And if you start reading these

patents, you'll see that some of the language such as those knowledgeable in the art and embodiment,

there's certain terminologies that you'll hear again and again. So bear with me on these,

this is kind of the lingo of patent, I suppose. But he goes on and describes the summary of his

so-called invention. The instant application discloses a method of modifying weather by seeding

storm clouds with a polymer. The storm clouds are seeded by dispersing a super-absorbing

polymer into the cloud in sufficient quantities to cause a large absorption of water.

The reaction of the water with the polymer creates a gel-like substance that precipitates to

the surface, thus causing internal constriction within the cloud to lessened storm velocities.

A super-absorbing polymer is a resin capable of absorbing water up to several thousand times

its own weight. These super-absorbing polymers are prepared from water soluble polymers,

but have cross-linking structures which render the polymers water insoluble by taking water soluble

ethylene, excuse me, ethnilically unsaturated monomers, which readily undergo vinyl polymerization,

such as acrylamide, with the use of cross-linking agents, a polymer can be produced that is of

uniform small size, has a high gel capacity, is highly insoluble, but highly water-swellable,

i.e., a super-absorbent polymer. Super-absorbent polymers can be dehydrated into a powder,

when the powder is added to an aqueous solution and agitated, the polymer is able to absorb

many times the weight of the water molecules in a gel-like substance is formed. Super-absorbent

polymers are particularly suited for uses where rapid absorption of aqueous fluid is desired,

for uses where the swelling properties of water are employed.

It is another objective of the instant invention to present a method for seeding a rain cloud

with a cross-linked polymer such that the wind of the storm provides the agitation for the

reaction of the polymer with water. So then he goes down to a detailed description of the

invention. He says the present invention relates to a method for artificially modifying

whether by solidifying portions of a cloud in a storm such as a hurricane by introducing

polymers into the cloud. The method utilizes super-absorbent aqueous-based polymers,

preferably cross-linked modified poly-acryl amides, which can be used in any application or

aqueous solidification is permissible. As a side, I don't know why the atmosphere is such an

application where that would be permissible. He doesn't really worry about that. An example

of a super-absorbent aqueous-based polymers manufactured by JRM,

chemically incorporated under the trademark H series. In the present invention, the solid

form of a super-absorbent polymer such as a powder is introduced into the rain clouds of a storm

in a suitable manner, for instance, an aircraft may traverse the storm and release the polymer

seeds, or they may be released from a seeding flare delivered from the surface or from an aircraft.

The amount of polymer needed is predetermined based upon the size and severity of the storm,

along with the absorption capacity of the polymer used. The wind of the storm provides the

agitation that causes the polymer to bind with the water forming a gel-like substance. As a result

of this method, wind-based water storms can be artificially modified. He states that the use of a

biodegradable polymer allows for the safe use of the ocean wherein the high salinity of the water

will expedite the degradation of the material. Various biodegradable super-absorbent polymers include

carboxymethylcellulose, elginic acid, cross-linked starches, cross-linked polyamino acids,

and cross-linked modified polyacrylate mites. He goes on to describe the preferential size and

characteristics of this outer. He then goes and gives us an example. He says,

a hurricane is ceded with approximately 30,000 pounds of a super-absorbent aqueous-based polymer

by use of a transport plane flying through the leading edge of a storm. Within 20 seconds,

the polymer will obtain over 70% of its absorption capacity, or nearly 300 times its weight.

The winds of the storm will continue to disperse the materials causing a form of internal

flocculation, disrupting the feeding nature of the storm, when present close to land the storm

will not have sufficient time to reform to its previous length. So we'll stop there and talk

about this. So we've got this individual. It's very inventive fellow by the name of Peter

Cordoni of Lake Park, Florida, way back in 2001, deciding that it would be a good idea to take

various forms of polymers, and if there's a storm heading his way to take an airplane up into

the sky and spray 30,000 pounds of powderized polymer material into the storm, with the intent

of the storm stirring up the polymer, having it absorb huge amounts of water out of the storm,

and then drop this gelatinous material, this jello, down onto the surface of the earth below.

The United States patent office apparently thought this was a good idea, good enough idea

that they granted him the patent. And as we know from many people who have studied geoengineering

in great detail, the use of polymers in the geoengineering operations is obvious.

Another point I'd like to make out is that the inventor here, Mr. Peter Cordoni of Lake Park,

Florida, describes this only in a apparently benevolent manner. He states that even though he's

describing a particular proprietary brand of polymer that he wants to use, he then goes and says

we could just use methylcellulose. Really, we don't know that dropping 30,000 pounds of

galatinized methylcellulose into the ocean is a good idea. He doesn't seem to care. And

he doesn't exclude the possibility that toxic materials might be used.

Furthermore, this all sounds well and good if we are supposedly stopping some kind of a storm

from damaging a particular area of the land. However, it's immediately apparent how this could be used

for bad purposes. We could use this as a way to prevent someone from getting rainfall that they

need if that's what we want to do. In other words, of course, if this technology was useful,

it could be weaponized. Of course, it could be further weaponized by using a toxic substance and

having a toxic galatinous substance being dropped on one's adversary. So this is just the first of

several of the patents that I'd like to go through with you all today just to show you

certain characteristics of the type of mind that appears to be at work,

conjuring up geoengineering possibilities. Number one, there seems to be absolutely no

trepidation whatsoever about playing with mother nature. That goes without saying. Number two,

there appears to be little to no consideration for unintended consequences of messing with

something as complex as the weather or something as complex as a storm or hurricane. And lastly,

there is no attempt to either explain away or even acknowledge the potential for

technology being used for evil purposes. This is completely a moral. This is completely without

thought in terms of whether we should be doing something. It's clearly a matter of

can we do it? So we'll be back in a minute with another patent, which I think is perhaps a

little less strange in some ways. Perhaps just as strange, depending on your viewpoint, as Mr.

Cordani's introducing polymers into rainstorms. But it's a very important one because what it

describes is one of the key concepts behind these trails that we're seeing over our heads every single

In the first segment, I introduced you to the concept of the patent insanity, as I call it,

going on in the world of geoengineering and it's been going on for many, many decades.

What we see is a huge number of kind of mad scientists, really. There's not a better word for them

who are seeking to get rich, seeking to develop these technologies to manipulate the weather.

And as we saw in the first patent that we looked at by the illustrious Peter Cordani of Lake

Park, Florida back in 2001, there seemed to be little sense of any kind of social responsibility,

any kind of thought as to whether one should be doing something to manipulate the weather.

And the only thought was, can we do it? I'm going to move on to a second patent,

which I think is really important. It's even earlier than the Cordani patent of 2001.

It goes all the way back to 1991. And in my opinion and the opinion of other geoengineering

critics, this is a very important patent. The reason for that is because it kind of lays down some

of the basic science or pseudoscience behind the concept of spraying large quantities

of metal particulates, specifically aluminum oxide into the atmosphere. And as we all know now,

aluminum is accumulating on the surface of the earth in forms that it doesn't occur naturally.

Our water supply, our soil, to the point where Monsanto and other organizations involved in

big agriculture are developing aluminum-resistant crops. This isn't happening by accident,

this is happening because there are absolutely massive amounts of aluminum being sprayed over

our heads on a daily basis. And this patent is, if not a smoking gun, it's pretty close to it

in my opinion. It's one of the key patents in the geoengineering cannon. And it's US patent

number 5 million and 5 million 3186 5003186. The date the patent was granted was March 26, 1991.

Its inventors are listed as David B. Chang and Eifu Shi, both of California and both

assigned to the Hughes aircraft company of Los Angeles. And the title of the patent is

stratospheric well-spocked seating for reduction of global warming.

So I'm going to read the abstract to start and then we're going to break into this. It's very

technical in places and I'm going to try to keep it at a level that not only the casual listener

can understand, but at a level that I can understand. So here goes, here's the abstract.

A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming, resulting from the presence of

heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e. from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively

transparent sunshine, but absorbs strongly the long wavelength infrared radiation released

by the earth. The method includes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases

in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength dependent emissivity.

Such materials include well-spock materials in the oxides of metals which have high emissivity

and thus low reflectivities in the visible and 8 to 12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

So that's very technical. It may not make sense at first. Listen, but we're going to try and figure it

out. And so I'm going to read through some of the background of this invention as stated by our

friends, Mr. Chang and Mr. Sheet. This invention relates to a method for the reduction of global warming

resulting from the greenhouse effect, and in particular to a method which involves the

seeding of the earth's atmosphere with well-spock-like materials. They state that most current

approaches to reduce global warming are to restrict the release of various greenhouse gases,

such as CO2, CFC and methane. These imply the need to establish new regulations in the need

to monitor various gases and to enforce the regulations. One proposed solution to the problem

of global warming involves the seeding of the atmosphere with metallic particles.

As an aside, once again, what could possibly go wrong? Our atmosphere is naturally free

of metallic particles, and yet we're going to spray them according to Mr. Chang and Sheet in

sufficient amounts so that we can actually change the temperature of the planet. Again,

what could possibly go wrong? One technique proposed to seed the metallic particles was to add

the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners so that the particles would be emitted from the jet

engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude. While this method would increase

the reflection of visible light incident from space, the metallic particles would trap the long

wavelength black body radiation released from the earth. This could result in a net increase

in global warming. So they're even saying that if we don't do this just right, we could actually

have the adverse effect that they are supposedly seeking. It is therefore an object of the present

invention to provide a method for reduction of global warming due to the greenhouse effect,

which permits heat to escape through the atmosphere.

Summary the invention, they say a method is disclosed for reducing atmospheric warming due

to the greenhouse effect resulting from a greenhouse gas is layer. The method comprises a step

of seeding the greenhouse gas layer with a quantity of tiny particles of materials characterized by

wavelength dependent on emissivity or reflectivity. In that said materials have high emissivity,

emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength regions and low emissivity in the near

infrared wavelength region. Such materials can include the class of materials known as

Wellesbach materials and Wellesbach materials, a technical term named after an old researcher

when he found that certain micro materials possess these reflective and emissive wavelengths

for certain frequencies of light. The oxides of metal, for example aluminum oxide, are also suitable

for this purpose. Now that's a key line, of course, aluminum oxide. Here we have it ladies and

gentlemen, 1991, Mrs. Chang and she telling us we're going to we propose spraying huge amounts of

aluminum oxide into the stratosphere to combat global warming. They go on the greenhouse gases layer

typically extends between about 7 and 13 kilometers above the Earth's surface. That's in the stratosphere

roughly 5 to 10 miles overhead. The seeding of the stratosphere occurs within this layer. The

particle suspended in the stratosphere as a result of the seeding provide a mechanism for converting

the black body radiation admitted by the Earth at near infrared wavelengths into radiation in

the visible and far infrared wavelength so that this heat energy may be re-radiated out into space

thereby reducing the global warming due to the greenhouse effect. And I'm going to move on. There's

a lot of very complicated mathematics in here describing these reflective properties. I confess

some of it is beyond my second year calculus from way back in college. But not not with standing,

I think we get what they're after. They're trying to introduce tiny particles of metallic

materials like aluminum oxide in order to get some sort of radiative effect of heat out of the Earth.

And I'm going to read on because it's really disturbing what they're saying next. Wellesbach

materials have the characteristic of wavelength dependent emissivity or reflectivity. For example,

thorium oxide has high emissivities in the visible and far infrared regions but as low emissivity

in the near infrared region. So in accordance with the invention, the layer of greenhouse gases

is seeded with Wellesbach or Wellesbach like materials which have high emissivities

and thus low reflectivities in the visible and 8 to 12 micrometer infrared regions.

A desired material for atmospheric seeding has these coefficients. So they mention

thorium oxide and then another class of materials. Having the desired property includes the

oxides of metals. For example, aluminum oxide is one metal oxide suitable for the purpose

and which is relatively inexpensive. So why is this important? First of all, as I had stated before,

we have huge amounts of evidence that we are being bumparded from overhead with aluminum

products, aluminum oxide, aluminum nanoparticles. And this is just one, I think one of the more

important but just one of the patterns which describes the rationale for this. It's all

interesting also when we talk about this sort of mad scientist mindset that appears to be

at play with you engineering, that these two individuals Chang and Xi feel that there's somehow

a rationale to be putting known toxic micro particles such as aluminum oxide such as

thorium oxide, both of which are toxic compounds. Thorium oxide is carcinogenic. You can look it up

and aluminum oxide is highly toxic. It's associated with

diminishing illnesses, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, lung disease, you name it.

The notion that this is in some way advisable, that this is in some way worth doing

is really a bit shocking to me. And we see this just simply over and over and over again

in these patents for geoengineering processes. Another

recurrent theme that I mentioned in the first, perhaps a little bit wackier patent about the

polymers is also evident again here. The notion or the suggestion is that the only possible use

and the only intention of this proposed method is a benign one. The idea is to combat global warming.

I'm not going to spend time going into the fact that it's well demonstrated now that for example

carbon dioxide, which is essentially the gas of life, is a not at historically high levels

in the atmosphere currently compared to other periods in the Earth's history. B, it is not an

effective greenhouse gas and any increase in recent human history has trailed any increase

in temperature rather than preceded it. Aside from those points that this whole argument of

combating global warming appears to be fallacious is the notion that this is really being done for

this purpose. The extent to which we are being sprayed with metallic compounds and the extent to

which metallic compounds are being introduced into the atmosphere and at least the circumstantial

evidence that we have on who is doing it suggests strongly that this is not being done to reduce

the temperature of the Earth. It's being done for military purposes. A metallicized atmosphere is

much more amenable to manipulation with electromagnetic frequencies. In other words, to weaponize and

manipulate the weather. Furthermore, it's also a much more amenable atmosphere to

communication systems. Again, with this second pattern, which I think is super important

historically because it really introduces this concept of the Wellesbach particle as this

magic bullet, if you will, to combat global warming. But it's also

indicative of the completely immoral approach to science that these patterns repeatedly show.

And it shows that in my opinion and the opinion of many others who study these

technologies that it represents essentially cover a relatively benign cover for something much more

nefarious that's going on overhead. So we've worked our way through two patterns right now,

one of which suggested taking polymers, 30,000 pounds of a powderized polymer and spraying it

into a hurricane to supposedly absorb a tremendous amount of the water, create a whole gigantic

jello and have that fall to the earth as if that's somehow a good idea. The second one is

describing spring known toxic metals, toxic heavy metals, aluminum and thorium into the sky,

based on their theory that this will reduce global warming. So I leave it to you, ladies and

gentlemen, to think about what's going on here. We have a, again, I think really very much a

mad scientist kind of situation. We have science completely run amok. We have a patent office

that's happy to grant patents for this type of lunacy and clearly there's money to be made.

Well, in our first two segments on today's show, which I titled Patent Insanity and Geo

Engineering, we've gone through two fascinating and I would submit mad scientist type United States Patents

in the past related to geoengineering. And I can tell you, as I mentioned before, I will reiterate

that there are literally hundreds of these. Anyone who questions that this is a big industry,

well, there's so much evidence out there now and everyone who has any sense of reality knows

that they are being sprayed by our government on a daily basis. However, if you have any residual

skepticism, I encourage you to go to websites like geoengineering watch or zero geoengineering and

peruse some of the hundreds of US patents and international patents that have been granted over

the years right up until today for geoengineering weather modification and yes, weather weaponization

processes. We saw one which recommended spraying 30,000 pounds of powderized polymer material into

hurricanes in order to produce a huge quantity of galatinous glop that will fall out of the sky

in lieu of the storm itself. We have a second really key one from the history, really a very important

historical one called stratospheric wells box seating for reduction of global warming by David

Chang and Yifu Shi of the Hughes aircraft company of Los Angeles, California. Again, an

historically important one because it gives the early rationale justification for spraying us

incessantly with toxic materials such as metallic nanoparticles of aluminum and even thorium.

We'll move on to the third one now, which I think also has some importance. It's quite a long

patent and it was granted to an individual by the name of Robert Theodore Jenkins of Sacramento,

California and its US patent number 8,944,363 B2 data the patent was February 3rd, 2015. So this

is a bit more recent and the abstract says that it is an embodiment of methods, apparatuses,

and systems associated with production and distributing of one or more

radiative forcing agents to the earth's atmosphere. As we work through, there's a couple of kind of

comically simplistic drawings on here figures, one of a very crudely drawn airplane flying

about the earth with some powder spraying out the back of it. Another one was that apparently

coming out of the jet engine, another one with it not coming out of the jet engine, and so forth.

As we go to the more detailed description, it states that this patent application is a

divisional patent application of US patent application series number 12 slash 119,467 filed on May

12, 2008 titled production or distribution of radiative forcing agents by Robert Theodore Jenkins.

So this Mr. Jenkins has been at this for a long time putting a series of these out from

2008 until the submission of this particular one in March of 2012. He was finally granted the

patent in 2015. He gives the background many believe the earth may be warming. Many if not most

approaches discussed in scientific literature to mitigate global warming are reactionary or

defensive and revolve around reducing suspected sources of greenhouse gases. It is entirely possible

however that global warming would continue even if greenhouse gases, gases produced by mankind were

suspended or eliminated, regardless measures that use other approaches may be desirable.

They may not be desirable, but that doesn't seem to get much consideration here.

So he describes the products that are being sprayed out not as well as box particles, but as

radiative forcing agents. And he has some again relatively crude looking figures. One says embodiment

200 depicts the vehicle, including one or more apparatus capable of producing a radiative forcing agent.

In this embodiment engine, the engine is shown producing the radiative forcing agent as a product

of combustion at least in part. Thus the engine may be utilized as a source of propulsion for the

vehicle. In addition, the engine may also be utilized as a heat source which produces sufficient

heat to induce physical or chemical changes or physical or chemical reactions in one or more

radiative forcing constituents or radiative forcing reactants. He continues on saying in addition

while this embodiment, while in this embodiment radiative forcing agent may be produced as a product

of combustion, at least in part those skilled in the art will recognize that production of

radiative forcing agent need not be so limited. What he's saying there is it doesn't have to come

out of the jet engine. He mentions more specifically as depicted in this embodiment, the radiative

forcing agent comprises the gas sulfur dioxide. Sulfur dioxide may be produced by the engine as

a product of the combustion fuel, common to commercial aircraft. Thus in this embodiment, the reactants

to produce sulfur dioxide comprise typical aviation fuel which is oxidized as a product of

composition to produce sulfur dioxide. Of course, suitable radiative forcing agents are not limited

to sulfur dioxide and may comprise as mentioned previously, any substances capable of producing

the desired radiative forcing effects. Thus, for example, elemental sulfur, carbon disulfide,

and hydrogen sulfide may provide just a few additional examples.

So, what he's saying here, and we're going to get into a little more detail, is that he's very

attracted to the notion of having sulfur dioxide sprayed out of these jet engines.

And he states here that one advantage of this embodiment may be that current aviation fuel,

having less refinement, may be employed. For example, quantities of sulfur dioxide, or more

generally the oxides of sulfur, produced incident to combustion are suggested to be highly

proportional to the sulfur content of the fuel, which makes sense. Of course, the more sulfur that's

in the fuel, the more oxidated sulfur comes out and exhausts. Sulfur is commonly present in

aviation fuel, due in part to organic acids associated with sulfur, which provide lubricity

for aviation fuel components. While commonly present in some quantity, acceptable levels of sulfur

in fuel have been restricted by national and international regulatory agencies, such as the

International Civil Aviation Organization. For example, the ICAO rules currently require aviation

fuel to contain no more than 0.5 percent sulfur by weight. In practice, however, a 2001 report

by the International Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change entitled Aviation and Global

Atmosphere, estimated sulfur content in typical aviation fuel has been less than 0.1 percent by

weight, ranging approximately between 0.04 and 0.06 percent by weight.

The 2001 report suggested roughly 90 percent of all aviation fuel have a sulfur content

less than 0.1 percent by weight. Then it goes on to describe the different types of petroleum

that are out there. Supposedly, the highly sought after sweet crude typically contains less than

0.5 percent sulfur by weight. Other types of petroleum have more and so on and so forth.

There's a reason which he does not state why fuel jet fuel is rightly

regulated if it's being done properly to have a very low sulfur content. And that's because we know

that sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid, which is sulfur dioxide, is a precursor to

our extremely damaging A to the ozone layer and B can cause acid rain. So having high sulfur

content in fuels, which he is actively proposing and trying to patent is known to be destructive

of the atmosphere, known to be destructive of the ozone layer, and known to be a major cause of

acid rain. There's no mention of that, of course, in this patent. There's no regard for that in

this patent that I can find. So what we're dealing with here is someone who's saying, look,

let's deregulate the safety profile of the existing fuel for the benefit of putting more

particulate matter, sulfur particulate matter, which he describes as a radiative forcing agent

up into the atmosphere. He goes on to describe some other materials that could be used as well.

And interestingly, he says, well, before I get there, I just want to say one reason I want to

read what he says here about sulfur dioxide a little bit more. One reason sulfur dioxide may be

utilized as a radiative forcing agent is because it is well known that sulfur dioxide plays a role

in the formation of sulfate aerosol, which may be formed by such processes as aqueous phase

reductions of sulfuric acid within cloud droplets. So again, now we're back to producing

sulfur sulfuric acid in the atmosphere. So continuing along,

the author of this patent, Robert Thevar Jenkins, goes on to state that we don't have to limit

ourselves to sulfur compounds in this process. He says another related advantage occurs where one

or more radiative forcing agents are produced at least in part by constituents or reactants being

introduced into the exhaust stream. So this is basically spraying it out the back of the plane,

not sending it through the engine. In that embodiment, for example, constituents or reactants

may not have to be introduced into an engine such as the combustion chamber, which may mitigate where

or damage the introduction of constituents or reactants may otherwise occasion.

And that's really a very complicated way of saying we don't have to put them into the engine. We

can just introduce them out the back of the plane into the stream of the exhaust and they can

be sprayed into the air effectively that way. So when you have people saying, oh, that's just

condensation out the back of the plane. You can say, well, there are significant US patents out

there saying no, you introduce this pollutant into the exhaust stream and it looks like exhaust

and it gets sprayed along with the exhaust, but it is not exhaust. He states that radiative forcing

agents may here comprise aerosol, for example, aerosols such as sulfate, fossil fuel organic carbon.

So that's waste products of burned fossil fuels, nitrate or mineral dust or soot or some

non-limiting examples may under certain conditions have negative net radiative forcing values

which may correspond to the desired effects. So here he's coming out and saying, well, we don't

have to use sulfur dioxide. We can just spray soot out the back of the plane into the stream of

the exhaust. So ladies and gentlemen, here we have someone getting a US patent to say, let's take

a bunch of known toxins, toxins that presumably have been captured at ground level to keep them

from polluting the atmosphere. We're going to put them in airplanes. We're going to fly them into

the stratosphere and we're going to spray them into the sky up there under the pretense that these

are, quote unquote, radiative forcing agents. So as you can see, we're dealing with

something that is in the absolute minimum incredibly disturbing and there are hundreds of these

patents that have been granted over the past decades. And these are, some of these people are

well-known scientists. The ulterior motives are perhaps too numerous to mention. Perhaps the

main one is to create a milieu in the atmosphere conducive to weather manipulation, weather warfare,

weather weaponization, which is what we're seeing nowadays. I think a second is that you can

take waste products and make them profitable. You can be paid to do this in the name of

mitigating global warming. So the notion that geoengineering is some conspiracy theorist mad

delusion is I think put to the test here when you see what these I think madmen, but the madmen

are the people doing it, not the ones calling it out. And I encourage everyone to go to the

websites they mentioned, real geoengineering, excuse me, zero geoengineering or geoengineering watch

or others and see for yourself what's out there. I've really only scratched the surface today.
