The Workplace Options Wellbeing Ambassador Program is designed to provide guidance and support to colleagues when they experience mental health challenges. Ambassadors offer a listening ear and guide colleagues to the right resources.

Volunteer Ambassador Candidates undergo rigorous screening and receive extensive training, along with ongoing support from Workplace Options clinicians.

They are accredited by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). 

The Wellbeing Ambassador Program ensures employees in your organization have the support needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
