The Perfect Mantle ( The Perfect Mantle Camp Meeting )

0:00Hi, this is Doug Hewitt Mills. I'm glad you've joined me today. I believe this message will stir up your faith, strengthen you, and inspire you to serve him with zeal. Wherever you are, open your spirit. God is about to speak to you. Amen. So the attributes of perfection are found in Christ. Amen. Are you listening to me? So perfection is found in Jesus. And it is important that we see this perfection. All right. In Christ Jesus. All right. Now it is an excellent mantle, the mantle that Jesus had.

1:12That's what I call the perfect mantle. It's the mantle that Jesus had. It's the mantle of a rabbi. Very quickly, in a moment before we watch a short movie, the mantle. You see in Mark chapter 9, verse 5. Number one, Jesus is called rabbi. In Mark chapter 9, verse 5, Peter responded and said in the American version and said to Jesus, rabbi, it is good that we are here. rabbi, it is good for us.

2:18Peter called Jesus rabbi, which means teacher. The perfect mantle is the teaching mantle. Yes. Is the rabbi's mantle? Yes. Is this rabbi? It is good that we are here. In Mark chapter 10, look at verse 49. Let's take for instance the NIV version. Jesus stopped and said, call him and they called Brian Batimios. And on your feet, he's calling you. He's calling his cloak aside. He jumped to his feet and came to Jesus. And Jesus asked him, what do you want me to do for you? And the blind man said, rabbi. rabbi, I want to see. And Jesus said, your faith has healed you. Now many don't realize that the

3:25teaching anointing has with it healing. That is why he asked the rabbi to heal him. rabbi, I want to see. Receive this perfect mantle on your life and your ministry. rabbi, I want to see. Now in John chapter 20, verse 15 and 16, Jesus said to her woman, why we passed down when he rose from the dead? And she's supposing him to be the gardener now. Said unto him, said, King James Version, said, if thou hast borne him hands, tell me where thou hast laid him.

4:31Okay. And I will take him away. So when she saw the gardener who was actually an angel, she said to him, said, then Jesus spoke to her Mary, he just thought of Mary. And she turned herself and said to him, rabbi, rabbi, my teacher, which is to say master. So this is who Jesus was and that is what he was carrying. Number two, I've given you one point. My points are four in twos. And number two, Jesus wore his dressing. He wore the traditional garments or the mantle of a teacher.

5:43And as a Jewish teacher, he wore traditional garments, which is actually called a tallyt with a citete, a tallyt with a citete. I'll spell it for you, don't worry. 10:09The Matthew 23, verse 4 and verse 5. Jesus, for the bind heavy burdens, he was talking to the war to the Pharisees. Matthew 23. Are you there? The scribes and the Pharisees sit in the Moses seat, do what they say. They bind heavy burdens on men's shoulders, but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. But all their wax, they do to be seen of men. They make broad their phylacteries and enlarge the borders of their garments. Because these borders and phylacteries had scriptures written on them.

11:12Do you see? That's why I said that you look on it if you remember the verse we just read before, that you look and remember the commandments of the Lord. So they wrote only so the hem of the garment was a special part of the garments. If I may but touch the hem of his garments. Yes. Are you listening to me? In Matthew 23, verse 5, if you look at the good news translation, it says in verse 5, but they do everything so that people will see them. Look at the straps with the scriptures, scripture verses on them, which they wear on their foreheads and arms. And notice how large they are. Notice also how long the tassels on their clooks are.

12:18So this hem, this garment had a hem, a special hem. Amen. Now, ASV version says, but all their works they do to be seen of men, for they make broad their phylacteries and enlarge the borders of their garments. Because it's the border or the hem. The TLB version says, everything they do is done for sure. They act wholly by wearing on their arms little prayer boxes with scripture verses inside. And by lengthening the memorial fringes of their robes, you see the fringes were had scriptures to remind. That's why they're called memorial fringes or the hem of his garment.

13:21Are you listening to me? Yes. Now, number one, Jesus is called a rabbi. Number two, he wore these traditional clutes. Number three, are you there? Jesus himself criticized these people because they were powerless and they were extending the borders of their garments for sure, but not that it even contained the power. You see, when power is gone, every people are left with show show. When there is no power, then you have to depend on your dressing. Because the power is gone. So we have to depend on the dressing or some external things.

14:23Amen. Are you listening to me? Yes. Number three, I give you three. Number four, the woman with the issue of blood touched the hem. The hem or the fringe of Jesus garment and was healed. And this is what is understood to be that she touched the titit, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, TZI, She touched the titit of his Talit. 16:28And they besought him that they might only touch. This is not the woman with the issue of blood. This is the multitude. They all wanted to touch the hem of his garment, not his garment, the hem of his garment, the titit of the Talit. So everybody wanted just to touch the hem. They said they wanted to just touch the shed. They wanted the hem of his garment. Yes. And that is where the power for the healing. So this mantle is a mantle of teaching with healing. In Luke chapter eight, in the King James Version, and a woman, verse 43, having an issue of blood for 12 years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any. Can behind him and touch the border of his garments. You see this one doesn't say the hem. It says touch the border of his garments. You see here we are seeing that within this mantle

18:33is something that actually really physically contains power. You see I don't want to be superstitious, but the reality is that some of these things have power in a way that you cannot explain with your natural mind. The natural mind receives not the things of the spirit of God. Yeah. You know a man of God went somewhere and then somebody, let me not give you that idea. No, no, no, I will not give you that idea. She touched the border of his garments. She touched the border of his garments. Beautiful. She touched the border of his garments. And she was made whole. The Mark Version says that she felt within herself.

19:33All right, that she was made whole. Immediately she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. She felt it. Receive the grace for healing. Now there is a reason why this perfect mantle is the mantle that interests all of us more than any other mantle. Because number one, it was what Jesus was carrying. And Jesus said, as my father has sent me, so send are you. We have been sent in the same way with teaching and healing. Amen. How many are ready to receive the teaching and the healing? Sit down for a moment. I'm not finished. You are going to wear this mantle. John 2021. You are going to wear this mantle. Then said Jesus to them again.

20:33Anyone here who wants to be a servant of the Lord, God is going to place on you this beautiful mantle of teaching and healing. Now I love some prophecies that came. And all the proud, ye, and all that do wickedly shall be stubble. And the day that comeeth shall bend them up, say the Lord, and it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you, that fear my name shall the Son of righteousness arise with healing in his wings.

21:33Those wings are the titits and the healing in the wings of the Savior. Healing in his wings. Healing in his wings. Listen, may the healing and nointing resurrect in your life. May that be healing coming forth from you. Let everyone who has come to this come meeting, go out of this place with healing in the wings and in the bodice, in the garments. When I started to do crusade, the Lord said to me, pray for them. Pray for them. Lay hands on them.

22:33And I never really understood why. Because many times I didn't feel like laying hands on the people. I didn't feel like I didn't even feel that I have any power to lay hands on the people. But he wanted me to pray for the people. Just pray for them. Just lay your hands on these people. Pray for the people. Let me tell you as you go forth from this come meeting, remember for sickness and for alteration of mind and for the sicknesses that exist, there is no part of the whole human race that doesn't have sickness. Of some sort. That doesn't need healing. There's always a need of healing. And you must present yourself as people that have healing in the wings, in the tits, in the bodice of the garments,

23:33in the bodice of the teaching and pointing is healing. There are miracles and healings for you. Father, thank you. For the power of the healing and pointing. So number one, Jesus is called Rabbi. Number two, Jesus wore the traditional garments of a mantle of a Rabbi. Are you listening to me? Number three. Jesus himself criticized the Pharisees for just making the bodied beak with no power just for show, show. Kalabah, Shantora, Mandara, Baba. And then the prophecy, Kaladoshye Barabasa, the Shakaam, the son of righteousness. This was the prophecy of Jesus. Not only will he be teaching, but he will be healing. Healing is now a prominent part of your calling and of your ministry.

You see, the teaching mantle or the perfect mantle in the transfiguration, it became what it was. Yes, something white and glistering. Now, when we speak of white, you see the mantle that you are wearing. Ask my father, send me so I'm sending you. The mantle that you are wearing is white. White speaks of holiness. And holiness speaks of specialness. There is nothing, listen, there is nothing to the word holiness other than special.

28:39Every behavior that Jesus or the Bible prescribes for us is a behavior that tends you into an unusual or unique person. Whatever it is, you will become different or just special or different and special. Are you listening to me? I think you are blocking some people's view. Now, the word glistering, it means flashes of lightning or sparkles. Now, what is sparkles? What is sparkles? Why do things sparkle?

31:47It is what we call, are you listening? I don't know what I'm doing. I'm not sure what I'm in the right group. The sparkles of your ministry, the sparkles and the glistering, it's what causes the interest and the attraction. So that's why things are made to sparkle. Everybody looks at it. And what is that thing that's blinking or flashing there? So now, receive the spirit of attraction. And people become attracted to your calling, attracted to your church, attracted to you, attracted to listen, attracted to hear you, attracted to listen. Glistering, sparkling, lightning, flashing ministry in the name of Jesus. I don't know whether they understand what I'm saying. I'm showing you the mantle of Jesus.

32:49I'm showing you the mantle of the rabbi. Rabani, rabbi, rabbi, rabbi, teacher, master. That's the mantle Jesus himself was wearing. And the disciples were shocked when they saw the real nature of it. That's why when we joined, I was holding the mantle in heaven, in a vision, the law set to him. This thing on earth, it's hum, very humble. It's something humble I gave you to wear. But in the realm of the spirit, it's a very glorious thing. I want you to see the teaching of 19, see it looks like nothing. It looks like maybe, are you one of the school teachers? No, pastes. May you never be dry. May you never be without oil. May you never be without grace. May you never be without ointment. And without a gift. May your ministry be white and clistering. Sparkling, shining, flashing, flashing, flashing, flashing, flashing, flashing, flashing,

When a police car is standing there and sparkling, it is to be attractive and warning, and letting and show everybody here is something to see something is here, something is happening here. That's why when they park somewhere, ambulance is flashing, this one is flashing, fire is flashing. All of them are flashing, you know something is here. This is what overcomes the darkness. When you are teaching power is on your head. It is what is overcoming Satan and overcoming the darkness in the world.

35:56So that is what it has such victory. Look at the children here. Small, small boys and girls. All of you like God instead of liking that is victory over wickedness that wanted to turn each of you into horrible people. Light. Yes, light. He said this thing would shine like the sun. We forget about the face. But the remit was white as the light. This one was sparkling. This one is light. It drives away darkness. It drives away. That's why children sit in the room. Listen to the mechanical. It drives away evil spirits from the children and wickedness, depression. Recently, a child came to me and showed me the cat, I cut myself, my whole body, cutting. Begin it from today. Receive the mantle. You'll be doing well. You'll be doing well in church. You'll be doing well in ministry. You'll be doing well in life. You'll be shining. Receive the mantle. And for my vests, they did cast lots. These things, therefore, the soldiers did. They didn't know that everything they were doing was a prophecy that they were fulfilling. So I prophesied that you see what God is doing in your anointing. And the mantle that has been given to you, are you listening to me? Cannot be destroyed by any one. Your mother cannot destroy it. 48:22but it's only going to increase. I want you to know that anyone who holds the teaching anointing and the teaching mantle, you are holding the most powerful, wonderful thing. Open the Bible. Open the Bible and read from the Bible and explain the Bible. Explain the Bible to the people according to the scriptures that are written there. All my books are just explaining verses. Yeah, there's no other thing to my books. And you see, any group that have come together, thinking they can't destroy, they were holding it. They were holding it. We can't. That's why there's so much to know about the shroud and about Jesus' garment and where it is.

49:24And because everybody knows that the garment is a spiritual thing. Oh, yes. It's a spiritual thing. You know, that's why you should pray before you wear your clothes. Yes. Sometimes you don't know what mantle you are wearing. Sometimes you don't know what you are wearing. What they're mantle you are wearing. They're mantle of life or mantle of death. Yes. And so beginning from today, you are going to walk in this great worldwide anointing.

50:25Sit down, everybody. Sit down. Now. How many want to enjoy the power of this great anointing? Yes. You know, I see you going forth as teachers with healing in the hem of your garments. Yes. Don't mind anybody. Just hold your Bible and read it. Read it to the people. There is no book like this book. Yes. There's no book like the Bible. There's no teaching like the teachings of Jesus. Yes. That's why Billy Graham, you are so famous.

51:27He never taught the things that the modern church is teaching. He taught about Zacchaeus, Jesus, Rodigal, San, these Lazarus, Good Samaritan, that's all. When he died, everybody remembered him. All presidents attended. Because these are the greatest words that ever spoke, were ever spoken. It's nothing greater than that. There's nothing that gives more life than the teachings of Jesus. Only that we are the pillars of the truth. A pillar means something that supports it. So when our lives do not support the truths we are teaching, it seems as though those truths are failing. Now, finally, I'm going to show you an amazing prophetic revelation of this teaching ministry.

Many nations shall come and shall say, come, come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of the God of Jacob. K. Lubarabada, are you ready to underline? The mountains, the people, the nations, they are coming to listen to the teaching. They are coming and he will teach us.
