The Road to Black Con 2024: Mini-Episode 4 The RBT Experience

We're excited to share Episode 4 of our Mini-Episode Series:  The Road to Black Con 2024 featuring conversations with attendees from last year's conference!  Episode 4 features two conversations. The first is with Mia, a registered behavior technician with The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis whom I interviewed on the deck of the paddle boat during the 90s Boat Cruise.  The second is a conversation with Darnell and Mohammed, registered behavior technicians from Beltway ABA inside the main conference hall.
